Brasserie Mariadal

The restaurant was recommended by our hotel staff and we indeed had a fantastic dining experience. Their speciality catch of the day sole was perfectly cooked, delicate, and flavorful, while the mussels and salmon were fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a relaxing and enjoyable setting. The staff was outstanding—polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the evening even better. Highly recommend for both food and service!

The food is very good, and the staff is very friendly. However, the room where I was seated was very crowded and extremely noisy, to the point where I couldn't hear the person seated next to me. I understand this must depend on the day/hour of the visit, but still, this was my experience.

Nice brasserie in a peaceful and green scenery. The establishment offers a range of Belgian dishes ranging from vol-au-vent to beef tartare, tournedos with fries and lamb shank. There are even vegetarian dishes for those that don't eat meat. Everyone will find their dishes according to their taste. The service is very good and for families with small children, there is even a playground nearby. All the elements are there to have a good time, alone or with family!

One of the best entrecôte’s I had the pleasure of eating. Perfectly medium rare and a very crusty surface. The pepper sauce had a very rich and natural flavor Huge scampi in a a nice onion sauce. Really cool, cozy location. Not too many people can fit, but that’s good because it provides an extremely relaxed atmosphere. Staff had a perfect mix on being professional and friendly

I waited thirty years to eat here. It will be another thirty years before I return. Service is excellent but the food was average and the portions smaller than other restaurants in the area. Prices were about the same for the area. Parking was a challenge and access was a challenge for the disabled. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting.

Nice location, food was ok. As usual in Belgium, it is expensive but every dish we had was satisfying our mouth. Not easy parking in the area. But you can reach it from Zaventem by walk.

Very nice Restaurant close to the Brussels airport. The deco is quite cozy and modern. I specially liked the big windows and the fact that the restaurant is close to a little lake. The food was really good however a bit expensive. This is why I have give only 4 stars. Can really recommend the desserts.

Interesting place not too far from the airport in Brussels. Service was prompt and very good (especially for a larger party) as was the quality of the food (beef tournedos with fries was superb). The classic white lady (vanilla ice cream with Belgian chocolate sauce) was sublime. The castle & grand grounds offer an interesting twist with a children's playground out back.

Nice environment, different menu from special occasion to simple dinner. Open also during lunch time. There is also a nice room for work lunch / dinner or cerimony. With good weather open also outside!
