Brassica at Easton Town Center

After a long day we needed a good meal. My cousin suggested this place. I didn't know what to expect but the pictures looked tasty. And, oh, it's so good!!!! The chicken is good to it melts in your mouth and every topping I added on my pita sandwich tasted amazing. The service there was fantastic. It's great to see people who make the customers feel good about what they are ordering. Such a cool atmosphere too! Felt like I wasn't in the states.

WOW WOW WOW!!! Here visiting Columbus for work from Florida and the closest thing to this we have is Cava, and it doesn’t even compare! I got the salad , added hummus, chicken, falafel and all the other toppings. Got a side of fries, pita and a cookie. For my drink I got the lemonade. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Every bite was different yet yummy and just layered flavor on top of flavor. The pita bread was so hot, fresh and just perfect! The sauces are all yummy, especially the one that comes with the fries. The cookie was so good. It was sweet, salty, savory…. Just everything I want out of a chocolate chip cookie!! And the drink was super refreshing. Along with great food, the atmosphere was great. They are super busy, people look happy and just kept coming. The staff was super nice and efficient . The process of making my bowl was so quick. 10/10!!! Will be back

Amazing restaurant with delicious food and great atmosphere. Some perks… 1. The food is really good. I like all the option available here. They use spices in moderation to get perfect flavorful taste. 2. Multiple options. We ordered salad bowl (rice, beans, lettuce, chicken, baba, veggies, fried onions) and sandwich (baba, hummus, lettuce, chicken and veggies) and side of falafel. Chicken and falafel is really good. Sandwich is good too. 3. Costs about $10 - $20 per person. 4. Cola soda is good with less sugar and gas. Tastes really good. 5. Washrooms available and are good. 6. Toppings of egg plant, carrots taste good too.

Brassica is one of my favorite chain restaurants. My friend and me would like to have a quick dinner at Easton, so we came here. This location has a larger dining area than the other two places close to campus. The eggplant and carrots are my favorite sides. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The room was clean and service was excellent.

First time visiting but definitely not the last. The food was amazing and the staff were so nice! Our group got a mix of things and everything was delicious.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience here. This was our first time visiting a Brassica location. The atmosphere was clean and friendly. Three times while we were eating our lunch, staff came over to ask how everything was and if they could get us anything else/ take our trash. They were super friendly and accommodating. The food was incredible. I don't eat meat, so I got the falafel sandwich. I got almost all the toppings, so the sandwich was huge and tasted amazing. My husband got the brisket and can't stop talking about it 😂 He basically said that there is no reason to look for better brisket anywhere else because it was so amazing. We got an order of fries (which they gave us on the house) and those were phenomenal as well. I usually use a ton of ketchup with my fries, but these were seasoned so well I didn't use any. We ended our meal with the tahini chocolate chip cookies, which once again, did not disappoint at all. They were outstanding. We are sad that we don't have a location near where we live, but we will definitely be back when we are in the area! I would recommend this place without reservation to anyone who is close by and is looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Great place if you like fresh Mediterranean food. This is a fast food place. They offer sandwich made with fresh baked pita out of the oven, hummus plate with pita, and Mediterranean salad. You can include falafel, chicken or beef brisket. We ordered freshly made falafel and chicken. Falafel was crispy and chicken was tender with warm Mediterranean spices. Delicious food.

Think: Cava but Midwestern (and better). A fast-casual yet elevated Mediterranean restaurant offering Chipotle-style bowls (hummus plates), pita 'sandwiches', and salads with your choice of protein/main (brisket, falafel, chicken, or veggies). I ordered: a Hummus Plate with crispy onions, falafel, sweet beets, cabbage, marinated eggplant, cauliflower w/ jalapenos, feta cheese, and tahini + special sauce on top. We got the brassica fries and two minty pink lemonades, too. The service is quick and friendly, and the space is always immaculate. Busy + long lines, but solid indoor seating and patio seating. A great option for delicious, healthy food made in no time!

Give this place 10 stars. That was the best food I have had in a while. The inside was nice a little bit of a wait but not bad. I would wait an hour for this action! The flavors were fantastic for everything in the dish. People who have allergies or are vegan or not, this is a place for everyone. I got a salad with lentils and rice, brisket, chicken, baba, all the veggies, pickled cukes, pickled cabbage, and a nice roasted pepper dressing. Lord have mercy that was good. My new favorite go to. You won't be disappointed!

I loved the options & food tasted fresh & was delicious. It is unique it what it offers. The falafel was one of the best I've ever had!

So, this place was a complete surprise to my wife and myself. We try to go somewhere new when we visit Columbus Ohio, one of our favorite places to visit regularly. So we caught this place completely by accident. We saw the line going all the way out of the restaurant and decided to join the queue and we're so happy we did. The food was excellent and the ambiance inside of the restaurant was very bright and open and the staff were truly awesome. Also, you HAVE to try their hot sauce, the flavor was rich brings out the flavor of food phenomenally, it's free to try with your meal and you can buy a bottle for $7 if you liked it and it's worth it.

Brassica is extremely well run. The team is polite and hard working. It's obvious that the leadership is always working hard as an example to the employees. The good is amazing. I love all of the fresh ingredients. Tasty and healthy too! Kudos to the manager.

My partner and I had lunch at Brassica in Easton today for the first time, and we were immediately welcomed by several team members as we walked in. When it came time to order, Tyrone greeted us with a warm smile and asked what we'd like. I mentioned it was our first visit, and he turned what could've been a confusing moment into a truly great experience. He patiently walked us through the menu, explained each option, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Thanks to his help, we left not only loving our food but also talking about the exceptional service. Tyrone is a standout employee with a fantastic attitude and strong work ethic, he really made an impression.

The first time I went to Brassica a few years ago I thought it was the greatest thing ever. So with that memory in mind, I came to this location and always wanted to get that taste back again. I had the chicken bow or pita and I remember the chicken being soo good. This time I got a falafel bowl with a pita on the side (vegan). It was good and filling, but it was not how I remembered. But it's still a good option.

Stopped by Easton's Brassica. I got there about ten minutes before they opened. They have an outside patio so I sat there to wait for it to open. The manager must of saw me and she opened the shop up a little before 11 for me. I told her I didn't mind waiting but she insisted. That is excellent customer service right there. Obviously didn't have any delay or wait in front of me i ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, greens, cauliflower, eggplant hummus pickles. It was so delicious. I grabbed a carton of hummus to go from their grab and go area and asked for a side of carrots to eat later. I feel my meal was enough for two and a great value. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for quick bite and it didn't disappoint! The fresh chicken bowl and side of falafel was filling, flavorful and delicious! Only wish we had a Brassica in Cincinnati.

A noisier location prominently in the Easton Mall. The food is still on point. I had the chicken this time and it was tender and moist. The toppings were excellent with marinated eggplant (my favorite), carrot salad and beets. One thing I will note is that the seating is limited so good luck finding a place to chow down. I went at 3 pm (I was still on PST) so I was able to find seats. It is very noisy and somewhat hard to hear the staff when they ask you what you want. Bathrooms are clean and located right when you step in the door. Great place for vegetarians and meat lovers as well. There is really something for everyone. Now only if they were in CA.

Stopped by for an early dinner with a coworker. It was my first time here and the place was cute and warm and inviting. Very aesthetically pleasing. The food presentation was great, it's in small wooden bowls that they use to serve. The food looks so fresh and the smells fill the air. I had a hummus bowl with chicken and some of the veggies, it is served sort of like Chipotle and those types of establishments but with better quality. It is served with a pita on the side. I also tried their mint pink lemonade which has free refills and it was so delicious!

Brassica offers fabulous Mediterranean dishes allowing diners a wide variety of options to build tasty dishes. Great options for discriminating foodies and allergy challenged patrons. We highly recommend this place. And the tahini chocolate chip cookie is a must.

Food was really delicious, service was nice, and restaurant was clean! The prices were reasonable. We got there 8:30 and they were out of brisket but they had chicken. Falafels were good and the food had good flavor. They offer a military discount which is always appreciated. Would definitely come back here.

YES! Brassica is healthy, tasty and quick. The staff are friendly and will offer suggestions if asked to help improve your experience. We have only been a couples times however since we don't live in the area, we specifically seek out Brassica because it is one of our favorites. They are always busy however the line moves quickly since this is a build to order style restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We order salads and enjoy the hummus, crispy onions, falafel, chicken, and all of the pickled options. The cauliflower is delicious. And it was suggested to mix the special sauce and z'hug combo sauce and it was amazing. The pita is fresh, soft, warm and almost airy.

This is the first time we've tried Brassica, and I have no idea why we waited this long. We popped in for lunch on Sunday, and it was fantastic! I had a beef brisket pita sandwich, and my wife went with a felafel pita. First off, these pitas are sooooo good. It's hard to explain something this simple, but they were kind of like fresh bread crossed with proper pizza dough. The beef was also very good, and we enjoyed lots of the various toppings. The place was very busy, and the patio was closed for the season, but we still found a cozy place to sit. The place was very clean and the staff was quick to clean tables and collect trays and stuff. They were all very nice. I've already gone online to find the other locations so I can eat at one again. A solid five for the Easton branch!

I had the chicken sandwich and it was very good. I think a key to this place is to avoid the temptation of adding too many ingredients because they all look good but could create a muddled mess if overdone. The fries were also quite good. The service both times we gone has been slow. Seems like they don't have enough people at the assembly line and the fries came 5 mins or more later both times. It's also pretty pricey and the sandwiches, while pretty delicious, are pretty small. We will definitely go back and I'd probably get the same sandwich again but not add the carrots at the end this time. The special sauce was a good choice.

One of my favorite places to eat healthy. Subtract the rice and hummus and you have a nutrient packed bowl! Falafels were amazing but the sides, oh my! Believe it or not, the salad base was my favorite. Made with a special flakes salt, olive oil and fresh lemon juice, so good! Get everything you can add to your bowl and thank me later. Packed with flavor!

This was my first time in and I was thoroughly impressed. I wish I had time to eat there, because the restaurant is beautiful. The falafel was amazing. I got half falafel and half chicken. The server was amazing patient and explained all the options to me! I will return!

Brassica is truly one of my favorite fast casual places to dine. It's always fast to get through the line and everything is so fresh. At this visit I ordered a chicken salad and my fiancé ordered the falafel pita. The roasted eggplant is my absolute favorite to get on the salad. The portions are really large, so I can save some for lunch the next day. I also highly recommend the pink mint lemonade, it's super refreshing and tasty! If you haven't tried brassica yet, you definitely should ASAP! I also just love the design curation for all the brassica locations, despite being fast casual, it feels really nice and cozy. This place is great for a quick bite! I got the pita sandwich with the chicken and baba ghanoush. Definitely add all of the extras for a full flavor profile. And ask for extra sauce. The only downside is that the sauce is at the end and so it's placed on top of everything instead of evenly spread out through the sandwich. That would have made it tons better. The person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful though and that's always a plus. The place is a good size but very loud to go during a lunch break.

Americanize middle eastern fast food, but overall not bad and pretty cheap. The hummus is not the best but the pita are not bad.

Brassica is an elevated, nuanced version of Cava (if you've ever been). If it were closer to me, I'd eat here constantly! Ordered the salad with the shawarma inspired chicken, all the picked sides, the roasted carrots, with special sauce, and a minty lemonade and tahini chocolate chip cookie. Salad: 9.5/10 - delicate flavors, fresh. Would have liked the hummus to have more body, it was pretty plain, but loved the ingredients. The roasted carrots were lovely (sumac? curry?) but would have been tastier warm. Minty pink lemonade: 9/10 - well balanced, but with how pricy the bill was, might be something to order every once in a while. Cookie: 7/10 - I was expected more tahini flavor! I am a tahini lover, really think they needed more of it. A very good cookie, but if I were to choose between spending money on the lemonade or the cookie, I'd choose the lemonade. Greater Columbus is so lucky to have Brassica - can you come down to Butler County, please? :)

Food was delish. Baba ganoush and hummus were exceptional. I had a falafel salad hubby had the hummus with brisket. He hasn't stopped talking about his food. Will definitely return.

I love Brassica--I crave it all the time and always try to get some when I'm in town. They just do everything so well--from the pita to the hummus to the meat and veggies. I have nothing else to say except that I love it. I get their hummus bowl with brisket (worth the extra $4), crispy onions, pickled cabbage, Z'hug sauce, and roasted carrots. Don't forget the fries because those are great with the sauce.

I took a little trip to Easton with my friends and we have always heard wonderful things about Brassica. We decided to give it a chance and try it ourselves... and it was delicious! So delicious I tried to make it at home, and it did not even compare! The best way to describe this place to someone who hasn't been is a Mediterranean Chipotle. You stand in like and pick what you want in your dish with MANY options of protein, veggies, sauces, and sides. We each designed our own Mediterranean salad bowls, but we all decided to get brisket. I had such a hard time choosing between brisket and falafel, I got falafel on the side! Our bowls were PACKED with flavor! The secret house sauce was TO DIE FOR!! We each loved our bowls so much, and the falafel on its own was so tasty!! The fries came out perfect too, nothing special, just your normal fry! While I stuck with water, but friends tried the Pink Lemonade, and loved it! They said sometimes pink lemonade and be watered down, but this one was perfect! If I ever stop in Columbus again, I am for sure putting this on my list!! And if you haven't been here, you are 100% missing out!!!!

This was my first time at Brassica. Good ambiance, nice style and good vibe. Honestly the food was very good, very tasty but it wasn't even close to being warm. The brisket, in particular was cold. Some of the salad items are cold by necessity but, overall the temperature of the food was underwhelming. Service was attentive, you order at the counter, pick your base and then your toppings. A bit pricey. May return.

Really enjoyed this place especially for a fast food restaurant or fast casual the quality was great. Had choice of meets but also included pickled cucumbers/onions/carrots/eggplant and various sauces. Really recommend

Love at first sight! Great and healthy food, fast and friendly service. You place your order like Chipotle style, then pick a spot to sit. Prices were reasonable, alcoholic beverages are available as well. We will def be back. Happy tummy!

I used to love coming to this location but the workers have become stingy and rude. The bowls are no longer full & don't you dare asked for slightly bit more. Every time you ask, they'll say "we can only give you the allowed scoop" even though it wasn't even a full scoop, it was half. You also cannot sit down unless you've already ordered, they'll make you move The food is good but I think I'll start going to another of their locations

The food was fair, but really did not offer anything special or different. Fries were also very average. I've heard the brisket is better than the chicken, so I'd give that a try if I went back.

The food is a great healthy option and very filling! Everyone is very friendly and they encourage you to try some things you may have never had and I have to say all the suggestions they have given me were great! A very welcoming atmosphere. You can't go wrong here

Delish Mediterranean food in an excellent location. Ask for more of what you want as needed as they tended to skimp while serving out the portions.

I haven't had Brassica in a while, for no real reason other than the fact there's never been a location near me. When this Easton location opened recently I was really excited to try it out. My once picky eater palate has become a little less picky since my last visit so I was able to add more items than previously. I did a sandwich with hummus, rice/lentils, fried onions, falafel, feta, cauliflower, roasted carrots, and the house sauce. I also got an order of the brassica fries & sauce and had their delicious minty pink lemonade. Every aspect of this meal was nothing short of delicious. I am very happy to be able to add this back into my rotation when trying to decide what to have for dinner.

Nothing surprising here: Brassica is so so yummy. I had to wait in line for lunch but it moved quickly and was absolutely worth it. I'm mildly obsessed with the cauliflower and eggplant. If there was one closer to me (head up to Lewis Center, Brassica?), I'd be there on the regular!

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant and the flavors they're able to develop. If I had one complaint, nothing against the food, but the way the pita is constructed, its toppings heavy the first few bites. If this isn't your jam, recommend you go with a bowl and a pita on the side. Service was really good and the dining room was spacious and clean.

Omg, incredible. Ate there twice during my stay; for this type of counter service place I can't imagine there being much better options. Bought a bottle of the delicious hot sauce-- truly a unique flavor. Both the brisket and chicken are awesome. Got a bowl with literally everything in it. Daughter loved the minty lemonade. I wish there was one in S. Florida

Another Chipotle style establishment with the assembly line concept. This time, it's Mediterranean. Pick your sandwich, salad, or bowl. I picked a bowl with falafel (other options include vegetable, chicken, and brisket). Added hummus and baba ganoush. Then all the veggies (egg plant, pickled beats, carrots, broccoli, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower). Topped with their "special sauce", roasted red pepper, and tahini dressing. Can't lie. It was super hefty and insanely delicious. Probably my favourite. Would definitely recommend!!

Really good they cook their chicken. Great. The toppings were great. The rice underneath the chicken is great. What more can I say? I definitely would eat there again thank you to the great service and the ambience is great.

Brassica is so freaking good!! It's like a chipotle but for Mediterranean food. I highly recommend, the food was outstanding and the service was very good! Their bathrooms were clean. We don't live in OH, so I really hope they bring this restaurant to my hometown!

Move over Chipotle, there's a new king in town! This place was incredible! The quality ingredients were flavorful and perfectly prepared! There were some great choices for heat if you like that....and I do! The brisket was awesome and perfect! The special sauce and the red pepper sauce, with the spicy green sauce, made for complex flavors that provided depth and flavor that you can't just find anywhere! This place will be a must stop for me anytime I am near it! I was blown away by this restaurant and can't recommend it enough. There is no pic because I couldn't stop myself from diving in as soon as I sat down! The service was great and the people were helpful in choosing items and the ambience and restaurant were clean and cool!

It is pricey for fast casual but it's SO GOOD! Mediterranean chipotle concept that has the quality of an amazing sit down restaurant. Lots of options but I highly recommend the brisket bowl with pita on the side. So fresh! Meat is extremely tender. Flavors from the fresh veggies is unmatched! Always a huge fan!

What a great find! Healthy and delicious!! We tried it out of curiosity and they had a great chicken bowl, falafel, pita. Every ingredient was authentic. It's a bit of a medley of Indian and middle eastern food. Chipotle-style serving and take it on the go. Slightly more expensive than Chipotle but I do believe it's healthier. Staff is very friendly and will guide you on what to try. We sat down to eat and enjoyed ourselves. We have only visited the Easton location but they seem to have many. Will be coming back for more.

We order takeout quite a bit so when we ordered catering for over 20 people we were nervous but were pleasantly surprised! Everything was AMAZING! Highly recommend if you're looking for an easy order process (online) and healthy delicious food! The labels were clutch! Hats off to the Sunday Easton crew!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Great food and friendly service. There are so MANY options: different meats and falafel, about 6 veggie options, hummus and more! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful! The hummus on the pita was great and the falafel had a good crunch! The brassicarita was 100% worth it! It was strong and super flavorful! Wow! This location is also great because it is attached to Easton (Mall). Overall, great food and experience!
