I had not used my gas fireplace in quite a while and forgot how to turn on the pilot and start the fireplace. So I called Brassworks where I bought the fireplace several years ago and spoke with Jeff who patiently guided me through the process. I'm not used to that level of customer service and it was much appreciated.

Bought my gas fireplace insert a few years ago and just called to have it serviced After taking a day out of work, the tech was a no show. Still can get it serviced by them I had to call another company. Poor communication and customer service
