I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and I want to give a special thanks to Saba and Noor. They were extremely professional, kind, and made sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Bratus is truly a gem among Aqaba’s newest hotels. From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed into an atmosphere of modern elegance and comfort. The hotel is immaculately clean, showcasing a stunning elite design that feels both stylish and inviting. I want to mention the professional staff at the property and special big thanks goes to Saba for taking care of our reservation and making sure we had an unforgettable stay. The breakfast deserves special mention; it’s top notch, with a wide and generous selection. Whether you’re visiting Aqaba for business or leisure, Bratus is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it for business travelers as well as couples looking for a refined and relaxing getaway.

a beautiful hotel, with amazing interior inside, the green and gold combination going throughout the hotel makes the hotel feel very luxurious. Location is great. Staff were lovely which makes your experience a 100 times better. The only thing was that the breakfast variety was quite basic but overall the hotel is great and would stay here again :)

Our recent stay at the Bratus Hotel in Aqaba was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Noor and Sabah, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. They provided us with invaluable recommendations for things to do and see during our short stay, and their knowledge of the area was invaluable. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary room upgrade offered by Sabah. It was a delightful surprise and added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's commitment to relaxation and well-being. The private couples' experience in the steam room and sauna was a highlight, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge after a few busy days of exploring. Overall, we cannot recommend the Bratus Hotel in Aqaba highly enough. The staff is friendly and attentive, the facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. Most local places are within walking distant and it’s pleasant because you’re set away from the generic tourist traps. Things are easy to get to and they also have free car parking. Whether you're visiting Aqaba for a short getaway or a longer stay, the Bratus Hotel is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Bratus Hotel is one of a kind. It’s a chic boutique hotel in downtown Aqaba. The breakfast service is fantastic and Bernie the stewardess on duty takes good care of guests. Bernie, is Super efficient and handles every guests request with extreme care, delivering exceptional customer/ guest delight. |Lovely hotel. The reception area too and the girl behind the desk was extremely helpful. Full marks to this delightful hotel.

The two stars give to the good service and interior design style, the rest empty stars were for Very bad brunch(dry and cold bread, less dishes options), unstable & week WiFi connection, and disturbing check-out reminder 40 minutes in advance.

Good value hotel in JordanI have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details. There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes,drinks and shisha. The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel valued and cared for.
