Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Didn't fill my cone up. Handed the split with its contacts leaking out. Squashed the banana in front of us. The place was filthy. My friend notice the service was rude to me. Every time I've been it's been a nasty place service subpar.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I don’t ever make reviews but the people who work here are disgusting. Us service members can easily have a horrible day and we look forward to dinner and going home for the night. It’s been atleast 10 times I’ve come for dinner and greet them with no greeting back. I always say good evening or good morning when I go and nobody says it back they just look at you dumbfounded with a face of “I don’t want to be here”. The people who work always take their time making food and always have a face like the customer is messed up. These people are disgusting and need to find a better job if they don’t like it. The disrespect is beyond me I don’t get it. Usually people will respect you if you come in uniform and I don’t expect anybody to respect me if I don’t know them but it’s rude. Never going back here.

I went to get my Momma some milk. I couldn't pass up Braums Ice Cream! Friendly employees, clean store as always.

I GAVE THIS PLACE THREE CHANCES. On one visit going through the drive-though, The girl at the window did not look at me once. She opened the window talking to a co-worker handed me my food and closed the window without saying anything to me. Second chance. I had two shakes I was asked to pull forward as she walked to my car she drop both on the ground. she went back in to remake them but what she did was take the two she had dropped on the ground pour them into new cups and filled what was missing up. I didn't know this until I found a small rock in one and a piece of a cup in the other. The third chance was they made my hot fudge Sunday but didn't put fudge in it. Third strike you are out! BAD SERVICE, THEY GIVE YOU CONTAMINATED FOOD, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THEIR OWN PRODUCT.

We don't have a Braum's where I'm from, so I'm so glad we stopped here! I got the Butter Brickle ice cream which was rich and delicious! Hubby got Cookies and Cream which he loved. But the best part was our cashier Tumi. She was wonderful and recommended the best ice cream flavors. Definitely stop here for a sweet treat. 😊

We like to go here acassionaly to get ice cream for the family. They have a good selection. The restaurant side is also good, but we don't go to that side as often.

Asked for a double cheese burger extra pickles and onions with mustard to go. Didn't have any onions on it at all. I asked them it was to go I need a sack she brings out a big sack like the carry groceries in. No small sack.

Not much to say about this place. It's not bad but not great. The burger was good but not great. Fries were just okay. My daughter liked the chicken tenders but I wasn't impressed with em. The dining room could use a good cleaning. Kinda has a retirement home esthetic. The prices weren't great but I've seen worse. Just an okay place. Didn't try the ice cream...guess we'll try that next time.
