Yummy really good food for fast food and the jalapeño burger yummmm. For breakfast cant go wrong with hot chocolate and big country breakfast with gravy

I ordered a bacon mushroom and Swiss burger, only bacon, Swiss and mushroom. My burger had onions on it and had so much sauce I couldn't even hold it together, if I was to eat it. Which I can't b/c I'm allergic to onions. And the lady that handed me my food practically throw my bag of food at me and slammed the window shut, (she clearly hates her job) I was trying to ask her for salt ! I tried calling the store 3 times with no answer, had to be at work, no time to go back. Very unhappy customer. Glad this isn't my normal location and was only in that area for training b/c I will not be back.

Burnt fries, a cherry limeade with NO cherry flavoring or cherry, and the lady at the window was in quite the hurry to get me gone with no one behind me. Good burger. :)

Today is a great day. Stopped in at Brahms for a double meat cheeseburger large fries and a chocolate shake. The DM was here and they were Jenny on the spot. Food came right out very hot and fresh. The pic of the french fry below is the shortest french fry. I had one that was almost a foot long. I wish I’d taken a picture of it straight out Idaho. This place is definitely killing it

Their chili has always been good. Their ice cream the best. Today I stopped in specifically because of this sign. I had to try the new cheese 🤣 Great with jalapeños and crackers on a cold day.

Why is it that 1/3 times I ask for a "hamburger," and explicitly say "no cheese," I still get a "cheeseburger?" I'm not joking! Does this locations franchise owner care THAT little to properly train the staff?

Always delicious and you can't beat their prices! Great place for ice cream and more!

Good: Happy families enjoying light dinners. Good quality fast food and yogurt. Fair: Some customers gabbing but not buying anything. Bananas in the store area were 100% green. The Braum's sauce for fries is a little on the spicy side. Needs work: Our counter server got our very clearly articulated order wrong. I think she might have had a limited understanding of English or didn't know the menu numbering system. The store manager on duty was very young, with the appearance of a teenager. Our experience of getting our order delivered correctly at this store over time is hit or miss.

I am shocked that Braums has changed the recipe for Turtle Sundaes. Normally when you order a Turtle Sundae you would expect fudge, hot caramel, vanilla ice cream, pecans and whipped cream with a cherry on top. So when I ordered my Turtle Sundae what I got was from the top down, a cherry on top of whipped cream on top of a little bit of ice cream on top of a big hunk of some sort of cake. Cake? On a turtle sundae? Sounds like a cost cutting measure to me, Take out the ice cream and put in a piece of cake to take up the room. Absolutely terrible and I'll never get another Turtle Sundae from Brahms.

Staff in store was very helpful. Staff in ice cream shoppe didn't seem like they cared. Thank goodness the ice cream is always good. Cleanliness of the store - could be better.

This Braums, like many others is always dirty. It's hard to get service unless you go through the drive through. Last night we walked in but no one ever came to get us some ice cream so after a while, we just walked out. I'm often disappointed in Braums service.

Great employees. Clean environment. Organized grocery store. The ice cream is so yummy and it doesn't have any antibiotics or growth hormones.

the service from the time to walk in to leaving to and hour. i wasn't asked if it was here or to go, so when i got my food i asked for a bag and the service had an attitude when i told them they forgot my shake. they then tried to give me the wrong flavor of shake. then i had to ask for the correct one because it was not what i ordered.

Been through the drive thru twice over the last few weeks. The service has been top notch. The staff is incredible. The food is perfect. They actually offered me ketchup and enclosed napkins. I very much appreciate the little things. I highly recommend this location.

Went back to Braums again recently and noticed some more new things from my last review! If I get food here, it's almost always the chicken strips. But the last two times I was inspired to try their chili for the first time, since I noticed someone else in the group had it and I thought it looked pretty good. My eyes did not deceive me! Now, it's not as good as homemade chili, but I liked it enough to order it again. I think the meat to beans ratio is nice, maybe slightly more ground beef than beans. I also think the amount of soupiness is solid. Not a lot of spice, but it does have flavor. I like that it comes with cheese and sour cream on the side. I had to add salt as well, but that's also pretty normal for me. Then the other new food thing I noticed is that now they have their own sauce. I think it's really good! It's one of those things that I have no clue what it is, but it works! It tastes similar to other places that have their own sauces, but maybe a little milder/ more creamy than spiced. If I had to guess it's ketchup with sour cream and other spices (but also I could be totally off). All I know is I approve! I like it with their fries. Lastly, to update on the ice cream. I've tried some more of the new current featured flavors. Surprisingly, I like the Cookie Monster flavor a lot. It's blue like the b-day cake flavor (which I've never been interested in). It's kind of like cookie dough ice cream but with a slightly sweeter/ less vanilla base. Plus, in my last review I mentioned I missed some of my old classics... and I'm happy to report I must have just overlooked them last time, because I saw them (and ordered one) in my most recent visit. Yay!

The food is good, and the ice cream is delicious!! The Braum's on call field road is the go to! I also work there!! I love everything about it, day in and day out! Bring your family and enjoy some good delicious burgers and awesome ice cream! Bless you.

The service was horrible and when I got my banana split the sides were covered in chocolate and after I paid and sat down they come up to me a few minutes later to ask if I had paid for my banana split. They even asked to see the receipt and the guy that took my money was the one that asked to see my receipt. How dumb can you be to not remember that he took my money.

We haven't been to a Braums in a few years. We are working here for the week. After walking the flea market ice cream was in order!! A Split to split please! Boy did the hit the spot!!

I haven't been here in awhile. The grocery portion is clean with enough variety that you wouldn't need to go to the grocery store. I like the butter and half and half. The fresh veggie and meat look good. Frozen section with ready to eat food. Of course ice cream and all kinds of milk. They have gluten free products.

Employees were nice but I couldn't get passed the disaster. Braum's was my first job many years ago, it never looked like this.

Insanely slow service. Nice enough staff but I had to wait 25 minutes for a burger and shake. Wouldn't recommend unless you have time to kill or you just want to write a review.

I dropped in to go bathroom and buy a drink. The store wasn't the cleanest or the dirtiest. They do have good ice tea (I mix it 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweetened). The tea containers were clean because there was no dirty taste.

I have never been to a Braums. We originally were going to hit sonic up for some ice cream..but decided to yelp for another ice cream option. We were blown away by this Braums. This location was perfectly clean. They had an amazing selection of ice cream and more. The value was amazing. Back East a waffle cone with ice cream would be five bucks...it was $1.39. The German chocolate ice cream was top 5 ice creams I have eaten. The staff was young, friendly and fast. I wish they would find a way to open up a location in New England so I could frequent them. The store was great too. We grabbed some milk and again it was fresh and reasonably priced!

The store portion was not busy and the dining section was. I was shopping for ice cream. The first isle of ice cream freezers had ice cream in it but they were shrink wrapped. It was impossible to get one out. The second isle of freezers had no ice cream. In the third isle I found two new flavors; white chocolate macadamia nut and chocolate turtle. Both are left few changing. The gentlemen checking me out was friendly enough. There was no other one to check out so wait time was zero.

This Braum's location is filthy. The windows, bathrooms, dining seating, and floors, are full of dust, grime, spills. The people working are very kind. The grocery store looked good, but look any deeper and leave...

Over the last 10 year service here has really dropped off. Last time I was in they screwed up my order twice, and when I asked them to replace one of the items with what I'd actually ordered they told me it would be an extra $1.75. Seriously? You screw up and I have to pay for it. The ice cream isn't bad. It's quite good. But the customer service has reached unacceptable lows. Never going back.

The new churro flavor is NOT to be trifled with. I got a triple dip and it was only one of the flavors... I left sad it wasn't all 3

Braum's is the bees knees when it comes to ice cream and milk! Make a separate trip here every week just to buy milk. I like the recent additions to their grocery section including meats and produce. You could almost get all of your groceries here. The staff is always nice and the store is always clean.

This is a legit Braum's. Aside from dominating the cheapest ice cream and froyo comes, the service is consistently ace. The drive-through is efficient and fast; inside is clean and pleasant. We get our milk here and I'm always impressed by how long the shelf life is! The type of food isn't my favorite, but Colin loves the grilled chicken sandwich. Braum's please... I beg of you... Let me buy milk through the drive-through one day!

Braums--my neighborhood favorite. My husband and I go here all too often. We always get the same thing: chocolate with marshmallow cream mix and a butter pecan mix with extra pecans. It's amazing and it makes my week so much brighter. The reason for the 3 stars is that the service is sometimes exceptional here and other times it is awful. This place isn't efficient at all. They are slow moving and depending on who helps me they usually mess up one of our orders. But when it is right it is SO good.

Sitting here about to eat some ice cream and thinking I might not. This store smells musty. The store looks clean, but when you walk in it smells like dirty dishwater. Should I say something to the manager? No, the staff looks like they aren't having any of my complaining. Will quietly complain on yelp...

Taste just like Braum's but the employee who served me couldn't be bothered to make it correctly. Small Mix in a large cup for the large cup price.

Poor customer service. Most of them were multi tasking on their phone and trying to get my order at the same time. Sad generation we live in.

I eat here at this Braum's location infrequently. The area around 31st and Harvard is very congested especially during regular business hours. The parking lot for this location is kind of difficult to navigate due to that congestion. Once you get inside the store the quality is the same as you would expect to find in any other location and the prices are competitive.

Cheapest date around! Best ice cream, but the drive thru people seem to have a hard time hearing us. Every time. But that's ok. We get our ice cream, and all the frustrations disappear.

Yay for the fresh market when you have unexpected breakfast guests!

I got to stop by my local Braums (Store #36: 2806 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa OK) for a treat on 6/30/20 at about 5 PM. I was surprised that no employee had a mask on in the store. I wear a mask to protect my fellow citizens. As a pediatrician and critical care physician, I was shocked that the most basic infectious disease precautions recommended by the CDC and national health care experts (Anthony S. Fauci, MD) were not being employed by Braums. I grew up in Oklahoma and have always enjoyed my trips to Braums. Now I am shocked at the lack of consideration for customers by not having Braums employees wear masks in the face of rising rates of COVID-19 in Oklahoma and specifically in Tulsa. I will not shop or utilize Braums in the future. This is most disheartening as an adult with warm memories of Braums as a child. Moreover, as an Oklahoman I an embarrassed for the lack of responsibility to fellow human beings that Braums demonstrates.

Now that I know that there are other options for breakfast besides hash browns is a great support for my dietary needs. Having the option of having fruit instead made me very happy this morning. Thank you for this options. Being diabetic is no joke.

My Aunt went to this Braum's last night with her friend and bought something for five dollars. She handed the clerk a $100 bill. The clerk returned a few minutes later with change for a twenty! She argued with the manager for over twenty minutes but to no avail. Maybe the clerk and the manager needed the $80, who knows but that's still stealing! Bring only your small bills to this Braum's or be prepared to get ripped off. #raisetheminimumwage

First time ever visiting here and I was appalled by the condition of the store, the unprofessional staff and the quality of the food that I received. The counter tops and the floors were covered in trash and discarded food. The staff were very unorganized and even had the audacity to ask for my friends phone number as she received her food. Lastly, the chicken that we received was undercooked and bright pink on the inside. Could not be more dissatisfied with my first impression of this restaurant and I recommend choosing elsewhere when looking for ice cream or food.
