"Tucked inside Avanti F&B, Brava is already known for its quick-fired pizza, but it should also be known for its charcuterie board with imported cured meats, cheeses, nuts, red pepper marmalade, and house-baked focaccia." - Lucy Beaugard

Thomas Garnick, the owner is great! He knows a thing or two about customer service and takes customer feedback seriously. He's always striving to get better despite the fact of being the best! He strives to create a truly unique and exceptional customer experience. Get the Board, Brava! Pizzeria update their board seasonally and try different ingredients and techniques. Currently they are featuring 3 cured meats, 3 cheeses a seasonal fruit preserve, mixed nuts and pickled vegetables. I also recommend the Bianca Fresca Pizza, Garlic infused olive oil, prosciutto, goat cheese, fresh mozzarella, topped with dressed arugula and shaved Parmesan post oven, it's delicious! If you want to excite your taste buds and try something new then I recommend you check out Brava! Pizzeria.

Google
Very good wood-fired neapolitan style pizza. The atmosphere is fun and the pizza is very good.

Google
The pizza was good and I would've rated it higher; BUT the girl that served me was morose and depressed. Zero smile or welcoming attitude. A sullen person. It's really too bad.. I normally would've tipped on my to go order but I opted not to because of her attitude. I was in the business for 10 years owning 14 individual restaurants, and our culture and focus was on great food, and positive & happy customer engagement. A tiny bit of customer service effort and a smile would go a long way.

Google
Their pizza is amazing! It's situated with four other car containers inside of a building which allows you to have multiple different restaurants in a small area. I completely love going here and while it's still casual It's also classy too

Kathryn Castillo

Google
Hands down my favorite pizza of all time! The Bianca Fresca is always my go to. I only go to Avanti for the pizza, it would be nice if Brava's would have a different location as it can get very crowded and setting becomes very limited.

Jared Hammond

Google
Got the white pizza and it had way too much spice and a pile of arugula to drown out any chance of tasting anything else. The woman making the pizza was very rude as well. Don't waste your time or money.

Ben Tobin

Google
Awesome place! My wife and I love the pizza and the staff is fantastic! Very fast and professional service! A must try for wood fired pizza in Denver!!

Myra Aksamit

Google
Delicious pizza! I ordered pepperoni and sausage and was very happy with the taste. A little pricey but definitely tasty.

Kanger H.

Yelp
There are few pizzas that excite me the way Brava does. The staff behind the counter are very good and the food is even better. The pizza is very thin with a perfectly light crunchy crust. Very balanced between cheese:sauce:crust ratio and the flavor is well-worth the price. I also ordered the meat and cheese board, which was a worth the price. You get a lot of good stuff for your money and it's a solid quick choice at Avanti.

Yelp
My wife and daughter decided on pizza. I think they were a little discouraged by all the other choices in the establishment. It was hard for me to choose and went with something else. The pizza looked really tasty when it came out. Large pepperoni slices, great crust. I enjoyed the slice I had after they were finished. The leftover king struck again lol. Great place, nice establishment and good food choices

Yelp
After work looking for a Great Pizza. Look no more and get to Brava! Pizzeria. Handmade pizza made for you. Inside AvantiFandB so you know you'll be satisfied as it is a great space to relax eat a pizza and have a beverage of your own choice. I got the sausage and pepperoni and was delighted by the presentation and the taste...DELICIOUS.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem!! I only popped over for a post dinner snack. We had the meatballs, tiramisu , and my favorite the Italian s'mores! They were all so good, I'm coming back today with an empty stomach so I can try more.

Yelp
After a 6 mile bike ride, tummies grumbling, my bestie and I had made it to our destination Avanti; and more importantly to Brava! We both had been wanting to try the 'za here since our last visit and thus it became the destination of our weekend bike-venture! + Perfectly charred crust, made to order from their wood fire oven. + I chose to nosh on the magherita and added chicken. Such a tasty choice! + Portions are large for a personal size. We probably could've split just one, but we were feeling greedy so we each had our own. + The ingredients are fresh and delish! + Staff was super friendly and made recommendations based on our order. +/- Yeah the prices are a little steep, but for the quality of the food I'm willing to pay a bit more. Yum! This is hands down some of the BEST 'za in Denver!

Virginia D.

Yelp
Wanted pizza SO badly. Their vm said "proudly partnered w/GrubHub for delivery" but this isn't the case. Drove 20 minute to order with sad employees (who take your buzzer with the same hands they make your pizza with ) Still hoping pizza will be worth it once I get it home... It is not. It is, however burnt (hopefully I can add my pics to this review) Gosh, Brava...I heard such great things, but you will not see my dollars again. Also, a little perspective: if you can't break a smile cuz your life sucks so bad working in a banging establishment, in Denver CO, in a free country...perhaps you should reprioritize a few things.

Alice Q.

Yelp
I had a really hard time finding the motion to this cool pad. It took our party a while to understand where to begin! I didn't know that Brava Pizza is connected with two or more other restaurants inside. There is Bixo, Avanti Drinks and more. The main building is two stories, with a bar and a balcony. The view to downtown Denver is very eye-catching and comfortable with lots of seating. While the commute was smooth, the parking has yet to be convincing. It is busy around the area and there is valet parking available. There are lots of men with red shirts catching people to park their cars for them. Upon arrival, we noticed the crowds of people, bartenders and servers with heavy plates of beers and wines. The pizza was delicious: Margarita Queens pizza came with Spinach, cream cheese and stuffed melted Parmesan. The Bianca Fresca is more on the Italian side we even ordered seconds: Bianca Fresca but with bacon

Monalisa M.

Yelp
I'm seriously in love. IN LOVE I TELL YA!!!! On a cold a$$ Denver day, this warm 10" crispy pizza, FRESHHHHHHHHHH outta a wood-fired rustic oven??? COMMONNN NOW!!! What's there not to drool over?!??! + the guys were uber nice & chill too. Handled our party of 10 pretty well during the usual Noon-1pm crowd. I WILL come back for you. So be ready :) - Pizza Bianca Fresca :: White Fresh Pizza :: Garlic infused olive oil, local goat cheese, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, lemon olive oil dressed arugula, & parmesan shavings

Allison B.

Yelp
Note: Review for their mobile food truck, as opposed to their brick and mortar place! I've had the pleasure of eating Brava! twice now as they have a residency at Denver Beer Co on Tuesdays (starting at 6:30, come run a 5k and then enjoy free salad and pasta). One way to make you run faster: they sometimes run out of the pasta. Sad for me. But on the flip side it forced me to have to buy a pizza. I know. Twist my arm. On the two occasions that I was too much of a slow-poke to get any of the free food, I managed to try three different options, because I'm talented like that. Two are regulars on their menu - the Bianca Fresca and the Fun Guy (which makes me giggle every time). The third was a specialty pizza that had figs, prosciutto and gorgonzola cheese. All had their signature garlic infused olive oil thrown into the mix, and all were delicious. Sizes are on the larger side, and though I could eat the entire pie in one sitting (again, because I'm talented like that), I prefer to take half home. It's just as good the next day. The ingredients are fresh and make for a wide variety of topping combinations. The dough manages to be a blend of both soft and crispy in all the right ways. And the fact the pies come from a wood-fired oven gives them flavor and texture you don't get from most pizzas (in Denver) these days. I fully admit I am a little snobbish when it comes to pizza, and the east coaster in me says if it's not thin crust and you can't fold it in half, it's not real. I'm here to tell you Brava! does it right.

Barney C.

Yelp
It was surely five stars on this day. A perfect day, perfect location (outdoors) and happy, friendly staff. Monday is $5 Margherita day and we took advantage with our large party. Pizza was served slightly charred (perfect for me) and one pie might be a little large for one normal person but perfect for a ravenous teenager.

Zach T.

Yelp
Wow, what else can i say! I'm so happy I chose to eat here from the selections at Avanti. The pizza was so delicious. The crust was by far my favorite. I had the Casablanca special pizza. It had goat cheese, eggplant, sausage, and more. I was full after eating the pie but I probably could've eaten more because of the taste and creative ingredients. When I come back to Denver I totally look forward to bringing my friends here before the Rockies game for some ore game beverages and pizza. The dessert looked good too, my friend got the Tiramisu and I got slightly jealous! Bottom line; go check this place out. It's downstairs at the Avanti!

James T.

Yelp
These guys make one mean Latte. Very well balanced, and super smooth. I know they aren't known for their coffee options, but they should be. Meatballs are delicious too, marinara sauce is not overwhelming and the focaccia is crispy.

Andrew O.

Yelp
If there's one thing I didn't expect to see in Denver's burgeoning food cart scene, it was a brick oven pizzeria. The odd dome cart drew my curiosity and I was surprised to find a guy flinging dough through the air as another removed a few pies from the oven. As a pizza lover, I had to give it a try. I ordered the 'shroom' pizza, and it was up in less than 10 minutes. The menu said it was fresh mozzarella, goat cheese and mushrooms, but the mozzarella did not make an appearance. It was still tasty with just the goat cheese, but a bit on the dry side. With the optional truffle oil drizzled over the fancy mushrooms, this was very rich. The crust is very well done (especially for a food cart!). Next time I visit I'll try the margherita. The guys running the cart were very friendly, and let me order before running off to an ATM (they don't take cards).

Katie F.

Yelp
Fresh dough + Olive oil & Truffle Oil + Fresh Mushrooms + cold beer on draft + adorable courtyard to enjoy an afternoon meal + nice staff + right across the street from the office = AMAZING pizza that is dangerously close to me! Minus one star for prices. As good as it was, it's hard to justify spending $14 on a personal pizza and a beer, when i could get a massive pizza elsewhere for a lot less. And $5 for a 10 oz ipa? boo.

Justin A.

Yelp
This place is great. Perfect location on 16th street mall and a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I tried the Sausage pizza and my girlfriend tried the pizza with mushrooms. Both pizzas were cooked to perfection - not mushy, great crust, and delicious toppings. The price was also very affordable - $7.50 for each pizza (10 inch). They also have Wynkoop on tap and wine as well so this is a great place to go before the Rockies game.

Robbie K.

Yelp
This pizza is a mouth orgasm! David, co-owner, is an incredible cook and has a personality plus. Most of the places in Denver do not come close to David's pies. I'm from an area in NJ near Trenton called Chambersburg, also called "The Burg". In the 1900's, many immigrants from Italy migrated here and opened some amazing restaurants. We had a number of incredible pizza parlors. One being, DeLorenzo's, which was voted in the top 10 for pizza. David's pizza is as good as DeLorenzo's The aroma of the pizza will have you salivating before your first bite. The taste is heavenly. Once you sample Brava pizza nothing else in the area will come close to this addictingly delicious pie. Bella pizza David. Mahalo for your delicious pies.

Aisha R.

Yelp
Oh. My. Goodness. Somedays you just want to throw caution to the wind and have an ooey gooey slice of delicious pizza. Today was that day and Brava! did NOT disappoint! As I stood in line, I ALMOST was enticed to get a pre-made salad that was in the cold section. They all looked delicious, but it had been a rough day and I wanted something a little less healthy! The staff certainly helped matters by offering a thin sample slice of cheese while we waited. That got me! I ordered two slices of cheese. The wait to heat them up was minimal and the slices were piping hot and delicious. They had deep dish, thin crust, garlic knots, salads and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. They have earned all the 5-star reviews on this Yelp page. Their food is DELICIOUS!

Lexie O.

Yelp
Bomb. Ass. Pizza. Go getcha some! We found this place by stumbling across Avanti waiting for a flight out of Denver. We were surprised at the variety of food options but the pizza stuck out most to us (as it should because it's awesome) and the gentleman that took care of us was great too! Very friendly and worth every penny!

Josh Y.

Yelp
Best pizza in Denver , the Sonny... ask for crispy Pepperoni and it's the best you ever had! Highly recommend you visit them.

Josh D.

Yelp
Great ingredients, good chew on the crust (though, still a bit more brittle than I'd prefer). Good flavorful sauce. Friendly (albeit rushed) staff. I think I just have a prejudice against sitting outdoors only. It made me think "just because you pour olive oil on the pie, doesn't mean your fancy". I wanted it to be fancy pizza, for some inexplicable reason. But just felt it was OK.

Dana V.

Yelp
Love, love, love this place! I am picky about pizza, and Brava hits it out of the park. True understanding of a Magherita pizza and the staff is great with requests. Try the Queen with the italian sausage - you will not be disappointed! Fresh basil, finely ground SPICY sausage, perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Wonderful!

Sandra W.

Yelp
I was in Denver for an audition and I after I was finished, I decided to walk around to get something to eat. I ran across Brava! I saw that they were making small individual sized pizza in an oven OUTSIDE, it was my perfect place to eat. I ordered a Margharita Pizza. I love basil so I had asked for a few more on top. It was thin crusted and SO crunchy and hot when it came out. It was YUMMY. If you walk by here, you NEED to check it out. My pizza was only $5 and I tipped them a dollar or 2, I don't remember. oh, it's cash only.

Cat S.

Yelp
Location location location! Brava is so accessible to 16th street mall shoppers and with all the Southwest promotional events going on, it's one of the most convenient places to grab food. The boyfriend and I went to a movie at Skyline Park (Wizard of Oz - did not recall Dorothy having such a high-pitched voice and the munchkins to creep me out so much, but that is what happens when you have fond memories of a movie from long long ago when your mind is not so mature :P). And having Brava so near and hearing great reviews from friends, decided to stop by and grab food. The boyfriend got a flat bread panini type of sandwich and I went with the mushroom pizza ("Fun-guy" hahahaha. I finally got that!). I loved the crust of the pizza - not so much all the mushrooms so next time I will probably go with another type. The panini was also good albeit a little greasy, but nothing wrong with too much grease right?

Priscilla T.

Yelp
Delicious, simple pizza. I had the The Queen. I usually don't eat the crust on pizza, but I couldn't pass this one up. The crust is super delicious and all the ingredients on the pizza tasted fresh. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location is awesome. Love the atmosphere and the outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

Schuyler K.

Yelp
Every time I come to Denver, I come to Avanti for the atmosphere and this pizza. The staff is always friendly, too. I've tried the queen (margherita) and sonny (spicy sausage). Personally the margherita is my favorite! This place makes it how it should be made. You should also try the tiramisu here. I wish I would've tried it sooner. I can't wait to come back.

Manny A.

Yelp
Tried the Bianca Fresca at Avanti and it was hands down the best pizza I've ever had! The crust was perfect, all the ingredients in it were perfectly mixed, and the goat cheese just topped it off! I can eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day for the rest of my life! LOL

Cassie R.

Yelp
Yes! My boyfriend and I got here right before it closed after lunch, and thank goodness we made it in time to try it! We ordered the mushroom pizza off of a list of very reasonably priced and yummy sounding options. I later found out that this is the big favourite, and I can see why! The outdoor brick oven for the pizzas is fast and efficient while producing incredible results, we couldn't believe how firm and tasty the crust was. Perfect! The toppings were to die for, and I just about cried when one of my mushrooms fell on the floor after I took a messy bite. Top it off with some tasty and cheap craft draughts and friendly conversation with the very attentive and enthusiastic wait staff, and you have a gem.

Krysta U.

Yelp
I normally get this pizza (Margherita) every time I'm here but this time the first pizza I ordered was extremely burnt, so I said something and the ladies said, "well, that's how our pizzas are." Which is incorrect. Every time I come here I get this pizza. They made us a second pizza which was much better but still the crust around the entire pizza was very burnt. Really turned me off from this place. Doubt I'll be back by their attitudes.

Robin M.

Yelp
Brava Yes!!!!! The smells from Brava took over the other venders in the down town area today! And man oh man did it pay off when I ordered the fun guy pizza! The flavors are still making my mouth water just thinking of it. The truffle oil hit it right into the park with perfection. They were so kind and fun while I watched them make my pizza on a old fashion brick fire oven. All for $7.50! I would have paid much more for the experience in is totality! Thank you, thank you, thank you and even more for being kind to my sister's dog! You both ROCK! Robin

Kimberly H.

Yelp
This place has the whole shebang! It is situated entirely outside along the 16th street mall. You can sit on their patio, have some drinks, enjoy the pizza, and just people watch. The staff is extremely friendly; I received recommendations and they even mentioned how they could specially make a prosciutto/goat cheese/fig pizza if I wanted which wasn't on their menu. I got it and was glad I did! Their ingredients are locally sourced, even some of them coming from the owner's garden. Learning that was just another bonus to this splendid little pizzeria.

Bobby T.

Yelp
I like you Brava, I just don't "like" like you. You're just...lacking, and I can't put my finger on exactly what is lacking. The margherita pizza is just so so. I prefer slices of tomato on my marg, so perhaps that's what it is? I like the sausage they put on their pizzas. That's one thing that stands out. I also like the location. It's very easy for me to get to, and quick to get back to my office. Things I don't like? Sometimes they burn the hell out of the crust. On occasion they catch it and refire a new pizza. Sometimes they don't catch it, and I end up eating char dough for lunch. The pizza could use more cheese. Not much more. Just a smidge. Oh, and the marg lacks slices of tomatoes. Everyone does that pizza differently though so take it for what it's worth. Is it bad pizza? Hell no. Is it "Woohoo!" pizza? Also hell no. It's just A-OK.

Fe F.

Yelp
I love their wood fire oven and pizza. You can smell the wood and it makes it feel like fall. I also love the pizza. The mushroom with truffle oil is my top choice. I am gluten free but i decided to suffer before i had my next insulin appointment. So i have gone back and eaten the Italian sausage pizza. I have asked if they have gluten free but no luck.

Evey M.

Yelp
Brava has found that empty spot in my heart that only true Italian style pizza can fill. Pizza, to me, should be simple. It should have fresh ingredients that have robust taste and the amount of ingredients should be limited so that you can enjoy each bite and each flavor. Brava is little more then a brick pizza oven, a prep area, and a few guys/gal at the base of the clock tower at 16th & Arapahoe. There is a patio that seems to be very nice and shady during lunch, a nice little garden / green area, and all kinds of interesting people to watch on the mall. David, the owner of Brava, lived in the Tuscany region of Italy for 9 months and does speak a little Italian. How do I know? Because I lived in Italy and I happen to speak a little Italian. David is a warm and gracious chef who seems to really enjoy that people love his pizza. At $6 to $7 a pizza you should pop by there and have a little slice of what I call heaven: True Italian pizza!

Kate G.

Yelp
After a few visits at their downtown Clocktower location and a few visits at different street food parties around town, I have really grown love these wood-fired pizzas. I shared my favorite - goat cheese and mushroom pizza topped with truffle oil - last Friday with a friend, and it was a cleaner, much easier to eat pie. Less oily and drippy, perfect placement and amount and size of toppings. Didn't lose a single 'shroom. We also shared the daily special that had chicken, mozzarella and green chiles. Spicy and amazing! Perfectly tasty, not bland thin crust, a little soft in the center but a crisp, crunchy outer edge. Dave and his crew are so friendly. I always have leftovers and am excited to find them in the fridge later. I'll be back soon!

Laurie W.

Yelp
I'm updating my review for Brava. I've been back several more times and have really become a fan. I still like the The Queen, which is a pizza margherita. The last time I was there, I also shared Pizza Bianca Fresca, which is a white pizza topped with arugula. You have to love pizza topped with fresh, peppery arugula. All in all, I enjoy Brava.

Marc R.

Yelp
Personal Pizzas and salads made fast and fresh and to your table in a snap. Love that they are so quick with the production and delivery here. Cool hipster servers, and register woman make the place feel cutting edge even though they are right next to the Westin hotel and that tower downtown. You may have to ask people to let you share a table (come on, it is ok to scoot over for a few people!). Fast, friendly, and hip - the Pizza is great and you can get in and out in 30 minutes.

Lindy S.

Yelp
Brava is right! An outdoor, portable wood-fired pizza oven right next to the Clock Tower that makes fancy gourmet pizza with locally sourced ingredients at a bargain price. The crust is perfectly chewy, slightly charred, and has excellent flavor. The sauce is a little tangy and sweet. On Mondays, you can get a 10-inch margherita pizza for $5. The drink selections include Diet Coke, my favorite pizza beverage, and San Pellegrino Aranciata and Limonata. To go or outdoor seating only. The outdoor seating is great for people watching. On a cold day, you can duck into the Clock Tower building to warm up while you wait for your pizza, which only takes about five minutes.

Jeff R.

Yelp
The pizza was delicious! We had the Fun guy (with truffle oil drizzled on) and the Bianca Fresca pizza. The ingredients tasted fresh and the dough was great! The service was awesome too! Really friendly folks. And, the patio seating in the summer is great! A mist see on 16th street!

John W.

Yelp
+1 for being a local business, that means a lot in my book right there. +1 for being different. Store front, meh. Cart, been done. Patio at Lannie's Clock Tower, awesome location. +1 for good italian style pizza +1 for being a great host and explaining everyh +1 cuz I ran out and this ended up being a "thing" adding up to 5. We stopped by Brava as part of a walking food tour of Downtown, was AWESOME. he was great and explained everything about the oven, the pizza's, his process, and more. If you're out on 16th, stop by and grab a pie! They're tasty and are made in about a minute and a half! It'd be in trouble if I could afford one of those ovens!

Arvis L.

Yelp
No greeting. No thank you. They weren't even busy. The pizza is okay. I don't give high stars for what I consider bad customer service.

Katie W.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite pizza place (anywhere)! I highly recommend the bianca fresca, though all the pizzas are excellent. It's also a great place to spend lunch, sitting on the patio.

Gary S.

Yelp
This place just simply makes great pizzas. All interesting, fresh ingredients, wood/coal fired oven. Outdoor seating right at base of D&F clocktower. Today had a "special " BLT pizza - bacon marmalade, pancetta, roasted tomatoes, arugula, and shaved Parmesan: outstanding! The sausage pizza is also really tasty.

Allie S.

Yelp
Had a chance to try out this pizza at the Cherry Creek Farmer's Market. While it is a neat concept and there is nothing better than freshly made pizza, I have to say the pizza margherita (also known as The Queen) was just too greasy for my taste. Pizza was made with fresh ingredients and delicious mozzarella cheese, but I just could not get over how all that grease made the pizza too soggy while eating.

Kenny N.

Yelp
Woah! The Fun Guy makes the palate shout. I saw Brava! at the Uptown Block Party this past week. I was super excited to experience them since I've heard great reviews, looked at their food porn (bad eyesight, anyone?), and wanted to see their oven in action. I asked for a recommendation, a signature pizza, and they suggestion the Fun Guy (locally sourced mushrooms, truffle oil, and goat cheese). It was pungent, redolent with truffle, and tangy with goat cheese. A crispy, slightly burnt, palate pleaser. I found it reasonably priced at $8 ($.50 higher than website price). It came out quickly too thanks to a non-existent line (line up folks!).

Christine H.

Yelp
This pizza is delicious! I went for lunch the other day after reading all the reviews. I was prepared for anything. What I got was a fabulous perfectly sized pizza. I ordered two types, the shroom and the margarita (spelling?). Both had great flavors, perfect proportions and crispy crusts. And the price is unbeatable!

matt h.

Yelp
Simply the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is fabulous, the cheese is amazing, and the overall flavor, particularly on the Queen, is something you must experience. $5 margherita pizza Mondays make me kind of bummed about three day weekends.

Nathan G.

Yelp
A-okay-super-awesome-o. Great crust. Perfectly charred on the bottom yet chewy on top. We had the Fungi -- an all around great pie. Great little garden area next to the D&F Tower. #winning

Vesna M.

Yelp
I can not say enough about this pizza! Authentic, delicious, light and crispy! Located outdoors so only good in nice weather but I heard they are opening an actual restaurant not sure where.

Candis H.

Yelp
YUM! and great location! loved the street vendor feel tucked into a cozy patio. I loved the Porcetta Flat-bread Sandwich. great flat-bread, crispy on the outside. Amazing porcetta. so good and so much of it. Great pesto, different and so good. I'd love that recipe! great and tons of olive oil tossed arugula too. My husband got the queen pizza, also very good- they even drizzled it with fresh olive oil at the table. well done. High quality ingredients. fast and friendly.

Steve D.

Yelp
Brava Pizza: Great concept. Denver has desperately needed a street food scene for a long while, and these guys are the right players at the right time. Super friendly, knowledgeable guys manning the line. We had a great conversation about the local provenance of all the ingredients. Nice to know they are concerned about this aspect of the experience. The pizza: I had the Shroom pizza. Just about perfect. Took about 3-4 minutes in the oven, which means that thing is cranking at about 900 degrees. It came out crispy, cracked & blistered, and yes, a little bit sooty. That's the way it's supposed to be. My favorite pizza in Denver has always been at Osteria Marco, but this pizza was better by a factor of three. Damn near perfect. As I was watching it be assembled, I thought the toppings might be a bit skimpy, but once I began to eat, I saw that they were well thought out, and well apportioned. Any more or any less of any ingredient would have upset the perfect balance on the plate. And if you opt to forgo the truffle oil at the end, don't bother. It's integral, and serves to tie the entire experience together. Without it you'd have a rather dry & discordant collection of nice ingredients. With the oil drizzled on top, all the ingredients unite into a coherent symphony. Without the drizzle, you have Lennon, McCartney, Harrison, and Starr. With the oil, suddenly you have the Beatles.
