Mercado Little Spain, José Andrés’ Colossal Hudson Yards Food Hall, Opens Friday | Eater NY

"For a classic tapas stop, Bravas serves patatas bravas—potatoes cut into cubes, fried, and topped with a spicy tomato sauce—and I would take the portion to share with friends in “the plaza,” the market’s central seating area." - Carla Vianna

I got the snooooooop burger with fries. I tried one of their tap beers as well. Atmosphere was welcoming. Service was great. Outside seating available to enjoy the weather. I highly reccomend this place. Smash burgers are great.

Ever since the early hot dog days I have never been disappointed. However the Tapas are in a different league. And you will always be treated as family.

Been coming to Bravas since the food cart. It has a been fun enjoying his culinary evolution as he embraces his Spanish heritage. The food is excellent and the menu stays fresh. Service is friendly. It is a smaller restaurant so Friday and Saturdays can be a bit of a wait during prime time. Whether you are a returning patron or have never been before it is worth a trip.

I had been wanting to try the steak frites for a while now and they did not disappoint! The fries were crispy and fresh as always and the steak was tender and full of flavor. The chimichurri sauce was perfect, all around my new favorite meal at Bravas!!

I came here yesterday for the very first time, and I am already planning my return. The overall experience was excellent, starting with the good service and continuing right through to the impressive quality of the food. I ordered the Snoop Burger and swapped the raw onion for grilled onion. Let me tell you, this burger is a masterpiece—hands down tied for the the best smash burger I've had anywhere in the Hoosier state ! It was not greasy at all, had a crisp outside, soft inside, was well seasoned, and paired perfectly with all the toppings. It was an easy 11/10 experience! I highly, highly recommend this place.

Guys. This is the best local burger and brunch joint in town. Mid-range price level, and worth EVERY penny, every time. Everything is made in-house and you can taste it. Get the Patatas Bravas, you won’t regret it. Supporting a local restaurant is absolutely no chore and a no-brainer here.
