Guy Fieri Opens Flavortown Ghost Kitchens Throughout the U.S. - Eater
"For example, Bravo Italian Kitchen in Des Peres, Missouri, is the home of both Flavortown Kitchen and MrBeast Burger, the ghost kitchen project of the YouTube sensation of the same name." - Jaya Saxena
Another posh Roman-style Italian place. Solid menu and the food won't disappoint, but like the other restaurants in this cluster at the mall, it's a little pricier than some places (but worth it), so perhaps not an every day family joint. But for most folk it's good for special occasions. PS if you are craving top notch Italian, get in the car and head to the Hill.

This use to be a go to place to eat that we could not recommend enough. Stopped in today and what a disappointment. I'm aware that during covid they closed for a time and new ownership took over. We realized that none of the old staff was there and asked about it. We were told that when the female manager was hired she brought a lot of her staff from the casino with her. The atmosphere was not as friendly as before. Management use to care enough to walk around and check on customers. They use to also make sure that all food that went to the customers looked amazing and tasted just as amazing. The manager tonight did nothing but stand on the other side of where the cooks cooked and moved plated food around leaving food sit up there waiting to be taken out. Never checked on us or any other customers. I ordered the filet. The same thing I had always ordered. During old ownership that steak melted in your mouth and had the best flavor ever. The steak I got tonight had no flavor. It had a lot of fat in it and was extremely tough to eat. The asparagus was burnt. Yes burnt and the manager sent it out that way without a care in the world. The oil for dipping bread is not even close to what it use to be. It reminded me of tomato soup drowned in oil. My husband said his food was very bland with hardly no flavor. The waitress was nice. Thanks to her you get the one star. I would not recommend. I can not stress that enough. The food was not hot by the time it came to our table. We spent 54.00 on a meal that I literally fed to the dogs because I could not hardly chew the steak. I have had beef jerky that was not as tough to eat. Go elsewhere for your money. Don't get disappointed with bland tough food that you can't chew.

I had to try this place out but after reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical. But my experience here was extremely pleasant. Our waitress was wonderful and a pure delight. The food was fabulous and the ambiance was devine. I will definitely be back with my husband for a date night. And I read that the portions were small, but my plate was full of goodness.

Giving 2 stars for the quality of the food. The restaurant should seriously look into the taste and quality of the food. It was below par.
However the waitress was friendly and the place looks nice.

Excellent food and courteous service. Large portions and extra crispy eggplant makes this the best I've ever had. Oh and the atmosphere and romanesque architecture inside is superb.

Great meal, love the bread and oil, never had a bad meal here. Prices are very reasonable for a nicer restaurant. Wait staff friendly and attentive without being "too attentive".
