The Best Kosher Restaurants in NYC | Eater NY

"Serving classic New York and Chicago deep-dish pies, Bravo is a vegetarian pizzeria that keeps a strictly kosher dairy and partly vegan menu. The stuffed-crust vegetable and cheese pie is especially good, lush with tomatoes, mushrooms, purple onions, and spinach — but the ziti and vodka slices, spelt-crusted pies, garlic knots, calzones, and green salads are equally as worthy." - Eater Staff

First time at Bravo Pizza and… we kinda went all in. Had to try one of everything—for research purposes, of course. Let’s start with the Tomato Basil with soft mozzarella. Wow. Just wow. That slice was next-level. Fresh, creamy, a little tangy… it tasted like summer in Italy landed on a perfect crust. Then came the Pineapple Jalapeño—sweet meets spicy in the best kind of flavor battle. If you like a little kick, this one’s your guy. We also tried the classic cheese (solid, comforting, no frills), mushroom (fancy but still fun), and the roasted veggie (basically health food, right?). Olive, regular pineapple and a bunch of others in the pics below. Each slice had its own vibe and we weren’t mad at any of them. Great crust. Awesome toppings. Chill vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

First time here and the way I got to this place was totally random. I was just walking by on my way back home after a “not so good” day and I was hungry. I was just passing by this place in the exact moment when I decided to have something to eat and boom, there it was Bravo Pizza. I was attracted by the good looking pizzas you could see by the street. I never knew this place so I entered and then I was told that: we only sell veggie pizzas😅😅. So I was like, ok what the hell I just entered here and they were giving me a good service so I stayed and had: the pizza with cauliflower and the marinara and both were AMAZING, one of the best pizzas I had in NYC. Quality ingredients, good kosher pizza indeed. I will surely continue coming to this place. The service was very good. 👋👋

I can say this... Pizza terrible, atmosphere just ok, and service plain out sucks. I would not come here again and would not recommend. There are far too many options out there to come here. Especially for the very expensive prices. Food looks great, but looks can be deceiving, and don't even think of getting any type of service here. Just NO!

I stopped here to get something for lunch and found out they only sell veggie pizza, so I got a little skeptical but decided to try anyway. I'm glad I did! It was delicious! The temperature was perfect - it wasn't super hot and tasted better than many regular pizzas in NY.

Ok. I normally do not write reviews, but this needs to be said. The food is absolutely horrible for New York standards. I didn't know it was Kosher until I sat down with my 3 slices and a drink. ($20). Got a plain slice, a vodka slice and a marinara slice. I tried me best to finish it but I don't want to spend the next 3 hrs inside a bathroom stall. Besides myself everyone else is a specific nationality. I will leave it at that. Regardless the food is horrible and expensive. Again it's my fault because I didn't know it was a Kosher pizza parlor. Moving forward I got to Google the restaurant and look for the K. Check the photo. Looks great and smells great but the taste is close to dog food. Yes I had dog food before. We Jar heads do stupid shit. Lol.

Great pizza. I didn’t realize that Kosher Pizza could be so good. Asked for a slice of the most iconic pizza and they didn’t disappoint. Great place. Plenty of seating.

Great Pizza and Excellent Service! I had a great experience at Bravo Pizza! The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made me feel welcome. The pizza was delicious – fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of crispy. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or sitting down for a meal, this place is a solid choice. Highly recommended!

Pricey but unique and delicious variety of pizza slices. The bbq chicken slice was top 5, with the buffalo bacon ranch a close second. Pepperoni was a safe pair of hands bur nothing special and Hawaiian was worth skipping. Loved the service and after seeing them make the fresh pasta to order, wish I had tried it.
