cannot believe these bad reviews!!! were y’all ever even at the old bread & spread?! it isn’t exactly a dine-in experience and it takes a
minute because perfection and the best sandwich on the face of the earth TAKES TIME.
tbh was no big deal on a busy saturday. we ordered via the QR code as instructed on the signage. it said 15 mins. it was ready at the pick up window (WHICH IS CLEARLY SIGNED!) a few minutes after the eta.
everyone needs to chill and support this new iteration so we can continue to enjoy the amazing food please and ty.

As some others have mentioned, this is a ghost kitchen setup. There are 5 or 6 other restaurants at this location and they all require you to order via their app.
Most of the photos are NOT authentic and show some other location. Providing an actual photo of the pickup area. I'm disappointed because I was excited that there was a new sandwich shop in the neighborhood!

Just had my first Bread and Spread sandwich and I gotta tell you, it was awesome! This was a late lunch for us and we knew we needed to save our appetite for dinner so we decided to split sandwiches. Though it was a big sandwich I was left wanting more than just a half. Between our party of 6 we ordered a dumbo cheesesteak and two short rib beef sandwiches. I am for sure coming back here to get a full sandwich. So tasty.

Small hidden place with great sandwiches.
They have build your own breakfast sandwich, I got it with cheddar cheese and vegan sausage. And it was very filling and delicious.
My party got turkey sandwich, which was great too. The staff was also accompanied with allergies too.
Great place overall, recommend for a quick breakfast or lunch.

Very good, hole in the wall, place to get a sandwich. It doesn’t look like much and you would most probably just pass it by if you didn’t know better.
They don’t have much on the menu- maybe half a dozen sandwiches. But the chicken caprese and the rib sandwiches were very good. Each sandwich is around $15.
Stop in for a sandwich.

Perfect combination, ciabatta was light and crispy, not typical heavy loaded with cheese sandwich. The Porchetta sandwich blew my mind. The breakfast sandwich used to be a good deal for me if I could add pork sausage, but they only have the vegan one now.

Delicious fresh breakfast sandwich to order. Got eggs, spicy mayo, turkey bacon, cheddar, on ciabatta. Comes with sliced tomato and arugula, which is a perfect touch. Order include a hash brown fried to perfection and ketchup (thoughtful because I used it for my sandwich as well).

A true hidden local gem. This was the best food we ate all weekend in NYC. WOW! We got the Beef short rib and cast-iron chicken caprese. Both were phenomenal but we loved the beef more. 10/10++ and great service!
