The 24 Best Restaurants in Monterrey, Mexico - Eater

"The breads and pastries at Bread Panaderos are famous not just in Monterrey but all over the country. Alejandro Reyes and Bernardo Flores celebrate artisanal baking through natural ingredients and experimentation. The sourdough and butter croissants are the duo’s signatures, but they’ve also made bread using chapulin flour (from Mexican grasshoppers), among other experiments. The pastry menu features kouign amann, conchas (Mexican sweet breads), pain au chocolat, and muffins. The bakery serves breakfast, lunch, and even dinner, when cocktails are offered alongside pizzas and open-faced sandwiches. Inside the bakery you’ll also find Café Pistola, where expert baristas pour coffee and espresso made from specialty Mexican beans. [$-$$]" - Liliana López Sorzano

Google
A great spot for well made baked goods, muffins, cookies, and other breakfast items. A good selection of coffee based drinks as well. The service is streamlined with the customer being provided a buzzing disc for ordered items like cappuccinos and breakfast items that take more time to prepare. Once your items are ready you are immediately notified by your disc(s). Very efficient.

Everything is delicious there. The pain au chocolat is to die for, better than a french one. Cappuccino is a total success and the baguette is perfect.

It was quite full! My friend and I got our food very quickly I enjoyed their grilled cheese and a latte, it was comfortable as Arboleda tends to be. I must say I wasn’t a huge fan of the plates they gave us cookies on nor the packaging for the coffee, it was simple but for a place like Bread i was expecting a bit more thought for the design. The service was great :))

Café and bakery offering a variety of breads, coffees, pastries, and other food. I ordered the veggie wrap. It was delicious, however, don’t expect a typical wrap. The quality was excellent, but the quantity was snack size. The outside of the wrap was crispy with vegetables inside. It tasted and looked like an egg roll. The café seems popular with the amount of people going in and out. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. The service was fast and friendly.

One of the best bakeries in Monterreym althou a bit expensive for bread is totally worth it. We had the grilled cheese, a Matcha frappe from their coffee shop and an almond croissant. Best of the best.

Very yummy coffee, one of the best batch brews I had during my trip here in Monterrey. The pastries are to be messed with here for sure. Super flakey, they were all baked to deliciousness!
