This was my first visit to this place. There was a good selection of food, but I’m not entirely sure there’s a manager or owner properly training the staff. Several of the male staff members were trying their best, but one of them made unnecessary jokes and acted in an exceptionally rude way towards customers. He might have thought he was being funny or confident, but he clearly forgot that I was his customer.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with respect. The staff need proper training — not to act overconfident or make fun of customers. I couldn’t tell whether this person was a chef, receptionist, or manager, but he certainly behaved as if he ruled the place — and that’s no excuse for being rude to customers.
However, I should say the lady at the counter was very nice and polite, which was the only pleasant part of my visit.
