Bread + Butter

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. When we arrived, we were greeted right away, and Kalil at the register was very patient as we reviewed the menu. We ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and a hamburger. Everything was served hot and fresh. The cheesesteak was loaded with meat, diced peppers, and onions, all overflowing from a fresh bun and topped with melted cheese. The hamburger had two patties on a soft, fresh bun with crisp toppings. I chose just lettuce, but I saw other burgers with a variety of fresh toppings. The fries weren’t anything special, but they were piping hot and cooled to the perfect temperature. The only thing that seemed a bit overpriced was the $5.99 fountain soda, which we skipped. Otherwise, we had a great meal and good service. The seating is food court-style, so you can sit wherever. Shoutout to Kalil at Bread and Butter!

The food is good but very expensive. I ordered a cheesesteak and onion rings. The onion rings were $8.99 and I got 6 (SIX) onion rings. Ridiculous

Upset customers! Awful customer service and food. Two days in a row with stale fries. When we got up to the room the fries were stale. The woman pick up the fries from the desk throw it in the plate just like she throw the utensils in the bag! Ranch chicken burger and beef burger meal were old, not fresh and we couldn’t eat it. This is not our first meal there this one was the worse just like this crew today. This was not free! Pretty foul that you so quickly packed such nasty food, and took advantage of us because we took it to go upstairs. No accountability!

The food tasted good, I ordered the burger with a side of fries. It took a long time for the food to come out but the employees were really nice and helpful despite the long wait times.

Went in for breakfast, I ordered steak & eggs, it came with tater tots. The steak did lack flavor, I had to add a lot of salt to it. Same with the tater tots! Our cashier was super friendly & had the most cheerful vibe. The quality of the food however, does not match the prices. The paper plate for the steak is also a huge inconvenience.

06/19/2025 @5:30 p.m. I bought salad which is about to expire in next day. When open the container, there are a really bad smell of expired brocoli from the salad container I bought. Talk to the store, they refused to issue a refund. So everyone must not buy salad from bread & butter. They do not maintain quality of food, instead they try to poison us by selling expired foods!!!!!

After checking out of mgm hotel on 8/9/25 at national harbor i stopped at bread and butter for breakfast. The food looked good but unfortunately didn't get a chance to taste the food. One of the guys that was cooking the food was behind the counter had picked his nose. When I asked if he could wash his hands he got smart and said he wear gloves when dealing with the food. If your touching gloves after you pick your nose it's getting on the gloves. Thats just common sense. I decided against ordering anything from that establishment.

Terrible service and terrible food. This is the only place open in the morning at MGM but they really should just close it down or fire everyone there and start again. I don't know how you mess up a simple omelet but they did it. The food was pretty much inedible, and that was after waiting 20 minutes total when there had been only one customer in front of me because these are the laziest employees I've ever seen. Again, MGM needs to fire the manager, most of the staff, and start again because I don't think this place could be saved by just replacing the management.

This is one of the newer restaurants at the casino. They have a nice selection of breakfast and sandwich items. The salads are giant (and priced as if we are in Las Vegas). The grilled cheese and fries is the best deal in the food court.

The concept is fine and sorely needed at MGM since they closed the 24/7 Vietnamese place. The problem is this place is designed to be slow. 1/2 the employees are doing nothing useful and the line gets very long and slow. While you wait, the manager or whatever is on her phone.

Worst customer service ever. Overpriced diner food served up by employees that act as if they are doing you a favor. Take your business elsewhere, because it isn't valued here.
