Bread + Butter

Went in for breakfast, I ordered steak & eggs, it came with tater tots. The steak did lack flavor, I had to add a lot of salt to it. Same with the tater tots! Our cashier was super friendly & had the most cheerful vibe. The quality of the food however, does not match the prices. The paper plate for the steak is also a huge inconvenience.

The food tasted good, I ordered the burger with a side of fries. It took a long time for the food to come out but the employees were really nice and helpful despite the long wait times.

Wow.... how in the world can you mess up a Caesar Salad?? WHY is there kale, tomatoes, and onions in my CAESAR SALAD, and not a drop of romaine lettuce? Because this is probably the only late night spot open at MGM, I felt like I didn't have any option. I had an egg sandwich once, and they just seem like they don't really care about food preparation. It was horrible. My onion rings and tenders were over cooked (burned) and they had to redo. The ONE item i did enjoy was removed from the menu. For the prices they charge, the food is pretty mediocre. Please do better and be consistent. I will say the staff members are usually very kind even though management should be mindful of long line and try to hire more staff. Waiting 20-30 minutes for 2nd rate food is unacceptable. Thank you.

MGM should be ashamed for putting yet another dump in their casino for us to eat from. I ordered the steak and eggs, requesting my steak to be cooked medium-well. When I got home I could not cut the steak with a knife because it was so tough. Also, the lady at the counter with the big afro, acted like she didn't want to be there. She made no eye contact when she took my order and behaved like it hurt her to answer my questions. All accompanied by multiple eye-rolls as if my questions were annoying her. As it is, there are not many good food options since the Saigon restaurant closed. I will not be ordering from here again unless its something simple like a pastry or coffee. I guess I could bring my own food in my purse the way my mother used to.

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Brioche bread was cold. Sandwich was very not good. Best part was the tator tots. Also ordered a cafe mocha and iced coffee. Ice coffee was disgusting and mocha was too sweet tasted like a hot chocolate. Will never return.

Highly upset waited until 6am for opening to find out they decided to wait until 7am to open because they were not finished cleaning. They did not offer to help accommodate us in any way

If you want rapid weight loss, this is the place to go. Ate a patty melt (and was the only thing I ate that day) and lost 2 lb on the porcelain throne. The owners clearly don’t pay their workers enough because they couldn’t be bothered to even look at you, let alone talk to you.

Terrible experience. Took 40+ min to receive food and the staff was befuddled the whole time. Do NOT RECOMMEND

This is one of the newer restaurants at the casino. They have a nice selection of breakfast and sandwich items. The salads are giant (and priced as if we are in Las Vegas). The grilled cheese and fries is the best deal in the food court.

The concept is fine and sorely needed at MGM since they closed the 24/7 Vietnamese place. The problem is this place is designed to be slow. 1/2 the employees are doing nothing useful and the line gets very long and slow. While you wait, the manager or whatever is on her phone.

Worst customer service ever. Overpriced diner food served up by employees that act as if they are doing you a favor. Take your business elsewhere, because it isn't valued here.
