I have a restaurant in Maryland, and I am writing to express my concerns about a challenging with Breakthrough Beverage company to work with. I understand that staffing issues can be challenging, but I do not have an assigned sales representative, which makes it difficult to manage orders efficiently. Additionally, when I placed my order, I was informed that I could only receive delivery every other Thursday, whereas I used to have delivery every Thursday. On Thursday May 8th, I waited from 10 AM to 12 PM for the delivery, but the driver did not show up. When I called to inquire about the delivery, I received different information and was finally told that the driver came at 9 AM and returned the product to the warehouse. This miscommunication has caused significant inconvenience for my restaurant. I believe the alcohol liquor board should review their license to ensure that businesses like mine receive reliable and consistent service. I hope we can work together to find a solution to these issues. I hope all retail stores and restaurants bring this issue to the Maryland liquor board, before Breakthrough Beverage liquor license renewed. I will file a complaint to the Maryland board of alcohol to review their policies and procedures before they renewal their license.

If you have a business, you should differently give them a call. This distributor is the best. I was completely impressed with the selections they offer.

Your drivers of truck 2477 need to be fired immediately. I was at Canton Crossing getting into my vehicle and the truck pulled up and blocked me in. I said, Hello, I need to get out can you pull up real quick, I am on lunch break and can't be late. They had not started unloading, the door had not been open on the truck, they JUST pulled up. The driver said he was not moving the truck, his helper said "we have a job to do too". He then proceeded to open the back of the truck and start LOADING HIS HAND CART. I was trapped by your drivers for a 8 minute period. They refused to move the vehicle up not even 2 feet to let me out, they refused to un trap me. They sat there and stated laughing. I called the Baltimore City Police. As soon as I had the police on the phone, then they moved the truck. Why? Why does it take calling law enforcement to make your drivers simply move the truck up a couple of feet to unblock my vehicle. These drivers need to be fired, they held a woman against her will in a parking lot on a 94 degree day when they simply could have moved up and let me out. What a disgrace of a company, a disgrace of an employee, and a disgrace of two men.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting a different interaction with this warehouse. Yes, they do go by appointment times, but I was here at 9:20 a.m. for a 10 o'clock appointment. There were no problems with the workers at the check-in. Given a door immediately. Took one hour and 45 minutes to unload. 1st time being here, and it was a great experience. They also have a restroom for us to use, and it's not a porter potty like Home Depot or floor decor. If there were more stars available, I would give it. I'm not too sure about the other drivers' reviews, but again, it's not what happened in my experience.

This is a good place to deliver. They go by appt so don't show up early unless u want to wait. If you follow your instructions it's a good place to deliver. They have overnight parking so if u do show up early everything is k. 👍they have plenty of parking drivers. For real it's great place to deliver and you will need your Maryland permit when you first check in too drivers. Yall have a nice day and be safe out there drivers.
