Recently ordered the pizza oven, along with a 1 gallon kettle and a pizza serving board. All items are built like tanks and of high durability and quality. Once the freezing snap lets up, I can't wait to use these items. I had some of the other pizza oven accessories, but the serving board is essential for transferring finished pizzas and a good surface to cut/serve them on. The small kettle will be super handle for making chili and soup. I'm excited to cook pizzas, as well as a variety of other items with the pizza oven, as there is also plenty of space for things like meat, veggies, or even baking breads. I have both a Luxeve and a Y series, and with the pizza oven, it will be great to be able to do some cooking with the Luxeve. As always, Breeo customer service is unmatched. Great products from a great team. Highest of recommendations.

I’ve had my breeo for a few years now, inside has rusted away and breaking apart. And can’t find the email with the order number on it so I’m basically screwed and they won’t warranty it. Somehow they got my email and can send me advertising emails constantly yet can’t look up my order info on their system. Not worth the expense, they rust out like everything else and then they’ll definitely not repair it if you don’t have your order number so don’t lose that.

We purchased two cup holders and two trays to add to our Polywood Adirondack chairs. We love them! Quality build and the universal fit works really well (sturdy and don't feel "flimsy" on our chairs). They make our firepit area so much more comfortable and functional. Highly recommend.

After the first use of the Rotisserie and basket we requested and received a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. In brief the product(s) were misrepresented. Both the Rotisserie and the flat basket claim to have a 20 lbs. limit. Our experience indicated something quite different. We spatchcocked two 6 lb. chickens which did fit in the basket fairly nicely. If you know anything about this rotisserie you should know that the rotisserie rod doesn't have a mechanical connection/lock. It relies on gravity to keep the shaft from migrating out. Specifically the fixture is designed with an upward tilt to facilitate this. In our experience once the 12 lbs of chicken were in the basket, in the rotisserie the device sagged sufficiently to where the shaft now had a downward tilt. My expectations weren't positive at this point. Sure enough, after about 10 minutes of rotation the shaft had migrated out of the motor unit enough to stop rotating. I worked the rod back in to get it rotating again. This happened 3 times (keep in mind it's piping hot) and on the third attempt I managed to inadvertently release the basket and now the chickens were down in the coals. IMO this is a great idea and we so wanted this to work out as described. We love our Breeo products, we have the fire pit, the firepit stand, the firepit accessory stand, the grill, heat deflector, AND the chairs! In summary be aware that if you put anything heavy on the end it will sag and disappoint.

We love to have fires spring through fall, but always hated dealing with the smoke. We tried all sorts of things to reduce it with our old pits, but we could never completely get rid of it until we got a Breeo. It's amazing how well it works and how easy it is to get the fire started. The recent addition of the heat deflector has extended our fire season a month earlier into spring and further into fall. The video in daylight shows that there is a bit of smoke when it's first started, but it's pretty minimal and disappears quickly, the key is to keep the fire hot. The removable sear ring is really neat and takes a fantastic season, it'll be a great addition to the grill when cooking for company. Our original pit ended up developing a flaw that required replacement and the warranty process could not have been easier, Breeo delivers a top-notch product and service.

Breeo makes a great smokeless fire pit with plenty of accessories and options, and they pair that with great customer service. I found Breeo after having a new paver patio and fire pit with seating wall built in the summer of 2021. My initial fire pit came with a bowl and spark screen, but it gave off a lot of smoke. I researched smokeless fire pits and found Breeo's x24 with insert kit. The reviews were great, and it was made in the USA so I pulled the trigger. I haven't regretted it! The smokeless technology works great, the product is sturdy and fits perfectly in the brick surround. All my guests are impressed with how smokeless it is and how great the fires are. I bought the lid too, it serves as a table top when not burning a fire and gives a clean look to the patio area. I later bought their spark screen which locks in place nicely. Next up will be the heat defuser. I've dealt with their customer service on a few occasions, and they've always been quick to respond with helpful information. They sent me a new lid when I noticed a scratch on the initial one they sent. I can't recommend Breeo enough.

Even with all the reviews I was hesitant to invest in a pit that I had never heard of, seen or used aside from on facebook considering the price tag. I'm so glad I did. I was building a firepit for my back yard and was set on just using a regular lining that came with my stones, but I had searched for smokeless options. I started by asking customer service a ton of questions and they were extremely polite, prompt and helpful. I initially ordered the x30 corten and ring. I ordered it on Wednesday 06/14/23 and received it on Tuesday 06/20/23. Considering the size and weight of these I did not expect them to arrive so quickly even though it was coming to NC from PA. After placing my Breeo in my pit the rest was easy. Build a good base, add heat, slowly add more fuel and let the magic happen. There is smoke during the initial burn, but if you're using to smoking meat using wood or charcoal you know it has to smoke until it hits a temperature. The Breeo is the same except if you add more fuel or wind there is no additional noticeable smoke. After buying the pit and having my first burn I bought Breeo's lid (this is not a snuffer), outpost grill, shovel, fire poker and dock to hold my Breeo accessories. During my first "cold" weather burn I noticed the stones surrounding my pit were preventing heat from the bottom reaching us and saw that they Breeo offered a heat deflector. At the time of ordering there wasn't a heat deflector available for x30, but a quick chat with Breeo customer service and I learn they have something in the works. Sure enough they made one and I have since purchased it and it worked great. Be careful with it though as I now have to identical burn marks on my arm because beer + fire is bad. My favorite aspect of Breeo is that they are always thinking of the next thing. In my rush to complete my pit look and functionality I bought poly lumber chairs, a wood rack and wood from another company. Breeo has since produced all of these things of their own. Breeo's x-series chair was for me, but I did like it a lot. Their rack looks like it would be an upgrade for me, but I’m trying to say now. My only real regret is that they came up with an even larger offering, the x42. I would have loved that but I’m plenty happy with what I have.

I cannot recommend Breeo enough. Excellent customer service, fast shipping, quality fire pit and accessories, we're customers for life. My only regret is not buying one sooner. I researched all the smokeless fire pit brands and am glad I invested in this brand.
