The Best All-inclusive Resorts in the Bahamas

"A lively all-inclusive set along Cable Beach (a 2.5-mile stretch of sand renowned for its beauty) with multiple freshwater pools—one featuring a swim-up bar—that overlook clear ocean waters. Guests can relax in al fresco hammocks, play tennis or pickleball, enjoy island-inspired spa treatments, and dine at one of five restaurants or sip cocktails at four bars. Rooms and suites often feature elegant marble bathrooms and rich mahogany furnishings, though not all rooms have private patios. Gratuities are included and Wi‑Fi is provided; rates start from $360 per night." - Lauren Dana Ellman Lauren Dana Ellman Lauren Dana Ellman is a New York-based writer and editor who specializes in travel, lifestyle, food, and shopping content. "Dance the Night Away Chances are good that you’re going to spend at least one night on the islands shaking your money maker, but exactly how suavely you move is up to you. A Breezes Resort dance class will have you swinging your hips in no time (classes are high-energy, low-pressure), and primed for a night out at Bambu, where the house music is loud, and the energy electric. Hammerheads Bar and Grill features local bands every Friday night, and the music is usually lively and inviting (the extensive cocktail menu will certainly help you overcome your stage fright). All of this should serve as a primer for a night out at the legendary Jeffrey Beers-designed Atlantis Aura Nightclub, port of call for some of the best DJs in the world."

Where Chefs Go: The Bahamas

"When Regan goes, she stays at the Marley Resort & Spa in Nassau, the capital city. 'This is [Bob Marley’s] old house turned into a boutique hotel,' she says. Following an assassination attempt in Jamaica in 1976, Bob and Rita Marley spotted this former governer’s mansion and decided to convert it into their private vacation home. 'There are very few employees, [and] you see the same people almost everyday.' Lush gardens and an oceanfront location give the hotel a sense of quiet that Regan loves. 'If you go off season,' she says, 'you're likely to have the place to yourself, which is amazing.'" - Marguerite Imbert

I cannot say enough good things about breezes. Me and my family loved our stay here. From reception to other people as servers, the customer service is very good. They give you welcome drink. All the amenities are great. You can find shaded areas on the beach. The food is tasty and plenty at the buffet. The rotating dishes and variety is fantastic. We also dined at martino's and garden of eden. The ambience and food was fantastic. The desserts were so good. Oh and at grill there are many options like veggie burgers, fries, fish and chips etc. The vibe of the resort is very relaxed and family friendly. I highly recommend it over others the others that I visited in the surroundings during this trip of mine.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews for local hotels, but I do try to be fair and honest in my assessments. The staff at check‑in and in the restaurants were excellent—warm, welcoming, and professional. The rooms, however, could use some much‑needed TLC. The age shows, especially in the bathroom tiles and finish work. I didn’t get to enjoy the grounds as much as I would have liked since I was in and out for meetings, but I did spend a few hours at the pool table with the boys. The poolside food and drinks were great, though service at the daiquiri stand was disappointing. One staff member continued socializing with other guests who arrived after me, leaving me waiting while her back was turned, which didn’t feel appropriate. My biggest concern came from the room itself. While searching for an outlet near the bed—which there wasn’t—I pulled the bureau away from the wall and discovered an old folded paper plate and a very large conch fritter behind it. It startled me at first because I genuinely thought it was something else. I left the bureau pulled out the next morning so housekeeping could address it, but when I returned later that day, the bureau had been pushed back and the plate and fritter were still there. I reported it to the front desk, and by the following night it was finally removed. Overall, the staff were pleasant and the food at the buffet restaurant was excellent with lots of choices and well prepared and seasoned, but the room maintenance and housekeeping oversight definitely need some improvement.

This was my first trip to the Bahamas. I've never been to a breezes. I truly enjoyed the entertainment staff. D'von Geno linden andreka shaykera and anyone else I missed. This #teamENT does it all for you all day and night. They get you involved make sure you are having fun. They get a ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ review PS Ibumper to bumper bumper to bumper to bumper to bumper Rooms are basic nice beds and pillows great sleeps no mini fridge I did not need one so I didn't ask ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Buffet food is great some service members go out of their way to help you some dont ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ A la carte and check-in This is where I believe the resort could improve the most when we arrived it the bellhop the bad guys were good and happy to see us but the people behind the desk checking in weren't warm and friendly and maybe they're just having a bad day. The a la carte restaurants need some fine-tuning waited an hour and a half to get in because there's no reservations and then once we were seated waited an hour just to get our drinks didn't get dessert Overall this is a great resort. Great people. Great Vibe drinks are flowing. Like I said, the entertainment staff don't keep you happy or anything else is that it's just a overshadow thank you for a great time. We'll be back

The hotel is showing its age. My room was clean, but in need of a facelift. The pool was cold. The staff were terrific. The loudspeaker by the pool was so loud that it could be heard inside my room. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent, but the wait times for the speciality restaurants was long. The beach was great. All in all - acceptable but not remarkable.

There are pros and cons of this resort. Pros: For the price, it was a good deal. Service was usually very good. Beach was nice and very close. Things to see and do and being next door to Baha Mar casino was neat. Cons: It is a dated and run down. Many small repairs were needed like our bathroom exhaust did not work. Hot tub jets were not functioning. There are others but will spare listing them all. I also stepped on a drywall screw while transitioning from resort to the beach (next to where you wash your feet) which drew blood and hurt like Hell.

Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were large and well kept daily. We left our belongings in room and felt safe. Great food and drinks. Great variety of food daily. A La Carte Restaurants had delicious menus. Great value. Very quite for noise. Staff was eager to help with any questions. We walked from the resort to downtown 3.5 miles and felt very safe.

Amazing adults only all inclusive resort. Food is good in buffet, but even better ln Italian restaurant. Staff is super nice and helpful. Great band, playing Caribbean music and much more. And to top all that , during snorkeling we saw puff fish (lots of them), turtles and even very cute and curious eagle ray, pretty big.

My wife and I stayed at Breezes for three nights over Christmas. We chose the resort based on many positive reviews and its reputation as a good value, but overall our experience fell short of our expectations. Breezes is clearly an older property, and this was evident in our room. Electrical outlets were extremely limited, with only one available outlet behind a desk, making it difficult to charge phones and other devices. The bathroom lighting was also quite poor, particularly in the shower area, which felt very dark, and the floor showed signs of mildew. On our final night, the bathroom ceiling began leaking water over the toilet and floor, which we were told was due to condensation from the air duct. All they did was run a wet mop across the floor. The room itself was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. The tile floors only added to this, and although the air conditioning was set very low when we arrived, the thermostat offered no option for heat and never reached a comfortable temperature for us. In fact, the entire resort was unbearably freezing the whole time. The food was also a disappointment. Several reviews had praised the dining, but we found the offerings to be fairly generic and uninspired - like mediocre cruise ship food. On our first night, the dining theme was Mexican, which felt oddly out of place for a resort in the Bahamas. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and we genuinely appreciated their hospitality. Breezes does have potential, and for travelers seeking an affordable, casual, all-inclusive option, it may still be a reasonable choice. For us, however, it did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort or dining, and we will not be back.
