Brentwood Restaurant is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality, all-American food in a professional, polished setting. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere feels well-suited for both casual dining and business conversations. It’s the kind of place where you can bring a client or colleague and feel confident that the service and surroundings will match the tone of a productive meeting. The menu is refreshingly straightforward but done exceptionally well. Think classic American fare — burgers, steaks, crisp salads, hearty sandwiches — all prepared with care and flavor. Every dish we tried was well-portioned, fresh, and satisfying. It’s clear they focus on quality ingredients, and the consistency from plate to plate reflects that. The service was friendly and efficient without being overbearing, which is ideal when you’re trying to talk business or stay on schedule. Brentwood strikes a great balance between upscale and comfortable. It’s modern but not too trendy, refined but not stuffy — just the right kind of place for a corporate lunch or even a quiet solo meal between meetings. Whether you’re hosting a business partner or just want a reliable spot for excellent food and a calm atmosphere, Brentwood delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended.

Knife and Fork ribs were perfect! Red snapper with fried shrimp special was also a hit! Will be back soon! Finished off with the warm brownie!

This is a good, intimate place to get lunch or dinner. Great happy hour specials! I got the chicken strips with fries and to my surprise: the tempura batter is delicious, as well as the fries were shoestring fries! The homemade sauces are great as well! 🙂

Delicious food! The wait-staff are extremely pleasant and in our experience, will anticipate your needs before you can ask. Never had a bad meal or experience here - definitely a little hidden gem of Addison.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and love that they offer many of the Houston's favorites! Our steak was cooked perfect med radre and the smoked salmon & creamed spinach were delicious. I love that they still do the fresh squeezed grapefruit too. Service was excellent as well!

Google
The service here was amazing! Crystal is awesome. The happy hr is from 2-6pm, everyday. I had an espresso martini which was good. I wasn’t a fan of the tempura breading on the chicken strips. The spicy tuna crispy rice was delicious. Cool place to check out, but the food was just okay for me. I’ll try new items if I go.

Right after church on Sunday my family and I usually go out to eat. We decided on Brentwood which was formerly “Houston’s” but switched names. The atmosphere was amazing and really laid back. The service was also amazing we had a wonderful waiter who kept checking on us as well. Let me get to the meat and potatoes of it all the food was extremely delicious and so fall off the bone. I had got the fork and knife ribs with coleslaw which had the right mix, my fries were to die for I honestly don’t think I’ve had fries as crispy as that. My mum had the sandwich and her friend had the coleslaw broccoli and the seared trout. It was definitely a meal to remember and I’m SOOOO planning to go back there.

My favorite thing about this upper scale restaurant is the atmosphere! Romantic, dimmer lighting, real candles at the tables, black, comfy, and private booths... So good for a date night! I thought the food was good. A tad bit pricey, but not unreasonable. We ordered a lemon drop cocktail - delicious! The Brentwood sushi roll as an appetizer - unique and great flavor. I had the Scottish salmon for my entre and I'll say the salmon was just okay, a bit overdone for my taste, but not bad. The sides it came with were good. My husband's fries were better though, lol. His french dip was good but it did not have a great Au Jux or enough of it. Also, bring a sweater... It's VERY cold. Excellent, professional service. It is a slower meal, so go for a nice long date night... Not a quick bite.

Yelp
Brentwood: Luv the food, Luv the atmosphere, Luv the staff. Would HIGHLY recommend!! - I've lived in Dallas for a LONG time, and if you remember the old Houston's on Beltline well, this restaurant is Houston's all over again, without the same name. Last month, I heard rumors that there was a restaurant that opened up where the old Houston's on Beltline used to be, that was similar to Houston's, so I told my husband about it, and, well, we gave the restaurant a shot. We went there to eat for the first time two weeks ago, and since then, we've been back two more times. Our first visit: We were in shock when we walked in. It was the same Houston's interior that I remembered. They've updated, and made a few modifications to the pictures and the flooring, but other than that, I saw no change. I felt like I was in a time machine! It was also a bit strange because my husband and I used to eat at this location, like two to three times a week, and so there were a lot of memories that popped in my head, good ones. I remember going to eat there during the manufactured Covid era and they were closed down, this was almost four years ago. I mean, one minute they were there & the next minute they were gone! with NO notice! I remember asking the staff at HillStone why they closed & they said it was because of the rent had increased, but that wasn't the REAL reason (that's another story). The Food: As for the food, I looked on the menu and, it was the old Houston's menu, with the crispy chicken tenders, salmon, salads, spinach and artichoke dip & smoked Salmon appetizers, coleslaw, creamy mashed potatoes, Baby-back Ribs; you name it. I mean, I was driving down to Uptown to eat at Doc B's, for this same menu selection of food, because Doc B's has the same menu as the old Houston's. I remember seeing the menu & thinking if this food is good, I can now stay closer to where I live now, and get the same high quality food! So, I gave items on the menu a try, and, there was NO disappointment. The food was EXCELLENT, Delicious and quality of the food, was high. They have specials too! The first night we went to Bentwood's I had the grilled Salmon with their creamed corn & jalapeños, and the mashed potatoes. My food was hot and amazing! My husband got a Classic Fillet and it was cooked properly (sorry I forgot to take pictures. I was hungry & forgot ). I did ask the waiter if they had any Chefs dressing for the Salmon, and, they did not, but they do have a tartar sauce type dressing, that comes with their smoked salmon appetizer, so ask them for a side of that dressing, if you are like me and like a little tang. DRINKS: I ordered a Tanqueray dirty Martini with BC olives, and it was cold, properly made, topped off, very good and strong. My husband ordered a beer in a cold glass, and the only complaint from him was that they need beers on draft. A couple of nights later, we went back. This time I ordered the Ribs, coleslaw and a baked potato, which were all awesome! My husband ordered the crispy chicken tender dinner with the french fries and a house salad and his food was also VERY good EXCEPT, he said he didn't have enough chicken tenders, so he asked the waiter if he could order more tenders the next time, and they said yes, it's only $3 more (sorry again no pictures it was a late night & I was tired). Then, a couple of nights ago, we went back again, and, I ordered the French dip sandwich with coleslaw and french fries, and it was Great! (this time I took pictures, YAY!). My husband ordered the Crispy Chicken Tenders dinner, again, but this time he ordered extra chicken tenders, and, he had no complaints. ALL IN ALL: In summary, the grilled Salmon is probably my favorite, the coleslaw is very good and has the thin slices of cabbage, not the chunky pieces, the mashed potatoes are smooth snd creamy, the corn and jalapeño side dish is amazing, the Crispy Chicken Tenders and the BB Ribs, are as good as the original Houston's and the rest of the menu is definitely worth trying. The wait staff here is wonderful, the bar staff is very friendly. I mean there's nothing bad that I can say about the place. NOTE: I found out that Brentwood is owned by Hudson House, another restaurant in Dallas, that I really like to go to. Also, we went to this restaurant, late one night, just before they closed, like a half hour before, and the staff was friendly. They didn't give us an attitude about walking in late and the food was just hot, fresh and good, - so going enjoy the place !! I'm kind of thinking maybe I shouldn't have left them such a nice review, because their business may increase, but it's worth it. They deserve it. I'll just have to make a reservation.

Yelp
Service could have been much better- our waiter disappeared quite a bit leaving us with empty glasses for much of the night. The artichoke dip and cheesy toastie bread were melty, cheesy, savory and satisfying. After indulging in those appy's I thought I would try something a little lighter by ordering something from their sushi selection- meh, not a good choice- my crispy rice was so crispy it was hard to enjoy and the other roll I ordered was close to $22 or more- I believe the rice was $14 for three tiny pieces- both were too expensive for the lack of flavor and quantity- Unreasonably expensive so for the portions. A friend ordered the shrimp Louie and that looked beautiful- but a lot of lettuce underneath the beauty. Probably won't be back, but glad we tried- had an old fashioned restaurant vibe.

Yelp
Service was top notch. You could see everyone was in there A game. Great ambiance for groups and couples alike. Was craving French dip so searched Yelp and found this. It's pricy at 29 bucks but it was good. Didn't like the artichokes in the spinach stuffing for the Rockefeller. Just personally like fresh artichokes not canned or oil cured. That's what I took off the 1 star for. Would go again if I was craving a French dip again.

Yelp
Nice clean ambiance with comfortable booths. Very good food. The two of went for lunch. The French Dip is exceptional and I highly recommend it. The lunch special crab cakes were delicious. Love their slaw as well. Now the bad...service at lunch, again friendly but not good and not crowded. Long waits for a host to show, drinks, refills, and to run credit card. All fixable, but will they?? Maybe take out is the best option.

Yelp
We stopped by this place for a quick lunch while waiting in the area. Our meal began on a positive note with a French press coffee that was quite good. However, things took a turn for the worse with the rainbow roll. It had an off-putting smell and was simply inedible. The rice and fish seemed stale, with only the avocado appearing fresh. This experience severely diminished our appetite. We had also ordered the trout, which, to our surprise, was quite good. Unfortunately, we could barely enjoy it after the sushi mishap. The mashed potatoes accompanying the trout were not to my taste, but the broccoli was well-prepared. Our server was understanding and offered to replace the sushi, but by then, our appetite had already been ruined. Later, the manager approached us and offered anything from the menu to make amends. We hesitated but eventually decided to try the dessert, thinking it couldn't be worse. To our delight, the dessert was excellent, both in taste and portion size--it was the only dish we finished completely. The ambiance of the place is pleasant, and the staff are courteous. Despite their efforts, our overall experience was marred by the poor quality of the sushi.

Yelp
Great meal to be had! Their shrimp Louie was delicious and the fried had an amazing Cajun spice. Their shrimp hamburger was enormous and juicy! If ever back in this area I will definitely plan to come back. The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive.

Yelp
I didn't complain because I really liked my waiter... but come on... $30 for rare meat on my French dip.....

Yelp
I don't throw stars out loosely, but this spot gets all 5 today. When I saw the menu on line, I knew I had to get there. It was like Houston's is back! Same ambience. Same seating. Same statue. The service was what you'd expect at these prices. The server was personable, not overly attentive. I alone spent $60 on lunch that included an iced tea, spinach artichoke dip, cheese burger, and berry cobbler. My burger was cooked as I requested-a perfect medium; the green & white cole slaw was the absolute best I have EVER had (better than Houston's). Long slices of white cabbage with parsley, green onion and herbs in a savory mayo mixture that it is made to order. The creamy romano spinach dip was good enough to slide the chips to the side and eat it with a spoon instead. The berry cobbler was weird. It had strawberries, walnut halves, and a buttery thick crust, topped with cinnamon sprinkled vanilla ice cream. The combination of mushy strawberries, cinnamon, and walnut halves, just didn't do it for me. This recipe needs to be revamped. Houston's used to make an apple walnut cobbler and I'm guessing this was a lazy attempt to make something close to it. Nice try but "no"! With this upset, no stars lost. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will definitely return.

Yelp
We haven't been here since this place was a part of the Houston's chain. We loved Houston;s. (see previous review). We met some friends who are very familiar with this restaurant group as well. The food was excellent. I had the ribs, my wife had the French Dip sandwich and our friends had the club sandwich and the other had the chicken tenders. We also enjoyed their spinach and artichoke appetizer which was delicious. The reason for the four stars is that our service was not as good as we have experienced in the past. She took very long times inbetween serving us. More than once we were looking around for her to help us. I asked her if I could substitute my cole slaw for their baked beans and she said flatly, "No." I was caught off guard by that response so I did choose another offering. But that seemed to set the tone for the rest of the meal. We love Houston's and Brentwood is following in the footsteps...except for their service. It won't keep us from not going again, but it was something we all talked about on our way home.

Yelp
Delicious burger. Well seasoned. Service is great. Bartenders are always pleasant. I'll be back.

Charles M.

Yelp
Excellent atmosphere, good food, OK service and a bit overpriced. Two Cheeseburgers, one small salad, one baked potato, and a spinach dip, (no drinks, no desert) with tax and tip came to $100. The food was all good, but compared to similar quality, atmosphere, food and service provided by other local restaurants it was overpriced.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
Great atmosphere for date night or an elevated casual dinner with friends and family. Similar vibe and menu to Hudson House and DL Mack's. We went for dinner on a Friday night and made a reservation ahead of time, but looked like you could still walk in and get a table for a later dinner. The skinny fries are well seasoned and the caesar salad with tempura chicken was flavorful. Would recommend and go back again.

Yelp
I like all of this restaurant. Food, Drink, Service, atmosphere, staffs, and guests. Smoked salmon is the best one.

Yelp
Fantastic tasting Hawaiian ribeye. It had the perfect char and glaze. My husband got the red trout with parm broccoli and fries. Let's just say, he cleaned his plate! It was a beautiful fish that also looked flavorful and he said the broccoli was perfectly seasoned. The fries were seasoned too, I had to steal a few for myself Beautiful architecture and ambiance. The restroom still had the charm from when the spot used to be Houston's. Highly recommend booking a reservation if you can as it can get busy. Oh and save room for dessert bc their nut brownie with ice cream was AMAZIN! Enough to share on a date

Mb M.

Yelp
We went to Brentwood for a birthday celebration. Our group of five had a wonderful experience. Everyone enjoyed the food. We shared spinach artichoke dip and smoked salmon starters. Both were flavorful. Several of us had crispy chicken cobb salad. Others had the burger and royal French dip sandwich. Everything enjoyed their meals. The ambiance is wonderful. Our sever was attentive. Will definitely return!

Yelp
Awesome food & service Just like the old Houston's Best French Dip & Slaw I've ever had

Beeg T.

Yelp
Growing up, when this place was Houston's, it was my favorite restaurant. Was bummed when it closed. Saw there was a new restaurant in the building, and was shocked when I walked in and it was basically just Houston's with a new name. Same menu, taste and vibe. Loved it. Highly Recommend. They do a good job. Reminded me of dining out with my parents 20 years ago.

Yelp
We visited on a slow Wednesday night as a family. The service was good but a bit slow, we had an attentive waitress with a great attitude. Unfortunately for her the kitchen didn't have it together that evening, even when only a few tables had diners at them. We had three different kitchen errors with our meal and had to remind our waitress of each one to get it fixed. First, my wife ordered a cobb salad with grilled instead of fried chicken, the grilled chicken was there but the avocado and bacon were completely forgotten. Second, we subbed the coleslaw for fries on a chicken tenders plate but still received coleslaw. The kids weren't happy about that. Third, we ordered the walnut brownie and banana pie but when our waitress arrived at the table, she had walnut brownie and cobbler in her hands. She did replace it very quickly with banana pie. Our disappointment was that the pie was just cream pie with banana chunks on the side, not baked into it. For myself, I had the club sandwich, the chicken was deli chicken not grilled chicken(which is not what I expected, shame on me). I subbed the fries for a loaded baked potato and received an $8 upcharge for that, when a loaded potato side item from the menu was $9. Just give me the fries next time and I'll order a potato separately. Skip the loaded potato because there were barely any toppings. After five or six bites, the toppings were eaten even after mixing them in and I was left with just a bare potato, it was so dry! All the kitchen errors were fixed quickly which we appreciate, The food taste overall was fine but not exactly worth the $20-$30+ per plate.

Yelp
We had a great experience here for Valentines day. Our waiter was wonderful and checked up on us multiple times. Everything we ordered was very good. Our favorite was the oysters! The artichoke spinach accommodated the fried oysters so well. The rib eye's seasoning was on point and cooked to perfection. The loaded potato and Brentwood salad sides are a must! The drinks we ordered were all fab. The gold rush and basil gimlet were really good. Wish they gave us more of it though. It was a great dining experience and would highly recommend!

Yelp
Great bar, ambiance, and dining room. Service is normally hit or miss, but they definitely try. The food is fabulous for sure.

Yelp
By golly so much fun! The food exceptional, especially... everything . Crab cakes on another level of yum! The hostess & wait staff phenomenal job. Of course the atmosphere perfect for any kind of meetings

Yelp
This place is in the old Houston's spot on Beltline. Walking in, you think you may be in Houston's, back when it opened. They kept all the booths and the spacious bar but cleaned it up. It's very comfortable. The menu is the same sort of thing, Houston's but kicked up a notch. They have a sushi section, but they still have the chicken fingers. Great food, the waiter was quick and accommodating. It's a close by reliably tasty place.
google avatar

Yelp
Great atmosphere classic Texas steakhouse. Old-school Restaurant atmosphere. Experienced waiters and waitresses Excellent bar area are very comfortable dining room. I like this place.

Jon Q C.

Yelp
Food - great Staff -attentive Ambiance- classy Pricing - good Loved the experience, we will be back! This place is the best!
google avatar

Matt F.

Yelp
WOW! Were we surprised. Brentwood is on the same facility as the old Houston's Restaurant which had be a favorite of our for 30+ years. Sadly, Houston's had gone down hill over the years with quality of food, menu items getting smaller (Shrinkflation)service and, what I thought was the most damming, a arrogant attitude from the staff. From my understanding, the former head chef of that Houston's location opened Brentwood. The menu is about an 80% overlap of the Houston's menu, which is great as it entails all the old favorites. They take reservations! The portions are more generous! The dining room has been tastefully updated. Go check it out!
google avatar

Bud L.

Yelp
Great prime rib, believe it or not, at a reasonable price. I frequent this restaurant often, and love the food, atmosphere, and excellent service.
google avatar

Tony M.

Yelp
I struggle to understand this restaurant at least during lunch on weekends. We go out every Saturday and Sunday and we come here regular. But appears to be so few people here. A generally good menu, much like Houston's. Except for occasionally being out of something, it's good. I hope they make it. One thing that would make me happier. It is so cold in here and we're in June. So many restaurants are so cold it is miserable. I don't get that.

Frank B.

Yelp
Good place to take clients for a B-Meeting, Food and service was Great, ambiance was quiet and good for conducting a serious converstion.
google avatar

Yessica S.

Yelp
Love this restaurant!!!! Food, service, and ambience!!! Menu is similar to the previous restaurant, which I love! Love the chicken tenders and the crab cakes!!!!! Servers are great, especially Jessica and BK!
google avatar

Gonzalo H.

Yelp
Another example of their tasty food. The service was excellent too and the atmosphere, classy as usual. My new regular lunch spot for business.
google avatar

Eric M.

Yelp
Ok, close your eyes and try the artichoke/spinach dip and you will be magically transported to the old Houston's that lived in the building for a million years. And every other dish on the menu. The only thing you do not get here is the smug attitude that Hillstone/Houston's is famous for. Please enjoy. It's a good place.

Kim J.

Yelp
Food meh , service is horrible and manger is rude. Refused to make mistake by waiter right by us . Charged us for a 50$ shot of tequila
google avatar

Brandi Nichole S.

Yelp
Wanted to order dessert.. Called, was told to go through website. Website did not have desserts listed. Tried to call back and no one would answer. Disappointed, wish the service was better.

Bryan P.

Yelp
We have eaten at this restaurant several times since they have opened. We have been pleasantly surprised that their food presentation such as their baby back ribs, crab cakes and various salads, etc. are very similar to what we have enjoyed in this very same place for many years by the previous tennant. In fact, try the tortilla soup! The decor has not changed much and the cozy, friendly atmosphere of the circle bar remains. Another pleasant addition, we haven't had to wait for a table at lunch or dinner, yet!
google avatar

Kurt V.

Yelp
Loved this place! After reading the reviews, some from folks in the area I follow, I thought twice before coming here, but I am sure glad I did! Robbie, our waiter did a great job. He was on top of his game and offered great menu suggestions. One was the Cornbread and Beans Appetizer, something I would have never ordered had he not given a great description of it...it was even better than he described it! I also got, as my main course, The Royal French Dip, which was delicious! This place is taking a lot of criticism for not being Houston's, the predecessor in the space Brentwood now occupies. Honestly, I thought the French Dip and their fries were even better than Houston's. Houston's was good mind you, but this place definitely holds its own. I also don't think the criticism is fair to compare them to Houston's because the only thing they have in common is the space they shared and their own take on a few similar menu items.

Gerardo G.

Yelp
We went there for my daughter's birthday and what we ordered was really bad. The meat was though and very dry. The menu said tenderloin but it really look super dry and bad.
google avatar

Travis S.

Yelp
Brentwood food is fantastic. Great for business lunches or dinners. All the salads are amazing the appetizers are delectable and the main courses rock. Smoked salmon app is amazing and so is the cauliflower app. God the special new Floridian snapper and it was fantastic. Very good and attentive service and the place itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Great bar and the spicy Marg is very good. Will be back to try more items on the menu.
google avatar

Jeremy S.

Yelp
My sister had this in her "list" so me and my family tried it out. Portions were a little small which wasn't a issue but overall It wasn't a wow experience.
google avatar

Geno P.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and incredibly cool bar. Food is excellent. Filet and crab cakes were outstanding. Get there before six and it's $10 cheeseburgers and 1/2 price martinis at the bar. I was shocked the restaurant was just 25% full on a Thursday at 6:00, so no reservations needed
google avatar

Spencer P.

Yelp
Romantic ambiance dim lighting. Perfect for date night. Like everywhere else in Addison worth going to, make sure to make reservations . On the pricier side. Service was attentive and prompt. I got the lemon drop ! It was more on the tart side but still really good! I also ordered the chicken and rib plate. Everything was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection! The mashed potatoes were really good as well!
google avatar

Frank N.

Yelp
Food was great. Artichoke dip, chicken tenders and the special crab cakes all hit the spot. Ambiance is great, feels very cozy and comfortable. Prices are a little high for me to go all the time, but for a special occasion, it's great. But that's just me.
google avatar

Dennis O.

Yelp
Terrible experience last night for Thanksgiving dinner. I made reservations over a month ago. Was sat outside with little heating. Only heat source was taken away half way through dinner. Food arrived family style on 2 platters but we had no plates. Table wasn't set. Was given water and had to push the waiter to get wine. No coffee or anything else offered. Food was not good. Venue outside was not good. Service was not good. The place was clearly overbooked and they were running out of things. I cannot find a reason to ever go back.
google avatar

Mark L.

Yelp
Its predecessor used to be one of my family's favorite restaurants. While the menu is somewhat different, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner our dinner at Brentwood. The food and service were top notch. We'll be back!
google avatar

Allison F.

Yelp
Had SUCH a great experience here thanks to Pierce! The drinks were delicious and the new menu is really fun with lots of Options! I had the wedge salad and it was so good! My boyfriend had the ribs and really enjoyed them! We will definitely come back!

Yelp
What a disappointment! Don't expect Houston-like service or food quality. What started out as an exciting birthday lunch celebration was soon clouded by the horrible service, lack of honoring the birthday guest, and overcharged bill. $19 for a lunch club sandwich that had the quality of Chili's (at very best) left a lot to be desired. Waitress voluntarily offered to sub out watercress salad but failed to tell us she would be charging for a full side. Same server took 25 min to take our order (she had to "greet her other table" first); which contributed to an hour and 45 min lunch. Who has time for that?! Oh, and no to-go cups!! What?! Asked for my iced tea to take on the road.....no can do! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Too many other great restaurants near-by. I wouldn't suggest this one. Sure miss Houston's! I doubt this one will be around long.

Yelp
First off, I'm shocked at any bad review posted. The people working here are SO helpful and friendly! The manager, Dennis Egert, is wonderful. If there was any issue with service or food, he surely could have helped and solved the issue. I've been here twice since they JUST recently opened. We came for dinner with another couple one evening, and had lunch here last week with 3 girlfriends. Both times our experience was 5 star. The food is delicious. This used to be a Houston's, which everyone already knows. Brentwood has mimicked the Houston's menu slightly, and in a very good way. The French dip sandwich is outstanding! I used to say that Houstons had the best, but I believe Brentwood has topped it. Very tender roast beef, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. A sandwich that you would dream of, and now I'm thinking I need to go there for lunch today... Oh dear. Their salads are also yummy. My friends have ordered I believe, each one from the two times that I have been been here so far. Their appetizers are all good, and we've had ALL of them. I would recommend the Chicken Meatballs and the Onion Dip. Delish! I'm anxious to try more of their dishes on the menu and will likely be doing so soon! My only negative comment would be that they don't offer any bread. I had the Baked Potato soup for lunch and would have liked a roll or bread to accompany it, to sop up every drop. The waiter told us they don't serve bread. I think that's a mistake when you have lots of salads on your menu and delicious soup. Who doesn't want bread with that? I certainly do! They do have a jalapeño cornbread on the starter menu but I'm not a fan of jalapeño's, or I would have ordered that to satisfy my desire for bread to go with my soup. You know, a little carb-on-carb action is always a plus in my book! Keto be damned! I'm over it. Come here and give them a chance. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
The food was just okay our waitress was phenomenal! We had Caesar salad, not good, ribs were ok, a little dry. It was just underwhelming.

Yelp
Unfortunate experience due to service. Do not recommend. My family chose Brentwood to celebrate my brother's birthday. When we did not order cocktails or wine to start the server became obviously agitated, short, and dismissive with our entire party. He was extremely short with my mother when she tried to order her sandwich without any sauce. He brought our food and my mother's sandwich had sauce on it. When we asked him to fix it he reacted like it was my mother's fault. He brought some fries for her while she waited, but by the time everyone had finished eating her sandwich still had not come and the server was clearly avoiding our table. We spoke with the assistant manager and he apologized profusely and was able to get the sandwich to us in a matter of minutes. The server did not apologize or make eye contact with us the rest of the night. The manager brought us our check and had removed a couple of items for the inconvenience and gave us a $50 gift card for future use. I really appreciate the manager and assistant manager treating us respectfully and doing everything they could to make it right. But on a night that was supposed to be a special occasion, we ended up feeling like a massive inconvenience. When considering the vast number of upscale American food restaurants in DFW, I see zero reason to risk returning to Brentwood.
