"Located close to the marina, this restaurant with a minimalist, contemporary feel has been serving customers now for over two decades (this strong work ethic is to an extent encapsulated by its name which is the Spanish word for “honeycomb”). The couple in charge, Xavier and Alba, conjure up an updated take on traditional cuisine on an à la carte and three menus: the daily “El del día” (available for lunch midweek), Arròs, and Bresca. We particularly enjoyed the crispy pigs’ trotters with black botifarra sausage." - Michelin Inspector

I went there for 2 days dinner for our holiday in Madrid. There are very nice pasta. Also,The staff, Ruben, is very helpful to suggest and explain the meun to us. I really recommend burrata. The tomato is sweet and delicious. I ate for consecutive 2 days.

Everything here was delicious! Really good homemade pasta with great sauces! The truffle one was our favorite

Carbotrufa is by far the nicest pasta I have ever had. We went to the Bresca in Malaga and was hoping it lived upto the same standard and it did. Sensational

Very bad food, bad pasta, bad vitello tonato. They should change their chef right now. Waiter is not that bad, but do not speak English. Poor pasta, poor salads. We didn’t eat at all

One of the best pizza's I have ever eaten! I had the vegan pizza with truffle, vg pancetta, vg cream cheese, mushrooms and arugula 👌 My bf had the non-vegan version of that, and he also really liked it! I also really liked the olives that came with the sangria. Friendly staff and good service. Would defenitely recommend!

Nice cozy Italian restaurant off the main road. Ruben was great! Got us served, was attentive to us throughout our stay. We're American and speak very little Spanish. He did well to bridge the language barrier. And the food was excellent and reasonably priced. My wife has a gluten allergy and she had a lot to choose from.

The lasagna was tasty, but the service and plates could be better. I ordered a lasagna and a coffee, they bring a coffee and in a few mins another waiter asked: “will you drink only the coffee?!” And I had to explain myself that I also ordered a pasta. What was that about? The coffee plate, the lasagna plate were chipped a lot.

Amazing!!! If you want to eat pasta in Madrid, stop looking and come to Bresca. I went there twice on my trip, first with my girlfriend, and then we came back with our friends! The pasta is truly amazing, and there are loads of vegan, vegetarian or gluten free options. There’s even an entire page on the menu dedicated specifically to vegan options, and another one for gluten free options. There were plenty of vegetarian choices on the “main menu” as well. Great atmosphere and very nice decorations. The service was excellent too. I highly recommend the pasta with pear and Gorgonzola (one of the best pastas I have ever eaten!). The only negative thing is that the portions are quite small, which is actually too bad because the pasta is really delicious. The price is okay though. I would really recommend going, you won’t regret it :)
