Brett's Deli - Vanderbilt Market

Got a sandwich from their new counter where you grab it to go. Said it came with mustard and pickle on menu. It did not. For a $21 sandwhich- disappointing to just get meat and bread when returning to my desk and had to ask around for condiments. Reducing staff wasn’t the best move here. Only plus that gives 3 stars is there is a good amount of meat here

Had this for lunch, specifically the cheesesteak and I am so glad I got it. Also had chips and guac on the side and can surely say it was the perfect amount of food. No food coma once I got back to the office as well so I have to assume it was made with great good ingredients. 100% would recommend.

Not worth it. The Cheesesteak while it doesn't taste bad should just be called cheese sandwich since there is so little meat in it. Not one bite did i actually taste meat!!! For a sandwich that costs $20 I expect WAY more. All the reviews of the sandwich that go back months say the same thing so it's obvious that while they hear their customers they choose not to do anything about it.

Skip this place, dont bother - it's just a disappointment. Got the pastrami sandwich, was missing the pickle and condiments as others have commented as well. The pics make the sandwich seem like an okay deal but dear lord it's just a soggy mess with very little meat or taste. For $21.50 + tax I'm expecting more.

This Mexicali breakfast burrito has to be one of the best I've ever had, due to its good flavor, solid consistency, & reduced-leakiness constituency. Brett's seems to have well-deserved praise!

Ordered a godfather at Vanderbilt Market - Bars & Eateries and the bread quality was poor. 4/10 quality of the sub especially for the 17$ they charge for it. Not worth the price at all. I will not go back to them again.

I'm a sandwich guy, so I love a great sandwich. When I walked in and saw this spot, I low-key knew it was going to be a good sandwich by the way it looked. And man, was I right! The hot pepper with the sweet pickle on the Italian #8, oh man, I will definitely eat it again.

This is the place that you go to once and never go back to again in your life. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich had a negligible amount of meat on it. I think you have to really try and go out of your way to put that little protein on a sandwich. 18$ lol

Great place if you need a super quick bite. The chicken caesar salad wrap w a gluten free wrap was honestly pretty good- not at all drenched in dressing. VERY expensive but if you're running to catch a train or something it's a good pit stop. Very quick service.

This is my favorite place to eat in the valley .I found the best waiter Jacob who gives the best service and has the best customer service. I will always come to eat here and will always request Jacob.Best food /best service/ and beyond delicious. This is my go to place .Thank you Brett's and most importantly thank you Jacob. The entire concept here feels well-executed and genuine. Staff members manage every request expertly. The meals impress with both flavor and appearance. This place charges appropriately for what they offer. Each item we ordered was delicious!! I hope to return shortly!

My regular restaurant list now includes this place because they've earned that spot. The dish balanced freshness with lemon complexity. They combine affordability with prompt delivery. This place offers both style and coziness. I'm certain to visit this restaurant again.

Someone raved about the tuna on tik tok so I had to try it. If you like really wet and heavy may tuna this is the one for you. With celery and sweet pickles it has the nice crunch.

Stumbled upon the urbanspace food hall and have been into food halls alot lately. In NY, these are everywhere and they are all different. This spot was in a rather new food hall as I noticed alot of conversation about what needs to be done. I was disappointed that they were not really trying to have any type of conversation with me about what they offered. I stood there for awhile until I asked to order the #8 Brett's fully stacked Italian sandwich. This had all the meats in it and I got it with everything on it. The bread to meat ratio was good and the roll was soft. The sandwich was put together well and I would try another sando next time if I'm in the area.

This review is for the 52st (urbanspace), and for whoever is in charge. This place is a nightmare! I ordered using the screen the "make your own". I selected the gluten-free wrap with chicken, cheese, avocado, tomato and chipotle-mayo. After a few, i was told there is no more GF wrap! I accepted my fate and told them to use regular one. Then, as I open the wrap, I get welcomed with bunch of lettuce (didn't order that) and guess what!? I found one, ONE single slice of avocado. This place is a complete rip off.

The kitchen here has earned my future business without question. The employees help create a comfortable atmosphere. The menu is simple and classic. The flavors are well balanced. I value this restaurant's standards!

Had a delicious hot pastrami sandwich everything was very fresh and delicious. Service was excellent and the outside seating was great!

Third time I have gotten wrong or light sandwich order. This time ordered their Pastrami Sandwich but on their normal roll instead of rye bread. It took forever, and was missing cheese and mustard (though they did include a side packet). Sandwich was extra, presumable because of the roll, so along with a soda came to $26. Rip off for another disappointing sandwich. Done with this place.
