After dropping in for a quick bite, we chose Erica and Brew-Bakers Cafe to make our wedding cake. The options were endless and Erica worked with us to make sure every detail of our wedding cake/dessert dreams came true! 12/10 recommend the vanilla cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese icing, but we also had multiple flavors of cake pops, mini-cupcakes, and parfait cups that were incredible. AND THE GROOMS CAKE?! Absolutely perfect and the best surprise ever for my husband! We gave Erica a vision and she executed it perfectly!

I’ve had a few of their cakes, and each time, they outdo themselves! This vanilla cake was for my 30th birthday, and the flowers were all made with buttercream, and the cake was so soft and delicious. Was met with kindness and positivity when I picked up my cake, and all around my experience was 10/10! Will absolutely be using their services again!

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon for lunch and had a phenomenal visit. The server was friendly and attentive, the food truly delicious. I had the lunch sandwich & soup combo and chose the chicken bacon ranch on sour dough with broccoli cheese soup. Highly recommend! They have vegetarian options including a mushroom sandwich which sounds divine, and a blackberry grilled cheese sandwich, which I definitely plan to try! Thank you for a truly wonderful experience!

I ordered a cake for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and it was beautiful AND delicious. The buttercream icing and the guava filling were perfection! It was the perfect cake for our occasion.

Yet again, another perfect cake delivered. Baby shower cake - I had a bunch of pictures that I used to draw inspiration from and they were able to combine all the little things into one cake. Delicious, fluffy, moist and not soggy Chantilly strawberry cake!

We’ve been getting baked goods from and having lunch at Brew Bakers for years their cakes are absolutely the best around. After the initial disappointment of the “Brew” meaning only tea, I’ve never been disappointed. They are great folks and the their cakes are even better the next day!

Absolutely amazing. The cake was adorable and even more importantly it tasted so good. I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely be using them for my son’s graduation. They are the best In town!

The owner custom made my silly cake! She was so sweet and accommodating . Made everything just the way I wanted and it was so yummy and everyone laughed their butts off!

I've had this sweet little spot bookmarked for a bit so when my internet went out for a couple of days, I had the chance to venture in and sit a spell! What a cute and homey spot. From the table mats on each table to the way the displays are filled, it's just welcoming. And the proprietor? A gem! She was really engaging and clearly had passion for her wares. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back...and to trying those cakes I now have in my fridge for later! Today I had chicken salad on a croissant and an iced coffee. Both were exactly the way I liked it! They also do cakes to order! Check them out!

I have been here a couple of times and it never disappoints. There is so much flavor in everything they make here ... I feel like every sandwich, salad or bowl of soup is made with love. Today I had the Chicken Caprese and a side of cucumber tomato salad... and a strawberry lemonade to wash it all down. The place is cozy and clean and reminds me of a Parisian type cafe for some reason. The staff was very friendly and happily gave me free refills of the strawberry lemonade. I will definitely be back to try more delicious meals.

The customer service here is excellent! They made a wonderful special requested coffee for me with heavy whipping cream. It was delicious. The cakes and pies will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth and there's so many choices daily. They've been around for 5 years and I'm just discovering this locally owned bakery and cafe in Fleming Island. I look forward to coming back and trying the lunch offerings very soon! Adorable business right across the street from Fleming Island high school. Great first experience!

Met a friend here for lunch recently. Their special of the day was Balsamic Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bisque with a drink. All for $8! Can't beat that. Very cute spot with prints all over the walls. They do custom cakes & pies, and have a dessert bar right at the front. For such a small spot they do have quite a few tables inside and a couple outside as well. The drink I got was a mixed berry tea. It was quite flavorful and refreshing. The soup was wonderful. I love tomato soup/bisque, and this one was very good. The balsamic grilled cheese was okay. Wasn't very cheesy and really didn't have a lot of flavor, even with the balsamic addition. I got a mint chocolate brownie for dessert and it was yummy. Tasted just like those thin chocolate mints you get at different restaurants. My friend had the cherry cheesecake and she said it was very good. They appear to have daily specials and some of the "regular" sandwiches sound incredible so a return visit will be happening!

We love their Turkey and Brie on sourdough with the pear walnut salad. Always excellent :)

Had a relaxing lunch with my Mom at Brew Bakers today. The food was good, the service by Chloe was excellent and it was quite relaxing. Those brownie Bites were perfect too!

This is a great little place to go, their bakery items are wonderful. I've gone in there a couple of times with my granddaughter, who loves the place and their sandwiches are wonderful as well as their soups. I recommend this place.

Delish sandwich and salad for me and kids for our first visit. I also took home a cookies & cream cheesecake that was delicious. Friendly staff during a busy time, and interesting though cozy dining area. We'll be back.

The best service you could ask for! Small eating area, inside and outside. But the topping on the cake (lol) are the cakes and treats! I had the pasta salad this time and it's to die for! The owner is always friendly and accommodating. The staff is top notch! If you are looking for an AMAZING bakery in the whole Jacksonville area- Brew Bakers is your go to!!!

We landed at this place because the place we were aiming to go nearby, didn't have their outdoor seating out. I'm guessing it was due to the hurricane that came through recently but I still only eat outdoors. The establishment is adorable. I went with my mom and bro. It was super easy to order and we were able to snag a table outside. I got the blackberry and jalapeño grilled cheese. It was delicious. I also got the cucumber salad and wasn't the biggest fan of that part. Idk what it was but it kind of tasted off. My mom said the same about her pasta salad. Otherwise everyone enjoyed their meal and it saved us from starving and searching further away for food.

Stop in for a quick to go order today. The chicken salad on a croissant is so fresh and delicious. My son got the Southwest quesadilla and said it was so good. As soon as you walk in you, you're greeted and the young lady that helped me today was very polite. I skipped the desserts but the case had a lot to choose from. I'll be back soon!

This is it! I needed a great pie (well two) last minute for my mom's birthday. Called in 48 hours before and it was simple and easy. Took my order, MADE THEM FRESH, and no deposit. They were so wonderful and easy to work with... but the pies....were amazing! Cannot wait to order a cake next! Check them out!

This café was a delightful surprise! The food was fresh and plentiful, the service friendly, and my food allergies were accommodated. When the soup we ordered was already gone, delicious substitutions were made without question. (We're going to return for our Mother's Day brunch with family! ) My husband had the half saucy-berry-grilled cheese, beer cheese soup. I had the half Brie-apple-turkey sandwich, with a strawberry-pecan salad. It was plenty of food and scrumptious. We're very glad we tried Brew-Bakers! Five star!

It's been two years since my last review of Brew Bakers. The five star rating holds up. I got a combo that included a chicken caprese sandwich with a beer cheese soup. Both were fantastic. The fact that they were both smaller portions did not make a difference as it was a great amount of food for the money. The ambiance and staff were just as good as always and if you are looking for a place to grab a bite to eat in the Fleming Island area Brew Bakers is a solid choice.

My wife's favorite cake is a Boston Cream Pie, and I was determined to get one for her birthday. None of the standard places on Fleming Island offer this cake anymore so I called Brew-Bakers. "No problem!" they said. Folks, let me tell you, this cake was a sight to behold. I was so excited when I picked it up, I was sure it was going to be good! And it did not disappoint. The hand-made custard was amazing, the cake itself was perfect. Everyone at the party raved about this cake. Do yourself a favor and order your next cake from here.

Date day and wanted to try something new. I don't like coming to this area but thought id give it a try. It is a very cute and quaint place. I ordered a Turkey apple brie wrap with a side of pasta salad and key lime pie for desert. My wife ordered garlic mushroom chicken melt with beer cheese soup and a lemon blueberry cake, and my son ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with pasta salad and key lime pie. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we were happy and would like to come back and try some other things. To me the key lime pie was very heavy, but good. We will recommend this place. Cant wait to try breakfast.

Charming and Cozy spot to enjoy a spot of tea along side a slice or two of pie. We enjoyed an apple pie slice and had to come back for more. Especially with the friendly staff that make you feel like home. Warm wishes in hopes you find your way here for a special treat or sandwich or two. Enjoy!!!

We decided to do a drive by at Brew-Bakers Cafe for some dessert based on the advice of Just a Pinch cafe owner Bernard Santiago and it was an unexpected benefit to find they also have sandwiches. We tried two (in my opinion) awesome sandwiches. 1. Spicy Blackberry Grilled Cheese - Bacon, jalapeno, Blackberry Jam, cheddar and Provolone. - Pan fried. Nice toasty bread with gooey cheese. The jalapeno and jam ad a mild sweet heat. Great combo of flavors. 2. Grilled Ham Jam. Spicy jelly, bacon,ham, Provolone, Dijon, Pan fried. - Pan fried. Toasted bread. The spicy bacon pepper jelly melds great with the ham and melted cheese. Both came with a choice of side and we got the pasta salad. Excellent choice. Curyl pasta with tomato and pepperoni and just the right amount of vinaigrette. - Also got the dessert we actually went there for in the first place. 1. Chocolate Raspberry cake - Moist flavorfull and chocolatey. My new favorite cake. 2. Peanut Butter Cheesecake - Good peanut butter flavor but not over powering. Fluffy not over dense like some places. 3. Pineapple Upside down cake. Takes great and just like it says. Will definitely be going back.

I can't say enough about this establishment. The owner is so friendly and helpful. She searched for a cake prop for days and then offered to free hand. The cake was so fresh and delicious. We had none left over. I must mention that she is so reasonably priced! I believe this is a labor of love for her and not just a job. Thanks Erica.

Friends brought us carrot cake and key lime pie. They were absolutely amazing, so I ordered a birthday cake. This is a lemon cake with strawberry filling. It was really hot that day and the top started to bleed a little before I got a good picture. However, this cake was AMAZING!!!

Great little soup and sandwich place hidden in Fleming Island. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It seems to me that everything is home made fresh, so anticipate your dining experience to potentially be longer than other places with prepared food - I didn't have a long wait, but from other comments I thought it is worth mentioning.

Super sweet staff, and the food is really good! The cakes are beautiful! We had a cake with fondant at a party, and while fondant can be exceptionally sweet and unpleasant, theirs was amazing. It had perfect sweetness and texture.

This is a small cafe right across from the high school. They have a large selection of tea and desserts. My mom and I had breakfast there today and the food was great. I had a spinach and feta frittata with fruit and my mom had a Belgian waffle and bacon. She said it was one of the best waffles she's ever had. They were so friendly giving us recommendations and the hot tea is fresh- not from a bag. We've been there for dessert before and they were great as well! We'll be back soon.

First time to visit a few weeks ago. Small space ... order at the register. It was busy since it was lunch time. One server and she was efficient and friendly. Meals came out in a timely manner. Yet they tasted very average as tasty as they sounded in the menu. The grilled cheese w the bacon and jam was very light on the cheese and jam as well. Barely any jam on the sandwich. Costly for what we ate in my opinion. Great little place though for the area and seems to stay quite busy. I was just disappointed and maybe that's not the norm for that sandwich and where they were so busy it was just unlucky for me.

Took 24 minutes to get biscuits&gravy, a fruit cup, a muffin, an iced coffee. There was only 1 other table of people in there. After the long wait, everything we ate and the coffee were all "meh". I recommend Island Sandwich Co over this place any day.

Love this place. The pear salad and the strawberry salad are especially good. Breakfast is awesome too, the cheese grits are the bomb!

Delicious homemade desserts. We enjoyed a slice of coconut cake with raspberry filling, it was great. Also the green tea, brewed to order was delicious. We didnt have lunch this time, but will be back. I would love to see more coffee options, like espressos, lattes, etc.

Went there and was so impressed with their menu, a lot of really different sandwich styles. Like a blackberry grilled cheese sandwich which I'm coming back for very soon! I came in to get a cup of Beer Cheese soup and a cupcake. Both were amazing, and as a huge fan of Beer Cheese soup, I was really happy to find a place that not only has it, but also tastes delicious. I highly recommend this place as the ambience is a also really nice and relaxing. Just hope they get an espresso machine soon bc for me, that's completion lol

We just stopped in for the first time and EVERYTHING was amazing. The owners are so friendly and the homemade food is delicious. I plan on making this a regular spot.

Creative, Fresh, Delicious! Everything is homemade and heavenly. I would highly recommend this restaurant. If you are like me and miss Honeybees, Brew-Bakers might fill that hole in the Fleming Island food community.

Just tried for the first time and very impressed. They have pick two options that are comparable to Panera. I placed a carry out order and it was ready in ten minutes. Great portion sizes for the price! Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!!

Had Lunch today. Everything was exceptional! I had the turkey wine and cheese on a homemade croissant and a side Caesar salad. Dressing was excellent and the croutons yummm. My friend had the Chicken Caprese and a cup of homemade beer cheese soup. We also had a piece of key lime pie. Delicious! Not too sweet, tart and wonderful!! Highly recommend this cute little cafe.

You won't find cakes better in Fleming Island...absolutely delicious!!! The loose tea selection is very nice and unique. Hard to find places around here with loose tea pots for brewing individual servings. Great spot!

Omg love this place!!! If you have not tried the grilled donut breakfast sandwich you are missing out!! Came in to place a to go order was short on time. The service is amazing!!! I needed to go and they offered to bring sandwich over!! Amazing food and service!!! Must try!!!

We ordered a rainbow cake for my daughter's First Communion and it was the hit of the party. Not only was it beautifully decorated but it tasted AMAZING! The kids and the adults both loved it ... People came back for seconds! We have also had their pound cake which is just as good. My husband who doesn't eat sweets will only eat cake from Brew-Bakers. Run don't walk to this hidden gem of a café... I can't wait to try more of the delicious goodies! Highly recommend this awesome café!!

This was my first time eating here. It was great!!!! I had the Turkey and Brie Sandwich. The chef even came out to ask us how our meal was and answered any questions we had. Nice staff. Will definitely be back!!!!

This was a really good sandwich shop with a great variety. The sandwiches are creative and delicious. I think Brew-bakers cafe is a great edition to Fleming island. And everyone should for sure give it a try.

Best place on Fleming Island for lunch! Their homemade soups are delicious and hearty - beats Panera for soup and sandwich hands down. The pastries are amazing. I have no doubt that everything that comes out of that kitchen is made from scratch and with love!
