We decided to do a drive by at Brew-Bakers Cafe for some dessert based on the advice of Just a Pinch cafe owner Bernard Santiago and it was an unexpected benefit to find they also have sandwiches.
We tried two (in my opinion) awesome sandwiches.
1. Spicy Blackberry Grilled Cheese
- Bacon, jalapeno, Blackberry Jam, cheddar and Provolone.
- Pan fried. Nice toasty bread with gooey cheese. The jalapeno and jam ad a mild sweet heat. Great combo of flavors.
2. Grilled Ham Jam. Spicy jelly, bacon, ham, Provolone, Dijon, Pan fried.
- Pan fried. Toasted bread. The spicy bacon pepper jelly melds great with the ham and melted cheese.
Both came with a choice of side and we got the pasta salad. Excellent choice. Curyl pasta with tomato and pepperoni and just the right amount of vinaigrette.

Also got the dessert we actually went there for in the first place.
1. Chocolate Raspberry cake
- Moist flavorfull and chocolatey. My new favorite cake.
2. Peanut Butter Cheesecake
- Good peanut butter flavor but not over powering. Fluffy not over dense like some places.
3. Pineapple Upside down cake.
Takes great and just like it says.
Will definitely be going back.
