"Regulars at Brew Republic know that drinking there is fun. But joining the members-only “beer commission” is when things get really good. After paying $50 per quarter participants receive: bigger glasses of beer than others get in the taproom; discounts on growler refills, as well as one free refill each quarter; and a 5 percent discount on food orders." - Eater Staff

I have never left a bad review at a restaurant, ever. This is not a place to go to eat. The meals are expensive and they ARE NOT what the menu says they are. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, the menu says it has eggs, beacon, provolone, and garlic aioli on a brioche bun. It doesn’t. My sandwich was a hamburger bun from the grocery store with eggs and a little aioli. My side was maybe a 1/4 of a potato. My wife and kids meals were just as sad. Mind you, this is after we waited an hour for our food. Also, I’m not convinced any of the beers I ordered were actually what I ordered. Great Father’s Day brunch… They said they got a new chef.

Came after watching a movie at the Alamo to get a drink or two. We ended up ordering the margarita flight! And the different flavors taste great, you can definitely feel it after finishing one! Will definitely be coming back another day!

Brew Republic offers a fantastic experience all around, with friendly and attentive service that makes you feel right at home. Their beer selection is solid, with a variety of well-crafted options to suit every taste. The food is a standout—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Highly recommend the shrimp Caesar salad and Vanguard. It's the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

I was born in DC and grew up in Dale City all the way through high school. I've spent the last decades in LA working in the entertainment industry. I've been fortunate enough to travel and see a lot of things but one thing for sure is theres never going to be anything like home. Some of my favorite places to eat at aren't around anymore but walking in here for the first time I can easily tell this already feels like home. I'm a vegetarian so I found the Plant based burger on the menu, (which was amazing) and as I was waiting for the food to come out the chef actually came out from the back to check if I was vegetarian or vegan because he didn't want to put cheese on it if I was vegan. I said "oh yes please put cheese" and he said ok perfect. I don't think I've ever had that type of special attention to detail of a meal ever, anywhere. It was pretty astounding because he literally could have just made what I ordered from the menu but he went the extra mile for the customer. It felt like I was sitting at "Cheers" and they treated me like they knew me. Through the years I've been away living out West, Dale City/Woodbridge has been built up and nothing more evident than Stone Bridge. The place is astonishing to see something so incredible in our area. But Brew Republic Bierwerks is onto something so special that it'll definitely be the stand out place for locals and out of towners to go to. When you see the space it's beautiful but it doesn't feel stiff it feels lived in, the energy moves you. The events they keep in rotation from live comedy to karaoke and even staying ahead of the curve as they soon will start filming television spots, shows you their awareness to keep the community involved from every aspect. As they make their space available for different ideas to come through the door is one special way their connecting with people. I'm set to release my Hollywood Strike Documentary this summer and as I hit the east coast festivals I'll definitely be having the after party here. And especially when I'm in town and Sunday football rolls back around this is definitely the best place to watch all the games.

I reached out to multiple venues while planning my husband’s surprise 40th birthday party. There could easily have been just one reason for choosing Brew Republic, because in every way possible, they provided an excellent experience. From beginning to end, they exceeded all expectations. Other locations, had over priced requirements and the options listed felt more limiting than pleasant. Within a day of first inquiring a private space at Brew Republic, I was greeted with an email and a phone call to better discuss my request one on one. The management team provided perfect feedback to every question, helped tailor every need and then provided the perfect venue. Not once was I ever feeling unheard or at a loss. Upon first viewing the location I was given multiple options, asked my preference, and constantly told how they would make adjustment to meet my wishes. If there was something I wanted that wasn’t on the menu…they’d work with the chef to make it. Was there a special drink I wanted named after the birthday boy…they offered to make a specialty party drink for the event. Did I need extra time or space…they’d make sure it was done. Then on the day of the event, there was not a single let down. Everything was perfect and beyond what I thought I’d be given. The staff working the event greeted me and made sure I was always heard. I will be planning more events at this location (even if I have to make up random ideas just to have an event), just for the simple ease they aided in the planning process. Then there’s the food and drinks! Definitely order the empanadas and Cherry/Lime sour! Those were a big hit for me personally. While all our guests had their own favorites, all agreed that it was an amazing meal and memorable event.

This place is a fantastic stop for a fun and relaxing night out! Whether you’re unwinding with a glass of wine or joining in on the excitement of Karaoke Fridays, the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. The vibes are unbeatable, the crowd is energetic, and the service is top-notch—attentive, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend for a great night out!

In an attempt to explore new and different dining experiences in the area, we chose a brewery in Woodbridge called Brew Republic Bierwerks for dinner on a Saturday night. It was on the eve of October so Oktoberfest had already begun, complete with beer and dinner specials. Our dining companions had already arrived, so we were shown to the table where they were already enjoying their first beer. Our server eventually came and took our drink orders. Before getting in to the drinks we ordered, which were wonderful, I should say that once our server took our drink order, she seemed to vanish. We didn't see them for a while, then eventually we saw her behind the bar. We were eventually able to flag down another server, who was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and we had her for the rest of our meal. Anyway as for drinks, my wife ordered a flight of beers. At Brew Republic, a flight is 6 small pours in 6 adorable little glasses. All six she said were full bodied and distinct and a wide spectrum of tastes. They were Gambrinus "King of Beers" Barleywine (barrel aged 26 months), Eisbock (barrel aged 11 months), Virginia Crush cider, Honey Kolsch, Flip Flop POG, and NITRO Mare. My wife is big on flights, and usually there will be one that she's not entirely keen on. Not this time. I ordered a 16 oz. Virginia Crush cider. Very good. Made from green apples with a hint of vanilla. Excellent. After a wait much longer than it should have been, we were able to flag down the substitute server who took our food order. We did order an appetizer and our entrees at the same time. For an appetizer we ordered the pretzel with beer cheese. My wife ordered the Oktoberfest Wurst special, which came with German potato salad and sauerkraut. She added a side of pickled cabbage. I ordered the Beyond burger, which was to come topped with beer-infused sauteed onions. I ordered it with the addition of a fried egg on top, which I specified to be "over hard". Sure enough, the appetizer came out after we were served our entrees. Even though, we ate the pretzel. The beer cheese was outstanding. My wife's review of her dinner was that the Wurst, sauerkraut and the cabbage were fine, but the German potato salad was just potato, with virtually no taste or flavoring. The Beyond burger I received was very good indeed, but had two problems. First it had no onions of any description on it, and second the "over-hard" fried egg was barely sunnyside up. I order it over-hard because with anything less, the runny yolk would make the burger a bit of a mess. So we ate our dinner and enjoyed what we ate. After we all finished, our dinner companions ordered another Wurst Special dinner to take home. They were told that they were out of that, and that the ones our table had ordered had been among the last. The issue I have with that is if you have a featured special dinner, especially for something like Oktoberfest, you should probably make sure that you don't run out of it before 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. Overall, the drinks we had and the food we ate at Brew Republic Bierwerks were very good. The problems seemed to be more management issues, brought about by the fact that the restaurant was very busy. They don't seem to handle "busy" very well. All of the issues, from the disappearing server to the mistakes on the burger order were no doubt caused by being short-staffed in the dining room, and by rushing orders out in the kitchen. Brew Republic Bierwerks is a restaurant that you should consider giving a try, but maybe not on a Friday or Saturday night.

5 stars I had a fantastic time at Brew Republic Bierwerks! The beer selection was top-notch. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with recommendations. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out with family. Bonus points for the creative events and live music! Whether you’re a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a chill local hangout, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Angelica was awesome! She was the right amount of attentive without being intrusive. She let us taste a couple beers to get something we liked and then quickly fixed an order that was slightly wrong. This is a great microbrewery with a classic sports bar vibe. They had the games playing with sound coming out clear through the speakers. They've got an awesome selection of craft beers and super yummy bar food. It was hard to decide what to order because everything sounds great. We decided on fried pickles to start and then a pulled pork sandwich and an order of wings for Wing Wednesday. The food was good and the side of tots were the perfect type of crispy. For beers, my spouse got a flight which he enjoyed. Special shout out to the Irish red ale and the nitro oatmeal stout! I got a 4 oz of the weizenbock and a 10 oz of the dry cider. Both were great! It looks like they have some community events here as well like weekly trivia, karaoke, and live dancing nights. This is a great, casual spot in Woodbridge that you should definitely stop by!

Yelp
Good food, good beer, and a great chill vibe make this a great place to come and hang out. Service is always good and I have enjoyed their Oktoberfests in the past.

Bonne B.

Yelp
Beer is good, atmosphere is pleasant, food is just Ok. We had the loaded tater tots and they were soggy, which was a disappointment. My husband had the beer flight, he enjoyed it.

Chris S.

Yelp
Not good/ 1 star is too much of a rating for this place. I ordered loaded tater tots, thinking they would complement the beer. These 8 tiny tater tots had no seasoning or salt. They were flavorless even with sauce on the top for $13. 3 small Empanada wasn't even edible. We took one tiny bite and stopped eating. The burger was horrible. Poor quality meat/ no seasonings. My Reuben had 1 tsp of sauerkraut, sauce had no flavor. When I asked for sauerkraut, I was told that they ran out of sauerkraut. If you don't have ingredients, take it off the menu!! We spent almost $100 for extremely average beer, and food without flavor. We ended up at Tahi restaurant across the street to eat lunch after leaving this place.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place when we came out of Alamo Drafthouse. Seemed like there was some construction going on indoors. Some street parking and parking lot around the area. There wasn't any sign but the bartender eventually told us that we could sit wherever. Several of the staff kind of walked past us before one of the bartenders mentioned we were new and had sat down. We didn't try any of the food but it did look pretty good. We opted for a flight to share and ordered the following Vanguard Irish Red Ale ÜberBräu Märzenbier Queen of Sours - Pineapple/Blood Orange Patriot 212 Freestyle Alliance Busky RVA Cider All were pretty good but I don't think I had any that I loved. The Patriot 212 and Märzenbier were easy to drink and refreshing. In a shopping center so some parking lots nearby and since street parking.

Yelp
Brew Republic Bierworks [BRB]. (3 stars). BRB aka be right back... well yes. For their adult brews & to watch sports games. My coworker likes to come & enjoy their brews since some are made at this site. The HH is available 4-7pm everyday including weekends. They have food specials of the day for each day of the week. Significantly lower than the non HH prices. I come for the Nashville Hot Chicken wings. The wings aren't great as far as quality is concerned but their new version of the Nashville Hot sauce is made with chili extract which gives it a spicier kick!! Wednesdays are Wings day which means you can get $1 wings. Can't find that price anywhere!! Also, during HH brews are $2 off. Their fried pickles are not made in house although their ranch is. The ranch looks & tastes more like mayo to me but I don't usually use sauce with my wings very often unless the wings are dry or tasteless. BRB touts their "2021 award winning chili" which is on their menu but before you get too excited about it like I did... the award is from the local chili cookoff that occurs at Stonebridge annually (I believe). I was at the chili cookoff & most of the other contestants had BURNT chili... I don't mind beans in my chili but if you are a beanless chili lover... stay clear!! I love Texas chili or most chili except Zippy's (Hawaii). Sorry Hawaii Ohana... I never loved Zippy's chili. It has a consistency that reminds me of meat glue!!?? Ugh. Most of their burgers & sandwiches are made with proteins made in house. I do wish BRB would highlight those items instead of the frozen packaged items. I may try their new in house made item which is an empanada... At the end of the day, BRB is great place to watch sports, enjoy karaoke on Friday & Saturday evenings, & line dancing on every other Saturday I believe it was?? But the food is definitely not a highlight of my visits... Service here is very friendly & always welcoming. The bartenders are very entertaining. Parking is available in the Stonebridge Mall lot. I wish BRB well. I'm sure I'll be back for Wings Wednesday.

Brian H.

Yelp
Went here for their 'new years eve' event. Don't. The music and karaoke is fun, but the lack of service to your table is not. This was a ticketed event, and getting the stuff that came with the ticket was not. Don't trust what eventbrite says. It's not true unless you advocate for yourself.

Nikki D.

Yelp
this is one of my favorite hangouts. The food is good, the drinks are great, and the atmosphere was awesome. The guy and the girl that are usually behind the bar always made sure to take care of me and my friends every time we were in there. However, I've gone in there twice recently, and the service was terrible. The drinks were horrible and there was so much confusion behind the bar. You had to wait forever for your food and drinks to be served. I'm not sure what has happened to this place recently , but no one who used to work there has been in there lately. hope this gets worked out soon as I really liked this place.

Brian S.

Yelp
I have been here many times and it would be my go to place for food and drinks. Service is always very nice, food good and always enough seating. If it were more convenient to where I live I would be on their couches most days of the week. Will be returning whenever in the area!

Marvette T.

Yelp
Most fabulous brewery!!! Great atmospheric great beer! Looking for a great place try Brew Republic! Can't wait to go again....

AJ S.

Yelp
This is a nice place to enjoy craft beer with a selection of foods . The inside is very trendy and open which I love! Plenty of options for all palettes from dark to light beers . Happy hr runs from Monday thru Friday 3-7 pm all beers $4, 5 or 6$ ($2 off full pours) happy specials on food. What are you waiting for head on over here and enjoy! Slainte!

Justin P.

Yelp
Sampled a few of the beers and I was pleasantly surprised. Stopped in on a Wednesday & they were offering a wing special. I went with the standard buffalo sauce they call King of Wing 9.9. I loved them! Beer braised in their Patriot 212 Helles Lager, then deep fried to a crispy perfection! Thank your, Fernando, for my delicious lunch & beer combo! (Sorry..no pic! They were gone too fast!)

Herman M.

Yelp
Republic burger was delicious & paired with a sour brew was a perfect meal for Monday night football! Service was quick and server was very attentive to our group. Only night we dined was Monday which is highly recommend because of trivia night! Awesome environment and very laid back to end a Monday!

Vishal E.

Yelp
Great place to have some beers and the food from Chef Nando is amazing! His smash burger is probably one of the best in the area. Highly recommend this place!

Anne C.

Yelp
The beer and service were great but the food was - meh and we ended up leaving after an appetizer of over cooked fried pickles and a small portion at that. If I had been less hungry I probably would have stayed and had a couple of more brews but I did not want to chance being disappointed when my dinner came out. Seems to be a popular place - would head here for a beer but probably skip dinner and head somewhere else.

Summer M.

Yelp
Pretty solid in-house brewery located in the heart of Potomac Town Center! Delicious brew pub style food, great selection of beers and a very laid-back type of atmosphere (in a good way!). The restaurant itself is pretty large with lots of different tables to choose from-- low tops, high tops and seats at the bar. Our party found a table by the door and were greeted immediately by a server. Throughout our visit we had a few different severs come by our table to make sure we were doing okay which was nice! Menu is HUGE with a large range of appetizers and entrees, along with beers, cocktails, wines and seltzers. I opted for the build your own flight consisting of six 4oz pours. By the 6th selection I wasn't sure what to choose, but our server happily helped me select one! I really enjoyed all the different varieties of beers and think everyone can find something they'd like here. Our favorites were the Tipple Nibbler (Belgian Triple) and the Patriot 212 (Lager). Our table ended up just doing drinks and appetizers. The loaded nachos were really great-- loaded with cheese and had the perfect amount of spice from the jalapeños. One order was enough for 4 people. We also got the fried pickles and meatballs, both delicious! I like how they put their own spin on everyday appetizers. The night we visited we happened to stumble upon karaoke night which was a huge hit! Up until the DJ only picked requests from the large table of girls up front (whomp whomp). Overall we had a great time and will be back!

Courtney S.

Yelp
Karaoke night is always a blast. The times that I've eaten there beforehand, all of the food has been delicious. The staff is always attentive and friendly.

Jeremiah B.

Yelp
I recently had a private event at Brew Republic Bierworks for approximately 50 people and the staff knocked it out of the park. Not only was everything really well organized, but the food options I had catered were all a hit. I can't begin to say enough about the professionalism and quality of service during my event. If you're looking for an event venue in the area, reach out to Jeff at Brew Republic and you won't be disappointed!

Fred R.

Yelp
Been here several times and it's always been great. Good service, good beer, creative dishes. Fun place to spend an afternoon.

Jose A.

Yelp
My wife and I were passing through and stumbled upon Brew Republic and I'm glad we did! Our server was super attentive and friendly. She had great recommendations and was knowledgeable about the beers. The food was delicious and there's s a great selection of beers to choose from. We will definitely be coming back.

Edwin L.

Yelp
An awesome find in Stonebridge Center. They have many different beer selections brewed in house and the bar food is exceptional, as it really complements the beer. Many of the bar food selections taste as though the way are made in house as well. Nando who works in the kitchen really goes out of his way and the crew up front stand out. We will definitely come back!

Jen B.

Yelp
Our server was awesome and the food I had was good! However, they were out of a lot of food choices and also the only beer I really wanted. It's Friday night and looking forward to Karakoe, but it seems like only children under the age of 12 are allowed to sing over and over. Its past 10:30pm and we're still waiting to sing after 90 minutes have passed with no less than 10 of the same kids singing. Feels like the middle school concert we've all HAD to go to! Don't know if we'll come back.

Michael F.

Yelp
This is a cool place. The beer is fantastic, with a large range of styles and flavors, and the Republic burger is one of the best burgers I've had. My buddy said the reuben sandwich was great. Good music. Mixes authentic brewery with upbeat vibe.

Neal E.

Yelp
I visited Brew Republic Bierworks on a very hot summer day - prolly not the best day to visit - as there was a beer festival going on outside on the street that Brew Republic is located - thus it was really hard finding a parking space - and figuring out how to walk over to the brewery - given the street was cordoned off with a fence on both sides. Eventually I found my way in. The tasting room was packed and it was very loud. I was instructed to find a table - which I did - and a server came over to take my order. I ordered a tasting flight with the following ales: Distant Shore Pale Ale (5.1% ABV) (3.75 stars on Untappd) Freestyle Alliance IPA (7.0% ABV) (3.25 stars on Untappd) Swing Easy IPA (4.8% ABV) (1.75 stars on Untappd) Virginia IPA (6.5% ABV) (3.25 stars on Untappd) Sig Sour Ale (6.5% ABV) (2 stars on Untappd) Queen of Sours (8.3% ABV) (2 stars on Untappd) The Distant Shore Pale Ale was the star of the day for my palate. Very tasty pale ale! The two sours were disappointing to me - I am going to guess that they are "kettle sours" - which often are what I refer to as "one-note wonders" - typically they lack complexity and depth of flavor - which I am assuming is due to how fast these types of ales are made - compared to a traditional sour that had spent a lot of time in the barrel aging. I also ordered the fried pickles - which were very tasty. Crisp and hot, and the batter did not fall off the pickles! Service was good! I'd come back here again and give the ales another try! #BrewRepublicBierworks

Randy B.

Yelp
I'm not usually a sour beer fan, BUT! I really enjoyed their Pineapple Sour. The food is so-so. The staff is cool and relaxed--very casual place. Recommend coming for Trivia night and to sample the beers.

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
I've already been here twice in less than a month and I love this place! I feel like this is going to be a regular hangout location, especially if I can manage to stay awake for karaoke some Friday night. During our first visit, we were really impressed by the delicious food and good beer. I'm not into hops, so I enjoyed the delicious Berry, Queen of Sours. It was really nicely balanced. The French onion soup was excellent and my husband loved the fried pickles. We both were quite happy with the garlic shrimp, too. We decided to come back with some friends for the beer and donuts night, an event where you could have six small donuts from Duck Donuts paired with six tasters from Brew Republic's menu. We didn't love every pairing, but it was diverse enough that everyone found something to enjoy. I love when businesses come together to showcase their items. It does get busy later in the evening and it seems that most times you seat yourself, so if you are planning on coming in a group, I recommend having someone come early to snag a spot. Otherwise, prepare your taste buds for some delicious brews and food!

Kandis N.

Yelp
The best brewery in Woodbridge!! They always have a wide variety of beer for everyone, as well as seltzers. I love going on Wednesdays because wings are half price and the music bingo. If you win you get money off your check! It's always a good time. The wings are great, the fries and pretzels too! And their beer cheese is on point!! Monday's are Trivia night as well, and that's a fun time too! They have wonderful happy hours menus for football Sunday, and plenty of TVs to watch the games. In and outdoor seating is available. They just added some nice lounge areas and board games for the tables. I will continue to come here as long as I live here.

Mark L.

Yelp
Thought I'd try a new place. I ordered the fish and chips , with a beer. My order came out and half of the extremely small portion was burnt and the fries were cold. I had to ask the server for more fish as it was so burnt it was in edible. Then I start to eat the fries while I wait and the fries are cold. I asked the server to get some hot or at least semi hot fries, which he did bring out. I know that he may not have realized the fries were cold but, I would never have brought the burnt fish out to the customer. Not to mention $13.99 for the minuscule portion of fish they served. Worst fish and chips I've had. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money here. I won't be a repeat customer for sure.

Eddie B.

Yelp
Food: Not really a fan of the reduced dinner menu. You only have 10 options to choose from and they are really limited to variety. I was fully committed in trying their club sandwich but even that was not available in their evening menu. In addition, they were out of some food being offered (mash potatoes) which only added more frustration when ordering. Service: Staff was friendly and patient with the party I came in. He let us take our time and continued to check up on us. Thankfully, it was a slow Tuesday and we were the only group coming to celebrate and have a good time. Location: Located in a new outlet mall with plenty of space to host medium size parties. Interior is spacious and you can re-arrange the seating to meet your party size. Good size restaurant :)

Janelle C.

Yelp
I love everything about this place. The beer list is awesome and always changing. The staff is amazing and care about their customers. The chef is ridiculously talented. Everything on their menu is good. They recently got their liquor license as well. If you ever have a complaint...they will make it right! They're good people. Have I made my point? This place is awesome.

Mandy W.

Yelp
We stopped by for our first visit and were impressed with the pick-up service and the 22 oz bottles. We brought home: Patriot 212 Clean Sheet Wheat Vanguard Freestyle Alliance FREAKstyle Katie's Shift Beer (sour) Queen of Sours - strawberry milkshake Requiem The night mare All were great, and excited to go back and try more beer and their food post COVID-19!

Zoya F.

Yelp
Friendly brewery in a primo location near the Alamo Drafthouse in Woodbridge. Big selection of beers, and the ones on tap are very good. My friend and I didn't order any hot food, but the other folks eating there seemed pleased with their orders. Pro tip: do not try the Zima-like Guerrilla beer on tap. It will scar you. My favorite of the visit was the Wayward Wit, which was near perfect. Final notes: this location doesn't have strong WiFi, but their logo game is strong. There's lots of cute swag for sale with the brewery logo.

David A.

Yelp
Came here for lunch and it was decent. Our server was quite attentive and was able to recommend a good beer for me. The food also was quite decent, however while the beer was good, paying $10 for a 16oz beer in crazy. If it was a 15% stout maybe, but $10 for a Hazy is insane. Plus my kids shared a burger with fries and it was $17.

Christian L.

Yelp
Great beer - and the food's a flop. Awesome beers from IPA, to Belgian style, to wheat beers and even one called 'Sig Sauer' which has some fizz to it. I ordered the dark 'Night Mare' Ale which won a local award. Service is slow and spotty. Waiters all of a sudden change on you. They had no sauce. They were out of coleslaw. And by a poster on the door, they were also out of a chef! Food was tasteless straight out of the Mexican food isle. Lots of tables, noisy clientele, plenty of metal beer barrels, chairs, baseball on TV for us dudes and a long bar. Come for beer. Rebel review: 4

James Y.

Yelp
Qualification: we've been friends with the owners for at least 20 years. That grain of salt offered, went here as a refuge after an horrible experience at another place in the same town center we frequent, and enjoyed it thoroughly, as before. Service was good and attentive -- though when didi it become acceptable to deliver iced tea without a lemon? -- and food was good and arrived promptly, hot and accurate. Didn't enjoy a beer this time, because my preference wasn't available, as the selection changes frequently. Good and dependable after a disappointing experience. Will definitely return.

Ryan C.

Yelp
Came here for a drink with a couple of friends for a beer or two after dinner. Been looking forward to finally coming here after years of being open and the place was a lot bigger than it looked from outside. The place wasn't super full when we came in but it was closer to closing time. We were greeted when we came in and was told to sit anywhere. I ordered the Commonwealth Christmas Ale pint and it was nice and spiced with a little sweetness. Also ordered the soft pretzels with beer cheese which was alright. The beer cheese was a good compliment to my friend's fries. My friends also tried the house root beer and the Requiem porter. Root Beer was good but they didn't have ice cream for a float because of someone leaving it out overnight (at least that's what I was told). The Requiem was good enough for my friend to get two. Seems like a fun place though because they have a lot of card and board games and it was also karaoke night so lots of singing (mostly good). They did mix up some items on our checks but they were having to do a lot of closing out so couldn't do much about it at the time. I would probably try coming back next time during the day because the beer was solid. I'd try karaoke night (along with their other theme nights) some time in the future.

Yelp
What the hell happened to you guys? Inflation is one thing but you're charging $10 for a 10oz pour of your new beer? Plus, 13.99 (+tax) for what can only be imagined as one metric cup of pre frozen calamari rings? Sorry fam. Your prices don't match with your offerings. Especially when you have five servers working and one person handing the bar (white dude short hair cut and fit) he's the only employee who did anything, Brian was on his phone the entire time.

Yelp
This is just an all around good spot. Stopped by with the family to watch sports and we had a great time. The wings and beer were great. We'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Not a bad selection, but I was hoping to find at least one Sour! Masks are required upon entry and there is hand sanitizer provided by the register. The bar area is closed, and people are seated and served at their table however... there was no one who came back to check if we wanted a refill and there was no one at the register to order more. We waited long enough thinking that someone could easily walk out without paying. No Bueno. We decided to leave, and waited at the register for a few minutes before we checked out. I'd like to go back out to try more of the beers, but I hope I don't have to wait as long.

Yelp
The new Brew Republic in the Stonebridge Town Center at 15201 Potomac Town Pl, Woodbridge, Virginia was an awesome getaway today. A full list of flavorful craft brews, as well as a pretty decent food menu, this is a very welcomed addition to Woodbridge, VA. Starting with the beers choose from Patriot 212 (a Golden Lager), The Mother Ship (Amber Ale), Two Headed Monster (Belgian Abbey Ale), Firefly Bock (Helles Maibock), Distant Shore (American Pale Ale), Sovereign Ale (Farmhouse Ale), Virginia IPA (IPA), Clean Sheet Wheat (Hefeweizen), The People's Pumpkin (Pumpkin Ale), Wayward Wit (Witbier), Mox Nix Marzenbier (Oktoberfest), Adide (American Blonde), Commonwealth Christmas (Christmas Ale), Snowmageddon (Winter Warmer), Requiem (Baltic Porter), William the Butcher (Heavy Scotch Ale), The Night Mare (Oatmeal Stout), and the Uncommon Sense (California Common Ale).  There really is just about anything for everyone's tastes. We enjoyed the Clean Sheet Wheat, The Night Mare, and the Requiem! The food menu is just as impressive.  Garlic Shrimp, Stuffed Peppers, Ham & Cheese Croquettes, Cheese Crostini, Vegetarian Chili, Beer Braised Weisswurst, Seasoned Fries, Garlic Truffle Fries, Chicken Tenders, Warm Crab Dip, Pretzels & Cheese, Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream Stout Float, French Onion Soup, Crab Cake Sandwich, and Mozzarella Sticks. The Beer Braised Weisswurst and Garlic Truffle Fries are superb! The environment is awesome.  Space for anyone whether outside on the patio in the sun, in the formal dining room of the open concept room, or a high top or just up to the bar.  There's a seat for anyone. Service was on point today too.  Freddy was awesome!  Freddy checked in regularly, got our order exactly right, answered any questions we had about the beers or food, and had an awesome attitude.  This guy recently relocated back to North Virginia from Austin, so he knows what the Virginia Craft Beer market is trying to accomplish.  Awesome to meet you, Freddy!  Thank you for taking care of us today! If you haven't been to the new Brew Republic in the Stonebridge Town Center at 15201 Potomac Town Place, Woodbridge, Virginia, do so!  You're certainly missing out. There is an entertainment and live music schedule as well on the website if you're looking for a more livelier pub than most!

Yelp
Fantastic selection of in house brews. I tried 7 of them and all very excellent. I had the basic burger and it was well cool and flavorful. Another awesome brewery! Waiter was also very friendly and helpful. We had 14 people in our party and he kept up. Wish I got his name. Will be back.

Yelp
Since it's in a town center-type mall, this is a nice location for a brewery. While they do serve food, this is not a brew-pub. It's more like finger food including slider, fries & such; you can make a meal of it but food is not their specialty. The beer is definitely the star here. 8 beers were on tap when I arrived, and I got a flight of 6 (skipping their IPA and one of the hoppier selections). My server was good natured, and a veteran of several other breweries. I liked my selection, but nothing seemed especially experimental. Whomever set this place up most have had a good amount of staring capitol since they seemed to have plenty of tanks on hand. What I tried: Abide Blonde Ale: Little sweet but not overly so; liked it. Probably the closest they have to a flagship beer. Vanguard Irish red: Kinda bitter; not for me. Commonwealth Christmas Ale: Seasonal beer that gave off a lot of spice (cloves & cinnamon I think). Not bad but not a repeat. William The Butcher Scottish Ale: Sorry, but this is not my style of beer, so next! Night Mare Oatmeal Stout: My favorite of the lineup; definite something I'd get a pint of. Baltic Porter: Malty & sweet at the same time.

Yelp
Cool spot ! Friendly staff members with great service! There are a lot of IPAs. However not much of others - I'm more of a light , lager , wheat person. And they only had two. While they were both delicious. My flight that I ordered was a little lacking on diversity. We just ordered 2 others that my husband Would like to complete the flight. I suppose a win for him ! There are a Lot of fun games to play while you're hanging out , but I suggest adding connect four & Guess Who -- not too many 2 player games in the collection. Plus those are great ones !

Yelp
Location: easy to find, ample parking in the parking lot a few shops away from the restaurant. Vibe: indoors can be a bit loud, which we didn't mind but that is something to consider if it might bother you. They have an industrial type feel decor inside. They do theme nights but we've never been to one. Beverages: my husband and his parents really liked their beer when we visited a few months before COVID hit. We've since ordered pickup and I ordered a growler of their house root beer and it was delicious. I'll definitely order that again! Food: my husbands favorite is the chili dog. My favorite is either the fish and chips or the pretzels and cheese. YUM. We've ordered both of these in person (pre Covid) and takeout (during Covid) and they were delicious both times. I don't recommend ordering the onion rings to go because while they're DELICIOUS if you can eat them in the restaurant, by the time I got them home they were cold and soggy. Definitely a bummer but we will have to enjoy them when it's safe to eat at the location again. Price: very reasonable. Somewhere in between nice sit-down restaurant and fast food. Good price for the portion you get. Customer's Service: they're very knowledgeable about their menu, friendly, and fast service. When we ate at the restaurant (pre Covid) they were attentive without being intrusive. Great experience and will definitely return!

Yelp
I've been coming to the place for a few years now, there food is never consistent, sometimes it is average but most of the time below average. There beer is good, cool because it's local but their best beer is never on tap and they don't do any growlers for their guerrilla which sometimes is their only good beer. I'm disappointed every time I leave but it is convenient and has decent price. Service is above average.

Yelp
Food: if you come for beer then it not bad. just a place provide home made beer. To be honest, their beer was not that great either. we got loaded nachos and to-go loaded fries. It was terrible. when I got my fires to go it took forever to get it. we walked from the restaurant to parking lot which is less than 3 mins and the fries was cold like it had been sit out for while long. Even Mc Donald carry out French fries is still hot when we ordered carry out which way better. I asked them to put cheddar cheese aside so the French fries would be crunchy when I get to the car, but I got shredded cheese instead real melting down cheddar cheese. i ordered cheese aside before, restaurant always give me melted cheese in the contain cup but never did like that this restaurant did. Also, bacon is terrible as well it still not even finish and it so little. If you come for beer then fine but food then gotta watch out. Service: they were friendly but hard to get attention when we need something. It took forever for food to come and when it on the table it already cold. the restaurant wasn't busy at all and have plenty of people running around just not really focus on customer. Atmosphere: nice and neat. unit way of decoration.

Yelp
I had to stop here on my way home from Philly to Charlotte to get some work done. The place was very neat and had pretty decent decor. Large space and very welcoming taproom. The guy who helped me was very friendly and made good recommendations. I doubt I'll ever be in this area again, but if I am, I'll definitely stop by and try more of their delicious beers.

Yelp
The beers here a good! The bartenders are great; try to sit at the bar for best service. I tried the happy hour chicken and fish tacos and they were good; I'd order them again. The reason for 4 stars is the extremely slow service to seated tables. I've sat at the tables three times; only once was the server kind enough to give us our first drinks on the house because we had to wait 20 minutes for our first beers. The crowd here is made of young professionals, sometimes with their families. It gets surprisingly busy during and after happy hour.

Yelp

Yelp
first off, didnt even know there was a brewery in this part of woodbridge...but ya learn something new every day! Wifey and i had the opportunity to check out Brew Republic through a customer appreciation night hosted by our realtor (shout out to Chris Tapper and RedFin). the brewery is in a great location (sans the usual NoVA traffic) right off of 95 and with plenty of parking. since it was a special event, we had the opportunity to try just about everything on the menu and on tap. food: Brew Republic put out a full spread including pretzels w beer cheese, deep fried gyoza, cheeseburger sliders, bbq pulled pork sliders, some cold noodle chicken dish?, and (brace yourself for the) crab dip. all solid fare. they also had pizza on the line but im a bit of a pizza snob and it was just oook. beer: we started off with the Abide (blonde) and Vanguard (Irish Red)...damn good start. Did a random flight right after that and cant recall everything on it but the For the People (blackberry tripel) and Night Mare (oatmeal stout) were the highlights for me (i prefer darker/bitter beers). we finished the event with the patriot 212 golden lager and pumpkin porter. We ended up taking home a growler of the vanguard and a sixer of the 212...sorry, liver. service: super attentive staff and easy going vibe even amidst a full, hosted event. our bartender was very courteous and knowledgeable about the beers and the barbacks were all friendly. lookin forward to another round.
