AMAZING! The coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. If you love beer this is the place for you. They gave us a free check in beer, free happy hour beer, and a free brunch beer. This hotel is so unique, you walk through the brewery to get to your hotel room there are also rooms that open up to the brewery room, we didn’t stay in those rooms but definitely next time. Awesome hotel rooms, they had vinyl record players with local artist records. The beds were also super comfy. They have robes you can wear during your stay and purchase after if you would like. If you come here I definitely recommend adding the brewery tour to your itinerary. It was cool to see how everything works and runs. We did not bring our dog but regretted it because it is very dog friendly. The restaurant attached was delicious and had a fun game area. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because it really is that awesome.

Second time staying there. Fairly disappointed in this trip. Biggest disappoint was no salt for the shuffleboard tables. We asked and were told if no blue bottle is over there they are out. One of the biggest reasons we enjoy coming is to play shuffleboard. Such a silly thing to not have. Was also Valentines and we were excited about Bingo only for us to have to ask where it was because it wasn’t happening and turns out it was in another room. We had just ordered so couldn't leave our bar seats to go play….very disappointing! We also were not given our free beers at check in. No in room keg option because they said they didn’t have any. Also, no mention of social hour so if another couple hadn’t told us we wouldn’t have known, still weren’t told anything about cookies and beer when we went and had to ask….kind of embarrassing. The front desk girl was not very attentive or helpful. While at social hour a couple left their pizza box and beer cans behind on a table and after over two hour of waiting for the front desk girl to clean it up we finally did it ourselves so we could sit in those seats. So many positives from our first trip five years ago were wiped out. After our first trip we praised the place and had many friends stay because of that, not sure I could give the same praise! For over $350 for the night with taxes, we aren’t sure we will return, too many miscues!

If you are traveling through Ohio with your dog and need a place to stop, have dinner and grab a beer… then look no further. I could fill a whole review with the provided coziness enhancers and amenities… but those are best to be discovered on their own. I will shout out the staff and fantastic people who make this place run. From check in to check out you are treated as friends who is welcomed into this bizarre home built here. Folks like Taylor (who checked us in tonight), and everyone else whose name I have forgotten, are the reason I keep coming back. And to top it all off, you get all of the above at one of the best values I’ve seen. Give BrewDog a look if you are passing through, or just want a fun ass weekend away with your dog. Can’t wait to come back in the Summer.

Had a great time! This was an anniversary celebration that my wife & I planned. We were very bummed that the "polar patio" was canceled without any notice. But, I understand these things do happen. Unfortunately, this was the highlight of our visit. However, the service was great! All the personnel were polite. Food was good, but pricey. Our room was pretty cool but had some minor issues, such as the mini fridge stunk horribly! Overall though, I would still recommend to a friend, but am indecisive if I would return again.

We booked this as a weekend getaway. It’s my understanding the hotel is currently shortstaffed, but the heater in our room wasn’t working and we had to call maintenance upon arrival. Also, the bathroom sink was clogged and not able to drain so we had to call housekeeping to unclog it. We paid for a package that included dinner, 12 of their beers in the mini-fridge and a tour of the brewery. We planned our day around the brewery tour, and when we arrived back at the hotel on time for the tour to start, we were told it was canceled due to being short staffed. All of that was disappointing, however, the staff and everyone we encountered did their very best to accommodate all of these situations. It was a lot of money to spend and not have everything be perfect, but everyone who worked there did their best to make it right and do so as quickly as possible. Not sure I would go back to the hotel, but the food at the restaurant was delicious!

Woof. Literally. Number one, the hotel is like 1/10+ of a mile from the parking lot. When we asked for a cart the person working said, “I know we have one, but I’m not sure where it is.” Okay. Cool. Maybe get a few more considering. Our room was on the first floor with a view of the brew works-very cool, with an outside patio for a dog if we’d brought one, but we didn’t. Still cool. However, there is literally zero sound proofing from the lobby to the hallway. There was some kind of gathering in the lobby til about 1am and we could hear literally whole conversations. I’m not a party pooper, but dang. Get a door to close off the rooms from that mess. You can’t call the lobby from your room without looking up the number, and we didn’t complain til 1, but again, woof. There are several other things I didn’t like, but the last thing I’ll mention is the over the bed neon. That’s one of the reasons I picked this place—I liked that detail. Ours didn’t work and the cord was completely shredded. Just a HUGE disappointment for the price. And if you’re going to ignore this review and go, for the love of god, take some flops or house slippers. The concrete floor in the room will leach through your socks to freeze your soul.

Amenities were great! We got a patio room for our dog and service was wonderful!! Everyone was so kind and attentive at the hotel and the restaurant. The only reason for 4 stars is the shower bottom was very slippery and the handle wasn’t fully connected and the rain shower head was nice but too close to one end and the pumps broke off the shower shampoos.

Hello. Getting to the point. We LOVE your beer. Been wanting to stay at hotel for years, got Top Dog package. But…room had two heaters, one was complete broke, other one worked but had loud clicking noise whilst working. Concrete floor was freezing. Except for two folks, “front desk” people devoid of personalities. No soap in lobby men’s restroom. Tons of black bits coming off whilst taking shower in due to bad caulking. Paid for your but didn’t get due to low staffing. Bathroom sink clogged, took three hours to drain…was eventually unclogged by nice desk lady. I think that’s it. Cannot recommend hotel. Stick to beer.
