"About an hour south of the Grand Canyon, road trippers will find the charming town of Williams, a quintessential national park gateway town with access to the Grand Canyon Railway. Travelers staying in Williams on the trip to the Grand Canyon, can start their day by either popping into or driving through Brewed Awakenings, a local coffee shop with lattes, frappes, breakfast burritos, and pastries that are easy to enjoy on the drive or train ride to the South Rim." - Krista Diamond

Nice inside, good seating, feels cozy. Employees were very friendly, coffee was very good. Had the "vagabond" hot and it was pretty tasty. Whatever pastry I had was delicious. Sat and read and enjoyed my time there. Good coffee shop.

Google
Very nice and cosy café with many choices. Service is friendly and fast. Had a bagel with fresh cheese and it was OK - the iced latte (the "Hiker") was really good.

Google
The all Female staff were friendly and smiled at everyone. The scone and muffin were good. However the hot coffee that was self served was really weak...not a good coffee, sorry to say. Local atmosphere.

Google
So amazing!! My coffee was a little sweet which was my fault I didn’t ask for less sweet so I asked for a cup of milk to water it down and the delivered very kindly. Bagel was AMAZING

Google
This was a pretty cute little cafe for a quick breakfast. I had looked at their menu online ahead of time so I knew what I had wanted when I got there, and they didn’t have the same stuff in person. So I would definitely make sure to have a backup plan if you’re someone who likes to look ahead of time. I would definitely come back again if I lived in the area though. Food and drink were good!

Google
The Raspberry White Chocolate Latte at Brewed Awakenings in Williams was amazing! 🍇🍫☕️ Perfect balance of fruity, creamy, and bold espresso sweet without being overdone. Cozy spot, friendly service, and definitely a must-stop on Route 66. Can’t wait to grab another next time!

Google
Always bad service- attitudes from workers, lacking sense of urgency. Just went there- ordered two drinks in the drive thru, there was nobody in line when I got there and it took 15 minutes to make two drinks. And I watched behind the window as 3 other drinks were being made, likely for the cars behind us because if it was for people in the store their order would have been given to them PLUS the workers were siting in a circle talking as we continue to wait for our TWO DRINKS. I added 3 flavors to my sunset drink and it tastes watered down and flavorless likely because it’s mostly ice….

Yelp
If you're on the way to that big ol' canyon from Sin City, definitely stop here for a quick rest and recharge. We stopped here randomly on a family road trip to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas. It was busy, but service was quick. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. The coffee was strong and pastries were awesome. My niece was all about the pastries. They also carry souvenir apparel, witty stickers and decor. That came in handy since my dad lost his hoodie in Vegas, so he now has a Brewed Awakenenings hoodie.

Yelp
Bummed we didn't make it inside, we had a trip through the drive through instead. We got quite a few drinks: - Meadow Latte - Shaker with Strawberry, Raspberry and Passion Fruit (super sweet) -Caramel Latte -Happy Camper & 1/4 - Latte with Extra Shot

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick coffee and were impressed. Quality control was great, coffee tasted really good, I'd say really really good, that good that we had turned around and came back for another order of coffee for the road. Young lady who took care of me was very pleasant and helpful. I ended up phoning in my second order to speed things up a little bit more. And had zero delays.

Yelp
Matcha drink to go! Tasty. Iced latte too. Both were enjoyed on a hot day. Enjoyed while cruising the shops of Williams.

Yelp
Highly recommend stopping here if you're driving through Williams, AZ! The lattes were excellent--I tried the Gypsy Chai and loved that they let you choose between sweet or spicy. I went with sweet, and it still had the perfect amount of spice. The iced hazelnut latte was also great, and I appreciated that they offer milk substitutes (I chose oat milk). My only critique was that my hot hazelnut latte had too much foam, making it more of a cappuccino, but it still tasted good. I preferred the hot Gypsy Chai overall. For breakfast, the eggs were cooked well and seasoned perfectly. I had the breakfast burrito, which came with a surprisingly flavorful salsa--not something I expected in a small town like this, but it was a great surprise! My only suggestion would be to mix the burrito filling more evenly, as I ended up with one half full of eggs and the other full of hash browns. Both were seasoned well but tasted even better when combined. The café itself was cute and clean, and the service was friendly. I'd definitely stop here again on my way to the Grand Canyon!

Yelp
Good coffee place.. had milk alternatives. Ordered the iced coffee good size for the price. If in the area give this place a chance. I will be back when I'm in town.

Yelp
Great customer service cute interesting shop lots of options for purchase didn't get to sample the food coffee we bought had great flavor, but didn't seem to be very caffeinated. Maybe try ordering something stronger next time.
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot with GREAT COFFEE! The color scheme on the outside is so appropriate for this dusty desert tiny town. Inside had an industrial but still comfortable appeal. Very friendly server took my order. Cost was comparable to SB. Maybe a buck more per drink. I had a hot Americano with almond milk & SF vanilla syrup. It was delicious! We will definitely stop by when driving through Williams on future AZ hiking trips from Vegas.

Yelp
Must stop coffee shop in Williams! Coffee is strong and delicious. I ordered a large latte and I love that it included 4 shots of espresso.

Yelp
This place is cute, quick, energetic and well cared for. There aren't many other coffee shops in the town. You have your grocery store corp and other cafes that sell coffee. Even being the only one they still act with the same diligence as a small shop competing amongst the many. This place wants you to come back; come back to the town Williams while you hike, go to the lake or enjoy the train. Well done!

Yelp
I stopped here on my way to the Grand Canyon and it was so good I had to come back on the way home! I got the iced Vagabond (hazelnut latte) which was really good. I also got an egg sandwich on an everything bagel which was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. It is located in near all the cool Route 66 stores/restaurants and there is plenty of street parking nearby. I highly recommend for coffee and breakfast!
google avatar

Yelp
Great coffee shop. Has baked goods as well as some freshly prepared breakfast foods. Service is great and I had an Americano which was spot on. Very quaint decor right on the Williams AZ Route 66 strip. Highly recommend this place and they open at 6am when most of Williams is asleep. Plenty of street parking nearby.
google avatar

Yelp
By far the best coffee and espresso on Route 66 in Arizona. While staying in Williams, it is a great place to get a delicious coffee early in the morning. Definitely go here before heading to the Grand Canyon or Bearizona, as it has a drive thru, too!
google avatar

Charles C.

Yelp
Some of the best coffee I had in the entire state! love the decor and vibe! would come back to here for sure!
google avatar

Lindsay K.

Yelp
I had the hiker and it was the best coffee I've ever had. The caramel flavor was so good. I would never definitely come back

Scarlett M.

Yelp
I got the very wild drink and it is so amazing and I think everyone should get it and this place is so cute and very nice and I think all these little ladies that made it so nice and cute five star for me

Maribeth D.

Yelp
Ordered 2 sandwiches, waited 20 min just to find out they forgot to even start my order. Looks cute, very clean but poor customer service They politely gave me my refund. Sorry, you did not deserve my business. I went to circle K and found some healthy snacks cheaper
google avatar

Yelp
Coffee and wifi, it's time to get some work done. I was here for three hours and two cups of coffee. I cranked out a bunch of emails, attended two Zoom meetings and managed to get all of my electronics to fully charged. Comfy space with speedy wifi. Friendly folks and great coffee. Yelp
I had a sweet chai that was delicious! Looking forward to going back and trying their spicy chai.

Yelp
Fast service and delicious coffee. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and I approve. They do not serve frozen yogurt anymore, but check out across the street for ice cream. If you need coffee and are in the area, check this place out!

Yelp
I love this spot for their home made burritos and salsa. Also their great service and delicious coffee. This coffee spot has a nice family vibe. We visit every time we are in town.

Yelp
Delicious coffee!! Stopped at this coffee shop when staying with my family in the Grand Canyon RV park. One of the best coffees I've ever had an I am a coffee enthusiast. Being from New York, it is hard to come by a good breakfast sandwich, but I must say the Bacon, Egg and cheese was great! Very friendly and was so good I went twice in one day

Greg S.

Yelp
In Williams for the week and just so happened to run into this gem. Fantastic service, great food, and great coffee. Not to mention the atmosphere inside. This perfect little coffee shop will see me coming back soon.
google avatar

Yelp
I decided to give the local coffee house a try instead of going straight to Starbucks. While I love a good local place and supporting small business, it's always a gamble. I hate gambling on coffee and breakfast. The food was okay. I got a bagel and cream cheese for my kids. A breakfast bowl for myself. An oat milk latte for my mommy fuel. The bagel was okay. They didn't put much cream cheese on it. I'd rather have just been given the little container and do it for my kids. Im almost positive the breakfast bowl was microwaved. I didn't ask. I would never pay much as I did for microwaved food. They were okay, but honestly I'd have done better going to Starbucks and eating in my hotel lobby. I hate to be a bummer, but not even the latte redeemed them. The whole episode cost me $30.

Yelp
Stopped in for coffee and a quick breakfast while in Williams yesterday. The service was fast and easy. We opted for a frappe and latte, breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich and cinnamon rolls. Everything was delicious. The shop was so quant and had a great old car vibe. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
Great coffee, amazing pastries (especially the raspberry cheesecake one). Ambiance is very nice - was a great start to the morning with the diner themes and all the options to choose from. Service was friendly and the barista had great recommendations from the menu. Would recommend!
google avatar

Amber M.

Yelp
Loved the coffee. And my crossiant was delicious. Kids loved the atmosphere but the cinnamon rolls aren't our style. Very bready.. not
google avatar

Carly M.

Yelp
We went through the drive through to pick up something quick on our way out of town. We got a cappuccino and a regular coffee along with a breakfast burrito and a turkey panini. It totaled to 20 bucks for all of the food which we appreciated. I think they were under staffed because there was only 2 people working so it took a while to get our orders and our food. The food was just ok. We were expecting more things to be in both of our food ordered. They did come with a side of salsa which helped, but pretty basic food. It's a good stop for something quick and the coffee was decent.

Yelp
What a great find for coffee and breakfast in Williams! Great bagels, eggs and hash browns - great coffee and smoothies! We'll be back tomorrow for another round before heading home. The staff were so friendly and seemed to enjoy working together. The laughter coming from behind the counter was a great sound to start the morning. Cute little cafe with seats that look like old train seats. Lots of fun stickers, magnets and souvenirs to remember your trip. And it's located right on historic Route 66! Life is a highway.
google avatar

Heather F.

Yelp
Such a cool spot inside with so many shirts, hats and items with their logos. A lot of stickers and magnets to choose from. The food was excellent, I had the breakfast burrito and the Happy Camper coffee. The service was excellent! The seating inside is like old school bus seats. Such a cool vibe and I will definitely be back in the future.
google avatar

Ety G.

Yelp
Great coffee and breakfast burritos! Their salsa is really flavorful. Paid $30 for two coffees and two breakfast burritos, I found it quite pricey but I understand they're a small business. Staff was friendly as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Cute quaint lil coffee shop! Quick service, friendly! Even has a little gift shop. I recommend the place! One of the ladies who works here has beautiful green eyes!

Yelp
Brewed Awakenings is a cute coffee shop in Downtown Williams. It has a walk in cafe and a drive thru as well. This coffee shop was open the earliest out of the couple of coffee shops in the area so it was the one I hit up as I am an extremely early riser. I arrived at 6 am and there were already a few people in line in front of me. I ordered a vanilla latte for me and a black drip coffee for my husband. I also ordered two breakfast burritos. The coffees were really good, however the food was very dry and very tasteless. The girls who were working were very sweet and nice. We went back the next day and got coffee, but not the food lol.

Windy H.

Yelp
Small, cozy little dinner/coffee house, with a family friendly vibe. Order as soon as you walk in. Food was delicious. Friendly staff. Their magnet collection (for sale) is pretty cool, bought three.

Yelp
Y'all this place was so good!! We stayed in an Air BNB on 10th street and got up in the morning to walk to the blvd for some coffee. The spot is so cute and screams fun Coffee hang out. We had planned to grab a drink and go but ended up relaxing for a bit in the back room. I loved the Happy Camper as a breve and my friend ended up getting the mocha cold brew three times while we were there. The staff was so kind and friendly too! They all deserve a raise !!
google avatar

Celeste M.

Yelp
We went three times in two days. We had the Backpacker, Happy Camper, and a drink that had raspberry but we can't remember the name but it was their featured drink. Overall all three were great! R said the flavors really come through without being overly sweet. We also found out on our third trip that they had a drive thru, which is Awwwesooomme!
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
Friendly staff, great latte. I like that they had real fruit smoothies. I would recommend they use almond milk for their smoothies vs apple juice, as it would taste better. The pastries were great, and my friends enjoyed the breakfast bagels. I didn't like the breakfast burrito because it was a bit bland, I wish they added more seasoning to it, as I felt it was just plain. Nice spot to hit on the way to the grand canyon.
google avatar

Mariah M.

Yelp
We went through the drive thru and it was so quick! My boyfriend and I both got breakfast burritos with sausage that came with a good salsa. I got a copper state latte which was delicious, caramel and cinnamon and the perfect temp to start drinking. My boyfriend got a Bullseye- redbull with lemonade and you get to choose 3 flavors. Loved it!

Yelp
A lovely coffee/breakfast cafe in Williams. The seatings are cozy. They offer drive-thru too. I went with a large group of my school and the serving time wasn't bad. We all got food and drinks correctly. Nothing missing!! The portion was a bit small for the price. I'm not familiar with the price range in this area but I'd expect a slightly larger portion. Servers are nice and professional.
google avatar

Nadiezhda M.

Yelp
The food was good but the bagel and cream cheese was kinda cold. I wish the bagel would be warmer to fully enjoy the breakfast. The kids meal were delicious they both were enjoying their breakfast on this beautiful morning. The service was ok but not like before. The ambience was ok but could get very busy, and not enough space. The line could get close to the table and loud.

Yelp
Yummy, yum, yum! This place is heaven sent. My man and I were staying at the Grand Canyon railway hotel a block away and needed our coffee fix every morning - insert Brewed Awakenings. We literally went to this coffee shop everyday while we were in Williams! Lol The service was above average. We had a small problem via drive-thru with an employee on our last day. She didn't make a drink to our liking and how it was previously made before. When we asked about the drink it's almost as if she was being argumentative about it? Kinda weird. Didn't like the vibes I was getting from that encounter, hence why I docked a star. Only bad thing about the place was the service from that barista. The standout items were the Happy camper iced latte, bacon breakfast burrito, and the Greek yogurt parfait. The latte was perfectly sweetened with quality syrups, one of the best lattes I've had in a long time. They don't overdo it with ice so it doesn't get watered down quickly. The burrito was very tasty. The eggs were fluffy and the tortilla soft. The salsa was packed with flavor, I think it was the best part. My absolute favorite, the showstopper Greek parfait was *chefs kiss*. The granola was crunchy and toasted in a cinnamon glaze!! I could've ate a whole 32oz of the granola alone. It was insanely good. The berries used in the parfait were nice and fresh too. Over all, this place is solid as heck! The coffee is amazing quality and at a decent price tag. The food is so tasty and affordable for it being a quaint coffee shop in a small town. If you're thinking about stopping by, this is your sign to go for it!!

Yelp
I came here twice whilst on vacation with my family. The first time around I ordered the Dublin, a seasonal item which was an Irish cream & caramel latte (hot) The second time around was even better. After seeing someone having a breakfast burrito, I decided that's definitely what I wanted. So after checking out of our hotels we walked over & I got the iced oatmilk Vagabond (hazelnut latte) & a breakfast burrito to which opted to add sausage. Not only was I pleasantly surprised at how smooth the latte was, the lack of over the top sweetness is what won me over. Granted, I am a Starbucks girl so I've become used to their pumped syrups, Brewed Awakenings latte really won my heart. My son got the hot chocolate which he also said, was amazing. The breakfast burrito was soft, fresh, & tasty with the addition of a little salsa they provided. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in the area. The service was always promot, kind, & it felt altogether wholesome & welcoming. I will miss this place when I leave but I will be sure to come back.

Yelp
The service was fast and very pleasant. The coffee and parfait were great. A nice comfortable place to have coffee and a light breakfast and just relax.

Yelp
Great great coffee spot! Can't recommend it enough. Come here if you're picky about your morning cup of espresso.

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop in the heart of Williams, AZ. Worth going to every day of your stay. Their food is good and reasonably priced with good portions. They have GF snacks and I love that! I order a HIPPIE (green tea frappe) and it was yummy! I also ordered their breakfast bowl (tater tots, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and sausage). I liked it but I wish it was sauce links rather than ground sausage. My sister orders a Happy Camper Latter, she said it was good but strong. She also orders a burrito which she liked. I really enjoyed this little coffee shop. Check it out.
google avatar

Deborah G.

Yelp
The parfait was superb! Golden honey and crisp granola created a delicious and gorgeous foundation for the dress berries and custard-like yogurt.

Yelp
This is a little Rustic coffee house in Williams Arizona on Route 66. The seating is side by side seats from a old bus. Including a back row seat for a long table. Fresh coffee, rolls and bagels. Endless coffee in black mugs. Lots of travel memorabilia on the walls. We met for coffee with family that built a house here in the forest where others have built. Excellent stop.
