Brewster's Lanes

I had very bad vibes here. Came to bowl and grab some food, but the service was disappointing. They completely forgot one of our pizzas, and after an entire game I asked politely if it was still coming. Instead of handling it professionally, they yelled at the young boy who took our order and made him come out to deal with the situation, which was very uncomfortable to watch. When the pizza finally came out, it was a 9-inch even though I had paid for a 16-inch. I was just going to ask for a refund of the difference, but the older lady stomped off, told the boy to come back, and said they’d remake it. We went through another full game and still never got the pizza. On top of that, the lady acted as though we were being unreasonable. Overall, very poor service and attitude. Would not come back.

I am never going here again. The service was horrendous and the bar tender was being absolutely unreasonable and rude.. We ordered pizza and they forgot about it, okay; that happens whatever, but when we asked about it after we played a round of bowling they went back into the kitchen and you could here them yelling at this maybe 17-21 year old about it from the bowling lanes. They then drug the poor kid out who messed up to idk make a point that he messed up? Which was so over the top and uncomfortable for all involved. I got extreme second hand embarrassment from the poor kid.. Sooo then they tried to fix it again by bringing out a 9 inch pizza when we paid for a 16 inch and when I mentioned that we were supposed to get a 16 inch and had PAID for one, the woman who was bartending acted as though it was OUR fault or like we were trying to pull the wool over her eyes to get a free pizza or something. There was no receipt given but I know what was spent. But when I tried to mention "hey I'll just take the 4 dollar refund and we will be square she then cuts. me off saying " it's too late its already in" all gruff like. Oooookay whatever. But THEN the second pizza never came.. She never confronted us but was LOUDLY talking bad about our group to the other bartender and the patrons sitting around the bar, pointing fingers at us from behind the counter and side eyeing us every chance she got. I got soul crushing anxiety from there on out and honestly I have never been treated that poor at a place of business. Mind you we⁶ never raised voices, we were leaving the other patrons alone, we minded our own business, I didn't even complain when the second pizza never arrived. UnfortunatelyI felt like our business was unwanted and an inconvenience and I was really disappointed.

We had a great experience at Brewsters! We came in with our softball team between games, and they took good care of us. The pizza was great! The staff was helpful and gave great service. We had a great time there.

Went to brewsters for a cancer benefit. Very nice bowling alley Very busy. The service was great , the steak feed was fantastic. The fish family cancer benefit was awesome fundraiser at fabulous location.

Great place to go bowling! They have made lots of updates and they have nice seating and tables by the lanes if you order food like we did. Our burgers we're delicious and very reasonably priced.

Always get a receipt. They don’t like to honor their daily specials price. And have extra drinks charged on bill.

We enjoy bringing our kids here and the staff is always friendly!!!

This is a very large and very nice bowling alley with a fully stocked large bar. The food is beyond bar food!

Good pizza, and a good deal for group discount. POOR SERVICE! We called a month in advance to schedule our party, come to find out they never wrote us down. It took forever for someone to even greet us when we got there! Equipment malfunctioned the entire time we were there. We had issues with 3 of our 4 lanes and had to hunt someone down every time! The lanes kept getting stuck, the computer system deleted all our info in the middle of a game and it wouldn't allow 2 of our bowlers to bowl. They need to have someone available for the bowling alley...not just the bar! (There were at least 4 workers in the bar area and NONE in the bowling alley.)

A great local bowling alley with friendly service every time you go in. Food is always good and the small arcade caters to little kids short attention spans. Good bar with darts and a pool table. Overall quality place that I recommend for affordable entertainment and food.

Wanted to reserve the room.. well the day before our party they said we couldnt it was reserved for a year already. We were told 4 times we could bring our own food in the day of we were charged 100$ because we did so. They were rude and snotty the rest of the time we spent there. Their food is terrible but think their attitudes are worse. Will never recommend or visit again. We were told we were rude and being shitty people to our face from the waitress. If your not a regular they treat you like crap

Very hospitable and you can really tell that it's super family oriented !! The pizzas we ordered were really good and the staff were very helpful
