Place with great pizza and wings. They have trivia on Tuesday nights, but most recently came after a boating day with the chads. Food was bussin respectfully G. Forgot to get a picture of the wings and cheesy bread, but they were delicious. 4.78/5

Google
Detroit style pizza in Burnsville? Yas please! If you're looking for Detroit style pizza locally, look no further! I cannot believe we didn't get here sooner... the pizza is amazing!! We ordered The Happiest Meal and omg, it tastes just like a McDonalds cheeseburger, in pizza form. The crust is delicious, flaky and light. We also got the Aloha Friday pizza and the pineapple and red sauce was spot on. Service was a bit slower, although the place wasn't busy. Open space, appreciated the coziness of the couches and plants. We will definitely be returning.

Google
Unfortunately this missed the mark for us. We ordered online and picked it up. I was thinking a small would be fine for 2 people. It didn’t specify online what a “small” means. We ordered the pizza and added a size of marinara and ranch. $22ish total. My fiance picked up the order and we brought it home. Sadly no ranch or marinara included even though it was on the receipt. When I opened it up I was surprised to find out how little this size was. It was a solo pizza. 4 small pieces. The photo shows the size after we ate 2 pieces. I guess the flavor was okay but not really what we were expecting. Very little sauce just plopped on top. I enjoyed the crispy edges but that’s about it. This was pretty much a pricey appetizer. It’s possible we would give it another try and dine in next time and order something different.

Google
I thought I knew what I was getting when we ordered the pizza. I was wrong. This is more like a deep dish. Crispy edges. Soft crust. Substance. This is delicious. Oh and the beer is phenomenal. We came up to ride the local mtn bike trails and popped over here on a whim. 10/10 recommend this spot. We will be back!

Google
Awesome place! We've been here a few times, typically when in town for dance. Nice big and open space and atmosphere. Great for groups, families or whatever. Had 4 different beers today, all were great but we really liked the Bat Reservation and Wasting Away (In Margaritaville, RIP JB!). Lily was our server today and was super pleasant and efficient, she was great! Had waffle fries and a Jimmy Buffet pizza with sausage added, the pizza here is fantastic. We've had the Elote pizza previously which is also amazing. The crust on these pizzas is so freaking good, I tried to record the sound of the crunch!. 11/10 on everything!

Google
INSANE. Must stop every time we go to Minnesota. Cool ranch dorito wings are to die for. The hazy beers are fantastic. Can’t recommend enough.

Google
Nice vibe. Good Selection of Beer, lots of IPA. Creative food menu. Pizzas were good.

Google
Brickworth beer company is cool brewery south of Minneapolis in Burnsville. It's got a large open space with tons of tables and a large bar with a couple big TVs. They have a limited food menu with 11 of their beers on tap. Beer list was IPA heavy and included an American pale ale, mexican lager, 2 American light lager, and 6...yes 6 NEIPA/hazy. They don't do build your own flights but they do have a pre-built flight. They have a guest tap, wine , and cocktails. Service was friendly and if you are here on a Tuesday, they have trivia.

Yelp
Came here with a group with my Bookclub and sat on the patio. It's a cool area, and you would never know this spot is part of a strip mall! I had a great mocktail and ordered a custom pizza. I don't love Detroit style pizza but it was so yummy because I got to build my own with my toppings of choice! I wish their menu was more varied, right now it's just pizza, salad and a couple of bone-in wings.

Yelp
Still the one!!! My favorite place for everything!! NOW open MONDAY! This is a great lunch spot! Orange poppy is 10/10 best salad! Spiced mandarin oranges..... churchy chick pees...mixed well with greens, vinaigrette and a creaminess of the goat cheese balances well! The Bricksworth salad is also a staple Just a classic Mediterranean, but could easily serve two people ! Huge portions!! As always. Love the beers! Love the wings.Go to the bar and meet the staff because they are great people and make the place!! Patio is open and is great for kids that want some room to play outside.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! And it's right across the street from my office, so tend to find myself going over there for lunch. You wouldn't think that a brewery would have great food, but their house salad with the green goddess dressing is one of my favorites, and if you were into Detroit style pizza, this is the best place to go. It's perfectly cooked, crunchy, fluffy, and delicious. It's a cute, kitschy space with lots of comfy old school sofas and seating areas to lounge in, as well as a ton of live plants, and standard booths as well as a long bar. Kinda like your grandma's living room meets a diner. Another surprise to me for a brewery is that they have really fun mixed cocktails as well, though frankly I wish they would keep some of them around because they're really good and unique, and then they change it up every few months (hint guys: bring back the blackberry smash and the blue and gold!!) Makes great takeout for small social events as well. Everyone who works there is pleasant but not smothery.

Yelp
Fun brewery spot to watch some tv, eat some food, or get a drink! Has a great variety of drinks which includes beers, cocktails, mocktails, wine, and more. Always nice to have some variety so I definitely appreciated that. The food also seemed to be a hit and will 100% be trying that soon.
google avatar

Eyely B.

Yelp
Amazing food as always! Drinks were good too, I like how they have beers and cocktails, not always something you see in a brewery. Food comes out pretty quickly!! Good service. They have lots of seating, and games to play to pass the time. They do play music but it is not too loud, easy to hear your conversation. Over all very good.
google avatar

Volkan K.

Yelp
Amazing old fashioned!!! The beer is good but this is the best brewery with great old fashioned! Also pizzas are delicious; my go to is THE HAPPIEST MEAL. Bar team is great and courteous. Space is big and neat.
google avatar

Josiah L.

Yelp
Great wings, I recommend the dill pickle dry rub. Pizza was nice and thick and the crust was crispy on the edges as described. Passenger princess fruited sour was delicious. Music is loud and large open area for seating.

Yelp
I had gotten to try their North Loop location and wanted to head down to the Burnsville location and bring the hubs with. I had an inkling he would enjoy it. If it wouldn't have been ominous looking outside, I think we would have enjoyed the patio, but we opted to sit inside. Large space with plenty of room. Tried a couple different beers and decided to split a small pizza and some wings. I will say, there were probably at least 2 more pizzas and wings we wanted to try, but we're too full. We had the Elote special pizza and the Thai peanut wings. Both were so yummy. I wish we would have had room to try the birria pizza, as it's off the menu now. Note, if you think you want to try the specials, do it! It seems like they change monthly, so if you're there near the end of the month, it may be your only chance. Service was friendly and fast. Can't wait to return again!
google avatar

Emilee K.

Yelp
Bricksworth does it again with another delicious specialty pizza! The birria pizza was incredibly tasty, so much that I wish they had it on their regular menu! We also ordered the Happiest Meal as a second pizza to share because it's our favorite go-to. As always, the staff and bartenders were simply amazing. Plenty of seating despite it often being a busy spot. I've never had a problem finding parking in their lot out front. We enjoy the outdoor patio during the beautiful summer nights as well! Brickworth is one of our favorite places to go for lunch or dinner. We can't wait for next date night!
google avatar

Cindy S.

Yelp
Met friends here for lunch. Decent sized parking lot, and plenty of seating space inside. It took quite a while for us to be greeted, but we were in no hurry. We ordered the Thai Peanut bone-in wings, they had great flavor and crispy even with the sauce on them. The Elote Pizza, the Telltale Moozadell Pizza, and the Chopped salad. Everything was fresh & delicious! The pizza is Detroit style and did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
Good beer, with tasty pizza and wings. Decor is somewhat stark, given it being a brewery . Can be quite loud at certain times, with the cement floors and all. Staff is always pleasant with plenty of TVs to watch the game.
google avatar

Lisa S.

Yelp
Great place to stop before seeing a show at the Ames Center. The brewery is huge. Lots of natural light, tables, and booths for eating. The beer menu is a good size, with options in many categories. I like hoppy beers so chose one called Girl Dinner. It was very hoppy but fresh, light, and nice and cold. Very tasty. We chose a starter of dry rub wings which were really good. Nice amount of spices and the chicken was cooked well so it was tender and juicy inside. Next we had a pizza. We built our own with pepperoni (that awesome kind that curls when you cook it) and black olives. The pizza was good. Little more dough than I care for in pizza but it was good. Service was excellent. They were playing Trivia in the bar when we were there which looked fun. Nice stop.
google avatar

Erik P.

Yelp
The pizza here is delicious, but the portion size and the price is whack. The large size pizza is really a personal pizza. They make what I would call Detroit-style pizza, and they have creative and delicious topping combinations. We really like the "Aloha Friday". Their beer selection is pretty good, but there are better pure breweries in the Twin Cities. The names are all fun puns, which makes ordering entertaining, but the flavors are a bit generic. There is bar service and table service available. The vibe reminds me of a 90's pizza joint sports bar combo, even though it shares basically nothing in common with those.
google avatar

Ben K.

Yelp
We are moving to Burnsville soon, so we wanted to do a little brewery tour to check out our future stomping grounds! Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot! Inside is very spacious, with retro vibes and plenty of plants to keep you feeling positive! Bar space with big screen tvs or casual dining room for enjoying a bite and a brew with a group! Service was friendly, positive, and quick during our stay! We had the Central Perk, a coffee inspired ale, and the Peanut Butter Spotty, a PB stout! Both were yummy and complimented our Happiest Meal pizza...a play on the Big Mac in pizza form! The 6x6 pizza was good for a snack, but definitely not enough to split for a meal FYI. We can't wait to be regulars at this spot!
google avatar

Adam G.

Yelp
This was my first time to Bricksworth and it did not disappoint! We met some friends here for lunch and to experience a hot sauce market they were having. The pizza was great, and the beers were very good too! The staff were super friendly and attentive. Great space for individuals, couples, small/large groups, and even great outdoor space for people with dogs!

Yelp
Had a wonderful dinner at Bricksworth Beer Co in Burnsville. I previously had attended a yelp event at the North Loop location and I had to give the Burnsville location a try. This location is far bigger than the north loop location and has a lot of seating! Our server was so kind although I didn't catch her name, she helped us choose some delicious bites to eat. I especially enjoyed the honey sriracha wings washed down with the tasty Mexican Lager. An order of fries is gigantic! Perfect for sharing with two or three other people. And the chicken tenders have a very nice seasoning to them. The happiest meal pizza is some thing I highly recommend trying, it's got a nice creamy sauce with pickles and ground beef. I also tried a fruity sour, and another drink that tasted like beer and orange juice, and it was quite tasty!

Yelp
The detroit style pizza at Bricksworth is always great! We've been multiple times, tried multiple pizzas, salads and wings and the food has always been very good. The last time we visited, we ordered the Godfather Part II, Aloha Friday and The Happiest Meal. All were very good! The waitress was very attentive and kind and refilled our beers quickly. The parking is great (huge parking lot) so there's always a spot to park, even on a busy Friday night. It's also a large brewery/restaurant so there's plenty of room to accommodate large groups, kids, etc. We've brought in our stroller and there's always enough room for it. I like how their bathrooms have their handwashing station outside of the restroom -- very unique! My husband really enjoys all the live sports they have available to watch -- most breweries don't have that many TVs. Their house-brewed beers are okay. Nothing spectacular but not the worst beer I've ever tasted. Overall, would recommend to friends/family who enjoy good beer, live sports and detroit style pizza.
google avatar

Whitney C.

Yelp
My hubby's friends highly recommended this place, and I had some higher expectations. They raved about the quality of the wings, and I was excited to try something new. The seating is a bit confusing - it was seat yourself, but because the sign wasn't visible, we stood there awkwardly for a bit. When one of the servers let us know, he sat us at a table that had not been cleaned. Well, I tried to make the best of the situation and order a drink from their extensive cocktail menu, only to find out that they had ran out of several of the ingredients for quite a few of the drinks. We ordered the brown sugar BBQ wings and the dry rub wings to try, and they were okay, but nothing stood out for me flavor-wise. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
google avatar

Michelle A.

Yelp
First time here. I don't drink alcohol, so only had water. Tried the Thai wings and a piece of big Mac pizza and a piece of Miami Cuban pizza. The Thai wings were really good. The big Mac pizza too. The Cuban pizza needed a little more flavor so added the ranch to it. 4/5 stars as the customer service could be more attentive to the customers at the bar. No asking if we wanted another beer. The bar tender was hugging and flirting relentlessly with a tatted server. Totally ignoring us as we waited over 10 minutes to interrupt and ask for the check. Very unprofessional. It was also not busy. Sorry, your tip reflected this poor customer service. The pizzas are small for $13, but unique flavors. Not a fan of Detroit style thicker crust. It would be nice to offer a thinner crust also. The furniture was super tacky, I think they were looking for a kitchy theme.

Yelp
I love a good brewery and Bricksworth Beer Co. didn't disappoint. The place was well lit and it had a good energy(Pardon me for waxing spiritual) to it. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming. They had some very good NEIPA's on tap. They are on the recommended list!

Yelp
Deceptively large brewpub located in a business park. They've got a small, dog-friendly, wood pallet-fenced patio in the parking lot that's terrifyingly close to the accessible parking spaces. The inside is enormous, open, and pretty nice! The bar area is like any other upscale brewpub but the restaurant side brings back real "small town local pizzaria" vibes. Have the red plastic cups and all. Got there right when they opened on a Saturday and it was pretty empty but looked like it was filling up quickly with families. Seems like a place dads go while they're "watching" the kids and definitely not the baseball game and a pint. The server was incredibly nice, attentive, and happily answered the questions we had. I don't remember their name but 5-stars him/them! Booze: The beer was pretty good! they specialize in hoppier brews, which aren't my thing, but their Spotty stout was very good. Their Kolsch was good, too, but hoppy for the style. Food: Their Detroit-style pizza is the main reason people know them, though. I really prefer neapolitan pizza but enjoyed this as well. We got the small "Jimmy Buffet" which is their take on a margherita. Very light, focaccia-like dough but didn't have a ton of flavor by itself. The sauce was nice and bright. Not too acidic, well seasoned, and tasted really fresh. Lots of mozzarella that was also pretty good. Let's be honest: the whole reason you're eating a pan pizza is for that burnt cheese and crust on the edges. That's the best part of this whole experience. Wife got the dry rub wings and was really happy with them. Nice heat, tender meat, and some other word that rhymes with those two. If you like Detroit pizza and hoppy beers I definitely recommend this place or their North Loop location. Also one of the few places like it in the south metro. Not a bad place to kill some time
google avatar

Tracee T.

Yelp
The wings here are amazing! I'm not a dry rub wing person but I've been converted. The crunch and flavor of these wings were over the top! I can't figure out what they do to them to make them so good! The pizza looks a mess because the sauce is on top. The photos didn't speak to my stomach but here's an example of don't judge a pizza by it's cover photo. The pizza was fire! The edges were crispy and the sauce, full of flavor! It was the best pizza I've had in a long time! It's a fairly large place with plenty of parking. Located off the beaten path of eateries. Easy to get to thanks to google maps. Great atmosphere, food, service and beer.

Yelp
I popped in yesterday after quite some time since my last visit...shame on me. I was greeted by new to me beertender, Joe. He was friendly, chatty and very helpful. It was our first MUGGY day of the season so he steered me to the low ABV Wasting Away Mexican Lager. Then I asked tulip or pint? Joe stating this weather is a pint day. He wasn't wrong and the refreshingly light beer hit the spot!! My first time in February 2021 a fellow in our group ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sriracha pizza and offered everyone a slice. I stated under Dr's post surgery orders I should abstain from pizza. He convinced me to have a super small slice... it was so delicious and didn't upset my stomach!! If I came in w my appetite I would likely order the Happiest Meal pizza or Cross Your Heart. LL he pizzas are good but those two have been favorites. The beer? Never had a bad one. Their current brewer is female Solveig. Who I found to brew my new favorite high ABV beer, Unexpected Delays. It's an 11.5% Imperial Stout but watch yourself that IS is a smooth Sipper!! The other patrons have also always been friendly when I make conversation w them. Bricksworth checks all the boxes... delicious beer, good selection of delicious pizza and wings, comfortable, well spaced out tap room, pretty fantastically rad and friendly beertenders, along w easy parking....makes Bricksworth a great stop!! I noticed yesterday that the wood wall behind the bar had random trinkets on it, so I inquired? Joe said it started out w putting a few things up but has now evolved to a Misfit Toy wall. Noted and I've already set aside a dolphin keychain to request be added to it. Thanks Bricksworth for a refreshing beer to kick off summer poured by friendly beertender Joe, looking forward to my next pint, cheers.

Yelp
Perfect ! Stopped on way out of town. Had heard about this place on podcast (purple daily) that I listen to. The honey siracha wings and the Elote pizza with sausage were both so good. Beers were great as well. Definitely want to return and even try north loop location. Will recommend for sure. We sat at bar and Bartender and service was great.

Yelp
It was a new and interesting experience. We had a group of 8 and the server got it all sorted correctly.

Yelp
Okay, let me first start off by saying how absolutely *thrilled* I am that I finally have a fun place like this near where I live. While there are many breweries in the suburbs (some even in Burnsville) none have really scratched my itch for what is in Minneapolis. Until now! Bricksworth somehow flew under the radar for me but I am so so happy that we found it! The atmosphere was so fun, the food was absolutely incredible, service was great, and the drinks were too! We had pull tabs, the game on the tv, pizza (Detroit style!), cool ranch wings - what more could you ask for? Honestly, my only complaint is the price of the beer to the amount of beer that you get - but I literally can live with that if it's my only negative. While we won't be here for a Sunday Funday all day drinking sort of thing I can absolutely see this becoming a starting or ending point instead. The rotating wings/flavors for the pizza is something that is definitely going to keep me interested and keep me coming back. I'm absolutely a sucker for that. Another thing I appreciated that you don't always get at other breweries was the variety in beer sizes you could get! I'm one who likes to try a lot of different beers but often only want a small glass which isn't usually an option. You're stuck with what you get. Not here! I was able to get a nice, small 4 oz glass of beer and it was perfect. As for the pizza, we split an elote pizza and some wings and all I can say is, if you're an elote fan like I am. DO NOT MISS THIS. It is SO good. I cannot wait to return to try some of the other flavors. They have an outdoor space and it appears to be pet friendly which I am very much looking forward to experiencing once the warmer weather returns. This is going to become a staple for our household for sure.
google avatar

Natalie P.

Yelp
The service was awesome! The Doritos wings were AMAZING. The fries portion was huge. And the drinks were super refreshing. Love this place and the amount of variety they have! Indoor space is very open with tv's and games.
google avatar

Haley P.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the Aloha Friday pizza at Bricksworth for lunch! I split a large with my husband and got a side of fries and it was the perfect amount between the two of us. Our waitress was very good and continuously checked on us. We even brought my family from NC and they enjoyed the food and ambiance.
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
The original Bricksworth in Burnsville shares some similarities to its brother-from-another-mother BlackStack in St. Paul, including an open and airy space, an affinity for hazy IPAs, and unique to Bricksworth, Detroit style pizzas and wings. There are a number of rotating styles of beers on tap, but as mentioned, they lean heavily into hazy IPAs, and I'm on board with that. They also have a full bar if beer isn't your jam. Their food menu is mainly comprised of wings and Detroit style pizzas. There's no shortage of flavors for the former and all of the pizzas I have tried have been good. Their pizzas aren't quite as dense as some of the other purveyors of Detroit-style pies around the Cities, but they have some unique pizzas available and I'll keep stopping back in for their elote one when it's on the menu.
google avatar

Justina C.

Yelp
The beer and ambiance in North Loop is great, but the pizza here never disappoints. Detroit style, with the crispy edges and dough thats so soft and flavorful... toppings are all familiar - but with a twist. Reheats to perfection at home if you have a convection oven/air fryer. The Happiest Meal pizza changed what I thought I knew about pizza. Never in a million years would I have believed that a pizza imitating a burger could taste better than the burger itself- but here we are.

Yelp
After a long day I needed something to fill me up, and I had been craving some Detroit style pizza - @bricksworthbeer to the rescue! Got a few food items and some beers for an fulfilling (emotionally and physically) evening out. As always, Bricksworth did not disappoint. Strawberry Burrata Salad: This salad came with fresh strawberries, a balsamic vinaigrette of sorts, walnuts, and a huge chunk of burrata. Cheesy Garlic Bread: The Cheesy Garlic Bread is baked in a similar manner to their pizzas with plenty of cheese, but drizzled with a house-made whipped roasted garlic ricotta. Box Logo: I did order an actual pizza. This Detroit style pizza was given the treatment with italian sausage, cupping pepperoni, sauteed cremini mushrooms, caramelized onions, and roasted red peppers. Now onto the beers Thatz: An old fashioned Kolsch beer in Collab with BlackStack Brewing. The top fermented beer uses ale yeast, but is lagered at cold temperatures. The beer is crisp like a lager, but has low fruity characters from the usage of the ale yeast. Do you take checks? This is a classic Czech Pilsner. This beer is packed with malt and hop flavor for being such a perfect pilsner. You get low bitterness, medium-low biscuit malt, and a very clean fermentation profile. Versace Lettuce: A big bold Triple IPA that was hopped with citra, simcoe, and talus. Very intense hop aroma of citrus, grapefruit rind, and tropical fruits. Coffee Spotty A chocolate milk stout that had coffee added to it from @truestone Cheer Up Buttercup Ended the dinner with dessert via a beer! This Imperial Stout was aged on chopped peanut butter cups. As somebody obsessed with peanut butter, I thoroughly enjoyed this beer. It tasted like freshly ground peanut butter with dark bitter chocolate. Aroma was toasted peanuts and a hint of light chocolate. A great dessert to end a great night.

Yelp
The food was so good! Hot and delicious. And gluten free!! The best gluten free food we've had out for a long time. We'll be back! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Visited 4/27/23. First time at Bricksworth and I would go back in a heartbeat. Super spacious, it would make a really great place for a work happy hour. I went with my friend and we both got one of the slush drinks. While it was a tad tart, it was still easy to drink. They have a lot of beer options and I imagine that is where they shine. We split cheese bread, which was solid, then I ordered the box logo pizza (smaller size), while my friend customized her own. The box logo pizza was so good and was the perfect portion size for one person, honestly could've been shared too. I had two of the slices and saved the other two for the next day's lunch. Overall, a great experience with efficient service and great options. Will visit again

Yelp
Have been meaning to check this place out for months and am stoked we finally did! I know this is a brewery, but the pizza and the wings are what really drew me in. Met a few friends here mid week and was so happy with the experience. The ambiance is very relaxed, spacious with a ton of seating. Our server was so friendly and informed us of anything that they didn't have available on the menu, as well as made some recommendations for food. The kids loved hanging out on their vintage couches - I would say they are very kid friendly here! I hear they have great root beer on tap, unfortunately they were out. Guess that means we need to go back another time! I tried their strawberry piña colada slushy, it was pretty good! Next time I plan on trying a few of their beer selections, they have 5oz pours so you could try a few different ones. The PIZZA. Oh my - planning our next visit already. I ordered the small elote pizza: roasted corn, fresh jalepenos (can be super spicy depending on the pepper! But easily removed if that's not your thing), elote sauce, queso fresco and a sprinkle of tajin. Wish I would have ordered a large, their pizza is so delicious! Crispy cheese around the edges, super soft thick crust - perfection! We also had their fries and wings, both were great. Their house ranch is really well made too! I am so happy I finally made it over to Bricksworth and will definitely be back soon.

Yelp
Bland office block in light industrial area, unlikely location for brew pub, but okay, if they brew good beer and create decent plates, I'm on board. But this was a very disappointing pub experience. Too many hazys, indecipherable beer menu, limited food menu, which is fine, but the food served was gooey and not very tasty. The only bright spot was our server. I'm sorry I missed her name, but she was delightful. Otherwise, nothing at all to recommend this place.

Kelsey K.

Yelp
We came here based on friends and family recommendations. Maybe they talked it up too much but we weren't impressed with the food. We tried the moozadell and godfather pizzas. I wished the moozadell had sauce on it. It just tasted like salty cheese with a little balsamic. The crust itself was good, just not tasty. We also tried the dry rub bone-in wings. The wings were good! A lot of dry rub seasoning on em but you can't really go wrong with wings. We enjoyed their drink menu and the atmosphere though. It's a huge open space with a lot of seating that would be good for large groups. Service was good and plenty of parking.
google avatar

Yelp
This place keeps getting better in my eyes. I've tried more of the food and I love it even more. Even their boneless wings are amazing. They look like bone in wings and have a nice texture & their sauces and dry rubs are so good. You really can't go wrong here. If something is on the menu, it will be good. Trust them to nail it!
google avatar

Harry G.

Yelp
Maybe the worst pizza ever. Flavorless "dough" so devoid of nutritional content that they might as well have slathered their sloppings, sorry, toppings, on a pillow. At least I could've scraped that stuff off and used the bottom as a cat bed.

Yelp
A lot of people I've talked to told me how good Bricksworth was, and we just never got around to trying it, but we finally did a few weeks ago. We shared some apps with friends on the patio, all of it was delicious! Amazing wings, beer, and Detroit style PIZZA! You can't go wrong with anything here. I love how they offer a large menu selection along with their great tap list. I love sours, and the special I tried was bomb. They have a nice outdoor patio and super nice taproom inside for those chilly days. We definitely won't hesitate going here again!

Yelp
Bricksworth did not disappoint. Bricksworth brews their own beer that offers many variations and flavors whether you like a hazy IPA or juicy sour Bricksworth has a beer for all beer lovers. Bricksworth recently won an award for their dry rub wings, and it is obvious why. So much flavor in one bite! You can build your own pizza or order one already made and is so good, and is done in a Chicago deep dish style. Bricksworth is the perfect place for a get together, dinner or just stopping in for a drink. The front door is to the right of where google maps brings you.

Yelp
We decided to check this place out with some friends after church. I was interested in trying out their beer scene here as I am currently looking for a place to bring a group of guys to on a weekly or so basis for a study group. The space in this place is great, there are so many tables and chairs and the bar area is huge. You could host a large group or party very easily here. There is also a large patio out front too. I wasn't sure what to expect with their Detroit-style pizza and I didn't expect it to beat Chicago-style. Then I took a bite and experienced the chewy cheesy goodness on the edges and it was super satisfying and delicious. We tried a simple pepperoni and the happiest meal pizza. The pepperoni was crispy and the happiest meal pizza was burger heaven found on a pizza pie. I think I might be becoming a convert here... The price point per pizza was a little shocking at about $17 a pie but each one does feed about 2 people easily. Staff were a little non-existent and you kind of were on your own with finding menus, ordering, and getting stuff but that could just be a fluke of the times. I will have to bring some friends back with me to try another flight and get another taste of that Detroit pizza goodness.

Yelp
Came in about 11:15am took the waitress 10 minutes to come over, pleasant but scattered. She was to busy talking to the bartender. Food was very good, however at noon a waiter parks right up front in a silver Jeep and is busy talking to the bartender at the far end of the bar and NEVER does anything with customers! Then a partial blonde comes in at 12:07 and does exactly the same!!!! Obviously NO management around!!! Are U in business to take care of customers or paying employees to socialize??? Won't be back as this was completely embarrassing to bring friends or business associates!

Yelp
We've been here a few times and the food is consistently good. We shared multiple things. The chopped salad was a little overdressed for us. Nashville hot wings were perfectly spicy. Siracha honey wings were really good too, little less spice. Aloha pizza, margarita and box logo pizza were all tasty with ample toppings. Tried 5 different beers, a cocktail and the house red. All were good and I really like the flight option. I wish they had a pick your own option. Our only complaint is that it was REALLY loud in the high top section, I wish we had sat in the dining area instead.

Yelp
Really enjoyed dinner at Bricksworth. The weather was great, so sat outside. I tried the Slime Truck beer and pepperoni pizza - both really good! Super casual atmosphere, which I prefer. Attentive service as well. I'll be back!

Yelp
This is a fantastic new brewery in Burnsville! The tap room is big, bright, and clean! The pizza is really solid. They list is on their website as "Detroit-Style Pan Pizza, Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza, and the Tavern-Style pizza found in Wisconsin." My partner and I shared two different ones to get the full idea of it. They had a special called Happiest Meal their take on cheeseburger pizza. They made it with their special blend beef that they ground in house, three different cheeses, sweet pickles, special sauce , and sesame seeds. We decided to try everyone one of their beers! We could resist. They were fantastic. The hazy IPA's were the stand out in this beer line up. They were hoppy, soft, and the mouth feel was on point. Pizza Rolls & Universally Planned were the two we grabbed an extra pint of after sampling all the beers. I wanted to drink Rack's which is their DDH DIPA all day long. It was coming in at 9% but was so soft and smooth. I can't wait to try more and more of their beers. Every beer we tried was solid. I legit only didn't like one beer and it wasn't their fault...I just don't like lemonade flavors in my beer. I tasted it and they nailed their strawberry lemonade sour. It's just not my thing. For wings... We grabbed buffalo, dry rub, and honey siracha topped with sesame seeds! These wings are all delish! They are big, juicy, so crispy, and flavorful! Overall this is a fantastic new addition to the Mn Brewery scene. It's a must stop when in the area!

Yelp
Okay guys... it's worth the hype! These guys make an incredible Chicago style pizza! They also had some fab brews on tap. Busy place but no wait. They have a nice large space and great energy here. Touch tunes as well in case you want to be the DJ. Cheers!

Yelp
I have long anticipated Bricksworth Beer Co and they absolutely did not disappoint. This will be at the very top of my recommendation list not only for great beer but amazing pizza as well. Bricksworth is located off 35 and HWY 13 in Burnsville. The space is in an otherwise commercial business complex like many of its competitors. Inside you will walk into a HUGE open space. The walls are painted in warm earthy tones and the space is well lit and bright from massive windows surrounding the room. The space feels and looks very similar to its St Paul cousin, Blackstack Brewing. Beer and pizza..... Um, yes please! The beer menu is huge. During my visit they had 9 beers on tap. Everything from pale ales to IPAs to sours. Literally something on tap for everyone (even your "I don't like craft beer" friends can find something to enjoy). One thing I loved is being able to try everything. Bricksworth offers all their beers in 2oz pours and you get one or all of them. I am an IPA guy and would strongly recommend the Pizza Rolls IPA (love this name) as well as the Universally Panned IPA (also a clever name). Their Silverware house blonde is also a great choice for someone looking for a nice lighter beer to pair with the pizza. The pizza is an interesting Detroit meets Chicago rectangular pan style with a perfectly caramelized crust both soft and also with a little crunch when you bite in. These pizzas come in some tradition topping creations as well as some fun and new age concoctions. I will be visiting Bricksworth time and time again. I guarantee this to be one of your new favorites spots too!
