Bridge on Race truly offers the best views and amenities in the city! The building is always super clean, and the staff is extremely helpful and supportive with any issues or concerns. Saketa, Vianey, Shannon, Hezekiah, and Kriss have all been amazing always professional, friendly, and quick to assist whenever needed. My experience living here has been nothing but positive the management team genuinely cares about residents. It’s a beautiful, well-maintained community that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern and comfortable place to live in Philadelphia.

I have lived here with my husband for the past 2 years and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone from the management, maintenance, and front desk teams has treated us with such warmth, kindness, and attentiveness. Thank you to Emily, Vianey, Saketa, Kurt, Shannon, David and Hezekiah for being so welcoming - they've never failed to say hi or good morning to me, my husband, and our dog every day. Truly the best residential building we've lived in!

This is the best apartment building in Philly! The views are incredible. The building itself is breathtaking and sustainable. Everything from the location to the amenities to the amazing management team has been a dream. I am so happy that I moved here earlier this year. The community events every month are a blast. Can't say enough good things about this place :)

I have lived at this apartment complex for over a year, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. The only reason I’m moving is due to personal circumstances—I am truly sad to be leaving such a wonderful community. The management team deserves endless recognition. Emily, Vianey, and Kriss go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and valued. They are always approachable, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency with such warmth, but they do it flawlessly. The front desk staff also deserve a huge shoutout—Saketa, Krik, Devon, Shannon, David, and Hezekiah. Every single one of them greets you with a smile, is quick to help with any questions or concerns, and creates such a welcoming atmosphere every time you walk through the door. Their positivity and attentiveness make such a difference day-to-day. This complex isn’t just a place to live—it truly feels like a community because of the incredible people who run it. I am deeply grateful for my time here and cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a home where the staff genuinely care about you, this is it!

I have had a great experience living here at Bridge over the last 3 years. The Leasing office team, front desk and maintenance teams across the board are so attentive to what the residents need and want. Building is always so well maintained. Would recommend anyone to live here!

The process was fairly smooth and my leasing agent (Vianey) made the experience from tour to lease signing incredibly comprehensive and easy. The only hiccup was that the process at times took a bit longer as they switched operating systems midway through my leasing process. However, this was really out of their control. Move-in was seamless. I was able to easily book the freight elevator for move-in day, loading dock was clear, and I received a warm welcome from the leasing team. I have absolutely no regrets about my decision thus far. The unit was clean and move-in ready and the amenities are absolutely amazing! Big thanks to the Bridge for providing a great experience! Especially when moving is already difficult to begin with. Note: If you are apartment hunting, definitely consider moving to Bridge on Race. Gorgeous building and very helpful management team. Yes, it's in old city and probably a little more expensive than other parts of the city. But I must say that you will definitely be getting what you paid for!

I lived at Bridge for just over a year and absolutely loved it! It's the best apartment building I've ever lived in. Anytime I needed something repaired, it was taken care of that day. The building is very well maintained and the folks who work there are so wonderful! The gym is great, the outdoor space is fabulous, the neighborhood is charming, the coffee in the lobby is clutch, the mail deliver/package system is great, the views are fabulous. I loved everything about living in this place!!

The community is composed of friendly and respectful individuals, and the on-site property management staff is exceptional, Thank you Emily, Vianey and front desk, for your outstanding service and attention. I feel incredibly fortunate and at ease living here.
