Incredible sound for concerts. Seating comfortable. Line of sight from seat was awesome! Easy in and easy out, plenty parking garages at venue and very near by. Better to purchase tickets in advance, and if available upgrades to better seats day of concert. Great location in the heart of Nashville!

Google
Nice venue and nice experience overall inside. Getting access to area was simple, gate attendants knew how to keep the line moving. Inside vendors were great to deal with and let go of my money.

First time seeing a concert at Bridgestone for Ghost. The lines to get into the door were a hot mess, especially with locking your phones in the yonder pouches, but otherwise everything went smoothly. We had great seats but I don’t think I’d pay for floor tickets again, being short we couldn’t see much, I’ll get seats on the side next time. Ghost was AMAZING and I hope they come back again, we will be there if they do!

Was so AMAZING to be at the Music City Rodeo, Nashville first Rodeo. To experience such activities was awesome. Glad to have been part of the 1st one and so excited they will be having more. Watching a 16 girl win the barrel races was awesome. She was on her game and it was exciting. We were all rooting for the underdog.

I went here for a $uicideboy$ concert. I have some health problems that cause me to get vertigo VERY easily. I was able to go speak with customer service and they were so helpful and polite. Everyone at the vendors or concessions were also very nice and accommodating. Seats were very comfortable

Google
Ghost was an absolute amazing and mind blowing show!! I’ve never been to Nashville but I’ll definitely be returning when they do! !!!! As a group we didn’t even know if this was an organizer issue or a venue issue so it’s not fair to blame Bridgestone for it !!!! Our only issue was having to line up for VIP wristbands early in the morning so we sat in 100 degree sun from 9:20-12:45 until someone from the venue came out and redirected everyone into the shade; (they had general waiting set up there so we were unsure if we were even allowed to wait there). Every worker inside was phenomenal and kind. From security to the YONDR pouch coordinators they were so kind. My sister ended up unlocking her phone but forgetting to take it out and ended up throwing it in the YONDR pouch bin by accident. One collective panic attack later, we ran back to all the places it could’ve been and everywhere we went people were sympathetic and kind. By the end of it we ended up digging in the pouch bins and found it. If I could’ve hugged all the employees that were helping I would have. We had to fly back home in 5 hours by then so finding her phone was the end all be all of us getting home. Special thank you to the barricade security guards, the upstairs guest services ladies, and the GA exit area employees for their support, encouragement, and help. I hope your kindness will be rewarded daily!!

Awesome first visit to Nashville - really cool atmosphere all around. Just a few things that I felt would have been useful to know beforehand as someone from another state: >RIDESHARE EVERYWHERE. Do not drive around Nashville unless you’re going to park in a secured & monitored lot and rideshare the rest of your visit. We were told by several people that there is no free parking in Nashville - and the cheapest lot we could find was $40. We parked in one that was enclosed with a wire gate and supposedly “monitored” and locked after hours - and our car was broken into that same night. THE ARENA: >No cash accepted at any of the vendors BUT they do have an ATM that converts your cash to a visa gift card >No floor lights on the upper levels, so it’s difficult to find your seats if the lights are off >Seats on upper levels are very close to each other and/or small. My dad and I had overlapping elbows while sitting down. I’m 5’9 and he is 6’3, so maybe they’re just not made for larger people. >HEAVY traffic when there is an event at the Arena. Prepare for large crowds and long waits. Regardless, the experience we had at the Arena alone outweighs any issues we had in my opinion.

Google
Lexus Lounge based review: WORTH IT! The access is like no other I've experienced going to concerts. For extra money ($100) upon your ticket you get all you can eat food & drinks. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold. Bridgestone Arena was definitely an experience in itself. Staff was extremely helpful directing us to where we needed to go. Signs were posted for all different types of food you could be looking to get.

Yelp
OK Bridgestone ... I see you! In a city full of many memorable venues, this hockey haven that doubles as a tour stop for major artists definitely stands out. My husband and I recently saw Kacey Musgraves perform here for the end of her Deeper Well tour, and we had an incredible experience! First of all, you really can't beat the location. We parked just outside of the Broadway bubble, walked a couple of blocks to grab a quick bite at Assembly Food Hall, and then walked across the street to Bridgestone! Easy peasy - even when it's cold outside. We arrived about 30 minutes after doors, and there was a short line for security. We had floor seats, and so we actually ended up having to wait in two different lines because there was no signage. Not a major issue ... but we missed a few minutes of the openers. The arena itself is laid out well, and there are plenty of bars with lots of fun local options (shout out Spiked Coolers!) There was some bottlenecking at the ladies' room and the merch line ... kind of to be expected, but I feel like the volume should be anticipated when you're touring major artists like Kacey Musgraves. The show itself was incredible. If you're thinking about splurging for floor seats, this is your sign to go for it. From the crisp sound to the otherworldly visuals, this was an experience to remember. The crowd was pretty respectful too ... although toward the end of the show, they did get a little (understandably) rowdy. The confetti and balloons were a fun touch too! I have yet to check out a Preds game here ... but that's next on the list for sure!

Yelp
Food is cooked when ordered so you get it fresh. It is good! Service for the food stalls are great. The entire arena is clean, modern and a great venue! We had $50 seats and they were amazing!!! We saw a Predators game and had a wonderful time. There's street parking and garage. You can buy the parking pass when you purchase your ticket but once they're sold out of that you've got to figure out a place to park. It's in downtown. Pro shop is amazing!!! The shop is a good size with a variety of items.

Yelp
I came here for the Disturbed concert with Plush & Falling in Reverse. We had nose bleed seats, but honestly wasn't really a bad seat still. We could see everything going on really good and the sound definitely amplified. Parking is easy. You can either park at the arena or across the street at Music City Center. Getting in and out wasn't horribly difficult. They had concessions on every floor to include merchandise.

Yelp
I'm attending the 2024 men's basketball tournament at Bridgestone arena. The arena is located in the heart of downtown Nashville. It's a great location for a sporting event with tons of bars and honky tonks to celebrate the big wins! The arena is nice. It's clean and well kept. It has a nice flow to it and it's easy to find your seats. The bbq option is good at the stadium. I tried the chicken bbq with baked beans and mac and cheese. For arena food I can't complain. I'd get it again. This arena also offers refills on their larger drinks for the duration of the session. You pay a bit more but it is a better value at $11 for a large with a refill vs $6 for the next size down and no refill. Another tip if coming to a game here is parking is free at Nissan stadium and there is a nice walking bridge to connect you from the lot to the heart of downtown, it's not a bad walk and could save you upwards of $20 on parking. I'd highly recommend checking out a gabe or other event at this stadium! Hope the cats win this week!

Yelp
I was able to visit and attend this arena for the Travis Scott concert and we had a great time. The arena did a good job getting us all in quickly and yet they were still checking every single person in one by one. Once inside they had employees helping out with directions. I bought some merch and even the merch line was organized. There was a very friendly usher standing at the entrance of our section and she took us to our seats which we thought was very nice. Overall we had fun, felt safe, and the concert was great! Exiting the arena was a breeze since we did walk out about 5 minutes before the show ended.

Yelp
Great venue for concerts (we just saw Cyndi Lauper) And hokey games here are a blast, but the only negative are the seats! Not very comfortable and the leg space is too small for anyone over 6 foot tall. But overall a great venue.

Yelp
Came to the Bridgestone Arena to see the hottest band in the world....KISS! The arena did a good job at getting everyone through security and had plenty of metal detectors for the scanning process to occur quickly and safely. There were plenty of staff members to assist people to their seats and to keep order throughout the concert. The acoustics are amazing and every seat has a good view of the massive stage. Thank you, Bridgestone Arena, for hosting my favorite band and for making it possible to enjoy a memorable concert.

Yelp
Really cool experience. Once again, fans were really cool and very welcoming. I think there will always be a lot of visiting fans for games here because fans will not only come here for the game, but they will also come to visit all the bars and restaurants on broadway, so they'll kill two birds with one stone. Lots of food and drink options inside the arena. Seats do seem a bit crammed more than other arenas I have been to, but it wasn't overly uncomfortable. Good in game entertainment, crowd gets really into it with the singing and different phrases they say after announcer says something. Great location for the arena as there are many places to eat and drink before the game. Seems like it is relatively easy to get in and out before and after a game and parking prices didn't seem too outrageous. We walked back to our hotel which was just about one mile away.

Yelp
A great place to see a concert... not a bad view in the house! The area it is in is filled with places to see and things to do... thus this is a crazy traffic nightmare! Parking is a pain, getting around is crazy busy, and lots of drinks in the area at night. However the venue is an awesome spot to see a concert! We came to see NF and had a fantastic unforgettable tine! I'd come watch anything here.... Just be prepared to handle the traffics and crazy streets.

Yelp
My son and I came for the SEC semi-finals and enjoyed the free kid friendly beverages at various booths outside. Security was extremely easy and efficient. My seats in the 318 section were good, but got vastly improved with a surprise upgrade to front row, center court. My son told me that he will remember this day for the rest of his life! Even better was to see my freshman daughter's college team win and make a trip to the finals tomorrow. Good thing since I bought tickets for tomorrow! Shout out to the head referee who game my son a SEC championship pin!!! Southern hospitality at its best!

Yelp
Came here for a hockey match since this is the closest NHL team to Atlanta! Had gotten my boyfriend tickets for his birthday and we went the Saturday before last! ***LOCATION*** I really love that it's right in the center of the city. We were able to walk from our hotel about 30 minutes into the downtown area and then walk to the arena from there after lunch. It was super easy to access. ***EXPERIENCE*** We went through the metal detectors and bag search, hate that that is a thing, but glad to have it for security! We then went inside and we're able to easily find our seats. We were in the veryyyy back, but I really liked the view actually. I felt it was easy to see the rink and I personally like higher up seats to look down and see all of the court/field/rink/etc. At matches. I liked that this one was high enough up, yet still close enough to be able to see the players well. I enjoyed the mini concert they had at the break and enjoyed all of the little extras, games and things that they do during pauses! Nashville was losing, so we left a little early and were in a rush to get to Huntsville afterwards, so glad we left during the 3rd portion so we could beat the crowd out. It was so smooth walking out, there was no line or crowd at all. We even stopped by the gift shop to pickup a souvenir. We just got a hockey puck, but thought they were pretty cool and reasonably priced! ***PRICE*** Tickets were a little expensive, so we did get back row seats. It's hard to compare since ATL has no professional team. The price seems about right to me, but I was hoping to be able to find cheaper ones for the back row, but still paid about 60$ a ticket. The view was good though for 60$! For Atl, we have the Braves baseball team and you can get nose bleeds for 4$. For soccer, you can sometimes get tickets around 20$ as well, but the view is so bad, you're so far, you end up watching the screens instead of the field. So now really sure if the price is good or not, I guess I'd say yes for the quality of the view but if you just wanted to experience going to a game, doesn't look like you'd be able to find anything super cheap just to be there unfortunately. ***CONCLUSION*** Would definitely go back. Not particularly a hockey fan but thought the experience was fun! Definitely would be more fun for hockey fans of course haha

Yelp
I've been to a few shows here and always had a good experience. It's a nice, modern arena right in the heart of downtown Nashville. The area is insane, but mostly in a good way.
google avatar

Scott M.

Yelp
Great place to see a show. I am not from the area but came in for a show and let me tell you. Might be the best place on earth to see a show. Before the show there are no fewer than 150 places to eat in a 10 minute walking area. After the show you are right in the middle of the downtown Nashville with all the clubs and music. 10 out of 10

Yelp
Bridgestone arena is located in the heart of downtown and home to the Nashville Predators. It is a huge multi-level venue that holds 19,981 people at capacity with several lounges, luxury suites, a Taproom, meeting rooms, and premier seating. It has hosted the Harlem Globe Trotters, Monster Jam, WWE, Bon Jovi, Eagles, Maxwell, Elton John, Justin Bieber, Snoop Dogg, Sam Smith, and my favorite James Taylor to name a few. Bathrooms are small and always have a line. The Predators' guest lounge typically has no wait. You're welcome. Parking can be a hassle. Well it is downtown!! Check the website for directions and parking information. All in all it is a descent venue to enjoy your favorite event, show, or concert.

Yelp
Visited Oct 19, 2023. Attended a concerted this night, the performing artists were great. The stadium could do better with food selection and pricing. It's limited and very pricey. The seats were comfortable but for us taller folks it can be a pain in the shins. My shins kept hitting the cup holder that was attached to the seat in front of me, that got uncomfortable fast. Also the clearing space to pass people to get to the middle seat where on the narrow side too depending on your seat selection. People are a bit confused on the bag policy as well. I read the online policy correctly but wanted to verify therefore called the number provided on the site. They seem to think only clear up to a certain size limit but I clear so women with handbags (not diaper bags) larger and not clear. I opted with not bringing anything but it would have been nice to have my waist bag to carry my wallet and medication. Parking would be in the near by parking garage but you'll of course be charged premium pricing for event days which was almost every day at about $30 - $40.

Yelp
We came for a Tyler Childers concert and had to leave early. I have a severe beef allergy and the ventilation was really poor. It smelled like gas station cheeseburgers and was smoky.

Yelp
After 30 years, Finally checking out the Wu-Tang Clan with Nas and De La Soul in Nashville. The Bridgestone Arena is a nice facility overall. Some of the seating is a bit tight if you are over 6 foot, particularly along the rails. A big plus here is that for a Nashville Predators game there is no truly bad seat in the house. It is also a very party like vibe, which you would expect from Music City. Parking is a bit ridiculous in quality and pricing. Security is good with the exception of "smoking" during concerts, people do not even attempt to conceal their weed.

Yelp
This is an awesome arena located in the middle of downtown Nashville so you can enjoy a hockey game and enjoy a fun night out after! The best thing about visiting different hockey arena is mingling with the fans. Of course, this could also be a bad thing as I've had some not so great experiences in the past at other arenas and their Team's fans. However, Nashville have some pretty cool fans! And their arena is actually great as well. Bridgestone arena has some fantastic features and great food options. We ate prior to the game but coming in, I could have almost eaten more if my stomach was forgiving enough. The place literally smelled delicious with barbecue aromas and other delicious fares! We sat by the broadcast booth and they have sizeable screens in front of the seats. The seats were also very comfortable. I didn't think the place would be luxuriously spacious inside considering it's located downtown but it actually is and I enjoyed our visit here regardless of the game results. This arena is a must visit for hockey and non-hockey fans!
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
The actual seating area is great! Great site lines from majority of the seats. Good atmosphere. The concessions here are awful. They take way longer than they should and way longer than 99% of arenas. Be prepared to miss a lot of action if you go up and there is any kind of line. Bathrooms are decently clean but aren't big enough when closer to sellouts. The location is great being on Broadway for pre/post game partying/drinks however it makes traffic a nightmare at times. Be prepared to wait forever if your using a transportation app
google avatar

Yelp
We visited the Bridgestone arena to see Kevin Hart "Reality Check". The arena was clean, the employees were nice. We over all had a smooth experience in this arena.
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
What a venue! I've been a handful of times to various concerts and events, and there is not a bad seat in the house. Location is convenient downtown and while getting to the venue is great, once you get within a half a mile (for the crazy sold out shows), it is a standstill. On my way to Elton John it legit took me 47 minutes to go 0.6 miles. Crazy. I know that is dependent on the performer and crowd, but y'all really need to work on a better parking and traffic situation. Inside is clean. Staff is super friendly. Food is overpriced, of course. I know I'll be back. I just pray the parking game is worked on at some point as it's very frustrating. Keep bringing in those great artists! Till next time.

Aria M.

Yelp
I have been here for several concerts. The staff is always very nice and willing to help my directionally challenged self find my seat. This place is beautiful, had plenty of food and drink options, and has a ton of parking not too far away.

Yelp
On my first full day in Nashville, I did touristy stuff downtown. I passed by Bridgestone Arena and didn't need an introduction. Bridgestone Arena his home ice for the Nashville Predators. I have seen the rink from various NHL broadcasts over the years, but it was awesome seeing it in person a few times during my recent trip. I drove by it and saw it across the street when I was at Schermerhorn Symphony Center for a concert. It's one thing that I loved about this city. I'd be at one place and another one would catch my eye that I wanted to visit next. While I was on vacation, I learned that Smashville is one of its nicknames. I hope it's not due to the high concentration of bars downtown where you can get smashed drinking, but there is a Smashville sign in front of the main entrance at Bridgestone Arena. I have heard that ticket prices to see a hockey game are reasonable. It makes me want to see a Predators game sometime and check out the arena as a hockey fan. Naturally, concerts also happen here. It is Music City after all. With so many live shows, I didn't get a chance to take in any at this venue. It's the perfect place for an arena in the heart of downtown Nashville. There are tons of eateries and hotels. There are parking lots everywhere. (246)

Yelp
This is one of the major venues for music events in Nashville, and the home of the Predators. The stage and sound system is fantastic. I have not been to a bad show or game. It is always a good time. Plus the employees are friendly, and the bathrooms are well kept. However, the seat are ridiculously small. I have wonder hips, but my fiancé does not, and he doesn't fit either. Every time I leave this venue, the next day I'm covered in bruises from the seats it's unfathomable that these were approved. They really cram people in. When at concerts or games you are constantly standing and sitting back down, but if you have hips you can't just sit back down. You have to go one hip at a time. The fees for the venue aren't great either, but I guess it is what it is.
google avatar

Benjamin B.

Yelp
This was my first time here. Impressions were: - a lack of variety of beverages, e.g. they haven't heard of the non-alcoholic beer trend sweeping both coasts of the U.S. - floor leading up my my seat was so sticky that it impeded my ability to lift my feet - sight lines from the second tier of seats were excellent - the folks who paid for expensive floor tickets were exposed to quite a bit of theatrical smoke (hopefully they've come up with a non toxic version) - the venue's sound system was excellent - audience members engaged in vaping was quite unwelcome - two guys behind me yammering on about all imaginable subjects instead of taking in the concert
google avatar

Yelp
Came into town for a hockey tournament and to catch a game. The Predators lost but it was still a fantastic night! Go to the first floor Fan Information to learn more about the team and get an amazing swag bag of goodies!

Yelp
Bridgestone Arena is a very nice arena that doesn't look like any other arena on the outside. It actually reminds me of what convention centers look like. I've only been in this arena twice, both for NHL games, and the sound system is loud, which is necessary because the Predator's fans are very loud. I like this arena because Security has been very efficient upon entry to the arena, and it's quick and easy to leave via the many added stairwells that most people don't use. Huge monitors over the middle of the ice rink allow everyone to see action close up. Pictures and graphics that are projected onto the ice look great. Seating is comfortable. I loved that there were live bands playing music during the intermissions between periods. The concourses are wide, allowing quick foot traffic flow without many bottlenecks, and provide an open and airy feeling. Escalators are Signage throughout the building is clear and useful. Restrooms are clean. Ushers are nice and helpful, even to fans of the opposing team. :-)

Yelp
Lexus Lounge is a great idea. The food didn't taste 'gourmet' to me. Well, the desserts did. The dining staff and the other event staff were great! Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. The VIP nation was alright but the merch really could've been better to include something a little more substantial than postcards. Overall - The setup for Depeche Mode on 10/19/2023 made the ambiance for the concert absolutely perfect!
google avatar

Tamika M.

Yelp
This is a VERY nice venue!!!!! The seats are great no matter where you are! I had no issues with sound or anything really. My first event was Kevin Hart and it was one of the smoothest experiences! I plan to see a hockey game soon!
google avatar

Donta' K.

Yelp
The arena was fine, clean and the staff handled the crowd flow with ease. But sound systems wasn't so good in my section 119. There should have been a sound check. To fix the distortion in the music
google avatar

John A.

Yelp
The arena seems small compared to others I've been to, but as far as seating capacity goes it seats more than I thought. We sat in the nose bleeds, section 303. Gotta say for restroom access this is a great section. Easy to get up to the third level via escalator. Top floor of the arena didn't seem to have any non-domestic commercial beers. All bud, miller, etc. I was even hard pressed to find a goose island. On the ground floor, however, I was able to get better food and much better beer. I guess you get better access to amenities with higher priced tickets. The seats, at least on the third level, are extremely tight. I don't have the biggest rear, and it was a shimmy to get in. Not the most comfortable situation for 3 hours. It was much worse than a middle seat in the bulkhead row on an airplane. Game was great though. And you can't beat fun with friends.

Toni D.

Yelp
Seating SUCKS!!! I am 230 size 18 jeans. I know that I will never return .... I left with bruises on both thighs because people can't set a couple hour. Concert it's self was Amazing and i'll happily travel to hear him again.
google avatar

Yelp
Love Bridgestone Arena for concerts! Haven't had a bad seat (but of course I pay for the good seats). Bathrooms are always clean and their is a wide variety of concessions, drinks and even free games around the concourse. Parking is nuts, but that's just downtown Nashville. I probably won't pay for Pinnacle Parking again - it took 30 minutes to get in 2 hours before a show and 3 hours to get out. They definitely need some better traffic flow. Next time we'll pay more and park further away and walk in/walk out.

Yelp
I attended a concert at this arena on a Wednesday evening. Parking was a little tricky but everything else was amazing. They check your Covid card or negative Covid tests at a tent when you first arrive. It takes seconds. Then, if you don't take a bag of any kind, the line is super fast. From the time I entered the "card checking tent" until we were through security, only about 5 minutes passed. Then, we were inside. They do have a strict bag policy, so check online before you go. If you can avoid it, you can get through security much faster. The ushers were helpful in finding our seats. I didn't order food but could see the different options that were available. They looked delicious. Sound was amazing. Temperature-wise, I was comfortable. Seats were easy to get to. For a near sold out event, I am highly impressed with the process of getting in and getting out. Excellent place to enjoy a concert.

Montana H.

Yelp
So the only reason they even get a 2 star is because the concert we saw was fantastic, but I will say the security guards need to teach their fellow employees to be kind to others. The man that was working the metal detector was harassing us. I forgot my keys in my pocket and apologized he told me to go back and put them in the bin as I did he stopped me, very rudely screaming at me to go back even another guard said hey this is her belongings and he still screams at me to get back and there people pushed against us so my husband can't back up any more when I pass back thru and he still yells at me to go back. So I pass through and he stops on belt and is like oh your beeping and I'm like obviously it's metal belt dude because I'm extremely upset at this point trying to remain calm he then harassed my husband told him to set his belongings down and put his hands on the table and searched him and was asserting his dominance over us I was so upset. This is completely uncalled for all because I accidentally forgot my keys in my pocket and apologized. I paid good money for my ticket as well merch and concessions. Outrageous the treatment we received from security.

Dave S.

Yelp
I used DISPOSABLE INCOME and saw James Taylor... with my eyes in the SEVENTH ROW FLOOR... but couldn't discern any lyrics and musically very poor... why? BRIDGESTONE ARENA ACOUSTICS ... so, don't waste your money unless you just need to get out... certainly not to enjoy your favorite artist... never again... slightly better when I put earplugs in... but a waste of money... and concessions are $ SKY HIGH.

Yelp
One of Ben's bucket list items was to see his Colorado Avalanche play in Smashville. So for his birthday, that is what he got. I am not going to lie, tickets for this game was extremely expensive but all games here are a little higher than most arenas so to get what you want, sometimes you have to spend a little more. This was a surprise to Ben and it was a kid in a candy store. He loved everything about it. Walking up to the area, seeing it for the first time, all the different vendors and things to look at and then of course, our seats. I think I did pretty good on this surprise birthday present though he did figure it out when I had his stuff waiting for him on the bed to get ready for the game. :) Overall this was a great experience, topped only by the Avalanche winning 5-0!

Yelp
Love this arena! The layout here is easy to navigate and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. I came here for my very first Predators game. I bought "nose bleed" seats, but we still had a great view of the action. The snacks here are basic arena type food, nachos, hot dogs and pizza and there are beer and liquor stations around every corner. The Nashville Predators gear shop is huge and they offer a ton of hats, jerseys, and sweat shirts. Mustard yellow isn't my color so I didn't buy anything this time around, plus I'm a Vegas Golden Knights fan. Go Knights! What makes this arena so awesome is that it opens right into Broadway! Who doesn't like a few post game beers and live music? BTW, the Predators won!

Yelp
Attended the SEC Men's Basketball tournament on Saturday and Sunday at BA. The good thing about this arena is there isn't a bad seat in the house . We were in the upper section but still had a great view of the court! The seats were comfortable and the arena was spotless. I don't know if this was due to only 20% crowd capacity or what. BA was easy to navigate through. All of the staff we encountered were super nice and helpful. They definitely made sure we were masked at all time unless actively drinking or eating. I would have to say one of my favorite parts of attending the tourney was DJ Derrick. He was amazing and kept the crowd dancing throughout the tourney! Of course , Bama winning the SEC tournament was the highlight! Roll Tide!! Like most arenas, the concessions were overpriced but that's to be expected. Overall, this was a great first time experience visiting BA. Look forward to visiting again in the future!!

Yelp
Beautiful arena! Went to the Red Wings vs Predators hockey game last night. Kinda surprised at the limited food options. Plenty of beer, clean facilities and everyone I engaged was extremely friendly. Masks are still required as is social distancing. Sound system is good, lighting and effects were very impressive. Great arena and recommend checking it out if you have a chance to take in an event.

Yelp
Located in the heart of downtown Nashville Broadway where all the honky tonks is at. . It was such an amazing trip to go watch a hockey game. I had so much fun cheering for the predators nashville team. . The hockey game, went by really fast because you just watch everything from hockey players get into fist fight. Also breaking hockey sticks on the field. As well people walking trash about the other team or the coach calls such as fowl. Also watching others, watching the football game too. . I went to the venue on the day of to purchase tickets and try to skip the fees from ticket master and it was a success. What I did wrong was I saw the tickets on ticket Master 3 days before for around 25 bucks including ticket fee from ticket Master, but then I was like oh since so cheap, I wait til day of it be cheaper, and wrong it was more expensive and seat was all the way to the top. There isn't any bad seat to be honest. It was clear to watch, just a little steep to go up and down. Food wise and drinks is going to be pricey, so either wait and go to a honky tonk after or just enjoy the moment and splurge on some snacks, I say. . The stadium is big and clean. It is an awesome stadium, I would come back again for sure. I am a fan of hockey games now. Hope this helps and have a yelptastic day!

Yelp
Excellent location, great atmosphere. "It's all your fault!" One of the best places in the NHL to see a game. Then walk out to the Broadway bars and live music.

Yelp
The seating is laughable, they must think Americans will pay to be uncomfortable for hours, watching a show on a big screen. When someone needs to get out everyone in the line must stand up to let them out. You're like in a strait jacket the entire time, can't stretch, can't relax your legs at all. Stay home catch it on Netflix.

Yelp
Cool arena. I've been here for a few events. Very spacious and located in the heart of Nashville scene. My favorite event I attended here so far has been ufc on fx 1 in January of 2012. Was a lot of fun. Cool place for fights, concerts and events.

Yelp
I'm a local & finally went to Bridgestone for the first time to see Kacey Musgraves. Security was relatively painless & quick (we all brought clear bags) but I'm not confident that staff were checking vax cards with any thoroughness, unfortunately. Concessions are impressive: there are a huge number of various food stands, as well as many bev stands such as Jackalope brewery, Patron, & more. The large number of options helped ensure that lines weren't too long. Prices were, as expected, completely ridiculous, but that's a given at any stadium so if I can actually get something half decent I'm much more happy to pay the insane price. Restroom lines never got too bad either. The sound systems & visuals are fantastic in the arena. The seats actually are padded which made them much more comfortable than most arena seating, although there is very little leg room. Overall, it felt very clean & kept up well. By far, the worst part of Bridgestone is the rideshare situation. For large events, the street gets closed off to traffic, so we got dropped a few blocks away which we didn't mind. However, getting picked up is an absolute nightmare. We called a rideshare the minute that the concert ended & still ended up waiting an hour in the cold. This isn't Bridgestone's fault, to be clear -- just putting it out there FYI. I hope to return to see a Preds game soon!

Yelp
We went for the Dua Lipa concert. The bathrooms were very clean and the table tops were constantly cleared and cleaned off. Awesome service!

Yelp
Attended this venue for a concert. Our seats were awesome! Great view, very much enjoyed the show. Upon entry you must go through security and bag search which i am happy they have this BUT what's the point of any of that when you have people entering and smoking all over the building?? I was TOTALLY upset about this because not everyone indulge in extra curricular activities. I do not smoke of any kind and don't like to smell it. After the girl in front of me smoking, the guy behind me and to the left of me smoking marijuana I proceeded to tell the guy on the floor and he said it was not his section. Find a person in a yellow shirt for this section and they can help you. How does this even make it in the event IF they really checking, searching and looking?? you worried about the size of my bag but allowing marijuana in an event?? Cigars?? Vapes?? etc. just make it make sense Bridgestone. Again we enjoyed the show once the smokers appeared to have had enough. The food, drink and candy etc. price was about what you would pay anywhere when at this type of event.

Yelp
Never sit in section 210 for a comedy show because the acoustic systems or sound was horrible! Spent over $100 for the ticket on March 17 but could not understand or hear what the comedians were saying. It was three of us straining to hear! Bridgestone should have checked out the sound system before selling tickets in this area!

Yelp
Wow! This place is really cool to see!! One of my favorite hockey arenas. Staff was great. Drinks were good. They have quite the variety on alcoholic drink choices. The fans are phenomenal!! The graphics in the ice are amazing. I don't think there are any bad seats in the arena. The band is a fun touch. You 100% must see an NHL game here!
