Bridgetown Brew Systems

I have bought two Brew Houses, and a handful of other equipment from Bridgetown. Great craftsmanship and American quality; so much improvement over to the Chinese brew equipment. Bridgetown Brew Systems has been very supportive and helpful for us. Loren is a valuable resource and his support came with each brew system. I'd strongly recommend for any brewer to use their equipment.

Loren and crew put together a gorgeous custom system for us, stored it in their warehouse while we sorted through construction delays, and then installed it in a small former bakery with very little extra space.

First i'd like to start by highlighting the impeccable customer service we've gotten from Bridgetown. They made the whole process a breeze. The communication and detail aspect of building a custom brewhouse absolutely blew us away. These guys were on top of it! It’s no surprise when we took delivery of the system it met and exceeded our expectation. A beautiful, flawless, custom brew system arrived and ready to crank some beer. We have a unique brew space, therefor we had no choice to design a custom brewhouse that would fit, and work for our brewery. Called Bridgetown to discuss our scenario and brew space, next thing you know, Bridgetown was on-site measuring our space helping us design the project. Ultimately, we ended with a unique combi-style brewhouse. Our HLT sits below the Mashtun, the Mashtun manway is at a 45 degree angle facing the door for grain-out. Special steep stair to climb to the platform with an already tall, but narrow platform run. I can go on, and on about my experience with Bridgetown. I’ve never seen such commitment to excellence as these guys, from the initial email, to brewhouse setup, they knocked it out of the park. Not to mention the brewhouse they built us is a dream come true! Incredible piece of artistry! I would highly recommend Bridgetown Brew Systems.

I purchased a beautiful little 7bbl brewhouse with matching fermenters and brite. Build quality, customer service and overall experience are top notch. Highly recommend Loren and Bridgetown to anyone looking for real American-made equipment.

Loren and the Bridgetown team have been nothing short of amazing. Not only do they have incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail, but they've gone above and beyond to help us out as a new startup distillery. Loren is always responsive same-day and is willing to share his expertise in the industry, even if it has nothing to do with his equipment. I can not say enough good things about Loren and the team at Bridgetown, I wish I could give them 10 stars. During the whole process of getting our brew equipment, they were honest, friendly and more than willing to help us with anything we needed. I love the brew system and HLT we got from them. It's been about 2 years since our purchase and they have always been there to help us whenever we needed it. To this day, if I have a question or an issue, I can count on getting a quick reply and Loren will always take them extra step to make sure we get what we need. I can't say enough positive things about these guys. This is the type of customer service I wish we could get from other suppliers we've used. Thank you and we will definitely be using y'all again.
