This is a very cute walk-up farm stand where you can see lovely flowers, some are for sale but have your wallet ready $$$. Otherwise as you approach just to the right, there’s fresh produce and varieties of jams and more. At the tables set up as a counter, there’s people taking your order for the pies. I wish they would’ve had more picture because I wanted the peach cream pie but I got the peach pie. I didn’t realize there were two different peach options for me to specify. That’s fine, I’m sure this one is great but now I’ll have to get back out here for the peach cream and raspberry cream next time. The things we do for good food. There’s also cookies that can be purchased at the front, and a brochure you can take to see there other options. Adding more after trying the peach pie.. it wasn’t special, at all. I can make a better one myself, and so could you. I would only get their peach cream pie (when peaches are in season) and the same with the raspberry. Their crusted top pies are no more special than a supermarket-yes I’m serious.

Briermere Farms is a must-visit spot for delicious, fresh pies and locally grown produce. Their pies, especially the heavenly raspberry cream, are some of the best you’ll ever taste. While there’s always a long line, it’s absolutely worth the wait for the quality and flavor they offer. Perfect for anyone who loves farm-fresh treats!

Been wanting to try this place for awhile now and finally got the chance. Ordered a cheery cream pie and it was heaven. The cream was so light and fluffy. The cherry was not overly sweet and it paired perfectly with it. Definitely worth the hour drive. Will come back to try the others

A must go when you are heading to the North Fork of Long Island. Lots of fresh produce, plants, seasonal flowers and PIE! Famous for its huge variety of pies. Highly recommended lemon meringue, coconut meringue and blueberry. Cookies are yummy too! Pie lines go fast with several cashiers to ring you up! What are you waiting for!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. The pies are heavenly here. Always baked to absolute perfection 👌. My favorites are the Raspberry Cream Pie & Chocolate Cream Pie. Peach pie looks very promising, too. Plenty of farm fresh fruits & vegetables to choose fromas well as freshly squeezed juices + breads. Plenty of parking. Arrive early as the line forms pretty fast.

This place is known for making the best pies in the world. While it's famous for its raspberries, I find the blueberry pie much more delicious. Although it's a bit far from New York, it's definitely worth the trip. It's a bit of a shame that there aren't many other good restaurants nearby, but with this pie, I don't need anything else.

The pie at Briermere Farms a delightful selection of flavors and textures that cater to a variety of palates. Each pie is crafted with a traditional crust that is both flaky and golden brown, providing a satisfying contrast to the fillings. The filling options range from classic fruit choices like apple and cherry to rich cream pies, offering something for every taste. Many patrons appreciate the balance of sweetness and acidity in the fruit pies, which complement the crust nicely. The cream pies are typically rich and indulgent, making for a comforting dessert option. Presentation matters, and the pies at [Name of Pie Shop or Restaurant] are visually appealing, often garnished thoughtfully. The café or shop usually provides a cozy atmosphere that enhances the overall experience, allowing guests to enjoy their pie in a relaxed setting. Overall, Briermere Farms delivers a satisfying pie experience, with a focus on quality ingredients and a variety of flavors that invite you to return for another slice.

Been coming here regularly for well over a decade, and thankfully I live only about 35 minutes from the farm. Always a treat, and love their blueberry cream pie. Some of our other favorites include the raspberry cream pie, and the strawberry rhubarb pie. All so delicious. I also stock up on their fruit jams and some fresh vegetables when I come by. They’ve improved their checkout line process over the years, and they have become so quick and efficient, given that they are always so busy. Tip for those that live locally…go in the morning, especially if it is a weekend. They get really busy by noon with tour groups and buses. Their cookies are also yummy, specially the oatmeal raisin and the chocolate chip pecan. You can’t go wrong with any of their desserts!
