Great food. Amazing combinations. Would visit again and again. Really well-deserved spot on the Michelin Guide 2025. Cannot stress enough how good the food was.

Food was phenomenal, one of the most delicious meals I've had. The service was also so kind and sweet, and they created such a welcoming atmosphere. If I'm ever in Paris again, I'll be coming back!

We had a lovely start with Karen, who warmly welcomed us and explained the menu and wines thoughtfully. Unfortunately, service declined after that — another server took over, and the experience felt rushed and impersonal. The food itself was excellent, with appetizers and mains showcasing a unique fusion of flavors. However, everything arrived within 10 minutes, leaving no time to enjoy each dish properly. We had to send items back and request a staggered service, which should’ve been anticipated without prompting. A disappointing miss in an otherwise flavorful meal.

Brigade du Tigre is the kind of restaurant that works effortlessly around the table. I was there recently with French, Japanese, Swedish and Colombian friends, and every dish landed with the same ease and clarity. That, in itself, says a great deal. The cooking is precise, generous and full of character, with flavours that are confident without being heavy. Dishes feel well judged and thoughtfully composed, allowing ingredients and technique to speak without excess. There is a rhythm to the meal that keeps curiosity alive from start to finish. The atmosphere is relaxed and lively, creating a space where conversation flows naturally and everyone feels at home. Service is attentive and well paced, contributing to a sense of enjoyment rather than formality. Brigade du Tigre succeeds because it understands pleasure as something collective. A restaurant that brings people together around good food, good energy and a shared sense of enjoyment. Exactly the kind of table one wants to return to in Paris.

I had an amazing time!!! But if I have to highlight something, definitely the food is the best, every bite was like heaven.. I highly recommend the “sushis de Cochon” amazing! Plus I celebrated our anniversary so the staff put a little candle on our dessert <3

Very good Asian influenced French bistro close to Poissonnière on the Paris Metro. We shared six or seven dishes including pig sushi, crispy sardines, caramelised chicken and miso aubergine and all of them were very good. We also had a couple of glasses of good French wine from the excellent list and a good Asian beer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Understandably the restaurant has received a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

I am fortunate to eat at wonderful restaurants most weekday lunches. Brigade du Tigre was a stand-out in terms of the inventive food pairings (duck confit with tart stone fruit? Brilliant) This restaurant is worth a journey whether by foot or Metro; it will most definitely not disappoint. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful.

This restaurant exceeded our expectations. Great Asian fusion place in a chic, but laid-back setting. Creative plates packed with flavor. The sake negroni and wines werd delightful, service was fast and super nice. Prices were reasonable.
