Loved it! In my younger years I worked at a sporting goods store, it was my first job out of college and after one year I found a job in my dream industry the Casino Business. Quit the sporting goods store, took over a 10k pay cut so I could live down the shore in glorious Brigantine.
This Bistro sits to the left of the cutest, tiniest, lighthouse smack dap in the middle of Brigantine that has a roundabout encompassing the lighthouse.
Now on to the food!! They have a dedicated gluten free menu along with loafs of homemade bread that they use to serve the French Toast for sale to go. The French Toast was perfect, it didn't feel like heavy bread but was very light and they give you the most delectable honey cinnamon butter on the side which you can slather on your French Toast to your likening. French Toast comes with strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, not just one!
I went with the Primavera Omelet, which had crispy and delicious fresh broccoli cooked into among other healthy vegetables.
The ambiance is fine, they have pictures which I believe were done by local artists for sale on the walls that you can look at while you wait for your food. It is a no frills diner which other yelpers have stated meaning don't expect marble countertops and newly renovated tables. Looks like it may have never undergone any upgrades but who cares, you're at the beach having brunch.
If you have never been to Brigantine Beach it's a lovely beach right over the Brigantine connecter (small bridge right past The Borgata and Harrah's). I really recommend you venture out of the Atlantic City hotels and check out Brigantine and the local brunch spots they have. The only other spot I am very familiar with and can recommend is called, "The Pirates Den". Right next to the beach.
As always people SYOY!!! And if you're in the BB area have a Rum Runner for me on the beach, cheers!!
