Genesis and Nichole are the best sales partners at Brighton Fair Oaks! I had not bought anything at Brighton in over 10 years and did not know what to expect. Nichole and Genesis helped me pick the perfect gift for my mom! They are both so kind, professional and knowledgeable. My shopping experience was amazing thanks to them!!

Great selection, and neat, bright and cheery store. Customer service was top notch. Celia helped my husband exchange a belt he got for Christmas to a different size, and she was so sweet with our daughter, helping her find a pair of earrings and wrapping them up beautifully.

I bought some expensive sunglasses from this location that broke in a month. I was careful with them but the screw in the frame fell out. I asked my mother to take them back and see if Brighton could do anything. My mom encountered Linda (who seems to be the store manager) who was the rudest, most unprofessional person she or I have encountered. She told my mom to tell me to be more careful with my belongings. She said there was nothing they could do because I broke the frame. When my mom finally showed her the frame she finally said if the screw came out she could send it to be repaired. I just do not understand in the era of Amazon and a plethora of places to buy things why Brighton wouldn't choose to focus on customer service. They do have other reps who are very friendly and it's actually the reason I bought the glasses in the first place. From a woman named Claudia. My mom and I would go into this store often and have bought things there over the years but this is definitely going to be the last time we do and we'll be spreading negative feelings about this store instead of positive. It's just unfortunate.

The customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a customer of Brighton for many many years and have never been treated with such disrespect and been soo uncomfortable in a store. When I walked in to return an item I was asked to wait for Linda to return from I assume break. The moment Linda approached me she was rude and condescending. Instead of respectfully explaining the store return policy she rudely told me that I couldn’t return my items because I didn’t have the original paper backing the jewelry came in or the boxes. First of all who keeps that stuff and how much would it cost a corporation to print out a new tag or put the jewelry on a new piece of paper. Her demeanor and respect for another person especially a customer throughout the entire process was appalling. Everyone in the store was looking and I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. She acknowledged that the items had not been worn and contradicted herself several times by first saying she would make an exception and then decided not to. She then told me to call customer care at Brighton and if they told her to do it she would. When I called the customer care representative said she could not tell the store what to do and would call Linda. When Linda got off the phone with customer care I asked her what the outcome was. She rudely said they will call me back. Linda needs some serious customer service training. If she’s the supervisor there I can’t imagine how she treats the employees! I will not be returning to this store and am very disappointed that Brighton employees such disrespectful individuals.

It’s funny that I was about to write a review about the poor customer service but it looks like someone beat me to it 7months ago. The employees at this location are rude, and treated me like I couldn’t afford anything and directed me to the clearance section. At checkout I had to interrupt their gossiping so I can pay, just outrageous. Next time I’ll shop online and share my experience about this location to 20 other friends and family. In addition, I will contact Brighton about improving the quality of their service to benefit their business. Such a shame because I love their products!

Great store with beautiful jewelry. Lots of sparkles for the bling-lover. They have wonderful sales consultants who help you find the right item for what you are looking. The store is brightly lit that helps show off the jewelry and accessories they sell. They offer you water and cookies while you shop. Their gift with purchase items are very nice when they have them. Of you need your items gift wrapped they will do that also. Great shopping experience!

I don’t know how I’m the world I missed this store before (perhaps because I’m a homebody). Total bling Heaven. Linda and Linda helped us find all the treasures that made our hearts happy, and they were super fun to boot. Definitely coming back to the Fair Oaks Mall store soon.

I am so disappointed in the customer service at this location. I have been in twice this summer and both times I was not acknowledged as I came in the door nor during the wait for someone to notice me and help me. I stood politely and even browsed and shopped while waiting and no one even noticed me. I was shocked and decided to leave and buy jewelry at the Macy's near by. I love the quality and look of Brighton jewelry, I'm just so upset with this particular location.

Yelp
I came by here yesterday because I had a collectable bracelet from 2004 Breast Cancer limited item break on me. When I say break, I simply mean that one of the pink "jewels" feel out during normal wear and tear. The store was under going some facilities work at the time as a light had gone out. Online it says warranty program is only valid for 1 year from item's purchase date, but I was hoping that maybe they could write corp to see if they might possibly still have a like and kind "jewel" that they could place in the piece. The lady at the store was so helpful and said, all we can do is try! We place the bracelet in a bag and filled out the appropriate paperwork to send it off to see what they could do! Additionally, I wanted to gift another Brighton Bracelet to my GodMother for her birthday. She had admired one of mine from my jewelry box, that I don't wear that often. The lady at the store let us use the trail Brighton jewelry cleaner solution that they had to clean the piece up. She polished it dry for me and placed in a Brighton bag so I could gift it to her. I ended up purchasing two of the jewelry solutions (one for me and one for my GodMother). I don't normally go to Brighton in person, and instead my BF (friends and family) will buy pieces for me. I don't normally enjoy the shopping experience of waiting and pushy sales people. But this store was nothing like that. They even had cookies and waters out while you looked around! I was very surprised at the upbeat singing, joking, laughing culture of the employees. Especially with the facilities work ongoing which had them move their items around, check out, and flow of traffic. I appreciated the above and beyond customer service, that I believe I received at this store.

Yelp
Before I explain why I'm giving this store a bad review, I'll preface with this--FairOaks mall is dying. I went on a Sunday at noon and the mall was practically empty with only one-two people in any store at a time. Often there weren't any people in the stores. Brighton is no exception. My friend and I were the only ones in the store besides one other woman, and because this store pays their workers partly through commission, one of the sales associates immediately locked onto me and would NOT leave me alone the entire time. She first asked if we were looking for anything (pretty standard) and we both said nope, just browsing (which is code for 'please leave me alone.') This woman, who's name I forgot but had tan skin and dark hair, then proceeded to hover beside us while we browsed earrings, just staring holes into us. Awkward....she leaves and I go to look at a handbag. My eyes are on this bag for 5 seconds when another sales associate comes over and says "if you like THAT bag, take a look at this one!" And then shows me a very different and very ugly bag. I have to pretend to appreciate it and make vague "wow that's nice" comments while the lady goes on and on about the stitching and how much work went into it. At this point im very uncomfortable and I can tell im about to be roped into buying stuff so I throw out a "im just thinking ahead to Christmas for my mom," which seems to be an invitation to the original worker that hovered to try to sell me a different bag. She shows off the lifetime warranty and forces me to "feel the texture" of the bag. Meanwhile, im trying not to be overtly rude but im also trying to send signals that im not interested at all. Then she glances down at the coach purse I was wearing and says, "you know, Coach doesn't offer a warranty like we do." What!??? How rude is that!? I then tell her im not buying anything today and then she goes on to try and persuade me to create a wishlist, to which I say no. At this, she makes the nastiest, most judgmental face. I guess she was confused as to why I had no interest in her incessant and desperate attempts to get my money. My friend could tell I was uncomfortable and said "hey let's go to xyz," giving me an out. I tell the woman, again, thanks but no thanks, and she just says "hm....okay..." in an extremely awkward manner, scowling and walking away. My friend and I practically ran out of there. I have NEVER experienced such blatant disregard for a customers comfort. This woman had no tact or compassion, I only wish I knew her name so I could warn people about her terrible customer service. I'm sorry to say I'll stick to shopping online just to avoid their terrible store atmosphere.

Yelp
Shopped here recently for a gift for a family member who loves Brighton. The staff is friendly and helpful in suggesting gifts ideas. They had lots of matching jewelry and some of the pendants are reversible so you get two different looks for the price of one. They also have handbags and a few other accessories and gifts. Once I picked out my purchase they wrapped it all up nicely which was perfect for my gift and one less present I needed to wrap.

Yelp
The service here was horrible. It took them about 30 mins to even acknowledge my presence in their store. One of the sales associates walked passed me almost bumping me several times, and still said nothing; And even took someone else before me, that walked in the store 20 mins after I did. I didn't say anything, just stood patiently and waited. I wanted to see how long it would take for someone to help me with some items that I wanted to purchase. Anyways, they lost a customer today.

Yelp
I am a long time user of Brighton bags - I use them exclusively because I like the light weight and organization. Unfortunately I've had a bad experience when I was in this shop. I purchased a white leather cross body bag for over $240. Two weeks later the pull on the zipper fell apart (it was only held with 2 stitches.) Then a week later the pull on the other zipper fell apart. I was able to save both pulls so I made the 30 minute trip to return to the shop, expecting to receive excellent customer service since they have always been a reliable company for the 10 years I've been using these bags. Unfortunately they refused to replace the faulty bag. They offered to send my bag to the manufacturer for repair. So I would be without a bag for 6 weeks and I'd get it back just in time to put it away - can't really use a white leather bag except during the summer months. That was not feasible. Then they offered to pay for it to be fixed. So I had to cart the bag to a shoe repair shop, wait for it to be fixed, get the receipt, and return again to the store. I don't think this is very good customer service. They could have at least taken it and fixed it themselves so I didn't have to walk all over the mall. It only costed $5 but i have no confidence that it will remain workable. It will probably fall apart again in another 2 weeks. When you pay $240 for a bag you expect it to remain in good condition for longer than 2 weeks! I expected them to stand behind their product and they did not. Very unhappy with the quality of this bag and with the poor customer service I received from the store at Fair Oaks Mall. I cannot recommend this store to anyone.
