The address on their website is non-existent. Noone answers the phone, Noone returns emails. So, with all the great work that you boast about on your website, how do people contact you? How exactly to do help or do you only help certain demographics of your choosing????

Beware: Spoke to a manager who was clearly not very bright or simply a hustler. Why? They contacted me ( an apartment building owner) to propose they place a tenant in one of my vacancies. I stated that I do accept Section 8 with qualifications and am open to hearing what criteria they use to assure me that they are using more criteria than simply income. I need to have confidence that they are aware of, and concerned with my interests and liability as a property owner. Note: There are agencies like this that literally take homeless people from the streets and put them in your building, often offering the landlord an incentive or signing bonus to accept them. What you can end up with is a mentally ill, drug addicted, unstable or other high risk individual. Your liability then increases dramatically and removing them, after multiple warnings, is near impossible. In asking what criteria they use to ensure their renter was properly screened and would not put me at risk, the hustler manager, asked me if I was going to apply for their program or not, otherwise he had other landlords to speak to. Lets be clear, he was not willing to provide meaningful and truthful answers to important questions. I always am fair when I write my reviews. I do not make things up or mischaracterize things. I use these platforms responsibly and with great are. What I have reported here should be a warning to all landlords. Good luck and feel free to ask questions if you have any. Sean

Brilliant Corners is very shady. I think they are running a scam, in my situation. I keep asking myself why did they even agree to accept me? I have yet to get a housing coordinator. I feel as if they are just trying to get my information so they can get funding and not actually help. The caseworker assigned to me is always ignoring my texts and when I do speak to her she makes it seem like we are going to be looking for apartments together, but I have yet to see anything. Nor have I been shown any units from which Brilliant Corners has chosen. My assigned caseworker seems like she's scamming because as soon as she's through talking nice, I never hear from her. She goes right back to giving me the cold shoulder. The original "voucher" they gave me didn't even look legit. There was no valid signature nor contact number. Right now I am living on the street and there is no assistance whatsoever. I also made a complaint with the BBB and left a review on google, where I posted a pic of the original promise letter/voucher that was given to me. The next step is filing a complaint with the attorney general because this isn't the first nonprofit agency that has taken my information and not offer any real assistance. These nonprofits are using people's info to get funding but are not helping them. I'm going to school and living on the streets because I'm tired of giving these nonprofit shelters $2000 for a filled bed and not helping me get permanent housing.

Representative response are v slow. When tenant occupied premises, accurate information was not given. Turned out tenant had menproblems. Tenant's one PMT missed. I am still awaiting the promised reimbursement from Brillant Corners. Main # is ineffective - all one hears is non stop music. Voicemail messages are outdated. - service is laxed!!!

Current client with Brilliant Corners for a year now, and honestly, the assistance and support my family has received has been very helpful. It's been a lot of different things like moving in deposit, furniture, help with a big past due electrivity bill. The one thing that I think is a little frustrating is that sometimes the help can take a while longer than we would like but at the end of it all if you stay on top of it, they always come through. I consider them a great supportive service organization in a very much needed sector because without their help, we would have struggled to get housed with our EHV voucher.

As a landlord, Brilliant Corners was excellent years ago but now it's impossible to reach anyone. The recent rent check from Brilliant Corners was $60 less than it has always been and the tenant sent the same amount as usual. I've tried several ways to contact Brilliant Corners in both LA and in San Francisco. (Property is in LA County) The tenant doesn't have any idea what's going on either. Except for the fact that we still get rent (although less this month), we would not know the organization is even operating.

My experience with Melissa Quezada at Brilliant Corners was amazing. Quick returned calls, text messages and Emails. Alway kept me informed and in the loop. They helped my family in so many positive ways. Thank you Brilliant Corners and a big thank you to Melissa Quezada.
