This is a beautiful decorated restaurant offering inside and outdoor dining. Outdoor being more casual with a DJ. Our experience here was excellent. The staff is nice and accommodating. We even requested a booth in less busy area since we had a baby and a toddler and it was given. Our server Hernan and his team were nice and attentive. All his suggestions and service were on point. All the food and drinks we ordered came out very flavorful and tasty. Their key lime pie was so delicious with a nutty crust to die for.

What an amazing experience! The atmosphere was perfect for a date night, and the food was incredible from start to finish. Julio took care of us and made the night even better — he knew exactly what to recommend, from appetizers to dessert and drinks. Everything he suggested was spot-on and absolutely delicious. Truly a great place to relax, enjoy, and be treated right. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently hosted a group of friends for dinner at brimstone, and I have to say it was one of the most fabulous nights I I could’ve asked for. The service was exceptional and the attention that they gave us was beyond anything I’ve ever received at any other restaurant. The food was spectacular and we simply could not get enough of it. From the salad all the way to the dessert. The whole menu was delicious, and we love the fact that they were able to create mocktails for us since we don’t drink. We will definitely be returning, especially for the DJ vibe that they have on the weekends. Love love loved it

We just did a Sunday lunch celebration party in their private boardroom with a set menu called the power lunch. It was excellent. The food was outstanding. The service was awesome Jason and Allison and the event manager Raysa was fantastic she helped us make a fantastic luncheon for our family. We highly recommend The Brimstone in Pembroke Lakes Shoppes, a super place to plan your next party, totally stress-free, knowing well that the Food and Service will be excellent. We had lunch the other day at this place. The food was tasty and god quantity. They do have cocktails and beers. They seemed a bit short staffed. It was just one waiter that was handling all the tables when we had lunch. She was also mixing drinks. Hence, the orders took time to be delivered. However, only about 25% of the tables were occupied.

Just attended a private dinner at Brimstone and they did such a great job. The table was beautiful and they accommodated my vegan diet with so much care. It’s hard to find. Amazing service and a great location. Super thoughtful all around. I would definitely return.

It was the first time that we had visited and we left impressed. The prices were reasonable, on the upper end, but it was completely worth it. No regrets. The BRG tostones were literally to die for. amazing. The spicy marinara pasta was great and the steak!! We loved our server!!! He was so sweet

Food is still on point! Sitting outside is lovely during spring. Happy hour is from 4-7pm only at the bars or high tops. Our server Carlos was amazing - friendly, funny, helpful, and prompt. I enjoyed everything we ordered - prosciutto flatbread, seafood misto, steak sandwich, tuna tartar, and key lime pie. Also enjoyed the cocktails - especially the brim berry. Great spot to take out of towners to indulge a little.

Spinach dip-okay kinda lumpy Lychee martini-it may be puree Chicken and sweet plantain soup- really good and delicious only wish there were more shredded chicken The salmon sushi was okay. Lemon drop martini with a sugar rim was really good.

Wow! Great place, awesome service from our server, Jesus, and the food was incredible. . . Jesus made perfect suggestions, we had sliders, chicken tortilla soup, prosciutto flatbread, and to top it all off- jambalaya- which was fantastic! We even ordered an extra jambalaya to take home, that's how great it was! . . We used to eat at the Brimstone in Doral, and thought this was the same- but I'd say it's even better! ' ' Make sure to ask for Jesus when you dine there, his service and suggestions were a big part of how great the dining experience at Brimstone turned out.

Consistency is key and Brimstone understands! Great food, great service and stellar ambiance for Brunch! Favorites: Breakfast flatbed #1, salmon sushi roll, and yellow tail Snapper.

The ambiance is lovely with both indoor and outdoor seating available. One thing i loved was that the booths fit my family comfortably. The booths were very large. Despite our children being very hungry, when our waiter was busy, someone promptly assisted us, which was a plus. The kids' food arrived in less than 10 minutes after ordering, and the server George was attentive, offering recommendations. They also deserve credit for offering gluten-free pizza, although no gluten-free buns were available. Initially, my son wanted a burger without a bun, but upon hearing about the pizza options, he became excited. I tried his gluten-free cauliflower pizza and found the flavor to be amazing! Our daughter enjoyed her burger and fries, while my husband and I savored the guava me Mami and romero bad habit dishes, which were delicious but very sweet. I did ask for a sweet drink, though, so im not mad, but I couldn't finish it. But hubby sure did. The steak was about $70 for a tbone and 60 for a NY strip, which the menu said mkt price. We were definitely surprised at how much. But, we know better when it says mkt price. The kale salad was delicious, but hubby was watching his carb intake, so if you are carb conscious, it has crushed croutons inside. Overall, the food we ordered was good, and we would definitely return for another enjoyable dining experience.

Amazing food! I love their crab cakes... I didn't know they served brunch until my sister threw me a surprise bridal shower here and the french toast was AMAZING! You don't even need to add syrup. The shrimp and grits were delicious as well and the steak and eggs 10/10 (i tried everyone's food lol)

We visited Brimstone Grillwood Fire to celebrate our cousin's birthday, and it was a great experience overall. We were greeted with warm hospitality. I ordered the prosciutto flatbread and tomato soup. The flatbread was generously sized and packed with flavorful mozzarella, prosciutto, and tomato toppings. The tomato soup was creamy and left me wanting more. The Sirloin Marsala with, mashed potato, and asparagus was another highlight of our meal. The service was ok. Our waiter could have been a bit more attentive when it came to refilling our drinks.

Great atmosphere! The restaurant interior is quiet and very intimate; while the outdoor seating area has a live music, dancing, and a mini sports bar. Service was spectacular from the hostess stands to the server and busboys. It was my mom's birthday and they made it very special and memorable for her. The food was delicious! Sushi was well worth it and the main dishes including the snapper and cheese cake were fantastic!

The food was excellent! The communication between the host/hostess with the seating area was a bit wonky. You can sit here but not there. But okay you can sit here, just tell the host at the front. Why are you sitting here? Wait what? Oh ok you can stay here. Off to a wonky start but settled. Our server Julio was fantastic! Again, the food was excellent, the ambiance was great with great music! I would say Brimstone is pricey but it was a special occasion. Too pricey just for a date night. Hubby had a Delmonico steak and I had Mahi. Crabcake and break pudding - all excellent! (1 Crabcake was $26) Photos not great due to the lighting. Overall a nice experience!

My wife and I came here for lunch while we were in the area. We must have arrived early because the place was empty when we arrived. We chose to sit on the patio since we had our fur baby with us. Perhaps it was not the best idea because no one was around, and it was challenging to get any waiter to take our order. And when we finally got our orders in, trying to get additional drinks and food was difficult. The food itself was okay. I ordered the baby's back ribs, and it was pretty good. The meat was nice and juicy, and I also enjoyed the barbecue sauce. My wife had the Basil & Pesto Shrimp Flatbread. I thought it tasted okay. The pizza dough was nice and crispy. Overall, we thought the food was okay. They do offer a decent size menu, which I assume should be tasty.

Had a great time dining here with family and friends! Located in the very busy Pembroke Gardens Shops, Brimstone Woodfire Grill is a must visit. Book a reservation in advance to ensure zero wait time. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and seated and they were able to accommodate our party size easily. The space is comfortable for many kinds of occasions with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The service was incredible and very attentive. We ordered a few glasses of wine and some craft beers, each were great tasting. We ordered ceviche, crab cake, BRG burger, sushi and desserts. My ultimate favorite was the Coconut crusted shrimp roll! It was made with Sesame rice paper, sushi rice, remoulade, avocado, mango, jalapeño, cilantro, roasted coconut, topped with eel sauce and sriracha. The flavors were so well balanced in a delicious sushi roll. To close, we ordered the key lime pie and brownie topped with ice cream. They were shareable portions and very tasty. I highly recommend visiting this location with either a small or large group.

DJ spinning live Latin music in the outside patio with a packed huge bar and tons of tables. Inside boasts a large beautiful bar with great glowing liquor decor. The Rum and Coke was very strong and refreshing and the inside bartenders were professional but not entertaining or inviting whatsoever. The bathrooms were modern and clean.

Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating. Service and food is always great. Some nights there's a live band out on the patio.

We have been back a few times, since my last review. Both times were an improvement. So now my rating is a four star. My husband likes their chimichurri steaks. I tried the Mahi Napoleon - the combination of the blackened fish with the mango sauce, the lemon butter sauce and mashed potato was excellent.

Busy place with a great outdoor patio and bar! The bartender was great. Friendly, knowledgable, and didn't hesitate to help with recommendations. I started with the spinach and artichoke dip. It was perfect! Most dips like this are too cheesy and salty for my taste. And I LOVE salt! But this one was just right!!! It actually tasted more like spinach and artichoke than cheese which is how it should be. It also came with a little side of pico de gallo. The pico had a great fresh taste to it. I could have gone with a lager size of it. The amount of chips was perfect! I finished the dip with 2 chips to spare. Talk about a perfect portion and ratio chips to dip. This was the highlight of my meal! I also ordered the steak sandwich. This was recommend as hands down amazing from the bartender. I don't know. It didn't really do it for me. The ingredients were all there, but for me the steak didn't have much seasoning and the sandwich was overpowered by the bread. I'd probably skip this sandwich in the future. Overall it was a good choice for dinner mainly for the spinach and artichoke dip and the service.

Jambalaya This fast very good. If you like spicy I recommend this. Love me some rice and shrimp ! I can eat this any day. Get this !

Food and service were great! My family and I came on a Wednesday and we were surprise how many people come here on a week day, till we tried the food and understood why! i love how dim the restaurant gets for dinner and makes it a very nice family setting. we ordered, ribs, soups, sandwiches, tuna, pasta, salad and dessert and were pleased with it all. we will definitely be returning. don't listen to the negative reviews!

Had an amazing time here with my family! The service was superb and the drinks were even better... I am sure that if we came here for the food we would have loved that as well. However, Brimestone just so happens to be our favorite day drinking location and we frequent it often. I am already excited to get back because I discovered the best drink that was ever created. My "Go-to" used to be the coconut mojito, but now it is Romero's bad habit. Hopefully I can order it enough until they change the name to my bad habit

During my last visit to Brimstone I indulged in their tenderloin steak, which was truly Delicious. For appetizers I had a a garden salad, and sliders with French fries. The texture and taster were both remarkable. Their lychee martini was phenomenal!

We're going out for dinner on the weekend a lot. We try many good steaks restaurants. My client recommended me should try Brimstone. We went on Monday before Valentine's Day Wednesday. We ordered 2 wines first. You have to ask for water he never brings you or ask you if you want water. Then dinner. Flank steak filet mignon ceviche soup. The filet mignon way too small than the actually ounces on the menu. My husband not happy about it. We have been going to many steaks house like Council Oak at Hard Rock many times Ruth Chris Morton's Kuro at Hardrock 4 times at La Rural Argentina steaks in Weston. Always perfect cowboysteak They are the best steaks house ever.

Alright, I've been here a bunch of times and never dropped a review. Well, here is it... Brimstone is mediocre, I didn't think it was that good. Outback has better food and from what people say, Brimstone is supposed to be superior to a place like outback. I wouldn't spend my money here, better options exist for less or equal money. Service was slow, but I did notice that they were working with a skeleton crew.

My friends I ate here and we enjoyed our experience. This location is pretty big. It has indoor and out dining. Very spacious space for a big group. There is a huge parking lot because it's located inside the Pembroke Gardens shopping complex. They also have valet parking. Our 2 waitresses were very helpful and friendly. My friend's drink was messed up & she immediately took the drink and got her a new one without any attitude. They have a happy hour but not a lot of options. The drinks I ordered I was happy with. They need at least 3-5 options of mix drinks!!! The food we ordered we were satisfied with. The food was fresh, tasty, and delicious. On Fridays, they have a DJ come in. When I was there, he only played Spanish music. The dj should play all genres of music. It's a clean and fun location, with added drink choices l would totally go back.

We came here as a family of 3 adults and had a good time. The meal came exactly as expected and delicious. What made our time good was our server Jason who's recommendations where all on par. You should try their dessert of white chocolate bread pudding. Yum!

Was shopping and stopped in for a delicious dinner. Our server was fast and attentive - we were really hungry! The tomato basil soup was so yummy! One of the best I've had. The main course came fast - my salad was perfect - fresh ingredients and massive! I wish I got dressing on the side so I could take the rest home. My husband really enjoyed his chicken sandwich but did mention the chicken was a bit dry. However the steak fries were OUT OF THIS WORLD. Definitely recommend!!

This place gets busy. It had a two-hour waiting list. We got lucky we got here a little earlier to avoid that. The place has a strict two-hour table limit. They do stick to it. Friday night was busy here. They had a DJ playing music. The people started dancing. He played a mixture of Spanish, 80's, and today's dance music. It was nice. I had a good time. The service was slow. We ordered a flatbread, buffalo chicken. They make them very good here. I loved the crispy crust. It was good. The coconut-crusted shrimp roll was very tasty. Service was crazy. I got up and got the soy sauce. Our waiter was MIA for a long while. I am glad for the good atmosphere of the place. The parking was crazy. This place does have plenty of parking around. it is shared by other businesses around. This plaza gets very busy as the night falls. I found parking, but it was far. The place is worth the walk and slow service.

Had a gift card for BRG restaurants. Since we tried the Beach House on Pompano Beach earlier in the week, we opted to try this one located in an outdoor shopping mall, Pembroke Gardens. Some of the menu items are similar, but they boast they're a steak house. I enjoyed the kale chicken salad Fresh ingredients, excellent amount of dressing. Fresh tortilla strips. Coke products and fresh brewed tea. Their sweet tea is a raspberry concoction. It's more upscale than the Beach House. They offer a brunch menu in addition to their regular menu on Sunday. Our server was attentive. Kept us updated on food and refills. He was proactive with extra napkins, waters, and checking on us. Dressy casual attire, great music selection in background. Noise level was perfect for conversation.

Great location, very convenient. Excellent service, even though the hostess could try a little harder. More draft beer options would be nice. Good salads and flatbreads. Filet mignon sandwich is really good.

Everything from the food, environment, vibe, aesthetic, wait time and services was by far 100/100. We had Carlos as our server his recommendations were spot on just as good as he described it to be he was so friendly and welcoming for new comers like us. There's a very lively patio area with a DJ. Great spot for groups, but highly suggest making a reservation because they're almost always busy on the weekends. We are at the bar outdoors. I ordered the coconut shrimp roll, and my friends ordered tuna tartare and the crabcakes. I LOVED my roll! The bites were a bit big, but delicious!! I always go for spicy rolls especially if cilantro is involved Nina made my Maker's old fashioned to perfection! The Cucumberlini was a cool, crisp, refreshing drink.

So so good! I've gone to Brimstone in Doral, but this location was so much better! We were a pretty large group, and the servers were super attentive and brought everything out quickly. We ordered a few things, but the only app I tried was the spinach dip, which was good. The real star, though, was the blackened shrimp salad. I know, why would I go to a restaurant known for steak and order a salad with shrimp, but hear me out. This was the BEST SALAD I'VE EVER HAD! The shrimp was flavorful and juicy, the dressing was to die for. I'm salivating a bit thinking about the salad now. I can't wait to go back!

Happy hour in Brimstone it's always a great idea . Came here on a weekday for happy hour with some friends , and we got seated by the bar so we can do the specials . The shrimp tempura rolls were surprisingly good , and the sliders were a great way to have a full meal with some drinks. Service was fast and efficient!

Solid 3 star review for Brimstone. We just wanted drinks and maybe some shareable options and some good music, so let's take this step by step. Today is Friday night and it IS Labor Day weekend... surprisingly there are many open tables at 9 pm- and yet they insist we sit at the high tables near the back of the bar. Okay. There are a couple open ones so we move there. The music is loud. There's a beat. It's not "good" (to my taste) and it seems that people who are in the mood for dancing are just kind of hoping that the next one will be something they may recognize ... Oh well. Service is good, they come up to our table soon to make sure we have drinks and something to chow on... but the menu really does not have a lot of shareable choices... wish there was a cheese platter or some such. So we go for a California sushi roll. The rolls are big. Too big for a mouthful- and it's Krab... lol but ok- I was not really hungryyyyyy. We really came for drinks and music and the drinks we got were also okay. We got a margarita and a Pineapple Express. I am still hoping for a decent desert - I used to love their bread pudding so let's see about that and I will post if it was as good as I remembered. Loud atmosphere, no real music to get a vibe to, and food that's not really "bar" shareable... tonight it's not the best experience. Just ok.

My wife and I have eaten here around four different occasions. Restaurant server Christian was absolutely amazing. We never waited long, he had a great smile and very polite. Very quick to take our order and get it right. The area in which we were seated was perfect, you can see directly into the outside dining area. We were looking to just enjoy and relax while we eat. This is the place to go for that. If you're looking for some party atmosphere then step out onto their patio. Full bar and DJ.

Brimstone is a hidden gem inside the Pembroke Gardens shopping strip. There is plenty of room both outside and inside and it's always full, because the quality of the food and drinks are wonderful. There is also a live DJ on the weekends and it becomes a lively party ambiance for those who want to enjoy that feeling of being "out" and even dancing while having a meal. Every server has been accommodating so far, and we will keep going back, especially for that bread pudding. They also make a lobster bisque that is not on the menu and it's the best one I've tried outside of the northeast US. The steak salad is great, the crab cake is always perfectly done, and the pastas I've tried have all been yummy.

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The food is delicious. The staff is always very kind and helpful. They do get busy for happy hour even in a Thursday. It's a real cool place for drinks and apps and some catching up. It's definitely the place to be on the weekends. They have a live DJ and if you're lucky you may even get to experience a live band. I came to catch up with an old friend of mine over drinks and apps. We shared the Tuna Nachos. It's delicious, I just feel jipped because it only bring three Wontons with some Sushi grade Tuna. But the flavor was amazing. We also shared a roll and a Margherita Flatbread. We even took "To Go" meals to our significant others. Overall, it was a good experience. Plus, it's located in a place where you can walk and encounter other establishments. Didn't take many pics...the conversation was good.

I'm gonna be honest, I've been coming to Pembroke Gardens for years and I had never step foot into this place I never thought much of it. I was sooooo surprised, because everything was sooo good. Starting off we made a reservation and even though we were a little bit late the staff was accommodating and very kind. We actually had 2 servers which both of them were very attentive. We started off our meal with the artichoke and spinach dip which was one of the best I have ever had. It was perfectly cheesy and thick with the veggies. For my entree i had the steak sandwich and this is one of the best steak sandwiches you will ever have. The meat was cooked to perfection the little crispy onions elevated the meal and bacon!!! Who can go wrong with that. This place was great, it is a bit pricey but the quality of the food shows.

Brunch at Brimstone is the move! Came here with some girlfriends on a Saturday around 12-1pm and it was actually not crowded at all. It was a beautiful day with a slight breeze so we decided to brunch outside on the covered patio. We were seated right away and the staff was super attentive and helpful when figuring out what we wanted to order. Although we could order from the regular menu, we decided on getting mainly brunch with the exception of a few flatbreads. We ordered: the prosciutto flatbread & truffle macaroni chicken flatbread from the regular menu and then the tres leches french toast, new york steak & eggs, skirt steak & eggs, and the shrimp & grits from the brunch menu. Everything was actually so goooood. We decided to each get something different and share and it was the best decision. Some top favorites were definitely the prosciutto flatbread & shrimp and grits. For drinks, we opted out of bottomless mimosas since we had our friend's baby with us but ended up getting margaritas, a mojito and passionfruit martini. The margaritas & mojitos you can "make your own" with different flavors like passionfruit, guava, blueberry, etc. I got the guava mojito and it was super refreshing and not overly sweet which I'm also afraid of. Overall, a great brunch spot that didn't seem to be too crowded, even on a weekend!

Pretty average meal. A large portion, but the chicken itself was a bit bland. I went for brunch with a friend, she had the shrimp and grits and it was delicious! The restaurant wasn't busy at all, we were seated promptly. They have a lovely outdoor patio that is covered and has plenty of fans. Our server was great! Attentive and friendly. I'd come back and give it another try andtry something else from the menu.

2 stars for this place. Steaks were flavorless. Cold mashed potatoes that "must" come with the meal. Asked to sub a baked potatoes for mashed and was told couldn't do that. Each meal must have the also no flavor instant mashed potatoes. Tastes like they came right out of the box. Steaks 1 filet and 1 New York strip. Filet over cooked. Strip was cooked good but absolutely no flavor. Got bernaise to help but it was like water. Would not recommend this place. Way overpriced for the quality. Won't be back!

I went on a Saturday night and it was great music playing in their patio area. Everyone was having a good time. The service was great, everyone was very attentive. The food was delicious. I had a burger and a delicious old fashioned. It gets packed during the weekend, but if you get to go in the patio, bring your dancing shoes.

Second time we visit this place. The first one wasn't a good experience, so we decided to give it a second chance. We sat outside for brunch and it was way too hot. They need to have more fans to appease the heat. We all ordered drinks and they were watered down. We refrained from ordering anymore since the quality was not there. The food took approximately 45 minutes to arrive, which was awful considering we had a hungry toddler. Once the food came we were missing a few sides which we had to ask for. I'm not sure if our server was new, but he did seem kind of lost anytime we'd ask him a question. The DJ had signs instructing you not to ask him for any songs or shoutouts. Won't be coming back here ever again. Two stars for the sake of decent portions.

YES! THE PLACE: Located in the Pines Outdoor Mall, plenty of parking (free) is available, and valet parking is an option as well. Inside, the decor is what you would expect from a steak house - cozy, modern, and cute. On this night, we went for a birthday celebration and sat outside. A DJ was playing, there was a lot of dancing and loads of fun! The bathrooms were near and always clean. THE FOOD: I tried SO much food which I've included in the pictures, but the top favorites were the sushi, the sliders, and the flatbread, wow 5/5!! For the entree, I had the veal and though the sides were good, I would further work on this veal recipe, as the texture was extra gamey/mushy 2/5. For drinks, I ordered the Passion Fruit Martini and that was spectacular 5/5! THE SERVICE: I wish I remembered the waiter's name, but she was so kind, organized, fast, and attentive. There was a blonde manager who was very nice, but my encounters were mostly with "Raysa" and she is exceptional! Raysa is an example of poise and professionalism.
