"Robert Earl, the former CEO of Planet Hollywood Resort, just bought the remaining Brio Tuscan Grille restaurants from FoodFirst Global Restaurants. FoodFirst filed for bankruptcy in April after closing 71 of its 92 remaining restaurants. Locally, the Brio location at Tivoli Village closed and Brio at Town Square reopened last weekend with new bar, lunch, and dinner menus for dine-in, takeout, or delivery." - Susan Stapleton

First time here. The service was excellent. I got the lamb chops with mash. It didn't not come out hot at all. I'm not one to return food. The bread was great. Overall, a disappointing dining experience.

Stopped in for lunch while we were in town, and everything was perfect. Our server Ed was fantastic, all of his recommendations were spot on! The Shrimp and Eggplant app, Gorgonzola crusted Pork Chop, and Pasta Al A Vodka were very good. We genuinely appreciate the great service and food, and will return for sure!

Google
Ed was our server and he took great care of us! We had the shrimp and eggplant appetizer, Gorgonzola crusted pork chop, wedding soup and pasta a la vodka and it was all recommended by Ed and all amazing! Definitely recommend and will definitely return!

The staff was very accommodating when we requested to add additional people to our reservation. It was not too busy on a early Sunday evening, but I’ve definitely seen this place packed. Reservations highly recommended.

Went for a birthday lunch and the food was amazing! Our waiter was great! The food was hot while we ate and we couldn’t believe how warm it stayed! I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto and it was delicious!

Brio is one of my go-to’s for happy hour when I’m in the Easton area. The happy hour deals are unmatched, as is the service! Erick, who mans the front bar, is AMAZING! Nothing makes a happy hour better than an attentive, friendly, cool bartender and Erick is all of the above! Always a good time! If you’re in the Easton area, check them out! If you sit on the front patio, it’s also a great spot to people watch and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Easton :)

Google
The food is ok. It's pricey for the taste. Its not memorable. However the service is . Edmund was great. He made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. He gave great suggestions and took very good care of us. Again I don't mind paying a higher price for food. It has to be flavorable and the service has to be top notch. Well Edmund did his part but the food is just average at best. The atmosphere is what it is. It's very nice as it should be since this is a premier restaurant at Easton.

Had a very important family gathering for 30 guests. Wanted to be at Easton for ease of some going to Pins afterwards. Brio by far was the easiest to communicate with and get the right information. Most flexible with menu options! Anne is amazing to work with. I was a little concerned with dining area not being 100% private. Check the space ahead of time to make sure it works for you I booked the Camino room which did not have any traffic from other parties, but only guarded by curtains, so could hear them pretty well. The service was second to none. The gentlemen that catered to our group were extremely helpful, they went above and beyond, great attitude and truly made the difference. Wish I had their names to commend them I would definitely book again.

Yelp
Elena was wonderful and amazing. Very classy and inviting, we recommend this restaurant and ask for Elena to achieve the best dinner experience. Thank you again for making A birthday memorable. God bless you and keep you as a signature of His grace.

Yelp
Went to dinner there for an awards banquet for my wife's work would never go with a catering event. Not sure if I would ever go after the event I like my food hot I don't even consider the food luke warm we were one of the last tables to be served when we got up there they had to fill the chicken which was Luke warm the dressing for the salad but had to request lettuce to put the dressing on the bar was another experience never again

Yelp
Went to the Easton location for Valentines Day, I have never been so embarrassed to take someone somewhere. I almost never complain about anything especially at a nice dinner, but my dates entree came out incredibly cold and had clearly been sitting under a heating lamp for a long time. When we told the waitress she asked if we wanted a new entree or that one to be "refired or a new one" I said I would like a new one for her. They then mixed up the same food as you could see a bite out of the chicken from where we tried it the first time at the bottom. Our waitress didn't bring out the entree after it being put in a microwave, some guy brought it out from the kitchen, and said "I promise the plate is hot, feel the plate its hot" no kidding, it was just in a microwave. No apologies from either at any point. I absolutely hate withholding tips as I used to work in different parts of the service industry, but our waitress did not ask us how any portion of the meal was, didn't ask if it was better, and only came back once more after we got the entree back from the microwave. She came back to see our two full plates and asked if we wanted boxes. We both said no and she took the plates without another word. This shouldn't be a surprise as Easton has went very down hill in the past few years, but just wanted to put out a warning. We went to Brassica directly from Brio and the people were 10x nicer, the ambiance was better, the place was cleaner and the meal was exceptional. Proceed with caution going to Brio, I honestly think Olive Garden would have been a major step up.

Yelp
We had an exceptional time at Brio this afternoon. Between the quality of the food, our fantastic waiter, Jared, and the pleasant ambiance, we walked away smiling. Today was our anniversary, so we decided to splurge. We were eating a late lunch and both ravished. As soon as we were seated, Jared came to take our drink order, which we added an appetizer of a Flatbread. I ordered the Mango tea and it was the perfect mix of sweet and unsweetened. Our Flatbread arrived shortly with bread and butter. The butter was cold and bread warm. Shortly after inhaling that portion, our entrees came. I ordered the gorgonzola pasta dish. It was very good. I only recommend it if you like Bleu cheese. My husband ordered the beef tips. I tasted those. They were perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes were so creamy. We had nothing negative to say about the food. Dessert was the best part. Jared recommended this caramel cheesecake that is pictured. If it's the only thing you order there, don't skip this. It is divine!!! All in all, it was such a nice experience!

Yelp
Haven't been to Brio in such a long time and it looks exactly the same. My friend and I went to Brio last week spontaneously when at Easton. We decided to sit at the bar but did not get a drink. The bartender was not very friendly and seemed to be bothered when we spoke to him. He did however get us bread and butter very quickly and put our salads in quickly. The side salads are huge and not too pricey. I got the Caesar salad with Romaine, Parmesan, croutons, house-made dressing. My friend got the Chopped Salad with Chopped greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, feta, red wine vinaigrette. For our main entree or next portion as we did not get a main dish, I ordered the Risotto with shrimp which is Risotto, freshly grated Reggiano, black pepper cream & roasted mushrooms, topped with seared shrimp & truffle oil. It was sooo good. I strongly suggest ordering it. It kept me full after my salad. My friend got a soup that must have been a special. I'm looking forward to going back soon as I always loved the Lasagna growing up.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch just before Christmas. They were very busy but the service was impeccable abc the food was very good I have the eggplant shrimp appetizer and a bowl of lobster bisque my husband had a lunch combo. Everything was great and the staff was amazing

Sheila W.

Yelp
My sister-in-law and I planned a Sprinkle baby shower for my niece. It turned out wonderfully! Tyler was the waiter in charge of the event and worked very diligently. He was friendly and polite. The manager checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We were served pasta and chicken limone. I highly recommend Brio at Easton for all your events and or just to enjoy lunch or dinner!

Tracey E.

Yelp
We stopped in for a happy hour after a matinee. They actually have a very good happy hour! The flatbread, pepperoni and sausage pizza was excellent. The cocktails were yummy. Our bartender was very efficient and friendly and we love the Tuscan atmosphere. They have a wonderful outdoor bar and dining area also.

Amanda B.

Yelp
Fun bartender he made my night with his friendly jokes and talked to all around the bar!!! Very engaging! He advised pasta allá vodka and it was amazing, hot and fresh, good sauce and wonderful dinner to pair with wine accompanied with complimentary bread. Good welcoming clean ambiance. Quick and nice service.

Kim G.

Yelp
Served us red peppers when we specifically told them we had an allergy Unacceptable Do better

Tracy M.

Yelp
We like to sit at the bar and relax and enjoy decent food. The patio is very nice during warm months too.

Ces C.

Yelp
Amazing food and great service! We started off with Calamari and Beef Carpaccio both good but the beef was the bomb! The Aoili and capers were so complimenting the beef. Next was Sausage Rigatoni Arrabbiatta and 2 lamb chops, pasta was nice and creamy but could add a bit more salt, the lamb though was delicious! Nicely seasoned medium rare goodness. We paired this nicely with a bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir and capped with Tiramisu, delish! It was a busy Saturday but all the dishes came fast, our server Carl was awesome. Happy Tummy indeed!

Cassandra R.

Yelp
Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night - we love the Easton location! It's a little bit of a classier vibe but no dress code and not too fancy for fellow casual shoppers who want to stop in for a bite to eat. The service was attentive and quick and the food was delicious! My favorite had to be the truffle garlic toast with whipped ricotta - perfect amount of truffle and the ricotta was smooth and creamy! It even tasted great leftover. I've been coming to Brio for years and always had great experiences and great food!

Yelp
Stopped in 22 August '23 forfor lunch with my wife on our way to Salt Fork Lodge. We were kind of surprised how large the restaurant was; however, only the patio was filled as it was a beautiful day. Edmund was our server. He did a fine job. We appreciated his personal and professional service! We open with adult beverages. A Manhattan for me at a peach Bellini for my wife. For a starter we ordered their beef carpaccio. Be warned it is huge! Delicious and huge! We opted to split a lunch and Edmund warned us that the portions were already smaller. We appreciated his advice, but decided on it anyways has we normally have a smaller lunch. The Caesar salad and pasta bolognese lunch was delicious! Really wish we lived closer as we would probably visit much more often!

Mary B.

Yelp
Brio you have all the opportunities to be great but I constantly have a mediocre experience at best. The location at Easton is perfect. Plenty of parking around along with valet. No parking is to far to walk. The hostess was very nice and welcoming at our latest visit. We went out to the patio to enjoy the summer breeze and sounds of the water fountains nearby. Bartender was fabulous and made us some delicious and stiff drinks. The food, however, um, never mind. I guess that is not why I come. The brushetta was presented nicely. I love the idea of a trio so you can enjoy different flavors. The salmon was overcooked and dry. Lettece was wilted. My husband's dish was blah and didn't even want to mention it. Sometimes Brio hits the spot and sometimes not. I can't get a consistent experience for the life of me.

Yelp
It has been years since I've eaten at Brio. Tonight was a celebration with a couple of friends. We were seated at the back of the restaurant which wasn't the best atmosphere. I would have preferred the soft lighting of the main dining room. Once seated it took awhile for anyone to come to our table to get drinks started. However, once we got drinks and an appetizer going things improved some. Overall the service was not great for a restaurant of this style. As for the food, everything we had was delicious and presented very well. The portions were appropriate for the value. We had a great evening and enjoyed our meals. If it wasn't for the service, the night would have been exceptional.

Susan B.

Yelp
my girlfriend and I have been to the Brio in NC 3 times the first time was Excellant. after that we were very poor. we won't be going back. raw chicken , and 1 1/2 hour wait for our food. cocktails were good

Adam P.

Yelp
Stopped here after arriving in Columbus. The area is super nice. Enough to keep all ages entertained for hours. We opted to stop into Brio to scratch our Italian itch as it's been awhile since we indulged in Italian fare. A lot of tasty options are presented to you. I was feeling scallops so I ordered the Shrimp & Scallop risotto. Delectable would be an understatement. The black pepper cream sets the mood for the dish amongst roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, seared shrimp and scallops and lastly topped with freshly grated reggiano. Service was great. We left full, so we left happy!

Randy M.

Yelp
Wonderful menu and service great atmosphere and location. The eggplant shrimp app was fantastic

Aubrey L.

Yelp
My friends and I came here for dinner one night and we were all pretty disappointed. Our waiter seemed to have far too many tables so he was a bit frantic (not his fault). The drinks were eh bht the dinner was really disappointing. We each ordered something different, I had the Gorgonzola pasta. The pasta resembled a frozen meal. The chicken tasted frozen and not fresh at all. I ended up leaving the dish there and it didn't get eaten bc it was absolutely not fresh. I personally wouldn't come back as I feel that this restaurant has really gone down hill over the last several years

Wing Yan K.

Yelp
I always love the Brio at the Easton location, especially on the patio. It is facing toward the fountain and the view is prefect for a relaxing evening meal. The Shrimp & Eggplant appetizer is my go to appetizer at Brio. The deep fried eggplant pair extremely well with the black pepper cream sauce, and topped with the pan-seared shrimp. I also got the Spaghetti Bolognese and do like the richness flavor of the Bolognese.

Lisa B.

Yelp
Love going here with my husband before a movie or just to grab lunch. Confused why you got rid of the Sartori Pinot Grigio. It was my go to. The current Pinot Grigios are so inferior. I even tried the white table wine but no substitute for the sartori. Please bring it back.

Anthony R.

Yelp
The service was terrible, I did not get what I ordered, the food was very average and not worth the expense. The restaurant was extremely hot inside and it made it too uncomfortable to enjoy a Birthday dinner with my family. I will not return to this location ever again. Staff was slow and had no dinning etiquette. I can get better service at a Waffle House.

Brenda T.

Yelp
Grilled Salmon Salad Salmon, field greens, tomatoes, grilled asparagus, feta, crispy shoestring potatoes, balsamic vinaigrette

John C.

Yelp
I've been to Brio several times but the last two times were poor. The food is always good. But I ordered their signature martini and it comes with blue cheese olives. The last two times they put regular olives and I had to point out their mistake. The second time the waitress said she would check the bar and never did, so I went to the bar and the bartender confirmed it but did not have the blue cheese olives at his bar and said to tell the waitress to get them from the other bar. I also ordered a Diet Pepsi at the same time and had to remind the waitress about it when she brought the bread which was about twenty minutes after we ordered our drinks. She did say they were out of drink wear twice during our service. By the time I got my Diet Pepsi I had pretty much finished my dinner. And I never did get the blue cheese olives. Last time issues presented themselves a manager came by and apologized and did adjust the bill slightly. This time there was no one except our waitress that we interacted with (other than me going to the bartender.

Mike K.

Yelp
It was a good brunch... Wifey and I were looking for something different after church and figured out we had not been to brio in a while. The food was good. Wifey had their sausage and egg breakfast which she really liked. I had their version of eggs Benedict which was ok. The service was awesome. The experience was good but it missed the mark of being outstanding.

Angel V.

Yelp
Food here was amazing! You cannot go wrong with their pasta. Ambiance was pretty too when we went around the holidays with the Christmas tree and the pretty lights! Service was great as well!

Judith V.

Yelp
We went to Brios thinking we would have a salad and dessert and a drink. I have always liked the pasta and flatbreads at Brios, but DON'T ORDER the "tossed greens salad"!!!! It was all iceberg lettuce, a big pile of mushy, wet iceberg lettuce. Not good! Who used iceberg lettuce and calls it mixed greens. Iceberg lettuce is barely green...

Arline M.

Yelp
Our visit to BRIO @ Easton in Columbus, Ohio was delightful, thanks to the service we received from our server, Chad. He was friendly, kind, and went out if his way to make sure our meal and atmosphere was outstanding. Brio is fortunate to have Chad as their employee

Jim B.

Yelp
Isaac was the BEST bartender. My girlfriend and I stopped in for a short happy hour and the drink was amazing, enough for a 5-star review alone, but he was also slammed and the only one working. There were 4 groups that sat down at the same time, Memorial Day holiday, and he still took great care of us and made us feel at home. Can't recommend enough. Thanks for the great night!

Raven H.

Yelp
I came in during lunch service was great! It was pretty quiet which was great too. Ambiance great. I got the short rob casarecce. It wasn't enough short rib, pasta was cooked beautifully. I normally order extra sauce which I did not this time ‍. It needed it. Flavor was good.

Oli G.

Yelp
Nice place but the "entree" was just meh. I got some sort of dish with a fancy name called MEZZA CHICKEN MILANESE and to be honest it's just a breaded chicken breast, probably processed from Gordon Food Services, over spaghetti noodles. I could've done this at home. The best part was the drink and the calamari. The drink was potent and the calamari was hot and tasty with good complimentary dipping sauces on opposing sides of the plate with the calamari in the middle. In addition the service was good. Three stars for overrated Entrees, good apps, service and drinks. I guess with the decent ambiance and location they want to distract you from their just okay food. I could've gotten a better entree from Fazolis or Olive Garden.

Betsy D.

Yelp
My partner made reservations here for Mother's Day and we ended up deciding to leave for a few reasons. 1. I am vegan. I always identify as that when ordering, so the waiter can help me with my order if needed (menus don't always list ingredients, etc). Well, I actually have a usual order here. As I started making that order, the waiter told me that they no longer allow create your own pasta dishes and I would have to order off the menu. I pointed out there are no vegan menu items. He stated I could order anything with a v next to it. I told him it was all vegetarian. He asked me to repeat what I was and I said vegan. He had to ask his manager what I could eat. They came up with something and even though it wasn't what I wanted, I ordered it. He came back a little later to tell me I could place my usual order if I was willing to do it as a kid's entree but told me it wouldn't be much food. This irked me even more so I told him just to keep in the order I already had. 2. My daughter got super focused on my lemonade and it became clear that it was a problem. I told my partner to keep an eye out for the waiter or whoever was bringing the bread so we could get rid of it. Bread usually comes relatively quickly. It didn't this time. I'm not sure if it was because of my order or what but the delay was enough to get my hungry, lemonade-focused daughter into full tantrum mode and she dumped my partner's water. She is responsible for her own actions, but I can't help but think it wouldn't have happened if we had had attentive service. Instead, we were all soaked from the dumped water and had to ask to cancel our orders so we could leave. The waiter looked thrilled to see us go. I used to love this place. They were always flexible with my vegan diet and the service was top notch (to the tune that waiters would bring me oil instead of butter for my bread without me asking which was incredible). It looks like those days are behind them.

Addison M.

Yelp
Started the night off with some hydrating beverages consisting of lemonade and a nice peach arnold palmer! Our sever lowkey started off seeming annoyed with us and only made 2 visits. At one point 2 other people checked up on us and brought us food... not sure where our server was or why... We ordered some lasagna, calamari and Gorgonzola lamb chops. The lasagna was HUGE, bigger than our heads and the size of my forearm. The calamari was good and the aioli was wonderful with it. Now the lamb chops... give me the whole supply of them. Perfectly tender and the flavor was not over powering. I will say we did not get our bread until the same time we got our main dishes... which was almost 40 minutes in.

Jessica A.

Yelp
Everything tasted incredible! I can see why the shrimp & eggplant are popular. It's so good & filling. The Parmesan crusted tomato's were delicious. And the wedge salad was amazing as usual. Hands down the best wedge salad I've ever had. My husband really enjoyed the grilled chicken Marsala & artichoke dip.

Hanh P.

Yelp
I've been to Brio a few times for dinner during a weekend and my experiences have been OK but this time I'm on the quest for happy hours throughout Cbus area and I am today years old when I found out that Brio has a happy hour menu Monday-Friday from 3-7pm (bar and patio only)! I'm glad we were able to get a seat on their patio because it was so nice to bask in that sunshine after work. We got: ~ Moscow Mule ~ Manhattan ~ A draft beer ~ calamari ~ Sausage, Pepperoni and ricotta flat bread ~ a burger with fries All of this was ~$35!! This was split between 2 people--we were stuffed and happily buzzed. Select apps are $6 and select cocktails, sangrias, and beer are $5-6. Amazing. It can be hectic during their weekends and servers can get boggled down so if you guys have time to stop by on a weekday, I'd say it's the best time to go for great service and delicious food!

Laura W.

Yelp
Love this place. Admittedly, it's been awhile since we've visited and yesterday was a nice reminder why we need to go back more often. Snagged two seats at the bar. Two chopped salads. NY Strip. Filet mignon. Two glasses of cab "sketchie" as the fun bartender called it short for the sketchbook brand. My husband had a Sam adams. We're easy! Our bartender was so personable. So professional. A bunch of us snagged seats while he had stepped away for a minute and when he came back he respectfully started at one end of the bar working his way through the other end. Loved it. The food was delightful. Our bartender made the experience FANTASTIC. Drinks rocked. We'll definitely be back AND more often.

Regina E.

Yelp
Stopped in today for lunch with my daughter and two granddaughters (3 and 5 years old) Let me start ofd by saying, I have patronized Brio since the original opening. Over the years, I've been there for celebratory, business meals and or happy hour. Today was the first time with my granddaughters. I think you should seriously consider offering a genuine children's menu with child size silverware, or at least provide smaller disposable cutlery. The other issue I had today: I ordered a chopped salad for my entree and my daughter ordered pasta with a side salad. When the salads came out, they were exactly the same salad with a $4 difference in price. I've never seen that before. It's not about the price. It's about portions. If I think I'm getting an entrée, it should be truly an entrée and not a side salad. When I bought it to our servers attention, he just shrugged his shoulders and said that's what it is. Our saving grace was we ordered soft drinks for everyone and my daughter wanted to take everything to go. The wait staff said they didn't have a drink carrier, however a wonderful young man named Porter graciously went across the parking lot to a coffee vendor who does offer drink caddies and bought it back to my daughter. I thought it was extremely kind and service oriented (so rare these days.) You should consider having Porter train your staff on customer experience.

Megan C.

Yelp
I was really disappointed by my visit to Brio. There were a few positives- the service was extremely friendly and attentive. I loved my aperol spritz, wedge salad, and bread to start out the meal. The atmosphere was beautiful. The negatives- I ordered a "create your own pasta" with spaghetti, alfredo, and grilled chicken. My entree was $20 and literally had zero flavor, the chicken was equivalent to frozen Tyson chicken, and it was so dry when it came out without me even asking, the waiter offered to bring me more sauce because she noticed. My boyfriend ordered chicken Milanese for $28 and the chicken tasted like a frozen chicken patty.. extremely dry and spongy. If you are going to charge that much for one entree I would think the quality would be a little better than a frozen meal. We read other similar reviews and chose to ignore them hoping our experience would be different- but we ended up having the same experience as the other lower reviews. I normally wouldn't be this upset but spending $100 for dinner for 2 you have a little higher expectations. There are way better Italian meals in the Columbus areas at a lower price point. I'm hoping we just visited on an off night but it will be hard to return. If we go back we will probably just go for appetizers and drinks.

Valentyn R.

Yelp
Recently attended Brio for a friend's birthday. Prior time I've been to the Brio at Easton was prom like 10 years ago, so I've been saving up for awhile to return & afford the place! Jokes aside, even though the prices are on the higher end, you have to consider this is a large premier Tuscan-esque restaurant located in the middle of Easton. Of course it's going to cost more! You're not only paying for the food, but the atmosphere and location. It's still pricey but not as much as some other Italian restaurants. Our friends ordered to share the Truffle Garlic Toast with Ricotta ($14.99) starter, which actually tasted delicious and came with a good amount of bread (not all bread is pictured in my pic). It came with Grana Padano Zanetti (fancy way of saying cheese spread) on the side, and it tasted great! Really glad I got to try this! My girlfriend got the Pesto Primavera ($16.99) which I got to try and was a bit jealous of! Should've gotten that instead! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Marsala ($22.99) which wasn't bad. It was the cheapest option under the "Land & Sea" section of the menu, yet I still felt like I overpaid for a very simple dish of mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a grilled chicken... The taste just didn't match the cost. Overall, I would describe Brio on Easton as a nice atmosphere to bring a date or to come here to celebrate a special occasion. It'll take me another 10 years to return probably unless a special occasion calls for it.

Marcel M.

Yelp
A great location! Service was perfect. My flatbread was delicious. Love the inside ceiling work, really gives the place a fancy vibe without breaking the bank.

David O.

Yelp
The food was great. Atmosphere great. The waiter was nice but generally speaking the service was underwhelming. I can tell everyone around us was frustrated. The two waiters were very overworked. Used plates stacking up, unfilled drinks, slow bar. We had some pricing errors on the bill which the manager promptly took care of to our satisfaction. I think the places flaws are common w so many restaurants now. Insufficient staff and attention to detail. This place could be awesome with the atmosphere and food. The manager should have been out checking on tables and watching what's going on. I'd recommend the spot but bring patience.

Robbie J.

Yelp
Service was decent but the food was bland and boring. The pasta tasted like they make a huge bake pan of it and just microwave it to others. Gross and Incan see this place or chain going down in a year or two.

John K.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing Italian food! If you're in town do not miss out on this culinary adventure. The staff was absolutely amazing very attentive and make sure that you feel special. Now on to the food... because hey that is what you want to know right!? . I ordered the Maine lobster and shrimp fettuccine and let me say do not miss the opportunity to have this dish. I knew I should've stopped sooner but let's just say the dish was clean! My friend had the salmon and they said it was absolutely wonderful. It looked good but I was a little busy devouring my dish! . As for the bread, it happens to be my absolute favorite bread which is sourdough it came out warm and wonderful. I'm not saying it was me but maybe I know a guy that I asked him to bring out more and maybe just ate two loaves! Again if you're in town do not miss out, stop in and get the dish I had you will not be sorry. They have a wonderful wine selection to boot.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that this was not our 1st choice restaurant. We had planned to go to the Cheesecake Factory and thought a Thursday evening around 5:30 p.m. would be an opportune time to get seated right away. Boy were we surprised when we arrived and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We gave our phone number and were walking to the mall to kill time when we passed by Brio. We had not been to Brio in years and thought we would see if they had availability. Sure enough! They were able to seat us right away so we ended up eating here. The restaurant was fairly empty. We had our choice of table or booth. We picked booth and were given a nice roomy one located away from anyone else. Our server came over and took our drink order and our dinner began. My husband had trouble picking what to eat but I did not. There were only 3 salads to pick from. Fortunately, any of them would have been fine. I ended up ordering the strawberry chicken salad and my husband got a lemon herbed chicken dish. The restaurant was nice and quiet and we were able to chat and catch up with each other's lives. We also played around on our phones and killed time as we waited for our entrees to be prepared. The waiter brought out some warm sourdough bread and that tied us over until our food came out. The entrees actually took a while to be served, but we were in no hurry so this was fine. The salad was a pretty good size and had a nice mix of greens. There was a fair amount of chicken as well as other fixings. They were able to bring oil and vinegar, my preferred dressing, but I only got a little tub of vinegar. It ended up being OK but I would have preferred more - but not enough to you ask for it. My husband's chicken came with mashed potatoes and broccolini. He does not eat broccolini so I got to eat it. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. He ate all the rest of his food and said it was quite good. My salad was also good and I ate every bite. We ordered a little more bread to nibble on as we waited for the check. Y Over all the service was very good - as was the food. We left a little before 7 and there was still no wait at that time to the seated. We still have no idea why Cheesecake Factory was so backed up but were not disappointed by the meals we ended up having at Brio. My preference is still probably the skinnylicious menu at Cheesecake Factory and the variety of salads - but Brio was a nice change.

Yelp
Brio is located in the Easton area and I've always enjoyed coming here. Their service is pretty quick and I've always enjoyed the bartender in their back room. I wish I remembered what his name was because he's so personable and hilarious. The ambiance is nice, but don't feel like you have to dress up extremely fancy to dine here. Everything is clean! In the summer they open up the back room so you can sit and have a drink while enjoying the weather. Around the holidays you can enjoy the view of the tree. It's nice that the restaurant is so big so that even when they're extremely busy you'll still be able to get a table. After you order, they bring you warm bread and butter to the table. I usually get waaaay too much bread, but how could you not?! Their food is alright in my personal opinion. It is pretty pricey per plate - I want to say $15-$30 depending on what you get. I got a plate of pasta with red sauce and chicken and I think total I paid about $20+. The food doesn't necessarily "wow" me for that price. Wine is around $8-$10 and cocktails are about $10+. Overall I'd come back in if I was in the Easton area and needing a place to eat with some friends.

Yelp
This is my place in regards to happy hour! You cannot beat $7 drinks and dishes. The food is always great quality. Comes our hot and favorable. The drinks are not bad either. Always great service and quality food for the price.

Yelp
Food was excellent and our server, Olivia, THE BEST. Love this place. Shocked and disappointed that they don't offer any N/A beer; not even a bad one. What's the worst that could happen if you carry a 12 pack? Seriously, it's time to get with it. It's irresponsible and why we don't go there more often.

Yelp
Last night I had a terrific dinner. We were with a party of 7 . Even though the restaurant was busy our server gave stellar service. I ordered the grilled salmon salad and it did not disappoint. Fresh greens, a bit of tomato, a touch of feta , crunchy crispy onions were delish. I ordered my salmon well done and it was perfectly cooked. It was supposed to have asparagus but had green beans instead. The switch did not deter from this delectable dish. The balsamic vinaigrette on the side was amazing - not too vinegary. By the way , this salad is huge and I ate almost every bit. My husband had a bowl of the lobster bisque and said it was one of the betters ones that he had. BTW - our table gave us a spectacular view of the Easton Christmas tree with it brilliantly changing colors.
