Google
First, I would be embarrassed to be a top chef that owns this place. Why do y'all have a coffee menu? It's disgusting. I ordered a drip, got a burnt cup of water. Coffee was weak weak weak. I also ordered a 16oz iced chai with a double shot, got a cup of barely seasoned milk with no espresso. We also got 2 bottles of water and the total was $40 and some change. For that price the coffee and the service should have been way better. Just because it's Vegas and people will pay those prices doesn't mean you're right. I've been in the coffee industry almost 20 years and I go out of my way to not go to Starbucks or dutch bros but so far my Vegas coffee eploration has sucked. Thanks for being a part of that. The only good thing is that the drinks were ready fast. Not that it matters to you, and it's evident in the product you provide, I've thrown away my full drink. Do better.

Google
6-17-21: Best place for morning coffee and pastry. The house blend drip coffee is tastier than Starbucks' coffee. Pastries are well made and pretty good for the Caesars Palace options. Ask them to warm up the pastries! 👍 The chocolate croissant, the cinnamon-sugar brioche and the raisin brioche are the pastries I tried. I would get them all again! Note that you will pay casino prices for the coffee ($5, $6, $7 for small, medium and large) and pastries. A bit more expensive than if you were off the strip. But overall, five ⭐.

Google
2 chocolate, 1 plain croissant and an espresso cost $37 USD! The croissants were just average and the espresso was pretty good but not for that price. Disappointing and would definitely not recommend.

This is a Wonderful Coffee Shop within the Ceasars Palace Casino. I had ordered their Vanilla Latte, it was Delicious. Thank you and God Bless Ceasars Palace!

Google
They charge for a glass of water even if you buy a few things and coffee drinks . Not a bad grab and go place. But can have big queues

Brandon

Google
I ordered a brioche, but it was more like an expensive muffin. It reminds me of the time I put birria in instant ramen and sold it as “fusion” ramen. I respect the hustle.

Google
Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace offers an unforgettable culinary experience—elegant, refined, and absolutely delicious. A must for food lovers in Vegas!

Google
Brioche in several different flavors for $5 in Caesars Palace. I had the blueberry cheesecake and it was great. They look like a muffin and taste like a croissant. Located near the front entrance.

Yelp
It's a good place to stop by and get your coffee after a long walk or doing certain activities in Vegas. You'll see this stand in multiple resorts. Obviously, it's pricey especially when simply just buying coffee since it's in Vegas. The food and drinks are good but I honestly think that it should be like a cafe rather than being a stand.

Yelp
This place might be convenient, considering it is located right next to the main entrance, immediately you step inside. It's a grab and go type of spot, but still significant amount to wait for the sandwich to be served from the cold case. There is no seating area here! I personally don't like this place. As much as I love to like it, I gave a few tries in the past. The breakfast pastries are super mediocre! Last time I needed a quick lunch and decided to get the Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwich ($13.99 + tax + tip) Cashier didn't ask me if I wanted the sandwich warmed up, she just assumed, and automatically put it in the warmer. I didn't think of a big deal about it, thinking it would be fine. Immediately following, I returned to my car, and started eating. I was starving, lol. The croissant was warm and greasy outside, and totally cold and dry inside. I didn't like it. I didn't finish despite my hunger. I won't come back.

Yelp
There are a surprising number of breakfast and pastry options in Caesar's, but I was underwhelmed by the offering at Brioche by Guy Savoy. We ordered an assortment of goodies including a blueberry muffin, cinnamon brioche and ham & cheese croissant. The ham & cheese croissant was pretty tasty, but the other ones were pretty average and a little dry. The little stand/shop is close to the main entrance of the hotel and can be easy to miss unless you are looking for it. The shop looks like it'll be fast because there is such a limited offering, but the line is actually quite slow.

Yelp
This is a pretty sad cafe. It could be so much more with just a couple of matters of detail. So let's start with the positives. Coffee is a 7/10. I had a simple latte, and the coffee taste is decent. Brioche Pastry is a 7/10. Nothing special but nothing especially wrong about it either. I'm sure they have it delivered from somewhere but that's fine. Now for the negatives. The Ham & Cheese Croissant was so sad. It has all the necessary ingredients (croissant, ham, cheese), but when they gave it to me it looked like it had gone through a panini press. It was also soggy on the outside and cold on the inside. They weren't even apologetic about. I bought 10 muffins and asked if they could put it in a box. I understand that not everyone would have a box, but she curtly replied, "No!" That's it.
google avatar

Logan N.

Yelp
I ordered a latte and it was so bad. I was so watery and the flavor was below average. It cost 8.99 for a small latte. Will not be coming back.

Yelp
Ever wanted to try food from Guy Savoy? The critically acclaimed French Chef with originally 3 Michelin stars? This is your chance at a portion of the price and without the fine dining experience. That said, the food comes from pick up only from a stall lodged near the entrance to Caesars Palace. Nice and expensive and really probably aimed at thought who are desperate for a quick bite and don't know where to find one. Taste: 4/5 Ambience: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Value for Money: 2/5 There are breakfast items here and coffee. $15 for a quiche and $15 for a croissant. They taste as they should but not at the price point they are served at.

Yelp
LOVE this place! While in Vegas and staying at Ceasars palace I went there every morning. Got coffee and their nutella muffin basically every day. Their service can be a bit slow depending on the line. And the line can get long but it tells you that they are good! I did have to ask them to make my coffee hotter as it was lukewarm but still worth checking out for sure! When in Vegas this is a perfect little coffee/pastry place for sure!
google avatar

Emily K.

Yelp
I was not that impressed with this place. I got 2 of the brioche pastries and they were just okay. They definitely must have a stick of butter in each one. They were extremely overpriced, otherwise they would have gotten 3 stars
google avatar

Richard S.

Yelp
Tried a Cinnamon Brioche on my most recent Vegas trip. It was just okay. Kind of dry and not a ton of Cinnamon flavor. Based on his reputation and several amazing meals from his flagship restaurant, I will give them another try.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
Overpriced, not very fresh nutella brioche. Not worth $9. Skip this and just get a cronut elsewhere.

Yelp
It's a quick grab-and-go breakfast, pastries, alcoholic beverages, juices, bottled water, tea, coffee, or hot chocolate shop by Guy Savoy a 3 Michelin stars chef from France. It's located inside Caesar Palace and also at Paris Las Vegas Hotel. Pastries are normally fresh and service is usually fast. There is a good selection of Sweet or Savory Pastries, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, and fruit cups. I usually use my Caesars reward points to pay for my orders. I need to visit Restaurant by Guy Savoy's 3 Michelin Star restaurant inside Caesars one of these days!! My orders: - Hot Chocolate Single Shot $7.99- 4/5 stars - Ham and Cheese Croissant $13.99- -4/5 stars - Pain Au Chocolate $6.99- 4/5 stars My Rating: 4 Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Price 3.5/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Cleanliness 4.5/5

Yelp
This was the only place in the area that I found offering quiche after I scoured the internet. Unfortunately, there wasn't a sitting area adjacent to this little coffee and pastry stand where those under 21 could eat, so we had to walk around looking for a place to enjoy our little breakfast snack. There is a patisserie that offers grab and go pastries and sandwiches where you can sit for a short while and eat, but otherwise the only other options are 21+ or restaurants on the casino floor. That being said, the quiche was fantastic. If you're looking for something you could probably walk and eat, this is going to be one of the tastiest options in the area. My travel companions enjoyed the quiche Lorraine while I enjoyed the quiche sans carne.
google avatar

Felicia R.

Yelp
Perfect little coffee spot inside Caesar's Palace. It's near the hotel entrance, which is great and super unassuming spot. I walked past 20 people in line for Starbucks, and saw this little coffee area and had a delicious broccoli quiche and iced coffee. Service was kind and fast!
google avatar

Thuc V.

Yelp
Decent iced coffee and brioche. It's very much like a Starbucks with more elevated food offerings. This location in particular is right at the entrance of the Caesars Palace main lobby. It's conveniently located for a quick grab-n-go. The booth is very small and there are no tables to sit down.
google avatar

Yelp
Received a macaron set as gift and I enjoyed eating it for week. Nothing too special though. There are a lot of local places make better dessert nowadays with more flavors (like earl grey, rose, asian flavor macaron etc), so I wouldnt buy from here if I want to eat them. It was nice gift set though, just very plain flavors and nothing so special about it.
google avatar

Yelp
Had to grab a pastry from here. They have so many yummy stuff. From a great chef to. It is a small shop right next to the entrance of Caesar's haha hella smart. I got a chocolate croissant and it did not disappoint. Yummy. Worth a look when you are here.

Yelp
I was so DISAPPOINTED! I did t want to go to Starbucks, because we'll it is Starbucks. I thought being Guy Savoy it would be a little better. We ordered a latte and a mocha. It just was tasteless coffee. Not only was the coffee was not great the flavoring was not tasteful or they didn't do a great job at mixing. The temperature was also mild, almost cold.

Yelp
Wow the worst coffee place to visit. This place is located inside Caesar Palace by their main entrance. A 12 oz hot cup of coffee is $5.99 and a cappuccino is $7.99. First of all, the barista was so rude. We were waiting near the stand to look at their drink menu and she kept rushing us if we wanted to order something or not. They were not busy at all and we were not in line. We just ordered a cappuccino since it's our go-to at any new coffee shop besides Starbucks. The cappuccino was cool, not warm or hot. It was not enjoyable. It was also stronger than we expected so we requested the barista if she can add a little more milk. She refused, claiming since we already grab our cup, they are unable to make any adjustments to our drink. This was such a bizarre and ridiculous policy we heard from any coffee stand. How can we know if our drink was to our taste if we didn't grab and drink our coffee? We then asked if she can just pour a milk in a separate cup instead and again she refused and walked away. We got frustrated and just left. Poor and rude service with terrible overpriced coffee. There are many other coffee place around the area. Starbucks is located in the food court center of Caesar Palace.

Yelp
I have not tried your restaurant yet; I look forward to that. This is one of the few breakfast choices at Caesars, but this is a take out location only. Quality/Quantity - Blueberry Brioche - okay. Nutella Brioche - okay. Vegetarian Sandwich - Good and healthy considering everything else we have been eating. Cappuccino - our usual $7 coffee. Single Cafe Americano - only $5, what a steal at this resort. Atmosphere - Quick to-go location. Service - Good. The fastest quick service breakfast in Caesars, especially for higher quality of food. This is why it earned 4 stars versus the others; see other Yelp reviews Price - $43.30. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your restaurants in Paris, France and here with all your Michelin stars. I think you have 5 restaurants total...? More importantly, thank you for your mentorship to Gordon Ramsay! I look forward to my next LV trip and trying your Restaurant Guy Savoy.
google avatar

Sherri W.

Yelp
Tucked inside Caesar's Palace is Brioche, which I've passed by several times before and never had the patience to wait in line, but this time I did & I didn't regret it. Orders: Cappuccino approx.$6 was a nice foamy brew Nutella Brioche approx.$6.99 consisted of several nice layers of pastry that didn't seem heavily weighted down by too my butter. It had a nice flaky consistency that surpassed my expectations. As far as the Nutella, I didn't detect it, but I loved that they placed a hazelnut on top. I love nuts & hazelnut is no exception. I look forward to trying their cinnamon brioche next time.
google avatar

Brett B.

Yelp
Truthfully, I don't even know who Guy Savoy is... but he does have a cool name. What I do know, is that his room temperature "brioche" pastries, at 9:25pm, can be summarized by this quip: it's as enjoyable as waiting for the Deuce bus at high noon in the hot Las Vegas sun. For $7 a pop, the cinnamon and blueberry brioche could be rivaled by ANY $.89 concha shell pastry at a panaderia of your choosing... and that's really sad. I'm disappointed in you, Guy... and I don't even know you
google avatar

David M.

Yelp
Wow I love this place. It's one of the best and quick spots at caesars palace for coffee and good pastry. Their brioche is the best. My favorite is definitely the nutella. I will have to return next time to try other pastry items. The place does get busy and can take a long time if there's a long line. I usually go around 7am when they're open or late afternoon when it's not too crowded. Make sure to room charge it to save time and also pay it later with your room credits etc...
google avatar

Allison L.

Yelp
Go here if you're looking for a quick coffee and bite - it's just a short walk from the ridiculously long line at Starbucks. I tried both the quiche Lorraine and broccoli quiche. Both were delicious, though I liked the sweetness of the onions in the quiche Lorraine. The egg part was light and fluffy and the crust was perfectly flaky. It was ridiculously hot though and I burnt my tongue lol. I was not a fan of their "brioche." As others have mentioned, it's more of a dense croissant than a true brioche. It's not a "must try" but sometimes you don't want to go all out for breakfast. It's a good, convenient option.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a great place for a continental breakfast on the go at Caesars Palace. However, service is slow, and expect Caesars prices. When I went, the line was about 10 people, It took over 20 minutes to place my order. I got an Americano with milk and sugar and a cinnamon brioche (heated). The brioche was done in a couple minutes, but it took another 5 minutes to get my coffee as the barista was overwhelmed with coffee orders. The coffee was good. Nothing spectacular, but certainly potable. The brioche was good. The cinnamon sugar made a crispy crunch on top. The inner brioche was a bit greasy, but most of it was absolutely delicious with subtle cinnamon.
google avatar

Paul I.

Yelp
The coffee is great. I tried the Nutella and cinnamon brioches. They were both good. Unfortunately for me it was hard for me to appreciate $6 brioches. They are good but I would eat one daily at home and drop $42/week. ($6 x 7 days). In my mind I was thinking "I can get 12 muffins from Costco for $8". Yes I know the Vegas strip is pricy but anyways, the coffee is great.
google avatar

Demond S.

Yelp
How can you go wrong serving coffee and espresso. I ordered a double shot. It was the perfect pick me up. I will visit again.

Al P.

Yelp
This place has the worst coffee I've ever tasted and its 8$. I had a cafe au lait and it was WHITE as completely tasteless like there was zero coffee in it. When I asked the servers about it they were super rude and told me cafe au lait is meant to be completely white. Save yourself 8 dollars!

Yelp
Brioche by Guy Savoy 3570 South Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas NV 89109 (Caesars Palace) June 25, 2022, Saturday - 8 AM breakfast 2 Adults Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 4 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Staying at the Nobu, and this was an easy pick up and return to the room. Atmosphere - A little kiosk, makes those airport one look huge. Two person team working it, any more and they would be tripping over each other. Food Drink - I had a medium mocha. The heat level was perfect for immediate drinking. Breakfast - One of the guys in front of me ordered one of each the brioches with his drinks. What a great idea, so I did the same thing. Three in total, one blueberry, a cinnamon, and a Nutella. Blueberry was very subtle, the lemon was much stronger in it. Cinnamon was my favorite of three. Service - Fast and friendly. The cashier asked I want my brioche warmed up, yes please. Future - If I am staying about the Nobu or Caesars will be back.
google avatar

Lanha T.

Yelp
A good place to grab a quick snack on the way in or out of Caesar's. Located at the entrance of the cab drop off/pick up. Definitely get the ham & cheese croissant toasted. The melted cheese on top of a generous amount of ham was perfect with the crispy flaky buttery croissant. The croissant holds up well if you are unable to eat immediately. Didn't commit to getting a brioche but will attempt next time around.
google avatar

Sophie L.

Yelp
4 stars for the broccoli cheese quiche, light flaky buttery and perfectly set! 1 star for the brioche, the Nutella brioche purchase at 9am on a sat was super stale and inedible :( nice that there was no wait and the coffee was decent but meh for the inedible brioche despite it being what they should excel at given the name!
google avatar

Paul G.

Yelp
A review strictly based on the coffee. I personally wanted to avoid Starbucks on our vacation and chose these types of coffee places that we don't have at home. This choice was a mistake. The coffee tasted watery and flavorless. I would not recommend for their coffee but can't comment on the food.
google avatar

Ava G.

Yelp
GOOD QUICK BREAKFAST IN PARIS! Paris casino has a lot of cute little quick breakfast options, I chose this one on my way out of Vegas! The line moved quickly. I got a blueberry cream cheese brioche and a coffee because it was a combo deal. The brioche was TO DIE FOR! I just wish it was heated up. The coffee was nothing special, basic hot coffee, but I still drank it. A nice option for a quick breakfast in Vegas.
google avatar

Jackie C.

Yelp
The line was very long for this spot at Caesar's. I probably wouldn't come back unless I was passing by. I got the croissant which was good, but not worth the price. I paid $8 for my croissant. Just wasn't worth the wait in my opinion. The staff was friendly here and looked like they were working very hard. The place is near the entrance to Caesar's. They have coffee and pasteries here.
google avatar

Carissa C.

Yelp
Omg yum! I've been excited to try this place since it's by Guy Savoy. I stood in line for about 20 mins, then I decided to order the "coffee and brioche combo" for $12. The chocolate hazelnut brioche was BOMB. It was like an upgraded version of a cinnamon roll, it was super flaky, and the chocolate hazelnut was mixed in every single layer. Also pretty cool that the coffee included in the combo was a large size. I was able to get almond milk as well.
google avatar

Haley K.

Yelp
It was one of those days where a quick breakfast was needed. One of the Starbucks was closed, so basically the line here & the other Starbucks was crazy. Had to make a choice & since we can get Starbucks, we chose here. Figured I should probably get the brioche since it was part of the shop name. By the time it was our turn, there just the chocolate hazelnut & cinnamon left, went with the cinnamon as the hazelnut was frosted & it looked like it was gonna be sweet. I've had brioche buns & french toast before, but I still didn't really know what to expect. It wasn't too sweet which was nice, but it was a bit dry. I mean, I know they're not like cinnamon rolls or anything, but I wasn't expecting that. To me, it really wasn't anything special & for $5. I mean I get it hotel prices, but I think I'll pass on this one next time.
google avatar

Charlie T.

Yelp
A small stand located inside of the Paris Casino. The coffee was a bit blend and the pastry didn't seem to be fresh, but a bit dry.
google avatar

Vanessa D.

Yelp
It's right by the main entrance by mobile hotel as well off to the right! It was good, just took a little long. Didn't try the coffee just the pastries and we took some home! The Nutella brioche was good just wish it had more of the filling
google avatar

Shani H.

Yelp
Came here daily for coffee while staying at Caesar's Palace. This coffee is just ok. Not particularly strong but good enough. If you are a strong coffee drinker then I recommend getting an espresso.
google avatar

Kate S.

Yelp
Perfect stop for a quick coffee and pastry! I'm not sure how this spot is typically staffed, but during Covid operations there was only one lady running both the register and expediting food/beverages. The chocolate croissant and breakfast cereal (fruit loops) brioche were tasty and pumped me full of sugar to do some damage at the nearby Forum Shops. Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Angela C.

Yelp
Stumbled by as we were walking through Caesar's and thought "I wonder if that place has as good of croissants as in Paris." So decided we should try it out. Lines were never super long and it was quick to order. I'd been to Guy Savoys restaurant and figured this place ought to be good if the restaurant was amazing. Upon checking in on yelp you receive a free croissant with the purchase of a coffee drink. Sweet! We also ordered the Nutella brioche. Everything looked delicious though. It was all to die for yum! Croissant was just as good as in Paris and I'm crazy for those Nutella brioche things, so chocolate and flaky. I almost drove all the way to the strip to buy more the next day, they were that good. We stopped in again now that the casinos are opened again. Same AMAZINGLY fresh and tasty pastries. This place is always a must if you're in the area and if you're not in the area, go out of your way to go there anyway!
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
Good strong coffee for small latte 6.49 compared to other coffee shops in Paris Casino. I would have liked to try the chocolate croissant but they ran out when I came. No indoor seating but service is great with a consistently long line to try the delicious pastries . Well try again tomorrow for some yummy croissants
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
The Americano was piping hot. It's a full service coffee bar where they will add your sugar and cream, if you require it. I required 1 package of splenda and that's exactly what they gave me. Early in the morning, it might be just 1 person working behind the booth. So, you'll need to be patient. The lines does get long but it's bearable. Nice friendly service.
google avatar

Nathaniel P.

Yelp
TLDR: when you're drunk on the strip and you want a quick snack, a brioche really hits. It was more like a laminated dough like a croissant or a morning bun from Starbucks, but good nonetheless!
google avatar

Katherine F.

Yelp
On a quick break from work- but had to post a quickie review- takeaway?.??TREAT YO'SELF!!! Totally scarfed these snacks but Ill DEF go back and take pics! Had the plain croissant and one of the muffin-y things with cinnamon sugar on top and WOW. Like... flaky layers doesnt come close to how well done these are!! So delicate, so sooo buttery, still crispy- SO HELLA GOOD!! Everything at the casino is expensive - these??! You get what you pay for!!!
google avatar

Zara K.

Yelp
This is such a cute little shop that you can just stop by quickly, while running around the casino! They have different types of brioches as well as croissants, not to mention coffee! If you check in on yelp, you can get a free croissant! I grabbed a Nutella and Pumpkin Brioche for the road and it was amazing! It just melts in your mouth! Definitely stop by here next time you're walking through Caesar's Palace! You won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Yelp
Okay first of all the place kinda hard to find. If you want to come go to Caesar palace casino and go inside. The location pretty small tho I get it it's to go place just for quick coffee or pastries run! The customer service was good and too bag when I was there the ham and cheese croissant they run out of it. I get the quiche instead and it was splendid. I totally love the quiche worth the price! The chocolate croissant in the other hand, it taste meh. Not so much chocolate inside and you can get it at Starbucks. I don't really enjoy the croissant. The baguette also delicious. It's small and pricey. Just get the quiche for my recommendation. For the coffee, it's really strong and I don't mind since I like my coffee taste little bit strong rather than so sweet.
google avatar

Florence A.

Yelp
Coffee anywhere before noon in Vegas won't come without a long line! We probably waited about 30 minutes. I thought the workers were going as fast as they could. It's a little stall, and 3 people were crammed in there trying to get the orders out. Our coffee was good but nothing special. We tried the Nutella Brioche and Cinnamon Brioche, both warmed, and they were super yummy.

Yelp
Review from July, 2020: This was the one place I wanted to visit that was outside of my hotel. I even made the effort to walk over on the morning I was leaving and I'm glad I did, considering how deserted it was. While passing in front of the Bellagio fountain, I didn't run into more than 5-6 people, which is extremely rare in these parts. Even though it was on a Thursday, it's still Las Vegas in the summer so this is still surreal and hard to get used to. Passing through the main valet entrance at Caesar's, Brioche is directly to your right side. There were about 4 people in line standing at a good distance which gave me a chance to scan the display to see what they had. There was a menu posted but it was a little further away. I had my heart set on the peanut butter and jelly brioche variety, but when I made my way to the front, I was informed they don't do that one anymore. UPDATE YOUR ONLINE MENU!! Instead, I went with the cookies and cream version, and requested it to be heated when asked for this option. I notice they also had a chocolate hazelnut, and one that looked to have cereal on top, maybe fruity pebbles? Needless to say, I don't think any variety currently on their website menu is available anymore. The Brioche are now priced at $5.99. This was okay. Shaped like a distorted muffin, I've always favored this bread for my sandwich/burger bun. I guess that is my way of saving I prefer it that way instead of the sweet version. I'm glad I tried it, but I wouldn't go out of my way again for this. Ladies working this morning were super-nice, and once I placed my order, I was in and out quickly.
google avatar

Julie R.

Yelp
Tucked behind the Caesar casino closest to the entrance, Brioche is a welcome break from the big-name coffee shop on the other side of the lobby. This small cafe offers several different brioche every morning, some changing between days so of course we tried a bunch. We tried the cinnamon sugar brioche, the fried fruit almond brioche and the chocolate hazelnut brioche. They had a crispy exterior with flavor ribboned in every layer, each with a rich buttery taste and the added flavors evenly distributed throughout. The only downsides of Brioche is that it's so small there are typically only two people staffing it. And, there were are no options beyond coffee and espresso drinks (aside from cocoa and chai)- no iced teas or blended drinks.

Yelp
Incredibly slow and inefficient. I waited over 40 min and I was 3rd in line when I walked up. It was really frustrating when things are moving so painfully slow and then they kept stopping to restock the drink cooler. I wanted to say "hey, forget about this and go help your teammates!" But of course I didn't. Where was the manager? Nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Starbucks. They're busy but they can handle customers efficiently. In other words, you'll waste tons of time waiting to get a cup of coffee at this place. I'm not sure who Guy Savoy is, but he should rethink putting his name on this coffee shop unless he wants his name associated with terribly inefficient service.
