Very disappointed. The price increase wasn’t updated on their menu—no big deal. However, the cold sandwich I purchased came out of a cooler instead of being made fresh, so I don’t know exactly when it was prepared—was it earlier today or two days ago? The provolone cheese was definitely expired, as the taste was terrible—sour and unpleasant. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly, which I always appreciate.

Terrible service, terrible tea and very overpriced! As soon I walked up and ordered a hot tea, the girl working there rolled her eyes. Then she handed me a cup half filled with hot water and said pick a tea bag and I had to make the tea myself. I asked her where the milk is and she told me in the rudest tone that they only have coffee creamer! Like no milk or normal cream! Why even have hot tea in your menu if you’re not gonna have the proper ingredients for it! And I was definitely overcharged for this small tea which cost $5 when I literally had to make it myself with a tea bag that should be max $2.

Johan is phenomenal, he was so kind and personable. Very helpful as well, hiring more people like him would likely improve reviews. He should be a customer experience trainer

Working at the airport early in the morning must be a tough job, but that's no reason to speak to customers from a place of hostility. While patiently waiting for a new coffee cup because mine was dripping through the bottom, the employee who was breaking down boxes away from the counter rudely said, "Are you going to order or what." Sure I was handed a new cup, but it was accompanied by an eye roll and no other words spoken. Idk. $17 for a coffee and breakfast sandwich and I don't think I did anything that warranted that.

I was sitting across from the place and decided to google them and see what they offer. Chocolate croissants are right up my alley, so I sent the hubby to go get 2 of them. My husband is literally the nicest person in the world and also the most passive 😅 he came back with a sour look on his face and when I asked what happened, he told me the cashier was incredibly rude and impatient. I’m literally sitting across from the place and was watching and thought I had seen her give him an annoyed look, but was hoping I misread it. Nope. It’s sad that this place has more negative reviews than positive and nothing has changed within the 2 years they’ve been getting reviews. Says a lot about the type of owner, more so than the employees.

I see alott of bad reviews here. I feel like some days are bad some days are good . May be the days these people went there it was actually bad experiences for them. But if i talk about me , my experience was good with them. Worker was nice and food was good

I see why they have only 3 stars. I hope that with my review they may go down to one star. I JUST walked out of this terrible customer service store. I am a flight attendant. I just wanted a sandwich. The lady in charge had a horrible attitude. It was 11:51am. She said that they are serving only breakfast until noon. I said: “All right! I’ll be back in 9 min”. I came back and she said that she didn’t even had the “turkey”. She said that she only had breakfast sandwiches. I didn’t want breakfast sandwiches. I wanted lunch sandwiches. And if she is not capable enough to have her inventory ready in time for sale, is on her. However, she was mean, HORRIBLE attitude. I hope the owner reads this review, because these kind of bad customer service will take the business to a bankruptcy. I will NEVER buy from here. I do NOT recommend you even walk in here, unless if you wish to be treated very bad.

The food tastes alright if you were fed tree bark for your entire life. The service was abhorrent; the old hag spat a whole globule into my sandwich when she thought I wasn't looking. Terrible food, made by terrible people. Stay away from here!

Yelp
Stopped in before our early flight, service was quick and efficient. The guy working the counter was friendly and helpful, he told us which breakfast meat he thought was the best. You can get croissant breakfast sandwiches with egg, cheddar and choice of meat (or no meat). There was also chocolate croissant, muffins and reg croissants. Plus the cold case had yogurt parfaits, drinks, among other things. The sandwiches were warmed up for us, and were pretty tasty. We also ordered a chocolate croissant, which was freshly baked and still warm. We came on 6/22/24, the guy working was great, I hope he gets some recognition. I wish we saved our receipt in case his name was on it. We got in and out and didn't have to wait in Starbuck's line.

Yelp
You're bleary-eyed from your flight and want something hot and greasy. Brioche Doree welcomes you. The service was fast and efficient, but most importantly, the food is greasy and hits the spot just right. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and turkey bistro-Honestly, these are your standard pre-assembled, mass factory produced sandwiches, but the benefit is that they're completely standardized and know what you're going to get every single time. The breads are remarkably good as sopping up the grease for a delicious bite.

Yelp
Don't bother trying to get a sandwich to go to eat on your flight departing in the AM. The girl behind the counter was very impolite and unhelpful. She acted as if ordering a sandwich before noon was some sort of crime.

Yelp
Have been seeing this group of food vendors inside several airline terminals. Just got a croissant sandwich here and is actually pretty good. I might try again.

Yelp
The big girl behind the counter was quick to tell us that the 4 chocolate croissants half buried under parchment paper in the display case were "display only" so we f*cked right off out the door. Clearly she wanted them for herself.

Yelp
When it's 5:23am and you are one of the few open places in the entire concourse and you have a line at least 12 deep, you would expect some speed and intensity from the cashiers, right? Especially with a manager who is content to simply watch their languor from the back? No. Pitifully slow service with no love and no personal pride. Thankfully I lined up early enough to make it back to my gate to board on time. Don't know how the others behind me fared.
