Bristol Farms Makes the Best Erewhon Smoothie Dupes | Eater LA

"Across multiple visits, the juice counter here proved a fast, friendly stop with helpful staff and no on-screen tip prompt, serving six smoothies that are almost as satisfying as Erewhon’s but less intense and sweet and roughly half the price (16 ounces at $9; a 32-ounce large at $13). The BFF blends strawberries and blueberries into a jammier, fruit-forward sip that avoids coconut-cream overload and stays actually smooth from the first sip, unlike Erewhon’s milkshake-thick blends; if that Hailey Bieber Strawberry Glaze is Glinda, this one’s Elphaba. Coastal Sunset mixes strawberries, papaya, orange juice, and coconut water with blue-algae sea-foam cream for a papaya-heavy, very pretty drink streaked dark orange with blue lines, reminiscent of Jamba’s Caribbean Passion. The Glow stars mango, papaya, and pineapple with a strawberry-lime collagen puree; it’s less focused but still worth ordering, especially next to Erewhon’s $19 Malibu Mango. Pink & Black piles on coconut (cream, milk, water, and probiotic yogurt) with pineapple and relatively neutral dragonfruit that keeps the sweetness from turning cloying. Natural Beauty is the very-green option—spinach and kale with papaya, pineapple, and mint over coconut water, finished with a bottom layer of coconut cream infused with lion’s mane, L-theanine, and alpha GPC—and it works because the fruit and mint keep the veggies in check. Overall, the ingredients are excellent and the value compelling, even if nothing here is meant to blow anyone away." - Matthew Kang

Google
Love Bristol Farms. Great place to get groceries and grab and go foods Got these amazing salads. Have been here many times. Highly recommend it.

Neo V.

Google
It is so impressive how beautiful and organized this store ,, I always encourage all my friends and family to only buy on Bristol stores. It’s just clean , the color on the fruits an vegetables it’s always above an beyond and if you see anything that might be expired just grab any of the staff working and they would take care of immediately.. There is a new feature called ( SCAN & PAY ) Skip the line Checkout on your phone. This is genius…. Absolutely genius… now this is officially the only store I will shop. I left the picture of the scan a shop so you can also get the $30 off ( $5 off your first 6 purchases) $10 min purchase per order. Valid through 11/30/23 alcohol excluded terms supply. enjoy peeps.

Google
Best cookies. Moist, flavorful, great quality ingredients. I bought 6 last time and received a free one. Well worth the trip.

Google
Kyle is extremely helpful. I don't know of any employee that really likes there job but he is a beautiful person which I hope will be there when I come back and need more help with my dinner plans. Good job Bristol!

Google
This is labeled as ‘pasta,’ but it’s unrecognizable and unappetizing. Who is this even for? The hot bar’s quality is shockingly poor ingredients look stale, textures are off, and nothing seems fresh. It’s disappointing to see such low standards. I won’t be returning

Maine C.

Google
1star: Based solely on pistachio cookies: look beautiful but don't taste great, they are covered with white chocolate mixed with green food dye. Would probably taste a lot better if it was dark chocolate since white chocolate just leaves an aftertaste. Don't recommend. 5 stars: This review is for the Holiday Experience meal this Thanksgiving we did not have time to prep our own meal and found Bristol Farms meal experience to be an excellent experience. Everything was tasty, turkey was great. Mashpotatoes were amazing. Snickerdoodle delight is fantastic.

Google
Bristol Farms in Manhattan Beach, CA has a black male, heavyset security guard who seemed to follow me around the store as I was shopping. It's very startling as I did not do anything illegal or alarming. When I entered the store tonight, the guard was standing inside by the front door. Then I saw the guard near the yogurt section as I selected a small yogurt to buy. Then I saw the guard near the self-checkout cash registers as I was purchasing my items. Then I saw the guard near the front door again as I was leaving. WHAT THE HELL? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING SUSPICIOUS OR ALARMING THAT WOULD CAUSE THE GUARD TO TRACK MY EVERY MOVE! DISGUSTING!

Bernadette M.

Google
Ugh. Usually a great experience but tonight - not so much. Grouchy deli guy who complained about having to slice deli meat, even though I was there before the 9:00 closing time. When the manager told him he needed to slice the meat anyway, he slammed the meat around and non verbally made his displeasure known. Ugh. Won’t be back soon. Think I’ll go to Gelsons from now on. Much friendlier there.

Martin E.

Yelp
Service is top notch. Clean and easy to navigate. kudos to management and their staff.

Yelp
Best store ever! Always has everything I need. Best meat, cheese, wine, beer and spirits in the game!

Yelp
This review is strictly for the Meat Department. I love going to check in on my Manhattan Beach Bristol Farms Meat Department. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in my years shopping at this location. Im happy Daniel is the Manager there again as he was always focused on quality and service. The whole team always makes me feel special when I shop at this Meat/Seafood department.

Yelp
If You Know, You Know -- Stay Away !!! There's a quiet hostility at this Bristol Farms location in El Segundo -- and if you're a melanated person, you'll feel it the moment you walk in. The coldness from some of the employees isn't just bad customer service -- it's personal. You can sense the contempt, the passive aggression, and in some moments, the outright provocation. It's not imagined. It's not subtle. It's racial tension disguised as "indifference." It's very clear some of these workers are projecting their own oppression onto Black customers -- and it creates an unsafe, unwelcoming environment that no one should have to endure just to buy groceries. I've never had this experience at any other Bristol Farms -- only this one. And it speaks volumes. So here's your warning: if you feel that energy from an employee here - don't ignore it. Trust it and document + report it to corporate. Take your money to Erewhon or WholeFoods Market or any other Market that trains staff to treat everyone with basic human decency -- not to lash out at customers based on skin tone. We see it. We feel it. And we deserve better.

Yelp
Bristol farms feels like it's on par to be an Erewhon with their prices. They were selling a brick of Dubai chocolate for $32.99! A single mango was $6.99! Our checkout person was a fun quick talk to have. The place is clean and looks like they have really tasty ingredients.

Yelp
I'm currently on a spiritual quest to find the best grocery store rotisserie chicken in the world, which I have dubbed "Chicken Wars." Next up is Bristol Farms in Manhattan Beach, and a whole tissi ran $13.49. A TICKET for a bird, but It ended up landing at 8.8/10 which currently ranks it 10th out of 59 grocery store chickens I've currently tried. For a full list of the rankings, head over to johnnynovo.com. LOVE YALL! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

Yelp
I know...it's expensive but I buy most of my protein here (meat, chicken). It's quality stuff. I will occasionally buy fish or shrimp here. (I don't get my seafood here too often because I have a fish monger from Nor Cal that drives to a farmer's market each weekend that I am willing to drive to.) I do also like the customer service from the guys in the "protein" area to the sandwich people and the cashiers. Folks are pretty darn nice!!
google avatar

Nijole T.

Yelp
Beautiful store, well stocked, and everything is fresh and beautifully presented. The prices are high, but if you're looking for quality items or special meal, this is your place. I am obsessed with their cookie, we always stop in for the buy six get one free in both their original and peanut butter flavor. Ideal party gift, the staff is also very friendly and helpful and there's plenty of easy parking.

Yelp
This guy Dennis deserves to be recognized as a great customer service in this market. Been here for a long time that I can remember. Always helpful, positive, happy on what he does at work, and classy. I just wish this company had more employees like him not like the other kid ( Chris ) down the aisle I said " Good Morning too and didn't say anything or looked at me "! Thank you Dennis!

Yelp
I browsed Bristol Farms in Manhattan Beach today. I liked what goods I saw for sale. I also like that they prepare food, drinks, and desserts on-site and have food bars. I thought many things for sell were pricey, but like that they carry a wide selection of items in general.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been coming here more lately after stopping by Nothing Bundt Cakes a few stores away. Today I picked up a slice of tres leches cake, spinach artichoke dip, and a signature milk chocolate chip cookie. I've always liked Bristol Farms. They offer a fabulous selection of enticing and attractive foods and groceries. The store is always neat and clean and the customer service is good.

Yelp
Not only does Bristol Farms have one of the better tasting and freshest meats for a grocery store, but did you also know that they have one of the better tasting poke bars too? Being from Hawaii, I've tried a lot of poke bars trying to find poke that is similar to what I get in Hawaii, and Bristol Farms has always been a favorite. Not only is their fish really fresh, but also very flavorful. My favorite so far has been their salmon poke. Im always taking home a jar every time I make a stop to get their steaks. I also love the way their grocery store is later out. Everything is always laid out so neatly, and never had an issue (yet) of having expired foods on the shelves. Everything is always fresh and of great quality.

Yelp
Who doesn't love Bristol Farms?? The bakery is out of this world delicious. The fresh sushi station is great! Only 1 thing i don't like, it's the carrot cake. I ordered for a birthday and the taste was too sweet and not what i was expecting.

Yelp
Gourmet grocer with pristine produce, delectable desserts, and exceptional everyday essentials! Bristol Farms is located in the Manhattan Marketplace along Rosecrans. Parking is decent, I didn't have issues finding a nearby spot on a Saturday afternoon. My memory is not good, but I think this was the general layout: Left side: Flowers, bakery, fruits/vegetables, poke bar, salad bar, sushi, deli, cheeses, other hot foods Back: Meat, seafood, eggs, dairy Middle aisles: Supplements, frozen foods, snacks, pet food, pantry items, health/beauty products, household supplies, etc. etc. etc. Right side: Wine, spirits, beverages, and more that I am forgetting Front: Self checkout, registers, juice/coffee bar Didn't spend too much time because I wasn't here for groceries, I was looking for a quick bite. Took a glance at their drink selection, no Keto Cloud smoothie to be found again! Ended up choosing a bottle of their fresh watermelon juice, which quenched my thirst but wasn't anything special. I also scooped myself a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It was pretty hearty and not too salty. Best purchase of the day was the white chocolate macadamia cookie, with its slightly crisp along the edges and chewy center. Pricey of course. But I still go because they offer high quality meals without the hassle of cooking! Will get the poke bowl next!

Yelp
I needed 10+ lbs of fruit salad and a bunch of cupcakes for a kids birthday party. Called the store directly and spoke with Tracey in the catering dept. She was awesome- I could tell that the order was going to be done well just by talking to her. Bristol Farms catering for little kid parties worked out perfectly. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

Yelp
The ambiance of this location blows my mind! So pretty inside and so many good customers! I see so much food selection at the buffet area! I also see a new way to pay!

Yelp
I updated my review because the staff at Bristol farm was so kind to replace the wrong food. They even gave me a complimentary smoothie which I thought was so kind!

Yelp
Just purchased and consumed the prepackage chocolate chip cookies , after eating them my throat started burning and I felt nauseous and my stomach got swollen After this bad experience I was reading the ingredients and it says the cookies are made with genetically modified organisms and GMO soy oil, which has caused me extreme discomfort.. Why is Bristol farms allowed to sell this garbage and high prices, to the unsuspecting Public. Are you guys trying to destroy your product line I'm never shopping there again!
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
i love coming here they have beautiful bakery items! i usually stop in to purchase their cookies! they run $3.75/each but the promo is buy 6 & get 1 free i love the milk chocolate one this visit, i also purchased mini cheesecake bites, they were okay, i think ill stick to the cookies! half the time there is someone there to assist the other half of the time, you have to get someone to get paged over but then again, i also find myself going in the evening .. these cookies tho are worth the wait and taste sooo delicious when they are warm! the store is always so clean and stocked check out is easy! parking: located in manhattan marketplace, tons of parking

Harley D.

Yelp
The premade small sushi rolls from the cold deli area tasted horrible. The rice was very dried like it has been cooked days ago with very little tasteless tuna, inedible even with the enclosed wasabi and ginger. In addition the taller young male with black hair standing at the self check out to assist customers was very cold, snappy and very rude. Will never put up with such BS. Nearby Lazy Acres is much more helpful and welcoming
google avatar

Tim S.

Yelp
This review is only for the cookie. This was my last stop on my "Best Chocolate Chip Cookie in LA" tour. I purchased 4 Originals. They are $3.75 each. First of all, these cookies are MASSIVE. I didn't weigh them, but they were definitely the heaviest and largest of the 3 places I went to this weekend. They were still warm, broke apart easily and were super gooey inside. A damn fine cookie! Taste and price factored in, these were probably my favorite of the 3 places I went to. Will definitely come back here just for more cookies. Bomb!

Yelp
The first night we were in Los Angeles. I went here because it was close to Westdrift Manhattan Beach hotel. I noticed this supermarket in China. The first time I went here was September 5. I was eager to purchase some organic products, fruit, and juice. I and my wife came again next early morning due to jet lag. Still, we purchased some shrimP California rolls, Kiwi, blackBerry, local cucumber, grape tomatoes, sliced mango, organic grape, cherry tomatoes, beef jerky, yellow nectarine, and organic banana. The cashier Jenny even helped us to pack. What a decent and well organized supermarket, showing good American agricultural products.
google avatar

Kimberly S.

Yelp
If you don't fit the Manhattan Beach soccer, mom, stereotype, be prepared to be followed around by employees and store security. I will say that the sushi is made fresh in store throughout the day and they do make a very good deli sandwich. Unfortunately, they lack in customer service and management has not made a good impression on me. The few times I've sought out management to make them aware of the restroom, needing cleaning or some other concern, the attitude from management was just to make up an excuse of how busy their employees are on other tasks.

Yelp
I was a very big fan, going to Bristol for certain meats, and speciality foods. This review is about the deli; once again bad news. I went to the meat Deli to get my Tri-tip sandwich. I have had a very bad experience with a female worker who wore glasses; She is short, I believe maybe hispanic. This is the 2nd time I have had an encounter with her service. I requested a Tri-tip sandwich. I asked for the bread to be toasted. She replied in a sarcastic manner, "It comes like that". She didn't take time making the sandwich. After she was done, she literally dropped off the sandwich as she was still walking! She mumbled something, thank you blah blah blah. I WAS APPALLED! She "dropped" off my order on the counter and NEVER broke stride, no eye contact given. Totally unacceptable. Unwrapping the sandwich when I arrived home, it fell apart. The previous time was when I had my first encounter with her. I immediately spoke with the manager on duty (male). He informed me that they have had complaints regarding this lady. Apparently nothing has changed. I would say at most of the workers behind the deli counter have: a) No customer service skills b) Do NOT greet the customer c) Not pleasant d) Do not prepare the food/meal in a adequate manner There are only 2 workers who now only I trust to prepare my meals. If I don't see them working, I leave. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. It seems like it's a real issue getting "good" service from this location(In the Deli). The workers in the Deli roll their eyes when they see me coming. If it wasn't for the two who are excellent every time I order, I would take my business where it is appreciated.

Chayanne M.

Yelp
I visited your store at 9:32 AM and attempted to order a 2020 and a BFF from the Juice Bar. However, the employee informed me--without any apology--that they were out of oranges, açaí, and ginger, and therefore unable to make either drink. It is extremely disappointing that essential ingredients for popular menu items were unavailable so early in the morning. This reflects poor planning and inventory management, which compromises the customer experience. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure better service and availability in the future.
google avatar

Robert G.

Yelp
Stopped by BF here after a recent Yelp Elite Experience at the nearby pizza place next-door. Little did I know what an experience awaited me at this Bristol Farms. The workers here were all so friendly and helpful, too many to name indeed. However, a few stood out and went above and beyond to make my experience at this particular BF outstanding. Realizing that my cell had died, I asked a gentleman named Ralph in the seafood area if he knew of anyone in the store who would happen to have an android charger on him-and he did.... his name was Ralph! lol Ralph charged my cell up to almost 20% while I shopped and had it ready to rock and roll upon my exit of the store. Super kind and super nice indeed. Bryan in Wine and Liquor was another gent who knew his business in and out but was also kind enough to share more than one story about his customers that he has come to love and know over his time here. After picking up a few items I was on my out, but not before being overly impressed with the sheer magnitude of kindness and genuine personalities on display that this Bristol Farms store in Manhattan Beach.

Michael M.

Yelp
This is one of my go to grocery stores when visiting MB Area. Great selection and absolutely love their meat/seafood department
google avatar

Hulnara V.

Yelp
You have never reached out after writing this generic answer. Every single Tuesday for the past two years at 12 pm after the gym next door I have been coming to your store and paying $29 for Poké bowl, and I clearly know how it should taste, that seaweed salad was rotten. The only way you would understand it is if you tasted what I had to purchase purchased and had to trash. And that is why I have not come today after gym, nor will I ever do so. Shame on you for lying.
google avatar

N P.

Yelp
5 stars for the nice guy at the meat section. 0 stars for cashiers and those individuals who always watch people at the self checkout like thievery is a common occurrence. Makes me so uncomfortable. I do self checkout all the time and at other stores too, but seriously no one ever watches you the way they do here. It is creepy. I mean find you a bf or gf who looks at you the way they do. They don't even do it in a "I'm here to help you and provide customer service " way. It is more like a "I am counting every item you scan and wanna see you scan your card and I won't look away until I see you have taken your receipt and left and have not snuck any item on the way out." Shows you how overpriced and expensive their items are. Overpriced, but I am here for the food bar for now. At the end of the day it looks pretty gross, but if you get it fresh it is good.
google avatar

Kathy W.

Yelp
Ok, so they are pricey. However, I'm likely the hot bar's best customer. I always get the orange chicken (the BEST), mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey breast and a vegetable. The restaurant was torn out, replaced by tables to eat your salad bar or hot bar meal. (No great loss there, it was dreadful.)
google avatar

Joanne S.

Yelp
Merchandising was great. The store is very clean an organized. I especially loved the bakery!
google avatar

Steve O.

Yelp
I only wish I could give you a zero. You advertise an incredible deal on Amazon but then I needed to add something to get the free shipping. I wait until the order is in its way to find out you don't even have the item You actually wanted to sell me something I didn't even need. By this time it's too late to cancel my order. Plus you try to add a $5 tip for NOT sending me what I wanted. Aren't you supposed to be a legitimate business??? You're no better than the other scam artists on the web. You should be out of business rather than the 99 cent store.

Andrea B.

Yelp
I ordered beef Wellington's, beef teriyaki skewers and spanakopitas. The food was terrible. the Wellingtons had so little meat I couldn't taste it. it was really bad I don't understand it is supposed to be made with filet mignon? The skewers were tough and tasted old. The spanakopitas were good. I think these might have been made. Couple days before, very disappointed I was really looking forward to my order. Don't waste your money!!! I had update the review I did go to see the store director and he refunded me for the two items. He was very nice about the refund. Thank you, BF for standing behind your products.

Yelp
This place is amazing. I havent been to a bristol farms in years and my friend hadn't really explored one before so we took a little trip to this one. Let's just say i'm glad we ate lunch beforehand! As it was i spent quite a bit but didnt get a lot (i mean, duh) except for the best frozen biscuits ever!! I need to come back and buy a few more boxes for sure. Its clean, its fancy, it's well laid out and has a ton of unique products. My friend had to drag me away from both meat and poke counters. We had a nice time checking out the fun products and looking at candles and handsoap. I love it here!
google avatar

Nina P.

Yelp
Comparable to sprouts with whole food prices. Hot table had good eats and I had a yummy and unique scone. Bacon maple. $50 on a pastry, a salad, blackberries, a slice of tri tip, 1lb of prawns and a spoonful of spaghetti.
google avatar

A. Z.

Yelp
Amazing selection of eclectic as well as every day goods. Most of the staff is good but the old guy running the fish section is so rude. Literally threw the fish at me. I asked for a simple cut of the fish and he was very condescending and rude in his refusal to do so. Please train some of the staff better.

M S.

Yelp
They have GREAT brisket and deli meats. Their steaks are expensive BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT. Great wine selection.

Gregg B.

Yelp
Great fresh food items but the new scan and pay checkout overcharged me for avocados. Marked as 2 for $4 but charged as $3.49 each. Seemed ok at check out but I had already left the store and drove away by the time I saw the receipt pop up on my phone. Peeved but hardly worth the drive back in 5:30 pm traffic for $3. Oh well, so much for automation.

Ron G.

Yelp
We went to Bristol Farms tonight to grab some ice cream. Once we walked in the door, we realized the staff was shorthanded, and there was only one checker and a line of 10 people. It took us about 10 minutes to get our ice cream and when we took it to the front, the line was now 12 to 13 people long and we would've had to wait a significant amount of time just to pay for our goods since they were still down to one checker. A store of this level of quality should at least have enough staff to cover the customers such that the lines are minimal. It literally felt like nobody even cared that customers had to wait a significant amount of time to pay. needless to say we put our ice cream back and left the store. We won't be back..

Bill C.

Yelp
I agree with the one star review. This is in my experience an absolutely most terribly managed store in the chain. They put new people behind the deli counter who have no idea how to use the slicer or the scale. They just recently increase the price of the meats and salads about $4 a pound and somehow cannot find anyone component enough to change the price in the meat case. So it becomes a whole big deal when you are just trying to buy lunchmeat and salad and nothing matches. And when you check out and ask for a manager to be sure the price is correct, he gives you a bunch of attitude. Horrible customer service at this location. So I went out of my way to go to RPV store. All prices marked properly. Employee behind the counter followed my request for thicker slices perfectly no confusion. If you can avoid the Manhattan Beach location and do yourself a favor and make the drive to RPV.

Yelp
I love Bristol Farms. It was the very first store that I shopped in when I moved away from home some 30+ years ago and it is always an experience. Amazing fruits and vegetables from all over the world that you can taste and try the Butcher and the Fishmonger are amazing. If they don't have something, they will order it for you. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The store is always clean, you can feel the chill vibe throughout the store. I guess that's why I've been coming here for almost 40 years.
google avatar

Fernando B.

Yelp
5 stars to the chef Adrian. I stopped him to tell him he puts Lazy Acres food to go to shame. He was very passionate about food and keeps a close watch on the food that is put out daily. Also a while ago, the internet went down to which the cashiers couldn't function. It was a mess. There was one manager that stood out from the rest (Sergio I believe I will confirm). He remained calmed, did some trouble shooting and delivered customer service even with 20 plus customers upset. One manager (Jon/John) does need some work. Scolding the cashier over a receipt wasn't cool. "You are better than that" he says loudly. HR would certainly tell this man to sit his associate aside for a progressive coaching over a receipt.

Nisha B.

Yelp
Very rude cashier immediately put a closed sign up as I attempted to put my items on the counter. The light was on as he had just finished ringing up another customer (who did not look like me, of course). I made my way to the self checkout and as I looked back, the lane that just closed was immediately reopened. Totally expected in manhattan beach, but definitely not that blatant. First and last time at this place. The lack of customers should be a clear indication that they're doing something wrong.
google avatar

Jon C.

Yelp
Unsurprisingly, I attempted to use my buy one get one free coupon for tri-tip on three separate occasions this week at Bristol Farms on Rosecrans and was told, by the meat department, that not only were they out of tri-tip, but they had no idea when it would be in and "try again tomorrow, buddy." The guys behind the counter acted like it was some kind of joke, as a line of six other customers stood there, wondering the same thing? . Fun time! Luckily, we in South Bay, now have Lazy acres, Whole Foods, Gelson's and Ralph's in our lovely city which I will now regularly patronize.

Dana B.

Yelp
The açaí bowls are AMAZING at this location. Julian and Sheyla are so nice. Everytime I come in I feel special. I won't go anyplace else!
google avatar

Rose B.

Yelp
I went here for the first time in years!! They have Soo many different and interesting items that its hard to make a quick trip into this store. They have lots of food stations to pick from when your in the mood for some quick and easy food! The Poke bar had lots of variety and it even had shrimp!! The other station that stood out to me was the ramen station which was my favorite as they had lots of variety of soups for a reasonable price. The staff here are very Helpful and go out of their way to help you. If you have never been here CHECK THEM OUT!
google avatar

Sam M.

Yelp
I blame no one else than the management. What the heck happened to the great customer service and morale at this place? Unhappy employees, bad attitude, and meat department is no longer what it was, unless you get there at the right time and deal with the pros, the guys that made that place. Came in today for a few steaks, asked for the rib eye to be sliced in half since they are too thick for me. New guy used the wrong knives, struggled it, then moved on to a sharper knife, which caused the steak to be uneven and the thinner one falling apart. Stew meat, the bag and paper stunk like fish. I did not buy fish. it is frustrating, a waste of time to have to not get back there and show them the meat and have them smell the bag. Why in the hell would my beef smell like fish? I can only think of someone that failed to changed out gloves, or clean a knife. The only good thing about this place is the deli, where there is still one employee that cares about the customer and is a perfectionist abut the deli slicing, other than that, this place has gone to the tubes.
google avatar

Jess S.

Yelp
Mind-boggling how bad the customer service is at BF. Allllllll of the Bristol Farms, mind you. And yes, I've been to every single one. Manager (who hates her job): "Yes, do you loathe and despise all walks of life?" Prospective employee: "Absolutely!" Manager: "You're hired!"

Yelp
The juice / coffee bar is horrible. They are so unprofessional, slow, and forgot about my drink (I ordered before I even shopped / checked out. I saw bugs crawling around the station (see attached) and just threw away my coffee on the way out because I was so disgusted. Hire new people ASAP.
