The hotel staff are top notch professionals on what they do. That is the best part of our stay. Our 2 beds room hotel is tight for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). It is a full beds not queen yet the square footage of the room is still tight. Our room was clean. The pool is tiny squeezed in between their 2 towers. I would guess that this hotel is geared more towards business travelers rather than families. I would stay here for business travel but would stay on the other 5 star hotel a few blocks away for family travel.

The Bristol is about 25 minutes from Tocumen Airport so it’s a fairly quick drive to take advantage of its comfortable amenities. The staff treated us like royalty and made our stay before and after our vacation in Boquete a complete delight. They arranged a private transfer each way for about $40, all efficiently handled and invoiced to our room. The room was lovely with comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. Our dinner in the hotel restaurant was quite good even though service was a little slower than we would have liked due to our late flight. The hotel exudes an atmosphere of elegance with gorgeous flower arrangements and quiet sophistication. The Bristol is not in an area within walking distance of very much ( a few restaurants) but it is perfect for a relaxing stay to soothe your soul.

There was no hot water in the evenings and it happen two nights in a row that at one the third night I didn’t bother showering till the morning. The shower was also clogged that the water rises on the floor. For the price of the hotel that shouldn’t be happening. Beware of the mini snack bar it’s ridiculously expensive and they were even trying to charge for a cookie we didn’t eat. Other than that it’s comfortable and the staff in the front are nice.

We had a great time at the Bristol. The hotel is really charming. The staff were very professional & pleasant, and the room was lovely. We had breakfast included as well, and the pastries were delicious. We also found the location very convenient, and easy to access.

I had an outstanding stay at The Bristol Panama. The rooms are elegant, the atmosphere calm and refined — but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Leo and Miguel at the valet/concierge desk were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. They made every arrival and departure smooth and welcoming. Five stars all around — I’ll definitely return!

I hotel is lovely. The room was nice, the food was good and staff were very helpful. I could not speak Spanish but the staff tried their best to accommodate me.|Special mention of Danay, a wonderful young lady, who was very pleasant and willing to help, and also to Gaby who assisted in many ways.

It was a great experience staying at the Bristol for our wedding anniversary. We had some slight issues with the type of room we were staying in and Josue and the manager helped us with no problems. His attention to details and customer service were excellent. He really made our wedding anniversary stay pleasant and we felt we could depend on him. Leonardo and the concierge at the door were also excellent, making us feel welcome every time we came back on the property. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying there again. My family is Panamanian and I have recommended the Bristol to them as the place to stay when they come back home.

Having traveled all over the world, having had massages in spas all over, from the USA, Asia, Europe, and South America, the massage I just had here was by far one of the best!! Every single knot was dealt with, the aromas excellent, not just sprayed in the room like some places, careful attention to every part, as it should be, the surroundings serene and worth every penny. Speak8ng of price, I've paid hundreds of dollars for a 50 min session. The value and amazing care made this experience even better!! I'll be moving to Panama City in July. The best news is that you don't have to be a guest of the hotel to use the spa services. They've made an on-going customer of me for sure!! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
