"Situated in the Calle Uruguay business district, the Bristol Panama has epitomized style and elegance for over twenty years. The 56 rooms and suites all feature Frette linens and mahogany furnishings, plus bathrooms outfitted in Italian marble. Named for a famous—some would say notorious—local street, the art-filled Salsipuedes Cocina & Bar is considered one of the best in the city for its contemporary Panamanian fare. The restaurant also houses a first-rate bar with 70 rums, including 12 from Panama alone—try the well-regarded Ron Abuelo Añejo 15 años, available in sherry, port, and cognac cask finishes. When guests want to relax, they can head to the large outdoor pool and solarium, or book a massage at the hotel spa, which incorporates aspects of lomi lomi, shiatsu, and Thai stretching into its many treatments."

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were luxurious, the amenities top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast was by far the best complementary breakfast I ever had. From the fresh fruit to the wellness shots. It truly was an exceptional experience. It is in the perfect location. With 2 bars and a soaking tub in the room. I truly didn’t want to leave my room. Bristol will always be my go to hotel when visiting Panama. Overall a 100/10

This was the first time we veered off the path in our choice of hotels in Panama. We didn’t know what to expect but were not disappointed! ||First the hotel rooms themselves. Spacious and paying attention to details discerning travelers will notice. The room design was simply perfect for our family. Next and perhaps most important was the hospitality and how we were treated. The staff memorized my name from the moment of check in and called me by my name when they saw me. Juan and Alicia at the front desk were fantastic. Next came the attention we received from people like Alexis at Sal Si Puedes Restaurant. He and his staff were stellar going into anticipating our needs once they knew what we liked. We could not have asked for more. ||All in all a pleasant surprise and one that as a result we will be returning for in future trips to Panama. As a Panamanian living overseas with high standards I could not be prouder of what they have accomplished here. Way to go folks!

From start to finish, The Bristol Panama delivered an absolutely flawless experience. They were incredibly accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make my birthday trip unforgettable. The staff paid thoughtful attention to every detail, from ensuring our rooms were perfectly placed, to arranging on-time (and even early) transfers, to making sure every request was handled with care. The service here is bar none the best I’ve ever experienced. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, and it was clear the team cared deeply about making our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere feels like a peaceful escape right in the heart of Panama City. If you want a luxury stay with staff who make you feel like the most important guest in the building, The Bristol Panama is it. I can’t recommend it highly enough, I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay here.

The hotel staff are top notch professionals on what they do. That is the best part of our stay. Our 2 beds room hotel is tight for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). It is a full beds not queen yet the square footage of the room is still tight. Our room was clean. The pool is tiny squeezed in between their 2 towers. I would guess that this hotel is geared more towards business travelers rather than families. I would stay here for business travel but would stay on the other 5 star hotel a few blocks away for family travel.

Hotel Bristol, Panama City – Review|The Bristol is a dated business hotel with limited charm. The location is a bit out of the way, but the price is reasonable. Breakfast was noisy, though the staff were generally friendly — except for a stressed reception clerk on the day of arrival. My hotel gold status wasn’t recognized, and our honeymoon went unnoticed. Overall, it’s better suited for business travel than for a romantic stay.||Panama City – Impressions|Two days is enough to see the highlights: the historic Casco Viejo and the Panama Canal. The city itself feels congested and not particularly clean, though the people are welcoming.

There was no hot water in the evenings and it happen two nights in a row that at one the third night I didn’t bother showering till the morning. The shower was also clogged that the water rises on the floor. For the price of the hotel that shouldn’t be happening. Beware of the mini snack bar it’s ridiculously expensive and they were even trying to charge for a cookie we didn’t eat. Other than that it’s comfortable and the staff in the front are nice.

We had a great time at the Bristol. The hotel is really charming. The staff were very professional & pleasant, and the room was lovely. We had breakfast included as well, and the pastries were delicious. We also found the location very convenient, and easy to access.

I stayed at The Bristol Panama for a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the service overall was excellent. Its location in the financial district made it perfect for business, with great restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience.
