⭐ 1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Brite Dental. I visited this office twice in the same week for a scheduled deep cleaning, and both times I was denied the treatment I specifically booked. During my first appointment on December 3rd, the office performed x-rays that I did not request and then informed me — only after I was already seated — that they would not complete the cleaning because they “do not do x-rays and treatment on the same day.” This policy was never mentioned during booking or check-in. I returned for a second appointment on December 5th at 1:00 PM for the deep cleaning. After being seated and prepared, I was told the dentist would only clean “half” of my mouth because he “did not have enough time,” despite the office accepting an appointment for a full cleaning. No medical reason was provided. Patients should be told treatment limitations before appointments are scheduled, not after arriving, signing forms, and being prepared for treatment. This caused unnecessary travel, wasted time, and unnecessary financial concerns. The dentist walked out after refusing the full treatment, and the dental assistant’s responses were dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, questions at check-in about whether my insurance was “Obamacare” were inappropriate and unnecessary. I cannot recommend this office due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and refusal to provide the scheduled services. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and provided accurate information before committing to appointments. I have filed a formal complaint with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation regarding these incidents.

I came here because I had an issue with a cavity filling from another location (not with them). When I made the appointment I spoke to them what the issue was and what needed to be done because I wanted the issue fix. I get that since I was new to that location they needed to do an X-ray even though you can clearly see the issue without. Im not sure if it was the type of insurance I had but they did two X-rays. It felt like they just wanted to charge the insurance instead of fixing the issue. When I asked why they did 2 X-rays they said because they needed to know what the issue was. I had told them if the second X-ray needed to be done even though you can see the issue without the X-ray and I did explain it to them and if so then why not go directly to the second X-ray instead of charging for both X-rays? There was no response other than because they just need both. Afterwards they told me I need a crown and that they would schedule an appointment with me to get it done. Up until today no schedule has been made or call. They also told me I needed a night guard but because I refuse ( which I already knew I needed them so I got custom guards made some where else) they “push me to the side” did a deep cleaning and up until today nothing has been done about my cavity issue. Will I go back? No. Do I recommend them? No. I did made the appointment and didn’t get seen until 30 minutes later and they had lost my chart. Were they friendly? Some of the staff was. Im just looking for a dental place I can go to and get my issues resolved. They might do a great job for others but as a first time patient it was not a great experience. I hope it goes well for others.

Go anywhere else. They do horrible work and have the worst customer service. They bank on people who don't speak English to come in. Most people who go there have Medicaid so they pay nothing. They treat you as there doing you a favor. If it's free it's usually garbage and brite dental is definitely garbage

I never thought I’d be able to say I’ve had a positive dental experience until I came here. I’m terrified of going to the dentist, but the dentist here really makes sure to take his time to make sure I’m doing well while I’m in the chair. I think he’s the most caring dentist I’ve been with and I’m happy to be one of his clients. The front desk (I think Jessica is her name) is super friendly and informative! I recommend coming here for sure!! UPDATE: I came here over a month ago to get some fillings done only to have to come back a couple weeks later because I was experiencing a lot of pain on one of the molars I got filled in. When I came in, I was told that I have to deal with it until it goes away and that it's "normal". Flash forward to yesterday, I was still experiencing a lot of pain so I went to another dentist who took x-rays of my molar and said my filling was done so badly, it caused a crack in my tooth and irritated my nerve! and now I have to replace the filling and pay $150 out of pocket! I posted the initial review because the front desk asked me to do so because they were going to be under review, and I was happy to do that for them because the front desk staff is genuinely kind and helpful. And I stand by what I said when I say the dentist is caring too, but unfortunately, his work is just awful. You can go out for drinks and stuff with the people here because they're friendly, but don't let them work on your teeth.

They booked my appointment for the 11th at 11 I get there and there’s no one there she says the dentist is not coming in today they should’ve called well they didn’t you have to realize people take off for these days to get serviced and this place has been nothing but an inconvenience and likes to work on there time

Dr. Rabadi and Angelique are the best. The entire staff is always kind and helpful. This location tries to save you money, nothing hard sell...just pleasant, quick, efficient service. They take great care of your teeth at a great price!

We had a really good experience! All the staff were great. Nakisha was so helpful with my daughter who gets a little nervous at the dentist. She walked her through every step of the process. We will definitely be back!
