This place is truly unique. First off,the bagels are simply amazing with original flavors and process that makes a spectacularly textured bagel. Some of the best bagels in tri-state area. Try em all. That said, the service is also truly unique. Don’t be in a rush is the best way to put it. Also, don’t try to order a dozen. They make them in small batches. Slowly. Be patient. Now If they hired a couple of people….well, let’s not get crazy. They seem to prefer slow. Check em out. They’re awesome bagels

I was looking for a great bagel spot close by, and I’m glad I stumbled across this hidden gem. It was a little hard to find because of construction on the other side of the street, where Google Maps left me. For reference, they're across from where Planet Pizza used to be if you know this area of Greenwich, CT. I went inside, and although no one was there since they were getting ready to close soon, it made sense. The space inside was ample and had an old-time vibe. It felt like you had been transported back in time, which added to the charm. It's a family-owned bagel place, literally with the mom and son working. I had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and a toasted jalapeño cheddar bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. The food was prepared quickly, and the cooked parts of my order were done promptly as well. The jalapeño cheddar BEC was huge, enough to feed two people honestly. Both bagels were amazing, especially the everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, which completely exceeded my expectations as one of the other reviewers mentioned. Being from New York, I know a thing or two about a good bagel, and these were really good. Great ingredients, freshly made, and the scallion cream cheese was very flavorful. The jalapeño cheddar bagel had a great sharp cheese flavor, with a crunch and kick added from the jalapeños. I highly, highly recommend Britt & Co. Bagels and will be back most definitely. A few important notes: parking can be a bit of an issue around rush hour, lunch, and some weekends. There is metered parking too. Also, Britt & Co. Bagels doesn’t have posted hours; they work based on how busy it is. When I called, that was what was explained to me. So, try to call ahead before going.

Loved these bagels! So fresh, soft and warm at pick up. We are huge bagel fans and will definitely be ordering again and again. Placing the order and pick up was very easy and smooth. My kids are a huge fan of the rainbow bagels. Thank you for making delicious bagels. Just delicious and can’t wait to order again!

Google
We stumbled upon this fantastic bagel shop on a family stroll down greenwich Ave. The indoor decor is fun. The service is warm and inviting. And the food, delicious and inventive. The Grandstand sandwich was simply the best breakfast sandwich my husband has ever had. Possibly even the biggest as well. Bagels were delicious. Kiddo was sad we didn't get more pepperoni pizza bagels. Definitely worth a visit!

I missed my train at the Greenwich MTA station and decided to go get breakfast while I waited for the next one. Britt’s Bagel Co. was INCREDIBLE & I would have missed the train on purpose for it. Staff was incredibly friendly and warm to everyone I saw enter. I had the Jalapeño Cheddar Everything Bagel with a Spicy Cream Cheese and it’s probably one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend enough!

Google
Where do I begin. Wow 🤩 this was so unexpected. I’m from New York and this might be a top 5 bagel for me. Craziest part is I had the cheddar jalapeño bagel with bacon egg and cheese. And the bacon egg and cheese might also be top 5 I’m truly mind blown. I think I’ll be having food here atlesst 3 times a week from now on I’m 100% sold

I went in with my friend Jarrett to try Britt's bagels. She rolled out the red carpet for us and her son gave us an amazing run down on all of their speciality flavors, both bagels and cream cheeses. We tried about 10 flavors, I have to find all of the photos. Our favorite was the black truffle bagel. Sometimes bagel flavors are hard to find and people skimp on the fillings. If you like black truffle this thing was loaded and folded in. Any of Britt's bagels are a must try. She also will make limited run character bagels that are super cool. Check them out, Tell'em Mike Sent You.

Google
Unequivocally THE best bagel sandwich I've ever had. I literally just finished eating it and couldn't wait to leave a review. The bagel was soft and yeast, almost tangy, not sure how they're doing that. The egg and sausage were perfectly cooked and delicious, and the owner was kind enough to customize it with sliced jalapeño and chipotle mayo! Melty, cheesy, and completely satisfying. WOW.

Yelp
If you're in Greenwich and have a bagel craving, you need to go here! Note: check their Instagram to make sure they are open (they post daily). I've tried the regular bagels and the specialty flavors and they are all delicious. They don't skimp on the cream cheese either if you get a sandwich! Dine in or take to go, you can't miss this spot.

Yelp
Finally paid a visit to this establishment. I enjoyed the jalapeño cheddar bagel toasted with cream cheese. My son had a plain bagel with cream cheese. I ate my bagel before I got to the light on Field Point, ha ha ha. The place looks very cool inside and I loved the vintage touch. Great music! I will return to try other things on the menu and some of the sweets. Price point is up there but I did enjoy my food so I digested that as well.

Yelp
I saw their social media ad for Star Wars Day and being a Star Wars Fan I had to come try this place. They had the place decked out in Star Wars props and also had the employees dressed as characters which was really fun. But this review is solely about the bagels. I have been disappointed by bagels in the NY/Westchester area lately. Generally just flavorless balls of dough. Not terrible but no bagel has impressed me lately. Until today, when I tried Britt & Co. These bagels are worth going out of your way for, they are INCREDIBLE! The flavor, the soft inside and crunchy on the outside, truly amazing! Would definitely return for more.

Yelp
If I was writing on bagel quality alone, this place would be a 5. Really great bagels to splurge on once in a while, given their extremely high price ($4-$5 - highest price was the truffle bagel at $9!). However, I will never go back. I've gone 5 times in the past 3-4 months to get bagels for a family of four, and only once was there enough bagels available. Meaning I left and went elsewhere. Each time was anywhere between 8-11am Sunday morning - what I would consider prime bagel/breakfast buying time. Well, never again. I've been burned too many times there and don't see how they can stay in business this way. They must have a phenomenal catering business to care this little about the retail side. And too many other good places in town as alternatives. Claiming to be "small batch" doesn't excuse poor inventory management. And it's not like there's a line out the door, so it's not an issue of demand greater than supply. Feel free to roll the dice and try this place, but have a backup plan.

Yelp
These bagels are top of the pops and at $3.50/ bagel they better be. Been jonesing since seeing them on Bethany's Tok tok. Britt takes immense pride and pleasure in her production. They were out of a whole grain option tis pity. My chop ate bagel was bomb, fresh & tasting like a style I had in California The shop is so adorable right next to the train. Will be back for more bagels.

Yelp
The atmosphere is chill and the people are very nice and also there's a variety of different bagels and spreads. I think the keg tables are groovy.

Yelp
Great bagels along the lines of ones you now see at farmer's markets and in NYC. Tons of seeds on the outside. Super fresh. Good crust. Soft insides tasty. Young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. Not perfect but best new wave bagels within 30 minutes drive any direction.

Yelp
Shockingly good. Should be a 5 but hard to give a five when this was my first time and there are lots of negative takes. Went in. Not making any hot sandwiches so I went with a fresh and still got cinnamon and raisin bagel with butter. I've had thousands of bagels in my life and this one was unique and super good. Texture like I've never had. Soft but the outside has the bagel chewiness that I need. Really good

Yelp
This place is no joke. First time - had an everything everything toasted with scallion cream cheese. Britts exceeded my expectations and all my prior reference points-- local places - upper crust and Lenny's - as well as nyc -- esse a bagel, zuckers, and h&h. Bagel itself is coated in everything but the everything seasoning is also integrated into the dough. The bagel was more dense than airy and bready which is a good thing. A bagel man once told me that the expertise is more in the boil than the bake. Absolutely delicious. And the shopowners little kid was tending register which was a nice homey touch. Other things I intend to try - bagel bomb In terms of how I position this place, my view is they execute perfectly the bagel and then innovate and elevate that bagel too for customers who want something more- for example, crazy flavors like black truffle, French toast, bacon integrated into dough.

Courtney C.

Yelp
Highly recommend. The bagels I think are so original and creative. Flavors of cream cheese I've never had before like the lemon caper and scallion bacon! Such a cute aesthetic with the old school fridge for milk so you can prep your own coffee. I really love what they did with the place and have to say the ratio of cream cheese to lox to onion was perfect. Quality wise I'd put this above my usual fave, Liz Sue. Portion wise, I appreciate that you can ask for more lox by weight and heavier/lighter cream cheese if you want. They really made a perfect sandwich. I've never craved a sweet bagel but my, their other options looked incredible. Almost sold out by 12 on a weekday, I'd definitely get a variety bag for a fancy brunch to impress guests.

Yelp
THE BEST BAGELS IN GREENWICH. Possibly the best bagels I've ever had. I am a bagel snob & have been super impressed by Britt & Co. This is my fourth time coming this week & suggest coming early & on weekdays for best selection. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Yelp
Simply delicious fresh bagels! I tried a sesame bagel and a cinnamon dulce bagel with vegan roasted chili garlic & scallion cream cheese. Probably the best bagels I've ever had because they are just SO FRESH

Hailey H.

Yelp
Extremely disappointing and subpar customer service. I would NOT recommend utilizing their "retail walk in" - I have not utilized the pre-order but I would hope it's better than walking in when they are open. I had really high hopes for this place. Retail is not their strong suit - this is made very clear on their website but they occasionally post on their instagram when they will be open for retail walk in. I happened to see on instagram they were open one day and decided to try it out. First, the menu items are written on small chalk boards that hang high on the wall. The lettering is written so tiny that it's illegible. The bagels are placed in a glass case and labeled with writing in various color marker. Some of the letters were faded and did not display the entire word. They had "Everything Asiago" labeled directly in front of a cheese pepperoni bagel. The cream cheese spreads were in a different case - none appeared labeled. There was a sheet for the cream cheese spreads that were, again, written in very small faded marker. Overall, it was very confusing to understand what was available. Although there were only 3 people in line, the person working behind the counter was visibly feeling overwhelmed. This was not apparent in them seeming "busy" but from the attitude that was given when it was time to order. I asked if a latte can be made to which they immediately responded "It's gong to be a wait, the barista is not available". Before I can even finish my order or respond, they started busying themselves with what I can only assume was another order. A few minutes passed in which I asked if I can please place a bagel order. I felt very rushed and unable to finish speaking. I was asked what type of cream cheese I wanted after repeating it twice. I was not asked if I wanted it toasted. After a few minutes, the same person began preparing the latte even though they said they were unable to make it earlier. I was asked what kind of milk I wanted and I asked what kind they have to which they responded with very shortly asking me to check the refrigerator behind me to see what they have. I was so confused at this point. I understand some places have self serve milk options but then I was asked to hand this gallon of milk over the counter to the person. Long story short, the latte tasted terrible. $7 later and I really wished I had just gone to Starbucks. The person behind the counter said a few times to me and other customers - "Sorry for the wait" - I appreciated this sentiment but the wait was the least of my worries. It was the attitude I was given and the short responses that were the issue. I felt sorry for this person and thanked them but I was made to felt like I was inconveniencing them. It's one thing to be overwhelmed short staffed in a retail business, we all know how tough things can get in those situations, it's the attitude we have while we handle them. I don't mind waiting for a bagel and coffee, what I do mind is feeling rushed and as if I am causing an inconvenience to you while I am giving you business. It was a disappointing experience and although the bagel tasted OK, I will unfortunately not be going here again :/

Yelp
1000/10 stars!!!$ The bagel bombs are life changing - no like actually don't think I can go back to a plain sausage egg and cheese and am now addicted to the everything bagel bomb. The spreads are also phenomenal - the strawberry cheesecake spread and unicorn fluff spread are chefs kiss. But the other thing that sets apart this business, aside from the amazing food, is the family behind the biz! I started ordered from them at the beginning of quarantine and have continued with their brick and mortar shop on railroad Ave. This family team has Brit (mom, wife and bagel master) making the bagel and the husband and adorable son in the front of house. You can tell they really care about their customers. So much so that they went out of their way to hand deliver my bagel bombs TO MY HOME!!! so it was still warm from out of the oven and let me tell you. It was DELISH. They're also the size of your head, so they don't skimp on the everything seasoning or the stuffing. Do not sleep on this place. I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed!!!

Yelp
The bagel bombs were amazing! I would definitely recommend the spot! Service was also really good!

Kimberley B.

Yelp
Been anticipating going here for over two years! High expectations and they did not disappoint! We went in and ordered three different bagel sandwiches and each one was better than the others! We made sure to try a savory Asiago with garlic cream cheese and a sweet bagel, chocolate chip, and a, not to be missed, cinnamon sugar bagel, which was fabulous with the special cream cheese. It was a marriage of a cinnamon roll with a bagel! Incredible!

Yelp
I have had bagels all my life, but Britt's bagels are super delicious with unique flavors that put them over the top. I love entering this 1940's shop with classic music from that era that Britt designed and built. I had a delightful and inspiring chat with a woman with a vision and a heart.

Yelp
I'll get right to the point!!! The food at this place is downright heartwarming and most delicious!! Any lover of food residing in Greenwich, hell, in the tri-state area, for that matter, would be remiss not to have tried the food at Britt & Co. Bagels. My favorite is the Greta Garbo. I'm not sure if this is on the menu though you can order it by name at the shop. I so enjoyed the food that I had to speak with Britt herself, who is hands on in every part of the bagel making process. Britt's Bagels are exceptional Artisan small-batch bagels, which Britt makes on damn near an hourly basis. Believe me when I say that you'll taste the difference. Now back to my Greta Garbo. I usually get it on a Sesame Seed Bagel that comes with Organic Eggs, Premium Sliced Turkey, and Organic Avocado, and though it's not an actual ingredient, it also comes with a ton of Yum!! That's just the food. The ambience of the shop is warm and welcoming, which I honestly haven't felt in a while in other shops. The shop sports a 1940 decor and the staff is very hospitable. Britt's Bagel's is a breath of fresh air!! I would love to see one in my town. If you've gotten this far in my review...you're too far. Go, get a bagel already! Your stomach will thank you.

Dena C.

Yelp
Britt & Co is by far the most AMAZING bagels I've ever had. Between the sweet and the savory Britt &Co does not disappoint. Even the service was so great. The girl behind the counter was very nice and attentive and Britt herself is the BEST.

Yelp
Omg! Amazing! Absolutely phenomenal, never seen such a selection of bagels in my life, from bacon egg & cheese bombs to churro, Nutella bagel bombs, and of course the everything bagel. As a New Yorker you want the New York bagel experience in our lovely westchester. And Brittany sure delivers that and more! So fresh, hand rolled and fluffy. I won't eat no other bagel.

Charlotte A.

Yelp
The food is great however given the new service system it seems to be extremely unorganized. I placed an order through the new ordering system 5 days before my desired pickup day, paid as soon as my invoice was sent and was expecting to be able to get my bagels. When I got to the store I called in regards to my order and was told that it was never put on the schedule. I understand that it is a new system but given the price of the bagels and the fact that I took all necessary steps to place my order I am extremely disappointed in management and ownership. Though the bagels are amazing and no other place compares it cannot be worth the headache of this new ordering system and disorganization.

E S.

Yelp
Frequently not open. Frequently do not have bagels. Great product if you can get it. Owner wrote that retail is not their priority. That's for sure. Hoping store will be open on schedule, will be properly staffed and... will have bagels! That's really all people want.

Sophie E.

Yelp
One word: WOW. So creative, would not have expected such variety and deliciousness! I had the tomato basil bagel, so savory, and had a bite of the cinnamon roll bagel, also to die for (sweet if that's your thing!). The best part is it is a really friendly, warm mom-and-pop, with the most charming and knowledgeable kids helping out behind the counter. Elevates the bagel experience!

Edith V.

Yelp
The most delicious bagels I've ever had. I love their variety of bagels and spreads. The service is great and they are so accommodating when possible. I highly recommend their food. I don't have pictures because I forget to take one every time I go. That's how much I enjoy the food. Thank you Britt for all the effort and love you put into your hard work.

Yelp
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Every bagel made in house and the business is super accommodating to your desires. I recommend placing orders sooner rather than later, especially if you are ordering by the dozen or various specialty bagels. The speciality bagels definitely are a must along with the bagel bombs!

marie m.

Yelp
Britt & Co bagels are some of the best bagels I have ever eaten. Super flavorful everything bagel!!! Shop is adorable, and in a great location. The staff is very professional and welcoming, shout out to Aidan for his charming service. Will be back, and will tell others to try.

Alan H.

Yelp
Outstanding! You will never go back to a bagel store after you have had Britt & Co Bagels, where everything is made to order. Excellent pick-up experience & very much appreciated the allergy focus. While all the bagels were terrific, the biggest hit was the cinnamon roll bagels (both regular & vegan)! An extra delight was making amazing french toast out of the ciabatta loaf.....perfect! Can't wait to go back!

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Every time I order from Britt & Co. Bagels, my kids run to the door with excitement wondering what surprises they will receive! Her creativity combined with the deliciousness of the bagels and other goodies makes her my go-to for special occasions and just some good ole bagels!

Risa H.

Yelp
Amazing bagels and the best Nutella Tiramisu!! I ordered for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I bought many different bagels, spreads and tiramisu and surprised my family. We all agreed everything was delicious and will definitely order again. The owner is so nice and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Britt & Co. Bagels!!

Kevin G.

Yelp
One of the best bagels in NY! Me and my girlfriend ordered a dozen assortment of bagels and tried most of the options! The bagels were delicious fresh and the service was excellent. We'll be coming back again for more bagels. Highly recommend
