Britt Bratt’s Garlic Crabs

I’ve gone to higher end restaurants for crab legs and seafood boils and they cannot compare to the level of flavor this place has. Small business with a big vibe! The young girl at the counter was very sweet and accommodating, the chef came out and handed the food directly. Every bit of this was worth every dollar and I’ll be back!

I ordered for my birthday back in October and forgot to post. I ordered the Monster Seafood Box. It was plenty of food, but I was disappointed in the size of the king crab leg. It was smaller than the snow crab legs and dried out. The amount of food that came in the tray overshadowed that though because that plate was FULL!Apart from that, I was pleased! I would get the butter on the side next time to dip and so I coulda add more sauce to my oysters. I think dining in will be a more rewarding experience, so definitely trying that next time. The power went out for a second right after I placed my order and Britt and the cashier were very prompt getting everything back up and running.

Great customer service. Food was cooked perfect, portion size was good. I could have used a little more seasoning on my food. I will definitely try again because of the service I received.

Britt Bratt in Moncks Corner was amazing! The food was delicious, the customer service was top-notch, and the prices were great. The owner even came out to make sure everything was good she was very friendly and professional. They also have a kids’ menu. I give it a solid 5-star rating. Highly recommend!

The young lady at the service window was so nice and answered my questions with no hesitation. The prices are reasonable and the service was pretty quick. They give you your money's worth. I will be back. I got the seafood rice and the garlic shrimp with vegetables. 😋

I stopped in on Saturday for a lunch date with my family. After we drove an hour and half to get there. We walked in and the atmosphere was a vibe from the door. The space it nicely decorated and they have music playing on low not too loud and I loved that. We got in line and we were kind of unsure what we wanted by the time it was our turn to order. The lady was very patient though as I am sure most people aren't ready when they come in to order. We placed our order and waited maybe ten minutes for our food to come out. We dined in! Our food came out and baby we went to drooling because the food looked good! When we started eating though the food was a little cold. That was a little disappointing, nevertheless we kept eating. Overall the food was great! Just wish it would have been a little hotter. We have to go back soon though because my husband wanted the oysters but they didn't have any because someone went out to pick them up. This is a must try if you haven't tired them yet.

The inside was clean and the customer service was good. The young lady at the front and young man with dreads was professional and had good manners. Most places in Charleston aren't like this !! I was pleased with my experience after diving an hour away . My box was pile up with seafood and it was hot. Also everything tasted real good. Thank yall ! I will return !

Whewww!!! Im allergic to seafood but the way Britts food looked i was ready to risk it all and pop a Benadryl with my epipen JUST IN CASE. I opted for the veggie plate to keep it safe lol. But the food and sauce were amazing!! We will def be back!

I have had the pleasure of eating at this location 3 times since moving to SC and we have enjoyed the ambiance, food and service each time. The young lady that assisted us was pleasant and helpful. Everything was fresh and delicious and the garlic sauce was extra yummy. Their portions are huge, so you will have leftovers. Definitely a hit

Arrived at 7:15, tried calling before came and no answer. Just for place to have closed early.... People were still inside, but could at least answer the phone or post on your social media that you had to close early...

Whats going on, it seems like every time we come to this establishment it's closed. The time on the door says CLOSE AT 8. It's a down right lie. Why not just have a food truck at this point. We just catch you when we catch you.

The food was delicious, and they generously served it. I particularly enjoyed the sauce that was spread all over it.

Service was terrible. Waited for over an hour for my food just for it to be the wrong order. I did receive a refund. I plan to return a few months from now once things are up and running smoothly.
