Brix wine offers a beautiful atmosphere with stellar service and high quality wine. The owner went above and beyond by educating us about the wine that we ordered. I’ve also come here for events where the space was transformed to make for a magical experience.

I arrived right at opening and was kindly met by the owner, Mikiah. I have several Airbnb’s in Detroit and always welcome guest with a complementary bottle. Not being a wine drinker I turned to Mikiah and she recommended a affordable rose! My 1st time and I was very impressed with the layout, design and the large selection of wine. Parking was a breeze and the Rivertown area is family friendly. I highly recommend you stop by and visit Brix! PS is you are a yarn person peek in the establishment next door. I love walkable areas with option for spending $$. Send friends and family to Brix!

It was such a cool relaxing vibe. A great place for a girls night out or date. The location has plenty of street parking. The staff was very friendly also.

Brix Wine is phenomenal! It's really exceptional escape. It's a great place to enjoy solo with a date or with a group of girlfriends. The wines, spirits, and cocktails are exceptional. The bartenders do a phenomenal job with crafting the best libations. The food menu is tiny but mighty. Please check out the smoked salmon grilled cheese. So delish! The owner has a warm welcoming personality and the staff offers exemplary customer service. The decor is quaint and chic with lots of show stopping art on the wall. There are beautiful large windows which provide lots of light and also opportunities to people watch. It's located in a beautiful area of the city with apartment homes, condos, and trendy businesses surrounding. This Black woman owned business deserves all the shine!

My boyfriend and I went here on a Friday after work on a, rare, warm spring day. I thought it was going to be super packed because of the proximity to the RiverWalk. I was very wrong. It was empty. I wasn't necessarily looking for a party vibe. I just like seeing Black owned businesses being patronized. The staff were also surprised. Brix is so pretty and everything is well appointed and just perfectly executed. The deep red hues make everything feel rich. Brick reminds me of several of the mid - higher end winery interiors in Napa. We had the red and the white wine tours. Both came with several large pours of their selection. The sommelier was knowledgeable and there was only one option we didn't care for. They don't serve food - food but you can order food to be delivered. We brought snacks and got some chips. I love wine. I will definitely be back either just to go or for one of the many special events that are hosted at the space.

Ambiance. Wow. Really relaxing and interesting. Decor and colors are retro throwback. Had a DJ in there! The party was going to start at 6 and we arrived around 530pm Fri night. Started filling up after 6. Service. EXCELLENT, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Super friendly. F&B. Find menu on QR code. Delicious cocktail and snacks. Captions say more. Of note. Street parking. Seemed safe. Loos clean and stocked. Overall, liked this place a lot mostly because the atmosphere was great and wanted to support small business.

A hidden gem in downtown Detroit, this place exudes elegance. The service was outstanding, with a friendly and approachable staff eager to help me find the perfect pour.

Love the venue. Went for an art exhibit. The ladies working the bar were running their a**es off but I don't think they expected the big turnout. Great bar. Well stocked with plenty of enticing options. LOVE their wine glasses. Classy crowd.

Picture this...you put on a nice outfit and decided to do dinner at Steve's Soul food by the riverfront. You get there a little too early and don't know what to do with your date. A block away is this diamond hidden inside a block of apartments on Franklin st. It's so cute and cozy inside and there is a wine for anyone inside! Not to mention, you are immediately greeted by staff when you first enter so if you want a pregame, wind down, or even become a monthly member well we have a phenomenal wine spot right off the riverfront!
