I really love Brixton clothes and it was so funny I was driving by this place accidentally! Of course I had to stop in! The employees were nice and let me know there was a discount for Memorial Day. Everything was still quite pricey, though. I love their men's clothes but wish they had smaller sizes; most of the sizes on the racks for men were large and extra large. They seemed to be sold out of mediums and smalls of a lot of stuff. Still a dope store with nice hats and clothes; I would definitely come back.

Joseph was very helpful in finding the same hat in your new straw material. He was very courteois and appreciated his help.

Always stop here when I get into oceanside. Always have cool new t shirts and hats. Normally have specials running!

While I was in Oceanside I decided to check out the local Brixton store. Typically I do all my Brixton shopping online. But on this day I decided to visit the store.. I was very pleasantly surprised by everything the store had to offer. Angie was there to help me with all my shopping needs information or questions. She was very affable and kind good service always brings you back. I shall be coming back soon to the Brixton store in Oceanside and soon !

Joseph is the reason for this 5 star review and my continued support of this business. This young man took the time to walk me through all of the options I was there to see. I was picky, but he was very helpful. Upon payment he made sure my son got some Brixton stickers for his bike and board, unknowingly he’s not only made one lifelong customer but two. Great shop. Great employees. Hit them up. You won’t be sorry.

Given that this company thinks it appropriate to sue local clothing companies based in Brixton, London, UK for the use of the name “Brixton” goes to show how dismal and badly run this place is. Hope they run to the ground very very quickly. Oh and the clothes look very 2019.

As CA native living in SoCal, I am ashamed of this company. Suing a company located in Brixton, London over the name is absolutely shameful. I will never wear your clothing and anytime I see anyone wearing your clothing, I will educate them of your misdeeds. The company you are suing supports their community with the proceeds and you're suing them? You have no chill

Came in close to closing time with a joyful group that included my 79 year old granny. After 5 minutes of browsing, I attempted to make my purchase of two Oside hats. To my dismay, we were not allowed to buy anything and were forced out of the store in a hasty and belittling fashion. As we walked away, the clock struck 7:01 pm. As bad as it gets in regard to customer service. Go anywhere but here.

This review is for online customer service communication, poor quality of garment, and misleading garment care instructions. Horrible clothing quality & customer service. Bought a sweatshirt with Brixton decal at the Oceanside location. After washing for the FIRST TIME, per the attached care instructions, the decals cracked and bled everywhere! This is never happened to any type of sweatshirt that Ive had with decals. The return policy states that they will not accept returns once the tags are removed. I went ahead and contacted customer service per email link online. When sending the message through their website, it states they will contact you within two days. Waited a week and nothing, so I sent a follow up email. This time (May 19) I received a response right away stating that a manager would be contacting me. Never heard anything. I sent another follow up email on May 28... STILL NOTHING. If this garment was not meant to be washed in the washing machine, why wouldn't it specify to hand wash and hang dry? The instructions state to machine wash, cold general cycle, non-chlorine bleach as needed, tumble dry low heat. I followed the instructions and after the first wash, I got cracked decals and bleeding ink. Very disappointed! Avoid this brand/company/clothes at all costs. $53 down the drain. It would be nice if they review their garments care instructions before selling to the public. Even more so since they have a very strict return policy. Not fair to the consumer. Gave this company more than enough time to make it right.

The Oceanside location of the store is larger compared to the Encinitas location. Oceanside offers a better selection of apparel, while Encinitas specializes more in hats. Additionally, the Oceanside store features an open storefront, making it more inviting, and it has ample parking, which makes visiting more convenient.

A huge shout out to Joseph at Brixton in Oceanside. He made my shopping trip go so smoothly and take as little time as possible since I was in a hurry! So friendly, helping me with recommendations. This store is now my go-to store for the men in my life.

We love Brixton products. My family and I walked by this morning and decided to walk in to as we are fans of their beanies and jackets and my boys are due for bigger beanies and I was hoping to look for some jeans. When we walked in the store it had literally just one other person there and the lady working there was too busy to acknowledge us. This might seem as such a dumb observation as I'm aware customer service is dead now. As a business owner, if one of our workers had all the time to acknowledge a possible sale and didn't that would not be ok. I literally told my husband, If she makes us feel like we're not worth a welcome in to the store or even a head nod I don't want to buy anything here.

Love their clothes and everyone is very pleasant. I stop by anytime I'm in Oceanside.

Your eyes wouldn't be lying if you saw him at the pub flipping his coat and beret onto the mirror rack, rocking 7 scarves, 9 bracelets, and 1 ugly pair of glasses. Fast forward to today, and you can find an ever expanding line of Brixton apparel for all pronouns at retail locations where you normally run around: Urban Outfitters, Tilly's, Nordstrom, etc. In addition to hats and jackets, the brand includes hoodies, flannels, and button-ups in subdued skater-approved colors. And of course, beachwear. The style is inspired by the local artists, musicians, and people who surround us. But for the complete vintage milliner / hat maker experience... services like hat fitting, steam cleaning and online order pickup... you will want to visit one of their two retail outlets. The original store is on S. Coast Hwy in Encinitas, and the new location is south of the Oceanside Pier. Once you own a Brixton hat... whether a fedora, cowboy hat, or newsboy cap... you will never give it up or let it down. But say goodbye to the baggy overalls your mom got you at K-Mart in 1995. Upgrade that "toddler" look with a pair of Brixton jeans or somebody may hurt you or desert you.

Not the best experience shopping here. I've had better service from other locations but honestly was let down since this was the first Brixton store in California. Not many options either which was surprising. My family and I will not be coming back to this location.

Brixton has fantastic quality clothing! Everything is made to last and the staff at this location are helpful and kind. Anthony helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me styling tips!

Really nice shop with an extensive choice of hats. They have different size hats, which is so awesome, especially for those who need larger sizes. I already referred a friend here!

Walked into this location and was not greeted or helped. 4 other people than my partner and I walked in and walked right out while they also received the cold shoulder treatment. The staff here was more focused on their non work related conversation than to do their job on the sales floor. A woman with black hair, a woman with brown/blonde wavy hair, and a man with blonde hair and glasses were all working. Not one of them cared to help anyone

Came here with my family. We were not greeted or helped. We asked about the deals and got a cold shoulder. It seems that they did not want to help us. We were also the only family of color. We'll keep our business at the Ontario and Long Beach locations. Please have your manager and employees review their customer service skills, especially towards people of color.

Customer service here is great! We were able to return a hat that was too small even though we forgot about it for a few months... There is a wide selection of hats, you can even customize the banding. We ended up buying two hats, staff was really helpful with fitting! It's also cool that you can bring your hats back in for cleaning and stiffening services.

I just have to say the customer service at this Brixton store is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I hardly write reviews, but after the experience I had in the store today...I had to! I was having issues with my order online due to a coupon code & since I lived so close, I decided to pop in the store. So glad I did! Riley the sales associate, Riley the store manager and another sales associate (I didn't get her name) went out of their way to help me & to figure out how to get the best price. I walked out of there so happy & will DEFINITELY be back!
