Has a rely cheap aesthetic. Who ever put this venture together cares only about lining their pockets and nothing for improving the local area their business operates in. I dread to think what would happen if there was a fire in here. The risk assessment was probably done by the business owner and not a professional.
Unfortunately this place has spawned a host of other cheap and tacky conversions of once glamorous buildings and the authentic beauty of Brixtons rich architectural heritage is now being eroded building by building. Barclays Bank is another poorly done cheap conversion lining the pockets of one lease holder, at the cost of the local community. Use reliance arcade as your inspiration, not yellow box self storage
