I LOVE BROADWAY HOT POT!!! 🤩 I have been coming here consistently since they opened about a year ago and it is definitely my favorite hot pot place hands down. It’s also one of my partner and I’s favorite date spots. We are tempted to go in every time we pass it, we love it so much 😭 Service is always great (such sweet servers!) and the food is so gooooood, and not many places have Angry Orchard on tap which is a huge bonus for me. Plus the karaoke rooms are so much fun too! The vibes and music are always a good time. Anytime anyone is visiting me from out of town, I make time to bring them over to Broadway Hot Pot and they all love it too! I also love the little reward system to earn prizes and I’m so happy with my new panda cup :D

Google
Always great experience for having hotpot here 10/10! Large selection of dipping sauce and assorted appetizer (mayo dumpling, chicken wings, etc), meat, seafood, veggie, side and dessert (fruits, roll cake, and ice cream!). Importantly, they have the label for the menu with both English and Chinese. The service also great. Ben is the best!

TL;DR: I will not be returning to this place. Pros: 1. The atmosphere is relatively nice. 2. Possibly the only hotpot option in Baltimore City(>$35 ppl.) 3. Free $5 coupon. Nice. I’ll cherish it… from afar… because I’m not returning Cons: 1. Extremely slow service. Vegetables and some meats are self-serve, but beef and lamb must be ordered. Despite the restaurant not being busy (see photo), it took over 30 minutes to receive our first round of meat—yet they still enforce a 90-minute dining limit. I’m not sure if the automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 6+ affects their service, but the delay was unacceptable. 2. Questionable food quality. We found a piece of plastic in the beef brisket (likely from the meat packaging). We reported it, and they offered a 10% discount.

Authentic Chinese hotpot, quality and taste are to the point. Fresh vegetables and seafood. Meat slices are thin as it should be. Good variety of sauce, they even have a list of sample dipping sauce recipes listed, very thoughtful. There is a full bar by the entrance. The concept of this restaurant is mostly help yourself with veggies, seafood, sauce . Meat can be ordered via scan barcode . With extra clean plates, napkins and chopsticks on the carts right next to each table which is very convenient. Atmosphere: interesting layout of the place with a divider wall between one part of the restaurant and the bar. And open concept for the rest of the restaurant. Fairly clean, things are tidy. Restrooms can use more wipe down. Value: reasonably priced Service: friendly, attentive and efficient. Location: convenient, high walking score, close to fells point harbor, walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, hotel, water front, and more. Highly recommend by IG@WineDinenVacay

Google
This is the best hot pot place I've ever been in the past 20 years in the U.S. The selection of soup base is amazing. In other hot pot places, I typically ask for plain water for base, because I'm concerned with the sodium level. And I often get a "this person is unbelievable" look. But here, amazingly, plain water soup base is an option in the menu!!!! They get me!!! But, back to the selection of soup base. They are serious about soup base! When they say it's spicy, IT'S SPICY! No joke! They even have 贵州酸汤 as soup base...as a Guizhou ren, I'm so touched! The next highlight is the super FRESH selections of meat!!! They even have beef tongue... My favorite!😛 And the Matcha Bubble Tea is mind-blowinly good!!! Two of my favorite things put together!!! Mamamia~~

Google
Broadway Hotpot is an absolute hidden gem! The food was delicious, with an incredible variety of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths to choose from. Whether you’re a hotpot pro or trying it for the first time, this place has something for everyone. The atmosphere was fantastic—warm, inviting, and perfect for a fun, interactive dining experience. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a high-quality hotpot meal with great ambiance and top-tier service. Can’t wait to come back!

Google
Fantastic experience! The all-you-can-eat lunch with the umami mushroom broth was absolutely delicious. They offer a wide selection of vegetables, seafood, and meats, ensuring something for everyone. The sauce buffet is a great touch, and the decor creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Special thanks to Jake, who was exceptionally kind and helpful—he even assisted my dad in changing his broth when the mild buttery spicy pot was a bit too spicy. Outstanding food, service, and value. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I've come here for lunch twice now and I'm always surprised by the lack of patrons. For $22.99/person, you get unlimited hot pot and the broth options are ALL good. There's a huge variety of seafood and marinated meats in a buffet bar, and some standard cuts available (beef brisket, pork belly, etc.) to order via the QR code on the table. The staff is super friendly and food comes out quick so pacing is definitely self-led. Also, there's a 1.5 hour time limit but honestly they seem lax about it as long as you're eating consistently throughout. Music is always playing and the genres change a bit but it's pleasant regardless of personal preferences. I haven't tried their drinks or karaoke rooms but it seems great for a group. Overall excellent establishment and I hope it sticks around in Fells for a long time!

Yelp
Great deal for AYCE hotpot! For about $30, each person gets their own pot and can pick whatever soup base/protein/veggies/ramen/etc. to put in. There are so many options incl. seafood and thinly cut meats, and the soup bases are delicious. We really enjoyed the tomato and umami mushroom soup bases. We went to their karaoke room afterwards, which essentially is YouTube karaoke on multiple TV screens and in a dimly lit room. We had some technical difficulties that the staff were helpful in fixing, and overall enjoyed the experience!

Yelp
I love hot pot, I saw an Instagram post from Charmcity table and decided to go. Broadway Hot pot offers authentic Chinese hotpot in the heart of Fells Point. The service was really good, the staff were really nice. They have so many options from meats, seafood and veggies. I ordered the beef and it was so tasty and fresh. They had so many mushrooms to add to the hot pot, I love mushrooms so I was in mushroom heaven. This is a fun interactive way to enjoy food on a date or with a group of friends. The price is very reasonable, about $30 per person for an hour and a half reservation. There is plenty of street parking and I will definitely be coming back for more.

Yelp
We've come a few times since their soft opening and like it quite a bit! Location is nice and we usually walk everything off along the harbor afterwards. I think that, given the price and fact that this is the only hot pot restaurant in the city so far, it's a pretty solid option. There is a wide variety of ingredients offered and the quality of everything is good. They have ironed out a lot of kinks since the first weeks they launched and I'm very happy about it. Service is always great. Parking might be a struggle as you will need to find street parking somewhere, but it'll be worth it.

Yelp
So this place is super cool and a fun way to experience dining in differently! It was my first time coming with a girlfriend of mine and I felt completely lost but she helped steer me in the right direction. The fixings and toppings are unlimited at the bar and you honestly have your pick of everything over there from veggies to seafood to different sauces and toppings like hoisin, chili oil, or sesame seeds. The broth I ordered was so delicious! Had a citrus flavor to it with actual oranges and lemon peels in it. I'm blanking on the name but it was the first option. You pick 2 meats and you also get 2 skewers when doing the buffet option. Cost was about $31.99 ish per person! Noodles are my happy place and I was excited to see so many different options like ramen vs glass noodles! Make sure not to cook the noodles too long or they'll stick to the bottom/burn! My one and only constructive critique was the gentleman only came back to our table once to refill our broths so you can imagine as we continued to eat, it got pretty low! As for a solid spoon if you like to have some broth in the bowl to give it a pho vibe! Very good and would definitely return!

Yelp
Broadway Hotpot is Baltimore's first hotpot restaurant, located in Fells Point. Street parking in this area can be incredibly difficult so I recommend finding paid parking in the area or street parking several blocks away toward the residential areas closer to Patterson Park or by Pitango and walking over. I first heard about this place through my run club, then through my neighbor's review after I told him about it (he's a hotpot enthusiast who misses his home Chinese cuisine), and lastly through the Baltimore Banner reporting on it. The decor is nice and I saw people who didn't have a reservation get seated in under 20 mins on this weeknight. I made a weekday dinner reservation through Yelp the day before. I did try to scope out the menu in advance as I was taking my out of town friend here to visit. There are no prices listed on the online menu on their website with only additional add on prices for meats included so I was a bit confused before coming about the pricing per person. You order the broth and meats via a scannable QR code available on the table and everything else you pick up yourself buffet style. This is an all you can eat buffet hotpot spot. The hot pots themselves are smaller individual soup bowls and if you wanted a half and half spicy / bone broth you will have to order two different broths. We got the medium spice for our spicy one which felt like a good medium between mild and super spicy and I felt balanced well with the bone broth. They also have a custom sauce making station for you to make your dipping sauce in. As I came for dinner I had the weekday $32.99 adult all you can eat. This comes with a wide range of vegetables, fish, and several free meats (we went with beef and lamb brisket!). I have never tried crab in hotpot before and I figured this is a unique thing but I really enjoyed it! They refilled the buffet several times while I was there and this included items whose photos I didn't capture when I went to take photos such as baby bok choy! Overall I would rate this hotpot experience as a 5/5. I think the price is competitive and for $32.99 as a dinner, I was very well fed and left with only the warmth one can get from a good soup experience. I'd definitely recommend this place especially as it starts to get colder.

Yelp
Visit November 2024 **Yelp Review: 4 Stars** I finally made it to this new hot pot spot, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience! The service was quick and friendly--our table was ready as soon as we walked in. The sauce bar was impressively clean and organized, with all the correct labels, which I really appreciated. The veggies were displayed nicely, but I do wish there were a few more labels to help identify everything. It would've made it easier to know what I was grabbing. The seafood looked fresh and well-kept, but I'm a little hesitant when seafood has been sitting out, even on ice. Maybe a little better presentation or lighting could help highlight the quality of the seafood and make it feel more inviting. As for the hot pot itself, the broth was simple yet flavorful, which I loved. The meats were good and plentiful, but nothing too extraordinary. Everything was decent and hit the spot. The staff was very friendly, but there was a bit of confusion when it came time to pay. We ended up walking up to the register because no one seemed to notice we were ready to check out, which was a little awkward. Hopefully, they can smooth out that part of the service in the future. All in all, this is a great option for hot pot in Fells Point, and I'm so glad to have it in the area. Definitely a much-needed addition! I also noticed they have karaoke rooms, but I haven't checked out the prices yet. I'll definitely be back and hopefully, they'll continue to improve as they settle in. Thanks for opening up--I'll be back for more!

Yelp
Went here over the weekend with friends. The ordering is confusing as you can see everyone's order in your phone. I didn't want to process the order because I didn't order what I saw on the screen. I told the waiter that the ordering system is confusing. Also, everyone has to order the same. If one person wants the hot pot, you all order the hot pot. The waiter didn't tell us that when we were ordering. As soon as we figured out how to order, the vegetables and seafood are buffet style. The food was good, on the salty side and a lot. I was confused since I thought it was a Korean BBQ too. I like hotpot but not a lot of meat. You need to drink a lot of water and they give you a pitcher for the entire table. The ambiance is okay, it looked run down. We sat behind the bar and my seat kept moving like it wasn't properly nailed down. I personally wouldn't come back but my friends enjoyed it. It was a nice experience.

Yelp
We love hotpot and have been looking forward to trying this place out. We are so glad we did and will absolutely be returning. We were greeted with a smile and were seated quickly, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Amazing service! The food was incredible, quality meats and seafood and fresh veggies, wide variety of sauces. We also enjoyed a couple of cocktails which were also great. The restaurant is really cute, we ended up in a super comfy booth, overall it was a great experience. Best hotpot we've had yet.

Yelp
I was really excited to try this new hot pot place and was sadly a bit disappointed. The restaurant has a fun vibe and also has karaoke which is cool! The service was fine - nothing to write home about. While they did have a large selection of good quality meats, seafood and veggies they lost me with the broths and sauces. The broth was not flavorful at all which is really unfortunate as that is what flavors everything. Their sauce bar had extremely limited options which wouldn't have been as much of an issue if the broth was tasty. To make things even worse instead of topping your broth off with more broth when it got low they added hot water instead of broth which left the broth absolutely flavorless. There are better hot pot restaurants only slightly further from me than this one so I will likely stick to them in the future.

Yelp
Brand new hot pot restaurant just opened up and it's simply amazing! Scan the QR code on your table and choose your broth. I tried the umami mushroom, and grabbed some tofu, bok choy, glass noodles, and mushrooms from the veggie bar, to go along with some sliced beef and lamb. I made my own dipping sauce (great selection of fresh herbs and sauces), and sat down to enjoy. Dip or dump the meat and veggies in the broth and then dip into the dipping sauce and be prepared for a flavor explosion in your mouth. It's such a unique experience. The staff is so kind, accommodating, and gracious. The restaurant is very clean and neat. I highly recommend trying the panda drink - it has matcha and some other really interesting flavors and is one of the best cocktails I have ever had. I will definitely return and bring a group of friends. So lucky to have Broadway Hot Pot in Baltimore!

Yelp
A very well-done hot pot joint. Great price and selection, great service and environment. Can't wait to come back!

Sharod J.

Yelp
Excellent food, Drink and service. It's a fun experience for family or date night. The food selection is unmatched. The staff are pleasant and friendly .

Yelp
Don't see the point of saying you take your last orders at 9:30 and you close at 10pm is you're going to close your kitchen at 9pm and refuse service

Caleb S.

Yelp
Even though we made a reservation online, they still made us stand and wait for 45 minutes before we decided to just leave and eat somewhere else

Katie S.

Yelp
Great for large groups with the AYCE. Staff is very friendly and helpful - it takes a bit of an explanation of you've never been before.

John L.

Yelp
We came here for lunch and had a great experience. It was all you can eat with a wonderful selection of hotpot food items. Great service and very clean. Every person gets their own hotpot to play with. Fun and delicious! Need to try their Karaoke next!

Mandy T.

Yelp
Nice basic soup. Good service. Food delicious. They have DJ start at December,2024. There have a Karaoke room. And a lounge bar.

Sarah K.

Yelp
I had an amazing experience at Broadway Hot Pot with my boyfriend. Delicious food and nice, clean environment. We loved the selection of sauces and thought the meal was a great value for the price. Wait was a little bit long even though we made a reservation, but it was worth it.

Emily G.

Yelp
We tried something new, but the waiter assumed we knew what we were doing and didn't offer any guidance. It turned into a bit of trial and error for us. You definitely need to go to this place with someone familiar with it, or you'll end up confused.

Xiaomei Y.

Yelp
I have been there with friends several times. The hot pot bar really nice and the flavor and sevice are pretty good, I would like to give a five star rate.
