Celebrated Father's Day w a party of six, and would come back again! Rounding up to a five-star rating here. I ordered the Brockton Beer Company burger and large pail of fries w truffle parm seasoning, plus the Don't Say His Name stout -
TASTE: 5/5 - the truffle parm fries were an absolute hit. So good, we couldn't stop eating it. My BBC burger was lovely w its short rib, chuck, and brisket combo patty, melted brie, and the bacon jam. I love stouts, so the Don't Say His Name hit the spot too (side note: originally thought this was a Lord Voldemort reference, but saw the beer can artwork and realized it's a nod to Candyman lol)
TEXTURE: 4/5 - again, the fries were awesome: crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The brioche buns were great too
PRICE: 4/5 - the BBC burger is pricey at $18, but I thought it was worth it. The large pail of fries was massive and a steal for $6. Also, we were lucky that a limited promotion for an order of free wings was available today
SERVING SIZE: 5/5 - I was stuffed from lunch (but couldn't help myself from continuing to nibble on those fries)
SERVICE: 4/5 - we walked in at 12:45pm on a Saturday and were glad to get one of the larger tables for our group. Took about 20min for our food and drinks to start coming out, but all of the staff were friendly and accommodating!
ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 - the space is smaller and narrower than I expected, but super bright, clean, and filled w nice touches, like the overhead lighting, boardgames, and movie theater-inspired signage. I appreciate that this small biz is POC-owned and reflects the diverse Brockton community
TAKEOUT: 4/5 - I love when takeout containers include holes to vent out steam and keep food crisp!
PARKING: 4/5 - parked at a street spot a block away on Main St and walked over
