Broderick Tower Apartments

These apartments were mehhh. I mean they had nice views of the city and were updated but it felt more like college dorms if you ask me as the neighbor across the hall was always throwing parties & the one upstairs i swear wasn’t any better as we could hear them through a concrete floor. Management did little to nothing. Ended up ending our lease early due to just the annoyance of everything. When we first signed the property manager was top notch but after she left and they got a new one man did things start to go downhill quick. Even the valet employees began to complain about things. Hopefully things have changed within the year we have been away & I mean as long as you have neighbors who don’t party constantly this place is nice.

Seems like a good place, people seem pretty real here. Sign a lease.

The worst management team I have ever lived under. The building has done nothing but go severely downhill for 3 years. Luxury? Hahaha. If holiday inn's are luxury, maybe.

Terrible management team. Was amazing in 2013, but is absolutely disgusting now. Deems itself as a luxury building, but offers absolutely no amenities or services. The restaurants have been "coming soon" for 3 years. And they have fired all but 1 of the good employees. My fraternity house was more luxurious. Live in Fort Shelby, Aloft, or Westin. It isn't even close.

This place is the biggest shit whole I have ever seen management grabbed my dick and said sorry that was an accident yea and me getting upset also was I'm calling there bull shit unprofessional
