Had brunch with wife here for the first time. The atmosphere is great. We did not wait very long to get seated and even get to order our food rather quickly. They're a bit busy with many more arriving customers. Our food arrived rather fast as well, so it's a plus. I am really happy with our experience at this restaurant.

We eat at Broken Yolk regularly "in the restaurant." But this time we had our meals of eggs benedict and scrambled eggs delivered. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and scrambled egg breakfasts. Our delivery was on-time. But the experience was less than desirable. Strike one: We need an itemized receipt for reimbursement for our meal - none was included. I asked the driver for a receipt but she did not speak English. Strike two: I called the Rainbow location and gave up after about 15 tries - apparently they busy out their phone so we can't contact them. So I called another location and the phone number listed drops the call 100% of the time. Strike three: Instead of potatoes, we ordered fruit with our two egg breakfasts and only one serving of fruit was delivered in the sealed bag. Also, see the photographs as to the quality and presentation of the food and judge for yourself. My eggs benedict meal was delivered cold. They delivered ketchup and hot sauce to go with our fruit and eggs ...? I will not list my phone number but I do need the detailed receipt. How can I get one? Maybe they can get it from my order number.

The service was really great, all the people were really nice and helpful. We got our food very fast and it was all delicious. I got the Benedict but they allow you to mix and match Benedict’s so one was bacon avocado tomato Benedict, and the other was the sopa Benedict I believe, both were phenomenal, also got the hash browns. Ate every bite, she got the monte cristo, and we split the tiki toast which was also really good. Cool experience. Will def be back, thank you. :)

Wow, wow, WOW! My husband and I found Broken Yolk after a long night working, and boyyy am I glad! Beautiful interior, all employees are incredible, and oh my GOSH the food!! Delicioussss! Okay, let's do the full review- Broken Yolk has indoor and outdoor seating with outdoor also offering umbrellas for sun coverage. There's also corn hole boards for outside! So cool. Our waiter, T, was insanely knowledgeable and made the whole time an experience! Great at helping with the menu, and overall, T is a freaking blast. Great hire! I got the American Breakfast, my husband got the Wild West Burger. Huge portions of food, see pics for details. If you have a child, there's also Easter eggs with little goodies offered when you first come in! Freaking CUTE. Cannot wait to come back here again!!

A little busy on a Sunday, as expected. But the server was awesome, he checked on us in a timely manner. Refilled our coffee as needed. The food was delicious for the price. Towards the end he gave us coffee to go.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Broken Yolke - Delicious Comfort Food with Friendly Service Ashlyn had a great time with a flight of mimosas, enjoying all the different flavors. I went for the amazing Eggs Benedict, while Ashlyn savored the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was just like Grandma used to make—pure comfort on a plate. What really stands out is the service—it's always so friendly. The manager personally greets you and makes sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend!

Great food, everything is very flavorful, we didnt have to add salt or too many sauces. Portions are pretty good size, but the biscuits are MASSIVE. Very friendly staff, our waiter told us what's good and recommended dishes upon asking. Drinks are good, espresso martini is a must. The food came out quick but it was hard getting a server sometimes, that's because it was super busy so I don't blame them but they could probably use more staff. Overall very good breakfast/brunch experience, not super expensive.

Follow was fresh and made from scratch. Food arrived hot and was delicious. Server Randy was very attentive, always checking if everything was ok, and very professional and pleasant. Great eye contact and pretty good on the eye... great way to start the day and finish last day in Vegas. Basically Randy is hot. Ambiance of the establishment was great.

Great food. Michael was a great server. The Meat lovers omelette was excellent and the caramel latte was so good!

We both had the new croissant sandwich. The fresh croissant and cheesy eggs were the perfect compliment to the tasty bacon. Our server Mike, was super friendly and attentive. We always had hot coffee and a warm smile! Will definitely be returning.

Excellent experience here for an early brunch, on a Friday. We had five people in our group. The guest services culture was outstanding, with FRIENDLY & attentive staffs!! One of the male (I think he is the manager) staff even came over to our table when he heard our toddler son crying. The kind staff brought a little serving of whipped cream for my son, to deescalate the temper tantrum. This restaurant is spacious & spotless! I loved the artsy and modern decor. We had the lemon ricotta pancake (short stack). My MIL ate her Belgium waffle. We also had the blueberry smoothie, which was wonderful. My son had the kids plate with sausage, scrambled eggs & buttermilk pancake, which he enjoyed.

Don't overlook this breakfast place! The name and sign are cute but seem like it would be just your average breakfast cafe. Thank you Yelp! As soon as I saw the mimosa flight, I knew I had to try this place. Interior is super cute. I love the colors, the foliage, the tiles on the bar, the awesome signs, and the super comfy booths. Great seating! Somehow with the open dining space, your area still feels pretty private and quiet. There is not a lot of echoing noise. Service was good & I enjoyed the food. We came on a Friday morning and my friend and I both ordered mimosa flights. Too cute. I love the different colors and they even garnished each one. They were very good. If you are drinking all, you may get a little buzzed. A designated driver may come in handy. My friend ordered the steak, hasbrowns and eggs & I ordered the chicken fried steak, breakfast potatoes, and eggs. Her steak had the perfect char marks and was cooked medium the way she ordered it but it was a little tough and dry. She even ended up having to ask my steak sauce half way through. I know it's not a steak joint but it's on the menu so it should still be great. My chicken fried steak was pretty darn good. I was impressed. I struggle with Vegas' idea of gravy sometimes as I am a southern Texas girl and I grew up with gravy on almost everything. No ketchup for me. The steak was tender, the batter was perfect, and the gravy held up to my high standards. I would order that again. Eggs on both plates were good and cooked correctly. I wasn't too impressed with my breakfast potatoes. Some were more cooked and others not so cooked. The slices are interesting as they were different than most breakfast potatoes but next time I'll stick to hashbrowns. There was no real seasoning on them either. I was really disappointed that by 10am they were out of the blueberry muffins. We got the biscuits instead. They are large and definitely homemade. They were a bit too dense and dry for me. While some things were not my fav, it is definitely worth going back. I will just follow more of the Yelp reviewers recommendations next time.

I came in for breakfast with my girl and we had a great time. Our server Chris was attentive and friendly. He recommended the chilaquiles, which we got and the machaca, we liked the machaca more. Overall fantastic!

I highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch and you can definitely tell a lot of people recommend it as well as there is always a wait. I recommend to pre-check in on Yelp to cut down on your wait time at the restaurant. Marina at the front hostess stand is very nice and welcoming! The food here is absolutely delicious! My husband had the chicken fried steak and he says it was one of the best ones he's ever tasted. I had the fiesta burrito and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I do have to mention that each time we came we had a little hiccup with either our food taking a while to be delivered for half our table or something that we ordered not being put in. However, both times they made right by it and admitted to their mistake. Michael is a great server and deserves a raise!

We love a weekend breakfast spot and this place seemed great. Unfortunately a good portion of the food was pretty sub par. All four of us love typical breakfast potatoes, but not whatever version Broken Yolk is serving... the potatoes were untouched. My husband enjoyed a Benedict. The staff was nice.

FOOD Chilaquiles (half chicken & carne asada) with green sauce and eggs over easy -- The best in town. I've first experience in Cabo and fell in love with them. Came back to the States and have been disappointed. The best still in Cabo Mexico more likely due to the freshness of products used. A MUST TRY. Greek Omelette --- they ran out of Spanish so used arugula. Wish the arugula was sautéed for just a little bit. Made with egg whites, olives, and Feta cheese. Mother or Mom omelette -- hubby tried it SERVICE***** Corey was fantastic. They did bring our toasts either underdone or over done. Corey was apologetic and quickly brought out fresh pieces. AMBIANCE***** Cute sexy trendy spot. Def IG worthy.

This is my first time trying this location over in the southwest. I was really craving Nutella crepes with strawberries and bananas and was happy they carried these! I have a sweet tooth and it was cravings Nutella crepes. When I first called, no one answered the phone. Then I called another restaurant nearby which I've dined before and liked, but they don't make crepes. So I called this restaurant again and luckily someone answered this time. They told me to pick up my order up in 10 minutes. My food was ready in exactly 10 minutes as they promised! They just had to grab it in the back. I was afraid that I may have to wait but I didn't. While waiting for the hostess to return with my food, I noticed that the restaurant was really nicely decorated and had a nice ambiance. I saw quite a few couples dining. The front of the house staff were friendly and looked busy. When I got home, my food was still a little warm. My Nutella crepes were good but the crepes were honestly a little thicker than I am used to or would prefer. And I wish it had more Nutella drizzle or some whipped cream. There was nothing on the side when I checked. I wanted something really sweet and decadent. This was fair in sweetness. It still hit the spot but that was it. I think if it had a little powdered sugar or whipped cream, they will be perfect! After seeing how pretty this place is, I will come back to dine in. Maybe try something else. I love brunch places!

Out to breakfast with my husband,son and his wife. The restaurant was busy for 10-11 am on a Thursday. This is the original Broken Yolk Cafe, large seating area. We ordered chicken & waffles, monte cristo,Nutella crepes, cinna-cakes, with a side of regular sausage and scrambled eggs and turkey sausage with scrambled eggs and a flight of mimosas. Everything was great! And large portions. No one left hungry.

Booming business but a horrid design. Gusty and cold outside but no place to stand or wait inside, aside from 5 seats on a bench, while waiting for a table. A dozen times in five minutes the manager berated the guests because the foyer is also a fire exit. Where should we stand? This location is relatively new, so what's with the flawed design? I don't fault the manager, I fault ownership. Also, LOTS of pressure to order alcohol here. No check back after the food arrived. Hostess staff was courteous and professional. As per my personal policy I am upping my review 1 star for the managerial response.

One of our favorite brunch places!! The food is great and the affordable. We love the mimosa flight, chilaquiles with green sauce, and the cinnacake. We also love Chris great service and funny. All locations are really solid and consistent. I'm never disappointed!

Looking around for breakfast, we saw this place on Yelp with 4.6 average star. We were excited to try some of their many eggs Benedict's. They even have the option of splitting and getting two different types on one plate. Went into order, because online each of the plates it's about four dollars more? You have to pay 12 extra dollars for three meals to order online... the restaurant was empty so we figured it would be pretty quick. What we ordered: Free Pumpkin spice latte for check-in Eggs Benedict 1/2 standard, 1/2 Golden State Waffle sandwich with bacon and scrambled Corn beef hash with blueberry muffin Here is where stuff Starts to go wrong. When we arrived home, I opened my box and the potatoes were not cooked all the way. Not only no caramelization, but even a little raw. I actually had to cook the potatoes (pictures included). Next, the tomato was a tomato end, horrible, not grilled as the description. The cook couldn't even be bothered to separate the muffin. You can see in the video, it was not toasted grilled or cooked. (again pictures posted.) My wife's waffle sandwich, as you can see in the pictures was half uncooked. Really brown and crunchy on one side and yeah, the picture shows all... uncooked together. Corn beef hash. The menu says they make everything fresh, but my son is quite convinced the corn beef hash is canned. It looks just like the can of corn beef hash we use at home. I'm not sure, but looking at it it looks exactly the same as mary's kitchen, canned hash. He said it taste the same as the canned. I do not understand why the food turned out like this. There was basically nobody in the restaurant. They had plenty of time. The cooks should be shown these pictures and quality control should be addressed. $58 for three breakfast (plus we tipped them) should not have such a bad outcome.

What a great place to stop at. I'm in town for family and this was a place others mentioned to stop at. Seating was quick and accommodating. Out waiter , Chris, also known as Papa Scott was a perfect server for our time. The store manager, Cody brought us a free sample of the messy caramel macchiato for us to try and it was delicious, and messy. We ate the California burritos which were full of flavor and avocado and taste delicious. The seating was enjoyable and the surrounding was very rustic and artistic. I would highly recommend coming back here and asking for Papa Scott, as well as talking to the manager Cody. And one additional thing that I'm proud and honored of is that they provide a military discount for service members. I salute you for your appreciation to us.

Broken Yolk is good, but also very hit or miss in our experience. We were seated immediately upon arrival on a weekday, which is great! I got the Spicy Vegan Breakfast Bowl. They were out of their Beyond Sausage that it comes with, which is fine. The flavor combinations on this dish were perfect. It was a great balance of ingredients, and I loved the mix of sliced and hashed potatoes lining the base. I couldn't tell it was vegan at all, and the spicy sauce was only mildly spicy. I absolutely love LOVE this dish! It's a dish I plan on recommending to any vegan or even non-vegan, breakfast loving friends. However, when I shared the Vegan Acai Bowl with my husband, I was much less impressed. The dish was served more like ice cream or sherbet scoops with fruit and nut toppings. That said, when I read the menu again, it's described as "acai berry sorbet"--so they are transparent about how they make and serve it. It's just not on the same level as the acai bowls that you'd get at this price point anywhere else. It's probably the worst I've ever had, actually. Someone who looked like they could have been the manager did come around, and ask if everything was alright. However, I feel weird about complaining about the entire way they make and serve a dish. That's different than individualized complaints that they can actually do something about, so it didn't feel right. That said, I always love when the manager checks in, as it shows how much they care. My husband also got the Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs. He said it was good, but not great, and the portions were not comparable to other brunch places serving the same dish. We also tried some iced drinks. I got the Decaf Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte with Oatmilk and my husband got the Iced Messy Caramel Latte. They were both absolutely scrumptious, and tasted almost gourmet quality to me--if that's a thing for drinks?!? It was just so good; like a luxury-level of caffeinated brunch drinks! I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it feels right. Overall we had a good/fair experience, and I may get that Spicy Vegan Breakfast Bowl again on a to go order next time.

Every time we visit Broken Yolk, we have an amazing experience. The food there is always the best. As a family who loves to go out and always tries new places, this was definitely one of our favorite gems. The food is to die for , but the best part of the place is the service. Huge part of that is thanks to Corey! He is always incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely makes us feel like valued customers. It's rare to find someone who not only provides great service but also remembers us every time we come in. Corey goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need, and his friendly attitude makes our visits even more enjoyable. The food is always delicious, but the outstanding service is what keeps us coming back.

Ordered takeout from here the other day and boy was I impressed. Everything was packaged so neatly and my order was correct. Nothing spilled! Nothing was missing! The breakfast burrito I got was outstanding and I really enjoyed the taste of the beans that came with it. I've been to other locations before but this one tops them all!

Mid. Nothing special. I must say, the staff and manager are exceptional. They were very empathetic when we expressed our concerns about ALL the mistakes that were made. - 1st Yogurt Parfait came out missing granola - The 2nd one came out ALSO missing granola (easy fix. The manager came back and gave us sides of granola) - The Greek omelette we ordered was missing Feta cheese. They took it back to remake it and never came out. We asked our server to just cancel since everyone else at the table was done eating. Then it comes out at the very end (after 35 min of them taking it away) - We requested no cheese on one of the burgers and it came back with cheese and the patty was extra well done and dry - The "poached" eggs on not one, but two orders of Benedict's came out over done. - The waffles on the chicken and waffle Benedict were super soggy - Asked for a new fork since the one I had was dirty and they completely forgot. I just took one from another table. I'm sure the staff is busy back in the kitchen but these are WAY too many mistakes. We even overheard other tables nearby experiencing the similar mistakes and were unhappy about the service. Vegas has so many other amazing local brunch options. Not sure I can say we'll be coming back.

Had breakfast at the broken yolk. Had a great experience. Food was outstanding. I had a veggie omelet, my husband had ham and eggs. Our server Kelli was very professional and attentive. We will return when in vegas again.

I avoided this chain for some years after a bad customer experience at another location. I saw the establishment had other locations, so I decided to give it a shot. Great customer service. There still is not a reservation option but there's a wait list line so you have an estimate how long the wait is. I recommend going during the week day to avoid long wait times. I did go during the week day on my birthday! Food was fresh and tasty & they have delicious drinks. I had the trio combo with a dreamsicle. Our server was busy and I loved that another server saw that and helped her out. Great team of people who work here. I still probably won't go to the Las Vegas Blvd location but this one is great! They also have another location at St. Rose. I may try that one out one day also. Definitely one of my top brunch spot to go to now.

We were seated right when we arrived. Our food came quickly. Our food was great and our server Randy was on the ball and was very attentive.

Kenna was our waitress and this was our first time at the southwest location on rainbow, Kenna is super friendly and welcoming very attentive and accurate! She is awesome thanks for taking care of us on our visit! We ordered mimosa flights and I had an allergy and Kenna took great care in making sure my order was correct

Food was great as always, I ordered the chilaquiles which were well sauced and the eggs came perfect. Kenna is amazing and extremely kind, drinks were refilled fast and she answered any questions we had about the menu. Can't wait to come back.

They have the yelp waitlist, which is nice on a busy days but then when we first time used it the time wait didn't really updated to match the time wait. And after 25min we just went down our cars and checked in then we got seated right away even tho we were at #5 spot... As we got seated beside this decor tree, food came out very fast. Even then we're busy. Out server was pretty nice but because they were so busy it was so hard to flag her to get another round water, and were thirsty from all the salty and sweet food we just ate. I ordered the country fried steak which was good gravy was tasty and right he consistency and the chicken was well breaded and all of the side was on point and I did request extra bacon but we were missing an order of bacon which was fine. The fiance ordered the omelet that wasn't that good it was missing a lot of flavors in the omelet. Then we ordered the three kind of plate that consist of a French toast a stuffed toast and a pancake which was a good plate to order so that you can try 3 items in one order. And my most recent order was Take Out, delivered to my home. But i was not happy with the Strawberry Banana Crepe. The crepe was to think for a crepe the edges was hard and good inch of the outside of the crepe was hard which was such a waste. Crepe should be thin and soft and rich and good the crepe did not taste good at all. Will maybe try it again and check the rest of the menu. But for now it's a nice busy place new location near SW nice place to grab food with family and friends.

Definitely need to come back here again! Service, menu, food, clean and spacious area are all top notch! Came here for a fun brunch with friends and were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and attitude from the hostess and our waitress. All those that came to our table, from taking orders, delivering food, checking up on us, were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and food set out for us. The selection of food and drinks on the menu is quite large. I enjoyed that you could order breakfast items or lunch type items during the day. There was a great selection of drinks for those who want a regular breakfast, and those who may want a boozy morning :) I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and a side of 1 lemon ricotta pancake. The pancake was fluffy and tasty, much larger than I expected! The buffalo chicken wrap was full of flavor and the sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection! Although we may have stayed a bit longer in our booth to chat after paying the bill, they were very friendly allowing us to stay, refilling waters, and offering us waters to go. Overall, I'm definitely coming back for another brunch! Ps. We were also told that there were some items on the menu that you could order smaller/half sizes of after 12pm :)

This place was a great brunch/breakfast option. They had outdoor seating with mist that is perfect when it's hot outside. The food was very good. I had the chicken and waffle option and mimosa flights. The service was great. Our server was super sweet, and she made some really good suggestions. I would definitely recommend this place.

We normally go on fridays morning. And we have been getting Corey the server which he is great. Amazing attitude. The food is always great. The restaurant is always clean the staff is always upbeat. It's a place everyone should check out!!!

Went to this location as we were in town from Pahrump. Jackson, our server was great. We both ordered Machaca and eggs, and they were out of flour tortillas?? My beans were cold and Jackson took care of it. Machaca was very good.

1st time to the Broken Yolk Cafe & look forward to becoming 'regulars'. (Could tell there were other 'regulars'.) Very relaxed atmosphere for Early Sat am breakfast. Server, (Courtney), was Awesome! Very hard working & dedicated to customer service. We never had to ask/ wait for anything. (Mgr was also great, (Cody), when we complimented Courtney after our meal.) Food & drinks were excellent! (Monte Cristo / Steak & eggs - will order again. Mimosa flight was great! Good coffee - always refilled.) Thanks to the staff for a great start to the morning!

I came here so I won't get bored with my online three hour meeting for all managers. I was hoping I would get some work done with bloody Mary flights and I did! Michael, my server was so attentive. I had to move tables because we had to find an outlet by the wall where I can sit. I had a long time deciding to drink and having brunch while on my meeting. The noise level was below average so I was able to wear one AirPod and it was bright and alive for the decor. The food was amazing. It wasn't overwhelming. The tortilla that came with my chicken fried steak half of it was fluffy and half of it was a little crispy. The Mexican rice was on the harder side, but, I couldn't complain and I stay still ate it all. Maybe it was the bloody Mary. All of the bloody Mary that I tried or actually good. I would totally recommend this for a quick bite or if you wanna hang out with friends they have a full bar!

The cinnamon pancakes are so so good! A must have when visiting. The service here is unmatched- Kelli is so kind and quick, we truly appreciated having her as our hostess! Multiple people aside from kelli also came and checked on our table to make sure we had everything, a local gem. We'll be coming back often!

Love this place! They have all sorts of varieties of pancakes and eggs Benedict choices. I had the caprese benedict. It was really good. My friend had the biscuits and gravy. Huge biscuits and yummy gravy. We will definitely be back to try the pancakes and french toast.

The food was great the feta avocado toast never lets me down. But this time our server Jackson was AMAZING and totally deserves the 5 star rating!!

I'm very close to suggesting you skip the line and go straight to the bar (if you're 21+). Probably the best bar service I've ever experienced and we didn't even get cocktails. Corey was quick to take our orders and he even wiped - Get this, even dried the counter before we sat down. We've been to enough breakfast joints where they wipe down your area but don't dry it and before you know it you're sitting on a wet seat and your elbows are wet from the table. Kenna was the bar back and she was so on top of everything. Loading dishes unloading dishes making drinks and checking on us throughout our breakfast. Seriously, they've got a magical team going there. We love broken yolk and frequent often. Next time, might beeline to the bar just for the amazing experience.

Favorite brunch place nearby. My picky hubby tries something new every time we come in and is always happy with his food. Food is fresh, made well/healthy, service is friendly/attentive, and their fresh squeezed orange juice is my absolute favorite. Happy for this recent addition to the neighborhood and will look forward to trying everything on the menu. Menu has something for everyone without being overwhelming. Place is super cute with a bar area if/when dining alone. Right next door to Walmart and Dollar Tree so I can pick up last min stuff while in the area. Highly recommend this place!
